The service I received was very good. I was told what was going on the whole way through from start to finish. The customer service rep was very informative and gave me time to ask questions. I never felt like I was being pushed into joining. I was provided with the phone numbers I would need and was explained the process everything would be. I was very happy with the information provided and the fact if I had questions was provided the time to ask.

It took a long to complete the document. I signed without being able to review what I was actually signing, which is not the way I like to do things that require my signature. The agent that handled was pleasant & patient as he waited for me to locate the sections I needed to initial or sign, but would've like to have had time to read & understand the agreement before signing. As I looked over the contract, I came across the section about your company being paid for handling everything. I feel I should have been made aware of this, as well as some other specifics in the contract I was agreeing to. Not saying I wouldn't have signed had I known these things, just that they should've be pointed out to me before I signed it.

Kenny was very helpful and informative about I needs to get me out of debt. He made me feel comfortable and confident that I made the right decision. The time we spent on the phone was well within reason. The process was not rushed nor did I feel like I was being pushed into a deal that I didn't want.

Very good, worked overtime to help me out. Cut monthly payment in half and saved me thousands on interest payments. Will still be short on funds for a month, but should have money to spend after that. It is better to reach out for help before the credit card companies raise your rate so you can only afford to pay the minimum payment.

I’ve enrolled in National Debt Relief. Or, I think I have. Their process takes too long. Then you have to speak to their loan department. I’ve repeatedly told them, I cannot hear over the phone. They ignore this as you probably are as well. People don’t believe in disabilities. I wear a hearing aid. That means I miss all sorts of crucial information. I ask them to text or email. They disregard the request. Then I get calls from other personal loan companies. People get on the phone, talk too fast and sound garbled. Erick was OK but we had to talk for nearly 2 hours. They have to choose someone who speaks very clearly, slowly, and respects my situation. I suppose they’re just doing their job. Also, there are people with far worse situations so I shouldn’t complain so much.

The person I talked to, that helped set me up with NDR, was wonderful, explained everything in detail, walked me through everything I needed to do, explained all the fees, how the account works, and that the money is actually under my control until I say pay something, and then it's done. I have to ok any money that moves to creditors. This is a big relief, as 3-4 of my creditors were charging excessive late fees, when I mailed my payments 6-10 days before, and couldn't get it there on time.

I almost waited too long before I called National Debt Relief. My money situation had become extremely dangerous. I gave up groceries in order to pay my bills. If something unexpected happened it was a choice of which bill got paid. I didn’t want my family to know because I felt so embarrassed.
