I am very happy to find FDR group of people that are willing to help me. I am grateful to them. I want to give Thank You to Mr. Quentin **. He was the first person I have the pleasure in talking to about the program. He guided me and got me started on the program.

I called Hannah ** with some questions regarding the accounts that we have in the program. Still waiting for reply back. Although the process for Debt Consolidation started, I need to know why these accounts in the program are still taking money out of my Bank account even after I've switched OFF the Automatic payment. The payment for the Debt Consolidation has been taken out from our account and yet some of these accounts are still getting payments from me. It's Double Paying! Please advise. I need Hannah to call or email me back as she said she would at the time when we signed up.

Resolving debt was made easy, people are happy to help us out of financial debt. Feeling like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Lawyers were easy to work with, when one bank sued us and harasses us.

Every time I've called in for a I've got a very good representative except the last time. He was little rushy. Maybe he didn't understand what I was trying to do. My husband's out of work. He can substitute teacher. He teaches 9 months out the year and in the summer he doesn't give any money and I was just looking for a little bit nice, but I don't think he really understood what I was talking about. Kind of understand maybe what I was trying to tell him. It was just for a couple of months coz I don't think he understood.

I joined Freedom Debt Relief as I hit financial hardship becoming a single parent. The hardest in this is the beginning and the calls you get from the creditors and when I reached out to Freedom Debt Relief I got virtual no help. I was told to call. My phone company have the calls blocked as well as referred to an app for my phone which to use said app cost money. That didn't make sense. I had a big size of money in my account and had a few accounts that could have been settled, in my option, and they were not.

I'm glad that I found this company to represent me, although I regret putting myself in this position. I've only been in the program approximately 8 mos and have already settled on one of my larger accounts. I'm extremely thankful. Even though I've only been FDR a few months they've already negotiate a settlement with one of my biggest creditors. With their help in setting a payment plan, I now have money left over after paying bills. I would recommend you guys to anyone wanting a fresh start.

I was becoming stressed out from the overwhelming debts my wife and I incurred over the last 7 or so years from health issues and expenses to poor decisions. The best decision we have made recently was accepting Freedom Debt Relief's offer to help us get relief from our debtors by letting them negotiate reducing our debts and paying off our debts in a time frame that as senior citizens we will be able to enjoy the latter part of our lives debt free other than everyday expenses to live.

I am satisfied with their service. They were always polite and kept me very informed on every step. The only thing that surprised me is my payment went up. After talking to them asking a lot of questions I understood it. Nothing was hidden at all. If you are not willing to go all the way through the program you shouldn't start. It is working for me.

When I was in serious money problems, I went to Freedom Debit Relief. Did not know if I could trust them, know no one who ever used them. But I was put at ease and they have gotten me on the right money track in a matter of a couple years. They are the BEST!

Things moved slowly at first to build equity in my account. Many of my creditors said that they do not negotiate with Freedom Debt Relief. I wished there was a way that FDR would forward power of attorney and talked with creditors to minimize phone calls to me. Then I was contacted by a loan company associated with FDR and turned down for a loan because of debt to income (this is why I am with FDR). My payments to FDR have been consistent and automatic... Why no loan?

They are doing well. I am happy with progress. Hopefully I can get out of debt a lot sooner than the 3 years. And hopefully I can put in more than what they are taking out right now in another couple of weeks or by the end of August.

Very satisfied that I reached a representative that was articulate, thorough, friendly, genuine, concise, respectful, patient and left me with only a few questions about the program which were quickly addressed. Entered the program with doubts as to the value of any such program but for my situation it is a fit.

Jacob ** was very helpful in leading us through the process. He was knowledge in what he was doing and patient with me as I was trying to understand the process. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was respectful and sensitive in our particular situation and wanted to help.

I was satisfied but, I was not happy that I was not informed on a few things. I did not save any money but hurt my credit. I had to do the C+ loan to get things settled and with the interest rate I am being charged I would have been better off not doing it. I had a 6% interest rate on my line of credit at the bank. Now I will be paying 25%. I might have saved 10,000.00 but then add back in the 4,000.00 fee and interest rate I am no better ahead. I would make sure it's only on credit cards and not on any high bank ones.

Very friendly cooperation and informative on the project are process and what to expect. All questions answered timely and when they called very helpful. Would highly recommend this company. They have taken a lot of pressure off me since my husband passing and the nightmare that was as left.

Fast friendly service, will always answer any questions I have. I am very satisfied with them so far. The phone calls have nearly stopped since I started and my family is much better Financial since the consideration. I would most definitely recommend to a Friend.

The start up process was very quick and easy. Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I have one card being paid off already. It is very comforting knowing I will be out of debt in a couple years.

I am very pleased with the debt relief time of action. The action was very much more than I expected. It has been less than a year and already there has four accounts processed. They are very easy to work with and have - already knocked 2 of my debts down to half. It's nice to watch my total debt shrink. Becoming a single mother I was stuck and just couldn't afford the monthly payments. I would've been I debt for 20 years with the minimum payments. Now I'll be out of debt within 4 years.

Updated on 07/09/2020: Most of my experience was great. The one thing that was not good was a time when I was having financial difficulty some months after I had raised my monthly payment they were not able to go back to the set payment given to me by FDR.

I came across FDR through advertisements and the reviews I read gave me "relief" that I finally found another option besides bankruptcy. I would recommend FDR to anyone seriously in debt. I started the process in January 2017, and by June 1, I already had 3 accounts being resolved. Already $8643 of debt reduced. I am so thankful for FDR, I can finally see through the dark clouds.

It is taking way too long to negotiate on my behalf. Other companies I know are faster in reaching an agreement. Meanwhile, my credit score is going down the hill as never before in my entire life. I'd like to be confident but so far I cannot. People in the company are very nice when I talk to them but that doesn't resolve my problem. I hope I am mistaken and in my next review, I can say something completely the opposite.

I have just joined, and beginning the process. As of now, I have been satisfied with the timely service. I have received the package and forms, and I have contacted my accounts. I look forward to reducing my debt, and improving my credit.

It is very easy to get enrolled and the individuals I spoke with were very helpful and understanding. To know that my debt is going to be paid off in 4 years is such a relief. Now we can spend our time worry free from trying to figure out how to stretch our paychecks out every month.

Negotiations were great. Savings even better. I just think that program could have been resolved earlier. In my experience I was never advised by anyone that an account number was incomplete. Communication with the client is minimal and the account could have been resolved sooner if better communication had existed.

4-6 months before the first settlement seems a little long on some of the lower amounts owed. Example a debt of 900.00 to a creditor with my account funds holding 500.00. I guess my understanding was to settle each debt ASAP. I am new to this process so it may just be me.

I have 4 credit cards I'm using this service for. I've been at this for 6-1/2 months, and one credit card will be completely discharged after 1 more payment. It's a freeing feeling, and while yes it has been hard, it's been worth it. I've gotten better at saving my cash, too, since now I don't have the CCs to fall back on.

I made my first payment on June 28th 2017 as advised. Joined the program like on Monday June 26th and today is July 11th and I still haven't received my welcome package with paper work to close my credit cards. It's taking a very long time. I don't have a printer so I called customer service to have them resend it and they said no and told me to wait till next Monday. Then it will almost be 3 weeks. That's crazy!!!

I found Freedom Debt Relief to be very thorough in explaining the relief process. They told me things other companies did not. At the end I felt very comfortable doing business with Freedom Debt Relief and would recommend them to any person who is in need of financial relief or advice.

Freedom Credit was very good in the beginning about getting the debt paid off. But now it seems to be taking extra long time even though there is enough money to pay off the rest of the debts. We hear one more month and it will be paid off every time we call. But next month keeps on going into several months.

FDR can be your answer to debt relief! I started with FDR debt relief a year ago with credit card debts that I unfortunately built up and was getting to the point where I was making monthly payments with no end in sight! I am very skeptical about dealing with anyone when it comes to my information but when you have no choice you try and see a positive outcome which FDR came through in less than a year's time! Two of my credit card balances were paid and settled in about 3-6 months into the program! FDR is a reputable company and is worthy looking into!

We were looking for some way to get our debts paid off quicker. All of the interest was eating us alive. They were very courteous and we felt they were the ones to go with. They seemed to understand our circumstances and were really helpful. We are looking forward to getting our debts paid off earlier with less interest.

Takes way too long to settle. Card companies want their money and are willing to settle. You sit on people's money to turn a greater profit for yourself. Settle quicker and actually be a help to your customers. More personal contact with the customer.

At first, I was a little nervous to commit to a nearly 4-year payment plan, but now I know it was the right move. I am less than 18 months away from settling this debt and I feel so relieved that I finally realized that I was never going to pay off my debt without professional help. At first I was pretty unsure about this process but this consultant, Oronde, was very helpful. He was taking the time to explain everything to me including the plans and options I have to succeed my goal of getting rid of debt. It made me feel that I can have hope to be debt-free again. I was very skeptical going into this program, but had no other choice but bankruptcy. They promised to have at least 1 debt settled in the first 6 months and I have 3 now settled in only the first 4 months of being a member. Very responsive. Gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and explained all details. I have been skeptical of the program as many experts have said it is not the way to pay off debt. If I am paying up to 21% for this, why am I filling out all the paperwork that needs to be sent. I received blank letters and forms that I feel should be filled in automatically and sent to each of my creditors. Am I just going to reap the consequences of not paying my creditors, being sued and have my credit destroyed? I am sure this is going to cause problems. I really feel alarmed.
