Everyone at FDR has been so thank you and encouraging. Helping every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with credit card payments. They don't make you feel like a failure. Always there to answer any question you might have. It's a little overwhelming at first but they help you with that too.

Debt relief program, I am very happy with the progress of the program and absolutely enthused by the help in solving this matter. I would certainly recommend this program to anyone that is in need. The program and the system have helped me immensely in solving the problem I had with that, which have been caused by health problems of my wife and then of my own.

I was very impressed with the service, they were very informative, and sent me all the information I needed to be able to understand the process. They informed me as to what my payments would be and the date the payments will start. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends.

Thus far, every time I have had a need it has been meet. The CSR's are very nice. The only thing was I was offered a C-loan and was approved but by the end of the loan vs the end of paying FDR I would have had to pay an additional 15k so I had to decline it. After all going from one loan or credit card to pay another is what got me in the mess I'm in. I would have love to get all my debt into one but adding 15K plus 1 more year in payments would have been a stupid move on my part. I thought when I was first offered this that my payments would be at least close to the same, thought that was your intentions to help me get my credit back.

In the begin I was not happy at all because I was not seen any results due to the fact that I thought the program work one way but, it actually work the opposite of my thinking. They helped me clear my debt in the time said and I am very happy with them they worked very hard to resolve any issues that arose. And I'm very happy with them they were on time with everything and payments I've been working with them for I think 3 or 4 years.

We entered FDR program one month ago; that is not enough time for us to accurately evaluate their progress. We will be glad to provide you more information after 90 days. The first month all our bills came out of our checking accounts because we had not turned off our auto pays and FDR payment came out as well. So far I am having a good experience. In the beginning I was cautious but every time I have needed information or help they have been able to talk me through the program and what I need to do. They are prompt when I have left messages and I still talk with the original person from National Debt Relief that started my program.

I've had no problems with Freedom Debt. They have resolved several of mine and my daughter's debts and we will soon be debt free with those particular creditors. It is easier to pay our bills now. The only thing that we have noticed is that there is still interest being added to the cards that you are taking care of. Phone calls coming in all the time too. Don't know when they will be paid so no more calls and interest added.

Very helpful in resolving debts. Setup was easy. Monthly payments are made seamlessly. There are monthly notifications as to progress in the program. Each creditor account shows amount negotiated, savings, how many payments toward payoff. Freedom has a team approach so any representative is able to assist with your question.

I understand that in order for it to go faster, I need to add funds. The only thing that I would change is that when they provide a customer with a settlement amount, they should also provide how much the settlement fees will be and the schedule for payment of those settlement fees. This company was kind, but firm. The estimate they gave me about the savings and length of payoff was fairly accurate. Even the application process was easy. They took care of everything after they received my info. It was rough at the beginning because the names and numbers I left for references when I applied for these financial institutions got several phone calls so that was hard and embarrassing. But that had nothing to do with Freedom Debt Relief.

We are just starting out with program and so far so good. I'm very hopeful that this experience is a great one and if anyone were to ask me that they needed help I would refer them to Freedom Debt Relief.

Tyler was very professional, patient, and spoke clearly. It was an easy experience. He helped me get through the form with ease. His presentation was thorough and easy to understand. He also stopped frequently and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. All in all, it was a stress free experience.

Sari ** was very helpful as I explained how I wound up in this engulfing debt. She took my info, called me back to let me know I qualified and I can't begin to tell you how well I slept that night! I wish I had called sooner so I hadn't dwindled my savings down so much in order to stay afloat. Living on a fixed income makes trying to keep up, not to mention getting ahead very difficult, I Thank Freedom Debt Relief for the relief and the light at the end of the tunnel!

In the beginning, there were delays in having GCS withdraw from my bank due to differences in how my name was listed. During that three month delay, it was hard getting replies to emails. Thankfully this has been resolved! So far debts are being handled quickly!

I appreciated Sherry's friendliness and how she took her time to explain everything to me. I was every nervous about doing this. She made me feel at ease. She answered all my questions, and her feedback was great. She was very pleasant and very understanding of my concerns.

I am happy with the experience I've had. Debt is such a hard and stressful thing to deal with and Linda has made it all much easier. While I am still a little uneasy with the thought of affecting my credit, I know this is what I really need to do in the long run. I am hopeful that I will receive credit counseling when everything is done and that puts me at ease.

I was overall very pleased with the entire process with FDR. The client dashboard is very useful tool in managing your account and tracking your process. You can effectively communicate your questions/concerns and receive prompt answer in reasonable amount time. I was pleased with option of settling accounts faster with loan program. That process quick online although interest rate very high but no prepay penalty if you shop after for better interest rate. Feels great to be debt free after years of paying a lot of interest on credit cards.

Tiffany ** was very accommodating to dealing with me and my ever changing schedule. Tiffany is a really sweet & kind lady & easy to talk with!!! If everyone on phone was like her life would be more enjoyable for everyone to do business and resolve issues at hand. UPDATED 3/10/2021: Throughout my enrollment years, they have consistently negotiated with all of my creditors for a satisfactory resolution. This has always allowed me to be trouble-free over debt owed. All of my enrolled debt has now been settled and I am debt free. Thank you, Freedom Debt Relief.

Without using Freedom company I would be buried with bills and wouldn't be able to fix my credit. So happy to use this service and to be able to finish in 3 to 4 years. So I can rebuilt my future for my son.

I have been with the debt relief program for 7 months now and it has been the best experience. I didn't want to choose bankruptcy and I didn't want to just not pay the bills but I had gotten in way over my head and I had no way out. I looked into this and now my bills are being paid through this Program. The counselors work with you step by step and are always there to answer questions and guide you to the next step. I hope I will never have to use this program again but I will always guide someone who needs help to them. They are awesome.
