The cost is higher than expected. At times the amounts that you take make it very difficult to keep up. This was not what I expected. It has caused me problems with my normal day to day living especially taxes.

FDR has worked hard in helping me lower my credit card payments with no stress. I just pay them a monthly amount and they settle my credit cards and pay them. I highly recommend their service. If you have a question, they help you right away. I have no complaints.

Everyone has been extremely helpful, and everything they said they could do and would do they have done. I have recommended them and spoke highly of them. Can't wait for my mess to be over. Lesson learned. Thanks.

We carried a large credit card balance on several cards. We were making minimum payments on most and more than minimum on a few to get them resolved. I got injured and was unable to work; thus, I had to retire. Faced with a large financial challenge, I turned to FDR to help me negotiate with the CC companies in preference to bankruptcy. I have been in the program for about 2 years and have about two years to go. We have paid off three CC, two are in progress and two have yet to be settled. We are scheduled to be CC debt free in about two more years. I could not have done it on my own. Be aware there may be income tax implications according to your personal situation. I am pleased I made the decision to trust FDR.

I am extremely satisfied with the service. Customer service has been available to answer questions and guide me through the process. Easy to use website. From the first moment I have been informed of the process and there have not been any surprises.

Paying the lawyers to handle this and we are having to do some of the leg work, very frustrating and unsatisfying. Also, settlement percentages are based on amounts that have accrued fees and penalties not enrolled amounts, misleading. Not happy overall.

I have had a great experience with Freedom Debt. They have been there to answer questions that I have had. Someone who always answer my phone calls. I really don't know what we would have done if Freedom Debt was not around. Thank you guys for everything you do and continue to do to help us.

I think there should be more phone communication. Not everyone uses computers or likes to use them. Talking in emails is difficult and sometimes words used sound rude. A written report should be sent every 3 months. Freedom Debt Relief should contact creditors and not wait to be contacted.

I have been with of Freedom Debt for about 1.5 yrs. I am very happy that my debts are being resolved in a timely fashion. I was deep in debt, did not know what to do until I found Freedom Debt Relief and talk to one of their representative. Best thing I did.

50,000 in credit cards - They have already cut amount owed in half and paid 2 of my cards. 3 more are in process. In the last year my credit score has gone from 435-588. Have 4 more years to go but planning on adding to hopefully cut time in half.

They have performed as advertised on everything they said in our first conversation. Very customer service friendly and responsive to your questions. Easy to work with on your debt problems from A to Z. You have to do your part in this. They need some information sent to them in a timely manner.

I am very pleased so far!!! It does take a few months to negotiate the first settlement... but you have to be patient... I am very happy to be set free very soon! The process has been very easy. Just continue with your payments and the process runs very smooth. Trust that they are experienced at what they do and leave all of the hard work up to them.

Freedom didn't get me any lower settlements than the settlements I was getting in the mail from the credit card companies. The only reason it was good to pay off credit card debt is because you make 2 monthly payments. If you don't make more or bigger payments than scheduled you do end up paying Freedom a chunk of change for using them.

I appreciate the overall support you have given regarding payments, questions and viewing of progress. Freedom has given me peace of mind. The break down of the transactions/distributing of funds are clearly shown. Freedom is succeeding in assisting me to financial release.

FDR saved my sanity! - I do not remember how I came into contact with FDR, but I am SO GLAD I did. I was facing a lawsuit from one creditor, and multiple calls and daily notices in my mailbox demanding money I owed and just could not afford to pay all of the payments because of an unexpected job loss. My unemployment which lasted for 4 months caused me to have to live on credit cards. I was so far behind on everything and saw no way out of it. I remember that within 2 weeks of letting FDR take over, the calls and the threatening letters stopped coming, and they were actually able to assist me with my lawsuit, settling my debts for WAY LESS than what I actually owed.

Since I have been with Freedom Debt Relief I've had no complaints. My debt has been reduced by a lot. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone suffering from debt. I wouldn't necessarily change anything but if I had to pick I believe it would allowing to extend out payments plans a little bit more.

Good for the most part. Negotiators are excellent, however you are asked if you can add more money to your account for a quicker settlement. It's a good idea to join their law group, but even then you may be asked to put in more money for a better settlement.

After seeing how this process works, much of this can be done yourself. The downside is, you will have no legal representation, and you'll have to deal with the creditors a lot more. Great communication, and customer service. Highly Recommended..

They send you 1099-C's so late. I know FDR does not deal with TAXES but they still could look out for your with Creditors and make sure they follow the rules and laws. Late March 2016 and April 15 too late to get mailings from FDR on 1099-C forms. FDR claims they only mail them out. CRAZY, I had to re-do my TAX return x 2 in 2016 for late documents. You have zero clue who has filed a 1099-C for 2016.

This program has got me started towards financial freedom. I am so grateful for that. I have been super frustrated with the communication or lack of communication. Every time I call I need to retell my story or issues. I wish I could deal with one person who would call me as well or at least get back to me. It has been hard to get different answers all the time or to be told the person you need to talk to is busy and then realize they quit and no one was there to take care of my issues unless I call over and over again. I have also paid the amount I was initially was told for only 6 months. The rest of the time has been significantly higher. I have also had a negotiation that I had no idea what the length or higher payment was or for how long. So frustrating to always have to be the one to ask. But I needed this program and hope to be debt free way before I am suppose to. I work 2 jobs to do it. I will.

For the most part FDR has made the experience very easy and seamless. There have been numerous times where I have had to call in and I have never had to wait on a representative. Maybe 2x I felt the call could have been handled better but that's when I just call back or ask to be transferred to a senior division rep. Will be happy when all of this is done.

Generally happy with FDR. A few mix-ups on payments to one account that took 4 months to fix. Negotiations have been good. Can't really complain. It's a big company, I assume. Once I didn't get an email with downloads requiring my signature, but FDR followed up and it was fixed. Good organization. Follow-up is good. Glad I joined.

Working well, with me when I have a question. Help me set up the account and read how the program work when look at sheet. I been with the company almost two years and they are doing great. I have told some of my friends about the program so maybe they would join some day.

We reached a settlement with Bank of America, paid a couple months then there was something wrong with mailing the money. No one said if B/A changed the address or FDR, or CFT. It wasn't me but I'm the one they came after. I contacted NLLG right away. Now it's 6 months later and still not settled. Meanwhile the lawyers are mailing documents to your California address and it takes a month to get faxed to NLLG in Oklahoma. Surprisingly your loan company now says I'm a wonderful candidate for a 25% interest rate loan (for 54 months)! I would have to pay FDR for reaching a settlement with the outstanding lenders then pay the same rates the credit card companies were charging. My dashboard says these debts should be settled by 2020. That's much sooner and with no interest? I don't get it.

Freedom Financial is the best program we have ever dealt with. We have been able to call them to discuss issues with our debts. They respond immediately with emails, and they have cleared up over 2/3 of my and my wife's debts so far. We can add other debts with ease, and choose how much money to keep on our account for them to use. Adding money is easy also. All in all, a great experience!

I see there is money on my account but yet some small debts are not been paid. I still get calls from debtors. I thought this was going to help talking to them before the overcharges got bigger but I guess not. If there is money why not pay them off already.

I have satisfied accounts outside of the program but despite my notifications they have not been reflected. They include Discover and Barclays Bank.

The Debt Relief Program has been very helpful in addressing creditor payment after a devastating life experience. Job loss was a result of military service disability. Income went from $43,000 a year to $$15,000 and early IRA drawdown. I was headed to bankruptcy, but this option prevented bankruptcy. Working part-time now and have had good success in the program.

Any problems or concerns I have are easily corrected by these caring people. They are not judgmental but filled with encouragement. Very easy monthly payments and calls of encouragement each time they settle an account, they are also very easy to contact not like other companies.

I took a chance this company might be able to help me and they have far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to eliminate their debt. I am a widow and thought I would have to declare bankruptcy but Freedom Debt Relief has taken that worry from me.

They have great customer service and always available to answer any questions. Very nice and informative staff. The lawyers are personable. They follow up after calls and consistent. It was a little delay on getting started but took off after we gave all the information. Great group of people to work with.

The main problem I had was nobody would keep me informed in what was going on with the progress of any upcoming resolving of debt. Need more contact with client and not rely on the dashboard. You did take care of all the debt I had.

I feel like I've had no contact. No phone calls concerning my last three accounts. I wish someone would have contacted me to let me know what's going on instead of me contacting them. I would hope in the future that someone will be contacting me and helping me understand what is going on.

We were originally told all our debts on your program would be settled in 4 years. Now it appears to be about 6 months longer than that. We also weren't aware that the settlement fees would be as high as they are nor did we know there is a $10 check fee for each installment you make to our creditors on our behalf. Otherwise, we are happy with the amounts for which our accounts have been settled this far.

Things easily got out of hand with credit card debt. I was barely hanging on with making the minimum payments on most of my credit cards. Thank goodness I heard about Freedom Debt Relief. I spoke with a very kind and informative representative who helped me get set up in the program. I just pay them a specified amount every month, and they take care of paying my creditors. They even helped when one of my creditors threatened a lawsuit. Now I'm about halfway through the program and I can actually see the end of the tunnel. I would highly recommend this program for anyone who has found themselves in my situation.

After my hospitalization in December of 2014 for diabetes I was put on two insulins and three medications. All very expensive even after insurance. Was suppose to be done last month after 4 years and 8 months of this BS and if I wouldn't of check online I would have never known it was going to continue. With having access to the online portal it shows how much you have in your account to have creditors paid off and there was more than enough to pay it in full. Be better off going bankrupt and waiting 7 years than going through this joke of a company.

I was quite please with Freedom Debt Relief. I had 5 accounts in the program. Two of these were handled almost immediately. The third on was the largest and a deal was struck and payments were made over a couple of months. Then, it seemed that I was stuck with 2 small accounts that just didn't go anywhere. I called them and was always told that something would be done in a matter of weeks. Still waiting.

Great company and program, just wish a bit faster on resolving the debts. The customer support is good, but need more definite answers for planning. The concept is great and helps out in a big way. I would recommend Freedom to anyone that needs to get out of debt.

I was feeling buried in debt. I literally heard an ad on the radio and decided to call. That was one of the better decisions I've made. They came up with a payment plan I could sustain, but more importantly I've learned that I can easily get by without credit cards. It was challenging at first. Company not great with communication. I have two garnishments even though I reached out to the company when I got notices before they had happened. I never heard back from the company and the garnishments went through. Other than that payment they set up is reasonable to pay off debts. The garnishments on the other hand are not.

The majority of my debt was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. One debt was reported as being paid off but one year later I discovered that the final payment was not paid. It was an effort to get that issue resolved. The last debt to be paid remained on the account for more than one year even though I had enough funds in my account to resolve it. Customer service repeatedly said that it would be looked into, but nothing was done. Recently I was told that the debt was "written off" but it was my responsibility to prove that to Freedom before my account can be closed.
