I have struggled with debt nearly all of my adult life. This program has helped me achieve a realistic plan to eliminate it, while teaching me to live without relying on credit cards. I am very motivated to stay on my schedule, or even finish early. I am really grateful for what this program has done for me.

The gentlemen I spoke with was very kind and understanding of my circumstances. He explained the program and he made me feel confident that I was on the right track to getting my debt under control. He explained everything to my understanding and answered all my question. Then he sent me to another gentlemen and he was also very kind.

The program is simple. All the reps I have communicated with are very helpful and knowledgeable. The customer dashboard helps me keep track of my debt and settlements. It is easy to navigate. Once deposits begin settlements can be offered. Knock out your debt and have peace of mind.

Freedom Debt has done an excellent job of working on getting my accounts settled. They keep me updated on how things are progressing and they make the process of my agreeing on the settlements flawless. If I have questions or need help they are very quick to respond either by phone or email. If they have a question about something I am doing that might hinder my settlements they will call and give me a chance to explain what is going on. I have never spoken to anyone who is not only polite but are well versed in my account.

Our ONLY complaint was about the documents you requested. We sent them immediately...and you kept asking for them! Just a glitch in the system...but it was frustrating! We finally got the issue resolved.. but it took a few days and finally a phone call to your customer service number to resolve the issue.

I’m very pleased with FDR Progress in giving me peace of mind. Even though I created my debt I’m pleased that I will be over the soon from my debts. I hope my credit score will improve after. And I can breathe again. I hope to let my children know not to do what I did so they can have a better understanding what credit cards too many can change their outcome in so many ways.

I had two debts and I was having issues because both of them would come in different times in the month. One would be at the 1st and the other one would be towards the end. I would always struggle with money from the one in the end to the beginning because I had a hard time saving money. I finally broke down and needed help. I was struggling.

We refinanced our home and the new mortgage company sent me checks to pay off credit cards, which they were doing some for us. I sent Freedom a check of almost $6,000 that I'm paying for that through my mortgage now. It was to pay off one credit card in full and they were to apply the remainder into the other two accounts they were working on. They received it on July 3rd and it went into that account July 3rd. But it does not show on my page at all that they have applied that to that credit card nor the remainder of that check to the other two credit cards. It shows that they have received it and they deposited it into that account, but they've not applied it to the debt. I have called them over and over. They have not been helpful at all. My balance was $1,931 to pay them off completely. I just sent them another check, certified mail, that I will get a signed receipt to pay them in full and I wouldn't want another thing to do with them. They won't get another penny from me and I've made sure of that with the bank. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I’m glad I decided to humble myself and take advantage of Freedom Debt Relief. It was easy to get started and the staff were friendly, nonjudgmental and respectful. At first it's hard not taking calls from your creditors, but then, it starts to end. Then you get your first debt taken care of, and onto the next... This really is working! Your advisor is really your partner in undertaking this difficult undertaking! Debt sucks life from you, so get rid of it! This is a sure way to do that!

FDR has been very communicative and user friendly via website and text and email. Have made being in debt nearly stress free. Easy to upload documents and learn the process. I have never had to call bc of the easy text feature. I appreciate them working down my debt via negotiations.

The help I received is amazing. They were able to calm my fears and concerns. They are so helpful! I feel hopeful and confident in dealing with my debts now. I was so worried before, unable to sleep or relax because I was so worried about being able to clear my debts.

Cancel and refund was explained differently by each person and no one ever called back. Just started withdrawing. Jeremy said he would call back. Never did. Conversation started good and convincing til the transfer of the call. Just cancel cancel cancel.

Freedom Debt Relief is trustable. They have been helping me consolidate my debt. The fees are high, but it keeps me out of trouble. The customer service is good. They're very easy to get ahold of. Before COVID, it was Monday through Sunday, and after COVID, it's Monday through Friday, but that hasn't been a problem.

The program works good. I wish it was done faster, but it just takes a while. Freedom Debt Relief does a good job. They told me before, if I pay more than I have now, we would pay it off quicker. But they don't force me. They just gave me a heads up. They keep me informed, which is good. I recommend them big time.

The reps warned me right up front that I was gonna have to let my bills go on hold for a while and that it was gonna hurt my credit. My only concern is that I paid off all but one credit card and my credit report is still reflecting that these bills or still unpaid even though I paid them. I spoke to Freedom about it and they said I would have to contact the credit reporting agency and let them know what I was doing and who I was affiliated with, which is them, and let them know that I have proof. The only proof that I have is my dashboard that I get on to and it shows that I've made all the payments and that they're paid off. Freedom Debt Relief was easy to work with and their program was good. They're doing everything they said they would do. I've got to trust that they are because it shows that the bills are paid and I don't know any other way to check on it other than what they tell me.

I am very grateful for my experience, I could not do by myself what they have done for me and am very grateful I didn't have to claim bankruptcy. I would pay them again too handle my debt. I am very pleased and appreciative of my experience. I was newly divorced and taking care of two children and could not pay my debt. It was a blessing to have found this service.

This is helping me pay down debt that I had not expected. A convenient monthly payment that then pays towards my debts. It did seem to have taken a while to get the creditors to respond and I also had to resubmit statements, but all in all I am happy. I am not great about checking emails and that hasn't created an issue thankfully.

I have been in the program since February and I’m impressed by the manner they have gone about their business. They were thorough right at the beginning on the process. I followed all their instructions and everything has gone smoothly. They have settled 3 of 8 of my accounts. They have also been very helpful, informative and great communication with any changes. My biggest criticism is the timing between what I was told vs. what actually occurred for negotiations to begin with creditors. I was told that I could expect to start to see negotiations within the first month and in fact, my first negotiation only occurred last week, more two months enrolled in the program. When I called in to ask about the status, the agent that answered didn't even know how long I'd been enrolled in the program.

I called last week and talked to a lady which I don’t know her name but she was very helpful for the advice I was asking for. I had to go back to my old phone and I needed help downloading my Dash Board and she went out of her way to help me get it set back up.

After the initial enrollment, it was a little difficult to find the right number and time to reach someone about the next steps. So far the process is fairly easy. The client dashboard is very super friendly. The follow up has been very informational for how to navigate through the rest of the program.

So far they have done exactly what they have promised and we seem to be on the way to consolidating all of my debt. I hope to restore my credit back to what it was when this is all finished. Results are happening very quickly tho. They respond quickly to my questions and are very helpful.

I was not told it could take up to 120 days to contact just one creditor. I thought within 90 days all my creditors would at least be contacted. Some of these creditors won't even be contacted for a year. If I would have known this I probably would not have entered the program.

I am paying off my past due bills. That is my goal. I would of never been able to pay them without FDR. I would of filed bankruptcy. Thank you for helping with a plan. And someday I will be debt free. Future plan is to build a house. And now if will be possible after I am debt free.

So far it's great and they are really helpful. The program has help me make decent payments every two weeks that I can afford. I can not wait until they negotiate to clear my credit payments. I also like the fact that I can add more creditors to clear my credit.

The only problem was that the first time I applied, they told me four years and then the process went up to five years. They were deducting 474 from my Social Security which is a lot of money for me. But thank God I'm done and I can save that 500 month to go for a cruise with my sister-in-law next year. I'm so happy.

The reps were very honest and knew what they were talking about. We started the program right away after the phone call. I’m in the last year now and I’m happy. Freedom Debt Relief helped me out a lot because COVID knocked me for a loop, as far as work goes. I missed so much work and the credit card bills were too much to handle. So, I had to do something.

I'm not getting the right answers. It should not take months to get this done. I was told the second week of this month that I should see results around July the 20-21. Now I get an email telling me it may take months before my two credits make a deal. PI have also been told that I don't have enough money in the account. Somebody better get in touch with me. I've even tried to log on and It will not let me. One of my account has no interest, you guys are going to cause me to loss that. Not happy.

So far my experience has been great. Customer service is good. All individuals are very helpful. I am looking forward to being debt free. Only complaint is my dashboard is not working properly. I’ve talked to staff but it has yet to be fixed. I will reach out again to customer service for assistance. Thank you very much.

Updated on 12/13/2023: I am very satisfied with this program. We have already had 10 debts settled in less than a year and we could not be more excited! I recommend this to everyone that asks me if I know a good debt solution program. We have used one previous to this and they never contacted us and I honestly don't remember them even getting anything settled and we paid for them for over a year.

I was carefully walked through the process, which was super simple. I felt like I had no way of ever getting caught up until I contacted FDR. They help get me back on track at a much quicker pace at a much lower payment. I would highly recommend them to anyone who feels like they will never get ahead or even caught up.

The creditor calls are stressful, but you just have to trust the process. 20+ year old company with an A+ BBB rating is highly reassuring! Just waiting for some settlement offers now. It’s all a money game. Supposedly they try to work out a deal with these credit card companies. That will never happen because they have already given your debt to a law firm that harasses you with phone calls and letters every week. And Freedom Debt Relief knows that you don’t owe these law firms anything because they didn’t give you the credit card. But in the long run everyone gets a piece of the poor man’s money. They give you 5 years to pay off a small debt, you miss a payment and they make you start all over, a legit scam if you ask me.

We needed counseling and a debt solution, and Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) provided it promptly. Due to health reasons (lost my leg), we suddenly lost income as I was unemployed, and we went through our savings to pay our mortgage and maintain our household. We have been working with FDR since December 2022, and they are systematically knocking down overwhelming debt from credit cards and a personal loan we assumed for our son's high-interest student loan. FDR communicates what they are doing, keeps us in the loop with negotiations, and always asks for our agreement to settle for excellent lower balances than we originally owed. The mental stress is off us, and we no longer receive the collection calls.

FDR has provided me with a way out from under my debt. They are the only company that really understood that due to job loss - debt can creep up on you and make everyday life miserable. They are a great help and have assisted me every step of the way.

One of the aspects of this company that I love the most is the constant communication during the negotiations and settlement process. That not including the dashboard which one can open at any time to review which account is being negotiated and the order each account would be handle by FDR.

I have had to send in debt information several times. Some of my debt has still not been added and then they said was already added has a different account number. I'm close to getting another company to do the work. Wells Fargo account has not been added and the Capital One has a different account number.

This program has helped me immensely with my debt and helped me to get in control over my finances again. Everyone is super nice and helpful, I just wish for the occasional follow up. But overall, Excellent! I went from paying over $500 a month on minimum payments alone to an easier bi-weekly payment that has freed up a lot more of my paycheck.

My only issue I have is that I wish it could be done faster. I understand I can put more money into it, that's not what I'm talking about. Money aside, it feels as if it will take 3-4 years to complete the program. When I first signed up, I was told 2 years or less. So my complaint is towards the settlement time frames I feel should be quicker, mine took 1 year before my first settlement into the program. I think it should have started to see settlements after 6 months in.

Freedom Debt has been a great experience. When they call me to help me if I don’t understand or so helpful in anything I need. I will recommend friends and family with 100% yes. I’m so glad I did this with freedom debt. It’s made my life so stress free and worries.

The experience with FDR is great .. But I gotta have patience.. I realize it’s a process and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Also the good part about it you can a representative and ask questions or advice on what to say and do when creditors start calling and inquiring about payment. And you also can pay more on your plan. For the most part you can work out your financial situation in the process So far it been a good experience and the representative assured me that it was a great program to get if you have a financial hardship.

We each went to Freedom out of despair action. Nothing seemed to work until we found Freedom Debt Relief. It wasn't easy, but their programs held us to a schedule. Month after month the creditors dropped off as FDR's programs worked their 'magic'. Use their provided tools, check your 'Dashboard' often, keep up with what the program is doing and be patient. FDR is legit. They're not a scam. They were really nice. They gave me a lot of information. Regarding the payment plan, they asked me what would be doable for me to do and they worked with me there. They were very quick with working with the credit card companies. One card I owed almost 10,000 and they settled it for 6,000. They also have good customer support. If I ever needed any questions answered, they were there. Our credit report went down considerably when I started, but we knew that was gonna happen. Now, I've got less than a year to go. I have already recommended them to friends.

The settlement fee is high but getting the accounts settled has been fast on most of them. I was contacted about enrolling another debt that I couldn’t find on my credit report. I inquired as to where that info came from and didn’t get a clear answer. The customer service team has been fine to deal with.

It Takes too long to reach out to the creditors and will leave you in a delinquency mode thus leading to debt collectors calling or mailing notices to you and will also leave you with a very bad credit score. You can't buy anything that requires a credit score check because your score is at the 400s literally!! I should have tried National Debt Relief instead.

The customer service is awesome. I have only been in the program since March. The only complaint I have is it takes a while to settle with the credit companies. I don’t think I had a clear understanding on how long it takes to settle with them. Not sure if it takes the full 4 years or not.

I enrolled five credit cards into Freedom Debt Relief’s program and we’ll be done next year. I usually call and I never have the same person. I gotta explain to them what's happening. They have to go in there and look at the file, do some reading and call me back. In the beginning, FDR’s service was great. It's just this last one that we're working on. We had one account that had two payments left on it and FDR refused the last couple of payments. It pissed me off. They went behind our backs and sold the account to somebody else and didn't tell us what they were doing. The company was calling me, wanting me to pay them and I said we'll pay them through Freedom Debt. And they didn't wanna wait. Now, I'm paying the full amount that I owed FDR on this.

Freedom is very good at keeping you posted on what's going on and they let you know any changes coming. The helped us get a payment that was as low as we could go and still be okay with our retirement because we didn't have anything but social security. Working with them has made it a lot easier for me by letting us make the payments monthly and have them take care of getting rid of the problem. Go for it.

Yes, I would recommend a friend because you are true to your word. Do not have to wait a long time. The more money we send the quicker you are in paying off our debts. We have to be patient because it do take time to review paperwork and check the creditors out.

Since I am only in the program for less than 30 days, I really can't judge yet. I must say that one issue that was not addressed is the fact that I would be getting phone calls from my creditors and I would have to explain why I am not paying but not mention FDR. I get anxiety every time the phone rings!!

The rep took a long time to explain to me what the program was and how my debt was gonna get paid off. They were endlessly patient.
