It takes too long to enroll the accounts I have and I'm tired of getting calls from my creditors and telling them that I joined a program and they haven't received a proposal. It's been months since I joined the program. I wish that all my accounts were enrolled by now.

I give National Debt Relief negative 100 stars. They are money hungry crooks that are preying on individuals in need. I have been enrolled in the program for over a year and they have only made a couple payments to my creditors after I approved a settlement many months ago. They are trying to keep hundreds of dollars for fees yet they have not been paying my creditors.

I was treated with respect and any questions I had was answered in a way I understood. I also was left with if I had any more questions I could freely ask. Anything I had questions about and didn't understand was repeated or explained in a way I could understand.

I spoke with Cord **, and he was extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, and well-versed. I had many questions, and he answered each one thoroughly and patiently. Rob was wonderful to talk to and understanding and kind especially since I had my 3 year old granddaughter in the background not always cooperating. He explained everything to me patiently, answered all my questions and made me feel secure in my decision to sign with his company unlike others I talked to from another company.

National Debt Relief looked more legit than other companies, so I reached out to them. Setting up a program was easy. They looked at my income versus the payments I have and looked at what would be affordable and comfortable for me. The customer support was easy to get ahold of, responsive to calls and emails, and took care of any concern that came up. One time, my vehicle broke down, and I contacted them to skip a payment for me. They added it on to the end of the time, but they let me jump a month so I could fix my vehicle. With my account online, I can see which debts have been settled, which have been paid in full, and how many more payments I owe. I’ve said positive things about them to my friends. They helped free me up from debt, helped me make payments and get it settled.

I was very skeptical when I made the call but after spending a great deal Of time with the representative I feel so good about deciding to end the stress and get my life (however long I'm around) in control so that I didn't leave my kids stuck with my debt. I did not see it on my call log though. She did as a do adjustments as a courtesy. I did thank her for that -it did take me writing this review to get results.
