I must say I was doubtful at the beginning but they have worked out already within six months two settlements for me. As long as you do your part it will work. Stick to your monthly payments it all work out. I am very happy because they're always have someone to speak with. Please if you're in need of financial advice please seek out their help. FDR is the company to work with. You can be debt-free sooner than you think.

We joined FDR in March and in August we had our first settlement. We are looking forward to being debt free. Every time we called they answered all our questions, and were very professional. I would recommended FDR to anyone that needs help in getting debt relief.

I enrolled with Freedom in June of 2016. I had 2 debts. In December of 2016, I was notified that a settlement had been reached with one of my creditors and that a monthly payment would be deducted from my dedicated account and sent if I agreed to the settlement. I approved the settlement. No payments were ever made. In March of 2017, I received a subpoena and I have been to court several times and was told FDR never contacted my debtors. I have withdrawn from the program and I have not received my funds. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! I am in the process of filing bankruptcy. The only thing they were good about was withdrawing money from my checking account. I'm glad FDR worked for some of the people that left reviews but it didn't work or me.

Very pleased with this company. They have helped us a lot. I would send other people to them that are having problems like us. They keep in touch with you and let you know what is going on. And they are very polite and they really do their best to help you.

Jason was incredibly patient with my accent and answered all my questions. He explained all the details and was supportive and professional. I have contact Customer Service on a number of occasions regarding my being contacted by Creditors that have taken over my Credit Accounts. Requesting Payments. They have stated they have no idea that the Credit accounts I enrolled in with Freedom have been contacted by Freedom. I was told by Freedom at the time of enrollment that if contacted by Creditors to notify Freedom and they would respond. This is not happening. I have notified Customer Service on this matter 3 Times!!!

Derek was a great help! He explained everything step by step and talked me through the process! He has given me hope that my credit will get better in the future! I can't tell you what a big relief that is. I was really getting frustrated with bills piling up and nowhere to turn! Thanks so much!

Our consultant, Jennifer **, was amazingly compassionate in relation to our financial difficulties. I have tried several times to look at my statement online and was told to call an 888 Number. I did and they reset my password. Then the next time I was not able to get in again. Do I have to do this every time.?

Jacob was very informative he was able to explain in detail how the program works, what is asked of me with joining. How much my monthly payments will be and how much of a savings that it will be for me to join. All with paying my monthly debt off in 48 months or even sooner if I wanted to double up on my payments.

Jennifer ** was great! She was very informative, personable, and helped me to understand the process clearly. Jennifer not only made me feel comfortable asking her questions but also with her level of knowledge. Unfortunately, I found that Kaielin ** in the welcome committee was not. It was hard to understand what she was saying due to stumbling/mumbling on words, choking/coughing multiple times (maybe eating?), and it sounded like she was reading a script containing words she didn't know how to read (sounding them out, etc). She requested information I had already provided, when brought to her attention she just quickly moved on with the monotonous, incomprehensible spiel, it felt like I wasn't on the phone. From a customer service standpoint I wouldn't have her on the phone.

When we started with FDR they did a good job of keeping collection calls away from us but it took many months for it to stop. When it did they did good work on our accounts EXCEPT one and it is the major one they had. We have now been told the last 6 months that a settlement was in the works and it’s still open and disgusts us. We feel that they have either given up or just found someone tougher than them. They have our money to pay this account and we feel we are being lied to now on every call me make for an update.

Just got enrolled and starting the program. The personnel that I worked with were very friendly and helpful. I will see how the program plays out. It is too early to see any results, it looks at this point to be a well run company and the web tools, client dashboard is a great tool to keep tabs on the progress.

Freedom has made a stressful situation easier. Customer service is able to answer our questions and ease our minds. Going into the program there is a feeling of stress and doom, but after the initial education about the content of the program we felt more comfortable. We are able to make strides in being debt free and the failure or success is up to us.

At the first I wrote to have info about 2 creditor to know if they were already enrolled or not, and support wrote me that one of them yes and the other not because the amount of debt was under the minimum of 500 request to enroll. Then I've received another email that confused me a lot because was a dousing requesting me to sign to enroll with the 2 new debt when 1 day before they told me that one of them was already enrolled. Great confusion in my mind so at the end I've called customer service and spoke with Ms ** that in 15 minute help me at canceling the previous dousing received and enrolling my only one debt left out. Very professional and Kind. Thank you.

Thought with service they would call Freedom Debt Contact but collection agencies are rude and don't care to call even when given information on who to call. So that is the worst part of the program. Other than that I am good with the program and can't complain.

No one has contacted me since signing up for help. I have not received any communication and I wonder if Century is a scam! I know my debit date is the fourth of each month but if my creditors are not paid as promised, am I looking at a problem? What is going on?

I am happy I chose this program. However I'm receiving way too many calls from the creditors and I didn't think this would happen. I guess I thought a lot of the calls would stop after a certain point. Hopefully more of my accounts will start getting paid. I just don't want any of these to go to the extent where they start contacting my employer or start filing against me in court.

Updated on 10/12/2021: It is good to see my debt(s) going down. Never would have been able to lower my debt without going through the Freedom Debt Relief program. I no longer have to worry about being subpoenaed to court, because I cannot pay off a debt.

I am so grateful for an organization like FDR! As a single mom I felt a huge responsibility for providing a safe home and good education for my kids. I had always paid my bills on time. However economically times changed. I was laid off of my job in 2010. Although I finally found another 9 mos later, it paid less with no benefits. It seemed I could never pay off my debt and even if I made the monthly payments, the balance would barely go down due to the interest fees. I felt trapped. Some people would tell me "just don't pay them".

So far it's being quite a ride, saying that we are glad you all are taking care of this special account that I have with Sears. I'm glad that a agreement with them and you have come to a middle point in paying such great amount of money. Hoping such account can be zero amount soon. Thanks.

Since I agreed to let FDR settle my credit card debt, only one account has been settled. I would have thought other creditors would have been contacted by FDR. Now I noticed most of the creditors reported me to Equifax as severely delinquent, which was supposed to happen. However, I previous mentioned this to FDR customer service and I was told this was normal and basically nothing was done by FDR to inform the creditors they were handling my accounts. I am kind of annoyed that communication has been all but non-existent. I almost wish I tried another credit resolution service.

I'm somewhat happy cause still getting phone called and I seen you have not contact that company. A lot has stop that you taken care of for me. And I see who they are. I love this debt dashboard you have where I can check each month.

I signed up 2 months ago. I'm on my fourth biweekly payment, and nothing has happened so far. My "program" creditors continue to call me multiple times per day, despite my already having long ago provided each of my "program" creditors with FREEDOM DEBT RELIEF address and phone number, but each of those creditors are ignoring this. I've already been reported as being in collections with the credit bureaus, with others continuing to issue me threatening letters to do the same. I have informed FDR about these problems with no favorable outcome so far.

I now can sleep better at night, knowing I don't have to do this alone. I have some help! Really appreciate the help that is before me. Didn't know what I was going to do before I founded out about Freedom Debt Relief. Thank God for you.

Debt is a slippery slope that many of us slide down and need a hand getting back up. Well upon discovering that my wife had ran up over $30,000 in unsecured debt with no plan on paying it back ever I went into panic mode. She was paying bills late with a minimum payment that many times didn't cover the late fee. So I found Freedom DEBT RELIEF. I spoke to a representative and they made me feel like they were there to help. They sent this ENORMOUS packet of information to fill out. I was panicked. I didn't read it. Signed up, stopped paying my creditors and started paying them. Oh did you know they get paid FIRST? When you sign up you agree to pay them 10% of all enrolled debt. They get paid when they make a settlement but that means they still get their FULL payment.

The sense of safety and relief I feel with Freedom helping me with my credit card debt can't be understated.. They are professional, easy to talk to, and I know I've got them helping me and backing me. The stress is gone, and I can finally sleep at night again.

I have contacted Freedom Debt Relief over 4 times on an account matter that they still to this very day have not cleared up. I am very hurt and disappointed in a company that does not take care of their customers. Especially a customer that's paying into their business. Due to the lack of customer services I've received, I have to give this company a 1 star.

Updated on 05/26/2021: I enjoyed working with the people who helped get my debt consolidated and the amount of time I would pay. I was actually able to pay mine early! Now I have no debt except a couple small credit cards to use for emergencies. It’s taken so much stress off my shoulders.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Freedom Debt Relief. They provided a solution to my problems and were extremely helpful. So far, they have settled one of my debts and I'm hopeful they'll have the rest settled soon. I'm very satisfied with their help.

Contacting FDR has been resourceful. The companies being paid off through the agreement plan have complied to expectations. However, one large company waiting for their payments end up making automated calls made to my local phone or cell phone with vocal contact or messages left on the answering service. This one 'big' brother company doesn't want to let his past client to leave him. The constant calls from the various Creditors have been blocked. All creditors has stopped calling except for the one company who I owe the most debt. FDR consistently reminds me that my account is in good standing and payments are being made regular on the due dates per month. I appreciate the professional advice from FDR and their consistent comments to help support my efforts to pay off these consolidated debts through their services.

I was with Freedom Financial and Consolidation Plus. The service at the call center was really good. Short hold times. Friendly staff. Most of my debt was handled well. However one debt was settled for HIGHER than the original debt. What was never mentioned at the start of services is that the negotiations for a particular creditor may not begin right away. Therefore fees rack up.

I find that the agent was super helpful and helped get me out of a bad situation. He explained everything in detail. Was constantly asking if we had any questions. Was amazed how fast he had a solution to our debt. Would sure recommend your company to other people.

FDR helped me close out all of the debt that I needed to reduce. I thought that everything was closed. However last month Midland Credit Management sent me a letter saying they had bought the debt of one of my Citibank cards. I thought this debt was resolved. The card said they did a collection charge off. So how could Midland buy the debt. They want to bill me for the entire original debt. Midland does not speak English very well so they are hard to talk to.

So far they have been great, they are helping me to manage my debt and yes I would refer them to a friend. At first I was really afraid but they have shown me that they can be trusted. Thanks to everyone.

Extremely long time time to negotiate with creditors. Ignoring customer e-mails and phone calls about their concern on negotiation timing. After three months of waiting still not negotiating a critical account even if the funds are available. After few calls to follow up on any updates on the critical account, I've been told to do not call no more.

Never thought I would get out of this debt but with their help from Freedom Debt it is a light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks to them. Great team of people that I worked with them. Answered all my questions and always were very nice.
