When talking to my consultant Byrant he was very personable and easy to talk to. Talking about debt is not an easy thing and can be very personal. This will be my second time using NDR. My account representative that assisted me was very professional, but also funny and personable. He made the signing up process very easy and explained everything very well. The process was quick, but informative. There are many ways to reach out and receive assistance. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a debt solution.

I had heard of National Debt but never thought I would be using it. It is saving me around $3,000. It was so easy to enroll with the help of the assistant on line and the followup information given put me in a Relief Status. I sleep better that night than I had in a long time. Trying to keep this short- But being asked if I would recommend this company to someone else - I can say yes- But unfortunately there had been an incident with one person who took my call - In short fault was admitted by NDR- I find that very credible by a very large company- The one person who was supposed to fix the problem did not - Having to repeatedly call this one person back I ended up speaking with a woman by the name Trina - The problem was quickly resolved! I was debating about doing this, I hated the fact I put myself in this position, since I move into my own apartment instead of renting a room for the rest of my days. I had a very good experience with National Debt Relief. They were very understanding and worked with me on getting on top of my debts. I communicated with NDR as I had difficulty updating my phone contact with Creditors with the NDR phone number. After many conversations with the Creditor I contacted NDR and they provided clear and specific information through a phone call and through a clear and concise instructions in an email which resolved the matter.

I read online and applied for a loan. By the following morning a rep reached out to me and I answered the call. After 20 min I was approved and had completed signing up and when I hung up it was like a huge weight had lifted off my chest knowing that my debt and balances were going to be resolved and I didn't have to stress any longer over making my monthly cc payments.

The person I talked to, that helped set me up with NDR, was wonderful, explained everything in detail, walked me through everything I needed to do, explained all the fees, how the account works, and that the money is actually under my control until I say pay something, and then it's done. I have to ok any money that moves to creditors. This is a big relief, as 3-4 of my creditors were charging excessive late fees, when I mailed my payments 6-10 days before, and couldn't get it there on time.

I almost waited too long before I called National Debt Relief. My money situation had become extremely dangerous. I gave up groceries in order to pay my bills. If something unexpected happened it was a choice of which bill got paid. I didn’t want my family to know because I felt so embarrassed.

We’re gonna deposit our money into their account and until they could negotiate the settlement. I heard about National Debt Relief through my friend, John. He went through them, and we decided to do it because we were trying to get our credit built back up so that we could eventually buy a house. Enrollment was actually pretty easy. They were nice, understanding, and very polite. They asked if we had any questions and answered everything we had. We have an online account where we were able to track our progress. I liked their app. It was organized, and it was easy to see how much money was in the account and what had been paid off.

I received very good service from Braulio. He knew his job and was very kind. He never made me feel awkward with the questions he asked. He went over everything completely and made sure I understood everything. I just started the program so as far as the company is concerned I really can't comment yet.

Called to explain that I was switching banks and that my direct deposit would take approximately 2 weeks so I informed the agent that if possible they could possibly draft the funds later that day so I would have time to pick up my first and only paper check and have it deposited into account to be drafted out for payment. If we can directly get out of debt in about 4 years. I would highly recommend this to a friend who is also in debt. My only concern is the immediate credit drop and making the creditors mad. I take pride in paying my debts on time and never miss a payment. It feels wrong to leave them out to dry.

National Debt Relief was very easy to work with. They did a debt consolidation for me. Interactions were always very good. It's a tough situation, but they did a great job.

I was actually shocked to find simple the procedure is to apply for this loan! Everyone was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They answered all my questions, helped me understand it all, and it was not a long drawn out process. I knew very quickly what the outcome was.

My creditors that are listed on my contract were not contacted and the amounts of the loans came out of my account, forcing me to have a negative balance. I called multiple times to have it rectified, but each time was told different things that were not in line witch my contract. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes each time, and then disconnected. Including when I asked to speak with a supervisor.

The Debt Specialist, Mr. Jason ** was excellent in his presentation and over the phone fielding all my questions. I was not aware that NDR existed nor was I aware of the tremendous impact the organization can effect on the client’s personal budget management short term and long term. I would recommend NDR to those persons who wish to avoid the adverse effects of bankruptcy as well as the personal challenges huge debt load can make on a person’s and family’s daily life.

When asked to repeat he would simplify the terms and summarize the legal documents as well as staying within the bounds that said documents covered. Would recommend to others.
