When contemplating dealing with my credit card debt, I wasn’t sure if there was anywhere or anyone I could turn to, but thankfully, I was wrong. After many months of agonizing with the overwhelming reality that I could no longer continue making minimum payments and that a personal loan was out of the question, I contacted National Debt Relief. Rob **'s compassion calmed the storm and restored my belief that bright days lay ahead. Mr. ** and his team essentially gave me my life back, And for that, I will always be eternally grateful.

I was skeptical at first but Joseph ** made the process easy and explained and answered all my questions and put any fears that I had to rest. He took all the stress out of the debt I had because of my situation. He got a payment and schedule that worked with my income which will allowed me to start saving and getting ahead.

The gentleman helping us was very kind and personable with us. He made the process easy and explained everything that we needed to know about how to make our payments and how to get into our account and broke down my debt and how I’m going to pay it off.

I needed help and I was in serious need. The first debt relief I chose was a scam. I called what I thought was the program that I went with, and I found out that it was not them. My dad always said to not fall into the credit cards but I never listened and now I know. Enrolling with National Debt Relief was easy. They walk you through it, and explain everything to you. I wanted to say yes for everything ‘cause I wanted my debts out of the way. They told me what bills and credit cards, added everything up and told me a total and how much would my payment be.

My aunt used National Debt Relief program years ago when she was going through some debt issues and she told me about it. Talking to the representative, they explained how things would go and I felt comfortable. They were able to take debt that I was paying very high amounts for each month and consolidated everything into one bill that was affordable for me.

National Debt Relief was probably the one that advertised the most for me so I went with them. Every time I talked to somebody, it was great. I would tell others that they should try National Debt Relief if they’re considering doing bankruptcy.

I had heard the reputable name of National Debt Relief before, so I went with them. I would call them and they would take care of things fast and easy. It was nice to see where the progress was through the portal. But I only did it for two accounts. I realized that I could call the credit card companies and make settlements that were less and I wasn't having to pay the $300 fees with them.

A friend of mine told me about National Debt Relief. They got me out of a lot of credit card debt. The customer service was great. If they didn't know something, they found somebody else who did. Now that it's over and I’ve graduated, I’m overwhelmed with debt-free relief.

National Debt Relief was very easy to work with. They did a debt consolidation for me. Interactions were always very good. It's a tough situation, but they did a great job.

After I recovered, they medically retired me. I didn't have the money anymore, so I had to go through debt relief to help me pay off the rest of the cards.

I was actually shocked to find simple the procedure is to apply for this loan! Everyone was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They answered all my questions, helped me understand it all, and it was not a long drawn out process. I knew very quickly what the outcome was.

My creditors that are listed on my contract were not contacted and the amounts of the loans came out of my account, forcing me to have a negative balance. I called multiple times to have it rectified, but each time was told different things that were not in line witch my contract. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes each time, and then disconnected. Including when I asked to speak with a supervisor.

I had heard bad things about one such organization and feared it might be the same for this one; but I was both surprised and relieved to learn that this organization is much easier to deal with. Had I known this, I would have joined up a long time ago.

I’ve tried to cancel, but no response. For the last 2 days I’ve sent many emails to cancel but no response. After seeing how long the program took and you actually let all your bills go to collection, I just couldn’t do that. Ii keep trying to cancel but nothing comes to me that it is canceled.
