I found Freedom Debt on Google search I think around 2020 so this is like my second time that I fell back into it because of medical reasons. Such a great company. Very proficient staff members. Knowledgeable skillful great customer service. They understand that I was going through some things and they were able to really help me through my situation. I'm so grateful for this company because they do believe in giving you a second chance and helping you get out of debt forever. There are many consolidation creditors out there but this was the very first one that I had tried the first time. This company is awesome. I felt so blessed and so relieved that they pulled me through with no hesitation.

Very helpful in explaining my options. They were able to tell me about this program and when it will be completed. Also they keep me up to date on any transactions.. I am corresponding with them almost everyday.. They let me know how to stay in the program by making my payment on time.

Dough was a amazing man whom helped me do this consult and it will help me get out of debt. Mostly with the economy credit card rates of 28 percent are killing us. We need them to be under 10 so we can use and pay back.

I enrolled in a new debt and was told to not continuing making payments. After several months after the negotiation have not been done, receiving several notices that my credit rating has gone down due to no payment. It was close to a year before I had to remind your company that this debt needs to be negotiated and that's when it was done. I lost over 70 points of my credit rating because of the lapse of follow through.

It was a very smooth process and FDR keeps you informed as you continue to move through their program. The agent I spoke with was very professional and explained everything clearly and what to expect going forward. I was given their contact information to reach out anytime I may have a question. In addition, FDR will send you e-mails very frequently with updates and what may be needed next.

I'm so sure FDR will make things easier for my parents to become debt free, I am actually referring them as we speak. It's so nice to have an end in sight. Especially when paying only the minimum monthly payments on credit cards... it could seem like forever. With FDR, there is light at the end of the tunnel. And the entire time you are involved with decisions when FDR negotiates a settlement. They won't make the decision without your permission.

I am a year into my consolidation process and the less stress and relief they have provided already is immeasurable. Just thought fees were taken at the end, and there would be more settlements with each deposit. It seems fees are more than expected as well. So, I was surprised with fees being taken right away, at a high right, which could go to settlements first.

Slow rolled the payoff, check was sent twice for the full amount. Claim to not receive it. Finally 7 months later resolved it. Had a $9000 overage and got sent back $3800. It was strange we had gotten a HELOC to pay the balance, my bank would only send it by check and they sent it directly to FDR exactly where they told us. 30 days passed they claimed to never received it. So we cancelled and sent another check to a different address. 7 months later finally resolved with FDR taking half of the overage....

My debt is disappearing and I am always informed. They ask before they do anything. The dashboard is very informative and there are so many videos to watch to know what is happening. Good but really anxious with creditors calling me already! Not sure I have made right decision! Good but really anxious with creditor calling and emailing and texting. Not to mention 30.00 spending each time I have to put a stop payment on automatic withdrawal from my checking account. Just frustrating for sure.

FDR's customer service is fantastic. I had foot surgery, so I've been on disability. There are some times that I can't pay the full amount. I just call and tell them that I need to lower it for the month and they do it. FDR is a good company. I enjoy working with them. They've been very easygoing with me and understanding. They're very informative as well.

I was under the influence that my creditors would be getting negotiation call promptly after my first deposit. Now I have to deal with them so they will quit calling. You are supposed to help me resolve these debt problems and I shouldn’t be dealing with my creditors. Why doesn’t this company get to calling the creditors so my debts are getting resolved sooner?

I’ve been trying to get a hold of a live representative and nothing. I left a message on this chat thing and still nothing. It’s been like a week. Still nothing. Terrible service!!! I would never recommend to anyone ever and I regret doing this!!! If I could not do this I would definitely change my mind! Freedom Debt Relief is wonderful. They help people. They've been taking care of my debt. I'm grateful that they are able to help me. I've paid off two debts and we still got one left to pay. They took weight off my shoulders knowing that I'm able to pay it off.

Most of the time, things were just fine but at the end, it got really messed up. Starting in December 2022 I called you repeatedly to pay off my balance and close out my account. I wanted it done by the end of 2022 but you managed to drag it out for another 3 or 4 months. Why? The only thing I can figure it you were just squeezing me for more fees. I'm still waiting for all the final paperwork which your company has been promising me for months. Close out my account properly and your rating may go up.

Updated on 08/26/2023: I made payments every month to Freedom Debt Relief and it was a set amount. And I wasn't late because it was directly taken out of my bank account. I am now finished with the program. Working with them made me get out of the debt that I was in and not be in that situation anymore.

This program has been amazing! No more worrying about making multiple payments! Just one payment every month and they take care of the rest! Super easy to work with and any time I had a question they responded very quick! I have a hard time understanding interests and all those math terms but they made it super simple to understand! So so easy to work with. 10/10. Definitely recommend.

When I elected to use FDR, I was given a monthly deposit amount to cover all debts & a graduation date. That quote doesn’t seem to be working! Even though I have made an additional deposit & sent a legal fee, it doesn’t appear your original quote is going to hold up for the time period indicated.

They helped me reduce my debt sooner than the expected due date. They negotiated fair payoff amounts and when they could not get the companies to negotiate a lower price for payoff they returned the money to me and did not charge me for the negotiation. I am very satisfied with how they dealt with me and my debt.

Happy to have them as I knock down my debt. FDR makes it easy to settle debt and provides options through text, email, and dashboard so you can approve it in your most convenient way.

The staff are fabulous and walk with you each step of the way. And sometimes it can get stressful but they show you how to deal with it. I'm 68 years old and got jammed up with false reporting by Equifax. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a plan.

A payment was missed by FDR to one of the creditors. The creditor voided the settlement. When I called FDR the agent was unable to tell me which creditor settlement had been voided. The agent also seemed unfamiliar with the settlement process and was unable to tell me if my graduation date would be delayed. When I called back I talked to a very helpful and competent agent who understood my question and concerns. I asked if I could call her back since she was so helpful but she said FDR does not allow clients to contact individual agents and she is not allowed to contact clients. It would be better if FDR would allow clients to have a designated agent who could then become familiar with the client's case.

I have had very good results with the settlements. The accounts submitted are within the timeline I was told they would be. I will be very satisfied when I finish the program. I would definitely recommend this program with Freedom Debt to my friends and family. This is a very good program to use if you have debt that you need to resolve.

Updated on 01/26/2024: I'm very satisfied with the progress I've made in my first year with Freedom Debt Relief! I have five debts enrolled in the program. As of this writing, three of my debts have been settled! FDR offers excellent communication and customer service! I would (and have), recommend their service to anyone struggling with credit card debt.

They helped resolve my debt. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend to everyone. They are friendly & concise. It taking me awhile to pay off my debt because of my low income. Due to incident of Covid, I was unable to sell my jewelry to public & went bankrupt.

First. I like the introduction. Customer service was great. The emails and videos on what to expect during the process of being debt fee. They are experienced in what they do. Even when I thought I know better, by starting on specific ones. They know how to target the process. Their communication is great.

The Customer Service Representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He was very helpful with my situation. He called me at least once or twice a week to make sure I was getting what I need. I am glad I found this company to get free from my debt.

Friendly and very helpful. They knew the answers when I ask them they understand the problem I having and are trying to do everything that they can to help me. Working with FDR has been very good. They found out how many credit cards I had. They hooked me up with the legal end of it, in case that they tried to sue me, I have that protection. Right now, they're paying on some of those accounts and I'm happy about that. They've done really well. I'm low income, they adjusted my monthly deposit so that I could afford to keep paying it.

So far I don’t have any concern. I just joined it and my debt are not solved yet. I am still in the process of the program. I think it would have been better if to say something after the program. It a helpful program for people like me. I would advise friends to try it too if they are in the situation like me.

I was just looking to get myself out of the bad situation I was in. One of my students had used Freedom Debt Relief before and he spoke very highly of them. I reached out to the company and everything that they told me sounded really good. I liked the comfortableness as I didn't feel pressured to do it. They were willing to work with me on everything. They gave me a very descriptive breakdown of how the program works and the process and what I need to do to get my credit back on track. Communication with them was good. It's been that way since I've been in the program. They're easy to talk to and they always answered questions that I had if I needed to push my payment back a little bit or do this or that. I've been in the program for a few years and everything's been perfect. I have another year left.

FDR's customer service reps have been so easy to work with. Making sure I really understood the program and how it works. They gave me a list of items I would need to do which was a great help. So far I can't find any reason for a lesser rating.

It was a hard decision to make but I'm glad I did it. Life took a turn and I started to drown in the minimum payments. I went through a divorce where I walked away with nothing just to escape the relationship. I had to start from scratch with my home and furnishings. With the interest rates going up. There was no way I could make my monthly payments, working with a very low paying job.. Didn’t need the stress on how I was robbing Peter to Paul.. I’ve earn my credit but to pay out with the way the economy being the way it is.. I jumped on it.. I can afford the payments and I still have some money to get by.. but no more stress.

The only reason I gave you all that certification is more of a generalized of all your services. The first time I had been through your service was a disaster. The second time through I'm really on edge about even doing this because yes I'm trying to get out of debt but there were a couple cards that I wanted to keep. It shouldn't just be you guys pick and choose what credit cards I take out of the program. That should be discussed with the client what ones they want to keep. I have decided to keep four. I have removed three of the four that I want to keep going out of the program but I just don't think that you should wait until I'm in such peril before you start working with these credit cards because when you do so you end up settling for three to four hundred dollars more than what I originally owed so no. I'm not going to agree with that deal.

I received my first settlement and had questions so I called customer service and spoke with a very nice gentleman. Who helped me understand how the settlement would work. His explanation was very clear and when we were done I totally understood how the settlement would work. He was very professional and Courteous. He made sure I completely understood how the settlement would be satisfied.

Been very happy since I started, they keep me informed of what is happening to my accounts, and easy to talk to and they listen and help. I had some situations regarding 1 creditor and they keep assuring me everything is going as planned. I started in December of 2022 and had one debt paid and one debt in the works of being paid off.

My dad not complaint is I continually get texts saying I have a deficit. I don’t have a deficit. I had to postpone a payment for a few days. I made an EFS transfer from my bank to Freedom. I have talked to two different people about the continuous texts. They both claimed I had no deficit. One told me that he/she was going to clear the alert. Unfortunately that did not get done. I would think you would only want the texts to come if there was actually a deficit. As I am becoming complacent with the texts I get from you as I’m continually getting the darn same text I ignore them when they come in

I’m working on $50k of debt and was hesitant at first but had to do something. After a while I was building my account up and they were able to start negotiations with my creditors. It soon proved to be an excellent move. They are extremely good at this process. By the time they are done I’ll be negotiated down for about half the original amount owed, amazing! Then I was able to qualify for a consolidation loan to cover the whole new amount owed. Perfect!

All I know is I was in a situation and Freedom came to my rescue and doing a wonderful job. I could not be more happier in the results that I am receiving and if I had a chance to tell the world there's no other way to go than Freedom.

I am very happy with Freedom Debt Relief. I have credit card debt and just could not get out of it no matter how much I paid every month. They understood what I was going through and explained everything to me and how much I would have to pay and how much income I would have every month. I am so glad I called Freedom. While it is understandable they want to get debt relieved as soon as possible, they don't seem to take medical issues along with basic bills in setting this amount. I'm doing in over a quarter of my fixed income leaving me with a negative balance in the bank before I receive my next SSA check. But if I can't make those high payments I am threatened with cancellation. I would prefer to pay in less and take longer to pay off debt, but they don't agree.
