They help me get my credit cards debt under control. I am on target to be debt free by the end of this year 2024. They help me with a plan I could afford. The people I talk to were very helpful and friendly. I could not got this far if it was not for their help.

My only complaint is two $9.95 charges on March 7th. Why Two??? There is no explanation available. I watch my deposit dwindle before any bill is paid. I am looking for clear cut understanding of where my money is going. Fees are part of the process but $30. Worth of fees before anything is paid. Sad.

When I first connected with Freedom Debt Relief, I felt that good things would come my way. Given my mental health issues in dealing with strong stress, I certainly appreciate FDR's agents standing by me while I try to get things done so they can do their job, and giving me the confidence that as we work together, what I need will happen!

All of my experiences with FDR have been terrific, professional and easy. I have needed to change my withdrawal date and it was done easily. They got me a law firm at no extra charge when I received a summons and it was all at no extra cost and taken care of quickly.

Everything was explained fully when I signed up. When I had a few questions. Customer service was so helpful and explained everything with a smile in her voice. Very helpful with uploading letters and making notes about the letters. Was pleasant. Did not get upset at how long she was on the phone with me.

Yes I love it. They got my Chase card half way paid off. They was great. They show me when I paid every month and when it will be paid off. I have one more to pay off. Hope they can get it down a little more than half. That would be great. Thank you so much.

I'm grateful for this program that is helping me get out of debt. Interest rates kept going up and up, and as I cut way back on using some cards and other cards not at all, the interest rates were higher than purchases. FDR is helping me win in a no-win situation.

We had a very positive experience with Freedom Financial. This company kept us informed about progress and when the they needed more information when it was needed. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff during the progress of debt reduction. They tied the last small amount into loan that is going to be easy to pay off.

I was very pleased from the beginning to the end. I'm very happy and I would suggest it to anyone and I have told a lot of friends about it and they questioned you know about you lose all your cards and whatever but once you explain it to them it definitely makes great sense so it's not much else I can say about it just that I think it's a great program.

Freedom Debt Relief is always in contact with me. I'm informed on payments for authorization and kept up to date. Whenever I have any questions there's always someone to help. Excellent customer service. I have dealt with other companies, but they failed to perform as well as Freedom Debt Relief.

I thought you would have at least contact my creditors by now so they had some idea of what was taking place. I am getting several call per day and they have no idea and are trying to get payment from me. I was just in the hospital again and they took my phone away due to call and it increasingly my blood pressure. For the amount of fees you are charging I think you need to contact my creditors and explain you have taken over. I will not be recommending you to anyone else.

It's been good with FDR so far. I like it. I pay a fixed amount monthly which they have in my dedicated account then they pay my creditors. It's much lower. They call me if they have concerns or questions. They email me too. When I started with them, my settlement was in a fast pace maybe because I was with another company before that so my debt had already matured. When I transferred to FDR, it was easier for them to have the settlements already.

So far it’s going good. I was so stressed about the payments. Going through a lot right now. Glad there is help out there. Being single and doing everything on your own is hard but there is light at the end of the tunnel, so grateful FDR is a choice and a chance for better times.

Happy with the work they have done! I would like to get my payments lowered as soon as possible. No further comments at this time. I am very pleased with the experience with FDR and so glad I did not choose BK. After the initial month, I reassessed my budget and increased my bi-weekly payments to speed up the process. After 2 months, I assessed again and increased the amount to complete the program faster. Not even a year in and I have paid off 1 account and have 5 others in structured settlement status.

When I called and talked to them, they were very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. It seemed like they laid out a plan that made a lot of sense. I've been able to change my monthly payment at different times because of financial problems and they've been very helpful. Their site is also very friendly and easy to help with and get things done. I called the dashboard number and would speak with someone about the situation and they'd help me work it out. Joining their program cut down on what I owed tremendously. I've had a couple of companies that held off and wouldn't make a settlement. But one finally did and there's one more that they're still demanding full payment. FDR works hard at getting settlements set up and works with me to get a payment I can handle monthly.

It's been a very good experience with Freedom. We did all my work over the phone and I only had to call their rep a couple of times to ask him if everything’s going okay. Also, the monthly payment was very affordable and they did everything they were supposed to do. I never got one call from a creditor in 64 months. I got one more payment and then a half a payment and I'll be done with them.

Freedom helped me resolve four accounts in a short amount of time. I'm very pleased so far. I have a couple more accounts to get resolved. Then my credit will increase. I'm so happy for their help. It was very easy to apply for help. I was guided in every step.

Freendom Debt Relief's customer service is consistently wonderful, thorough, and transparent. They share lots of information to set you up for success, and their website is easy-to-use with tons of helpful information there as well. I feel reassured and informed every time I've call or chat with a FDR customer service rep! My only criticism is that I feel it should have been made more clear to me that I needed to switch bank accounts if I had any debt with a bank I previously used. Maybe that should be obvious, but it just didn't cross my mind. Overall though, I've had a great experience with FDR.

When I enrolled in the program I didn't know the settlement amounts to clients would be half of what you owe. I thought I would be finished in 4 years instead of 6 years maybe. At this point I'm not satisfied with the program not what was explained about the program.

Yes I would absolutely recommend FDR to a friend because you reduced my debt to approximately half and when I took out an ACHIEVE loan you quickly resolved almost all of my debt and let me know you are working on the remaining few creditors. It was easy to authorize a settlement when they were ready to settle with FDR and when I had questions customer service department was very helpful. When I had questions about the ACHIEVE loan they would very fast and very helpful explaining how it works.

I was at the point I don't know what to do until I called Freedom Debt Relief and now I am so happy of what they are doing in helping me get out of debt. I appreciate them. Put in for initial debt and now most of original debt is not listed. Now when I add what was originally there is now being added and my payments are now larger. Why would this not be monitored and managed properly? There needs to be more upfront honest.

My experience with FDR has been great. They bent over backward for me, to help me out and I really appreciate it. I had a few problems that were interfering with the amount that I had to pay that was due and they let me change it till I got my finances back right again. I had to move a couple of times and put some payments behind and they did that for me. They didn't say, "If you can't pay, you lose your place and we can't help you." They were very lenient with me.

This program has been a nightmare. From the high settlement fees to having to go through court hearings. If I could I would have never done this program. If they are the experts and know which creditors are more aggressive, why not settle those accounts first? This has been mentally draining.

Was told that they would start working immediately on my behalf once my payment was received only To find out that was not true. They don’t start negotiating till you build. Up money in your account. Felt like they told me what I wanted to hear so they could get their money and I am left to deal with the creditors.

I called and simply wanted to cancel the service but the representative kept talking me into staying in the program. I was told I could cancel at any time and receive my money back. So I guess I’m in it now. I would say the representative was nice at all times.

I have submitted 2 call backs within the past two weeks and no one has called, I did submit appointments. I wanted to discuss the lenders calling me and requesting payment. I'm informing them that I'm in a hardship situation and that I will get back to them as soon as possible.

I wanted to add a credit card but my request was not Answered. My Sam's Club store card needs to be added to my account. This method of communication sucks. How many times do I have to do the same thing. It should be fixed. I have reviewed and cannot find any problem

I am still in the early stage of the process, so I do not have much to base an assessment on. However, I do feel that I received good advise and a good plan. I feel less anxiety about my debt, knowing we are working toward resolution, however long it takes. The company communicates with me frequently, and they are helpful when I call with questions. My plan has been clearly communicated to me.

Although I reached out requesting answers, no answers were forthcoming. Just wanted a simple yes or no if any action could be taken concerning the garnishment. Doesn't seem to make any sense to stay in the program, if the garnishment remains in place. Very poor service and lack of communication.

FDR managed to consolidate my 5k debt to $600 this is an honest review and I am very impressed! I have an entire debt program and was in debt 15-20 K so this was a giant improvement on my one card. I will shout it from the rooftops of my great experience!

Updated on 01/06/2025: Do not by any means use this place. They've done NOTHING in 4 years except one of my 3 bills for $ 240. ONE. Had to go to court alone. Represent myself. The court officer even said I got taken. I am reeling over it. Bottomed out my credit so badly I can never recover. Take 300 a month from me automatically. I can't pay anything else. I'm now retired and suffering. They are ABSENTEE except for the girl who reads these complaints contacts you right away to find out why with ZERO resolve. Their fake attorneys just went ahead and gave the suing company whatever they wanted and did NOT negotiate anything. 4 years I want them out of my life like immediately. But they've made it impossible except for my death to occur. Have reported to federal consumer protection, ftc and bbb. Nothing except "you've been sidewalled". Do not use them. Spare yourself. Go to the company and negotiate on your own they will help. Not FDR!!!

Freedom Debt Relief provided me a structure that helped me out of a mountain of debt. Any time I contacted them, I was treated with respect and kindness. They lessened the anxiety of being in debt. Although I have just signed in with this company, I am impressed by explanations and attention to details. I am kept up to date and provided with valuable information in how to deal with creditors. These people are totally fraud people. Don’t believe them. They steal your money and you cannot do anything. They told me, "We paid off your cards in 4 years and you have to pay $400 every month." but after two years they take $9000 from me and paid to my creditors just $3700 and around $6000 their fees. So don’t believe them.

My debt consultant was excellent. She understood my financial struggles. Living check to check barely trying to keep up with credit card and personal loans payments is stressful. Choosing between payments or food on the table. I was able to vent my financial stress and best of all she listened to me.

Very nice polite people. This company has answered a lot of questions I had. Reading the reviews I was pleased with this company, so we contacted them. It feels good to not stress about bills..I didn’t realize how long it takes when you charge something. The interest does add up.

Easy to join, staff was friendly and the software is easy to use, but you need to do something or at least have a plan to give the customer an idea that when you stop paying so that the companies are more willing to negotiate. Somehow or someway you need to at least get in touch with these companies cause I get calls several times a day from one company now add two or three companies and your phone becomes inundated with phone calls from companies trying to collect or creditors but you guys don't contact them let them know something's in the workings and that would be okay if it was like a month or two but some of these have prediction settlement dates of two years away and that's really hard to accept it.

It was the best experience I've ever dealt with. They are very patient with me. I didn't know how to do things on my phone and they walked me through it step by step, and never got aggravated with me at all. They are wonderful people to work with.. So if anybody needs help with the debt you need to call Freedom Debt Relief 'cause they are fantastic to work with. You absolutely won't regret it that for sure. So just remember they will walk you through it every step of the way, they are wonderful people. I was scared doing debt relief but they made me very comfortable about my decision. To have settled one account in well over a year but to have paid in nearly 11,000$ makes me wonder where all my money is going. I don’t see it sitting in my dedicated account and it surely wasn’t going to my creditors that was in negotiations so where is it?

Updated on 07/12/2025: My experience with freedom debt relief for the last year and a half has been quick and easy going. They were very fast in negotiating most of my debts. I’m done quicker because a third party loan company partnered with them has taken over funding my debts and I will now pay that loan company back instead so I can get my credit back up quicker.

I am very happy in the process of my loan details. The first week I had a lot of debtors calls. Since then All of my debtors has stopped Harassing me. I'm only in my program about 6 months. And I couldn't be more pleased how Freedom Debt has helped me.

Working with FDR has been reassuring in a way I didn't expect. At first I was concerned this was some sort of scam and I'd be worse off than before I started working with them. But early on in working with FDR I had two settlement offers. I was blown away by how quickly they came in. It's been taking longer on the later settlements but that's okay. Even when legal action was taken against me for one of my debts FDR and their contracted legal team came to the rescue and worked with me as fast as they could to put my mind at ease. My time with Freedom Debt Relief is coming to a close as I begin to work with a debt consolidation loan company, but if it wasn't for Freedom I'd never be at this stage where real progress to my debt has been made. Real changes to my credit have been reflected. My effort feels worth it.

No response & feel like you signed me & now I. Am not get anyone to make some of my debts are taking care of! Also I sent in statements & no one has gotten back with me. Can someone call me please to make sure this is taken care of ASAP!

Seem to be a a fair company to work with. Very upfront company. I recommend several people so far and I continue to look forward to them helping me get my debt in order and back on track so I hope I continue to get the upfront and fair service that I'm paying them for all their help. Been greatly appreciated. They get right to it if you have any concern doing the program.

I almost finished paying the balance for the original debt with one of my creditors. FDR waited too long to negotiate. I sent an additional payment on 2/08/24. Ironically, the next day on 2/09/24. The last payment of my original debt, FDR settled for nearly half the cost. After the next scheduled payment on 2/15/24, I would have owed only $189. On their website, they claim to have reduced my debt by $3,046, but actually that’s the money they took from me. Now, I have to record it as income on my taxes and FDR charged me so I wouldn’t receive the refund I should have received (original debt: $7,546; deposits toward enrolled debt: $7,357; settlement amount: $4,500; FDR settlement fees: $1,886.50). It would have been better if I never joined the program.

I have only made my first deposit and I feel better about my future. Everyone that I have spoke with has been so helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to have a fresh start! I called yesterday with a question and the gentleman I talked with was so nice and helpful.

After making my first deposit within two weeks one of my creditors agreed on a settlement. Couldn't believe it happened that fast. The excitement I felt about taking that first small step was unbelievable. I have already recommended Freedom to some of my friends who are also struggling with collections.

I’m not ready to start yet due to a medical condition that impacted my health. Trying to reach Customer Service to stop withdrawal of funds proven impossible. You can’t reach a live human, only an automated recording which keeps you in a loop. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.

They explained everything in great detail about how their program works and what happens down the road. I can’t say enough about how happy I am and what a load it took off my shoulders. I would give them 5 stars except, I think the client should have more say in the order that accounts are negotiated. It is crazy to allow the computer system to decide the order putting the higher interest loans that increase quickly in balance to be last to be negotiated.

I couldn’t be happier with how quickly and easy this process to not only lessen by debt amount than I originally owed. I’m eager to get rid of the debtors but soon enough be debt free and not make the mistakes of those debts ever again. Can’t wait and I’m very thankful! So far so good. Need more time to let you know how going to work, in maybe six months I can be ready to say something and review this program and this way I can experience how it works properly and recommend to everybody else and another thing is the people are very friendly and helpful, they explained very clear every step you need to do.

FDR fees are outrageously high, I'm so disappointed with the process. In 1 year time free I have made over $5,000.00 in payments towards my designated account and only 1 account has been paid off, the rest has gone in fee and fees. Your fees are over 25% of the balances and to make matters worse I get 1099 for the total defiance balance of the settled amount. Anyone that asked my experience with FDR I have to be honest.

Freedom Debt Relief is so patient and very professional, they listened to my situation and treated me like a person, and once they explained in detail how this works, the pressure was lifted off of me even before we finished the phone call. I would really recommend this to anyone who has credit card debt, do this instead of filing bankruptcy or getting a high interest loan. You can’t go wrong.

This program was able to resolve my debts fairly and efficiently. Any time I contacted FDR, the staff were ALWAYS very helpful in guiding me through the program. Though I appreciate the system, the wait is too long. This caused my credit rating to go the lowest I’ve ever seen it. It’s going to be a hard recovery to 70 plus. If someone can remind us again it’s debt relief not credit repair. That is my only complaint.

This program is helping me get back on track of my debt. Well it’s taking time and I understand this is how it’s supposed to work. Very happy overall. First few month plenty of phone calls from creditors but slowly it has been getting better and my account are getting resolved.

With worked with me for over a year on helping me clear my debt and getting the debt taken care of. This has been a great company. Very, very easy to work with and would highly recommend anyone who needs help getting debt taken care of.. Again this helped me get structured and was able to help me settle my debt.

Update: 03/05/2025: I was satisfied for the first two settlements. But the last one, I was not happy with. I ended up having to pay court costs, and had to settle for full amount plus the late and finance charges. That was not right!! I don’t feel that was a good settlement but I basically did not have any other choice!!

Best thing going for debt... Making life so much easier... Pay your monthly fees and they take care of the rest... It has been nothing but a great experience... The people are nice that you communicate with. They are very knowledgeable as well. All you have to do is call if you are having a issue with anything...
