From my initial contact with Michelle ** to all the customer service personnel, the service has been first class and the people you hire are a credit to your brand. I almost went with another company but because of the amount of work that Michelle put in I decided to stay with you all. She is a first class sales person.

So far the program has been fantastic. I have settled one account and waiting to settle two additional accounts. I am looking forward to being debt free in 2 years if all goes well. I did; however, think that my last two accounts would have been negotiated by now, but understand these things take time.

Usually I don't trust this kind story. I think it is too good to be true. Could be some kind of trap. When the lady talk to me in the phone, I was impressed and convinced by her professional knowledge and nice attitude. She promises that I can call her anytime about any question. She even gave me her cellphone number. After I join the program, I did call her many times. She always answered or respond shortly with same nice manner that made my heart calmed. Six months passed, Two settlement is been made. Both debt reduced a little bit more than half with no interest. I am satisfied. I like share my experience with you and hope you will get a relief soon.

FDR customer service was great! The peace of mind of regaining financial stability is great. I appreciate the time spent in assisting me in this endeavor. I'm looking forward to seeing my debt reduced and being able to spend where needed.

My experience so far has been excellent. Opening a new business and being in debt is tough. With your help I am hoping to be done what debt free soon. Opening a second daycare now and working hard for no money the past 2.5 years has been tough of my family.

So far it's been great, we're about 6 months into the program. We were swimming in debt after being a one income household for over 8 years. Freedom Debt Relief has helped us get our finances back on track with once a month payments that are about 50% less than what we were paying to our creditors. Their customer service has been great. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 and not a 5 is because the legal team they are partnered with doesn't return phone calls. They should probably look into partnering with someone that's as helpful as they are. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family. BTW, I am a real client and am not receiving any compensation for this review.

Freedom Debt Relief has been fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody that unfortunately accumulated a large credit card debt. When I call Freedom somebody is always there. Freedom Debt Relief does what they said they promise to you about paying off my debt.

Every time I have a question or need some clarification about my debt settlement plan, I feel I am promptly assisted. I have learned this negotiation period takes time and we have to be patient if we can't afford to get debt free faster. We have completed what you asked and still we are getting calls and threats of collection calls. Our credit score has dropped significantly and caused increase in car insurance rates. We cannot move because of credit rating. Bills we have are all current. Emails I received I have forwarded to customer service team.

As its name implies debt relief is what I got. Although the phone and email boxes continue to buzz knowing I have an outlet to pass the buck (per se) has lifted a lot of pressure off my shoulders. I have only been on the program for a few months. So far, my experience has been good. The counselors in the beginning take your stress away and make you feel that things are going to improve. They do thoroughly explain the program before signing on. I really liked that. When you call in the customer service representatives are very good and make you feel at ease. Some representatives, you can tell, are more people oriented than others, but overall the customer service representatives offer good counseling.

The Freedom Debt Relief program has been very helpful and they are helping me to get back on my feet. I ran into some money issues and could not pay on my debt and since they took over. I have been getting by, which I know it will be a long and difficult trek, but at least I don't have to worry about phone calls from bill collectors and stress over payments. Just had a question about paperwork I received and was transferred to dept that could help me handled it and they were able to give me the main phone number of the company I needed to talk to that could help me on what I needed to do.

They have been of great help to me in getting my finances straightened out after being on sick leave for three months last year. Freedom Debt Relief was recommended to me by a client. After 7 months of depositing money into an account with them I was slapped with a court order by a credit card company. I was told by them that this credit card company Discover card was known to do that and that I would have to settle with them for the full amount in order to avoid legal action. Subsequently all of the monthly payments that were supposed to go into my account with Freedom Debt Relief went to this one creditor. This then left me with very little money to put in to pay off to other creditors.

He is wonderful this young man knew his stuff. This has been a horrific experience! I informed both FDR and NLLG that one of my creditors sent a letter stating that legal action would be taken against me. I was told it was scam. I asked for the creditor to be called and no one would call. Guess what happened... now I owe more money. I have done everything I was told to do. Not sure how this is going to work out. Yes FDR is recommended by the BBB but after this with one of my creditors I would think twice. I'm praying that none of the other creditors do this.

In mid May - I gave FF enough money to pay all of my debt. Only 1 is in negotiation. I also asked to have one company removed, which I still see there. I paid off early so I could clear my credit. Why is it taking so long to get debt free?

I signed up today. I am very pleased so far with the service that I received from Tyler and the Federal Relief team. He was very thorough and I am confident that I will be represented well and that I will save a lot of money using their services.

I signed up about a year ago and failed to fully understand what a joke this was. They take a percentage of your debt and slice it up into what they call settlement fees, your settlement fees are paid before they actually pay your debts. You stand a much better chance and a much low settlement rate if you go with a debt settlement lawyer or better yet do it yourself. So instead of being able to pay a credit card company quicker in a year if you settled with the company, you end up paying more over a longer period of time with their settlement fees tacked on. It's much easier to negotiate with the credit card company directly, than with them. Their debt consolidation plan is a joke, that keeps you in debt much longer. My advice, leave as soon as possible. Seek an attorney to help you out with lawsuits or settle the debt yourself with the credit card company.

I clicked on an ad for Freedom Debt Relief last night and put my info in just to see what they might be able to do for me. I was very quickly contacted by Jon **, one of their sales agents ("debt consultants"). He was very friendly and reassuring and spent a lot of time explaining everything and answering my questions. I ended up enrolling in the program. However, after sleeping on it and doing some more research, woke up regretting my decision. I'm not currently behind on payments. I have already closed my accounts and setup hardship payment plans with reduced interest/fees with my credit card companies. The FDR plan would save me about $200 a month, BUT in the process it would have trashed my credit (my credit isn't great but it's better than it would be if I stopped making payments) and been at a high risk of being sued.

In general, Freedom Debt Relief is not what I expected. There has been a recent settlement accepted from Bank of America. Discover Card, despite correspondence to the contrary, continue to deduct $35 a month as my "consumer protection" and seem to be content to settle the debt that way. There has been no activity with my largest creditor, Chase at this time. The monthly updates and charts are not helpful in deciphering progress.

In the beginning it was all promises. Once the payments have been made and debt settled, they will refuse to write a letter stating the account has been settled with the creditor. It is up to the client to contact the creditor to request the letter stating the account has been settled and it is up to the client to report to the different credit bureaus to reflect that. They will only provide a generic letter without account number and a settlement agreement. At the end, you end up paying almost the full amount of the original debt. At the end, your credit report takes a massive hit while you may almost the full amount because of the fees or charges. Just call the creditors yourself and settle directly with them. Learn from my experience.
