I hired this company and gave them over a year to find a match. I told them my concern prior to hiring them and they assured me over and over that they'd be able to match me. I was also told that my match was very liberal and should easily be matched. After a year without any matches I respectfully asked for a refund and they offered me 10%. That was clearly not acceptable and the company representative acknowledged that they failed but didn't care about making it right. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This company is not truthful, ethical or seem to have any morals whatsoever. They clearly do not stand behind their service. I do wish you all the best of luck out there just the same!

I decided to hire Master Matchmakers because not only was I in search of a match, I wanted to learn more about building good relationships in my life. My past relationship experiences has been challenging due to my choices, but their coaching has given me positive perspectives on ways I can become self-aware of my interactions when it comes to dating. I really appreciated their care and understanding towards me. I'm so grateful they've helped me out of my funk zone and into a great relationship.

I was recently out of a long-term relationship and didn't want to have to resort to bars or online dating. I was extremely impressed by my coach Jules. She is extremely hard-working, attentive to detail, truly cares about all her clients. I absolutely love her positive energy and enthusiasm for what she does. While I was being introduced to wonderful women, I was getting very useful, practical advice and feedback that made me a better date. Thankfully, it worked and I'm now in a relationship with the right woman thanks to them.

They might as well be magicians. It's like Joann waved a magic wand and made ideal women magically appear before me. I thought they were flattering me with a sales pitch. "We have women like you described chomping at the bit to meet a man like you." And they walked the walk. Kim, Joann, Trish and Amber all suggested, recommended and advocated for great women. There wasn't one woman they suggested that I didn't want to meet. When all was said and done, I met a woman I'm very happy with and I'm glad I gave this service a try.

I hate giving bad reviews. I definitely think it's overrated and I don't recommend. My coach was good but I don't think the coaching will be any game changer. It's just a couple of overpriced video call sessions where your coach sends you some stuff to read and gives you basic tips. I did read one of her recommended books which was helpful. Once I got into the matchmaking I got a little frustrated with the matchmakers basically because they got frustrated when I emailed following up. I understand from the beginning they said it takes 5 weeks roughly for them to find a match but they shouldn't be getting angry or show frustration with the clients when they follow up after 5 weeks of hearing nothing. My biggest complaint stems from this.

I was being contacted by too many men online that were not even remotely in close to what I would consider - so I felt hiring an expert team to narrow down the prospects within the parameters of what I was searching for made sense. I've really enjoyed their process. My coach even wrote a terrific book with a perspective on eating the scraps. I feel like her and I are very similar type of people at heart. I also really appreciate her desire to give exceptional service to her clients. I also appreciate everyone else's assistance with matchmaking, and helping me keep their introductions on track. Jules is very calm, funny, intelligent, and encouraging as a coach and the rest of the staff does an amazing job as well. Thank you all so much for all your hard work!

So I came from other dating services that didn’t work for me. They didn’t take the time to get to know me or what I was looking for/needed. They just randomly matched you. Fast forward to hopeless dating sites/personalized matchmakers elsewhere, I found myself here with Master Matchmakers. Hesitant about the cost, I said I’ll give this a chance since they have amazing reviews and says this service is customized. I was connected with Jules ** for 3 personalized sessions (unique to this site), where she gets to know me and coach me. Lord knows I needed coaching! I came from a marriage where prior to there was no online dating so talk about a reality check when I was put back into the dating scene where it’s all online.

This company truly cares about outstanding matches and each representative goes out of their way to listen and to understand the profiles and wishes of the clients. Despite of big doubts, because this service doesn’t have in person office but only online, agreement paper was very harsh also high price, I agreed. I'm old school meaning what is norm for a lot is not for me. I take finding someone very seriously. People will interview a dog walker more than a person who wants to meet you for a drink. I wanted Master Matchmakers to screen for me so I can let my guard down and we can find a man to compliment me and I him. My coach was real...to the point but not rude...From the moment we first talked I felt I knew you and that you genuinely love what you do and that you care! Ariel found me a great man and I have been very satisfied with this process.

I signed up for this service 3.5 years ago thinking I might find the love of my life. I thought it was great that they had me have in-depth phone conversations with a "dating counselor" on what I would like. I was told it would be easy to match me up. I ended up waiting over 6 months for even one match (which they in no way made clear to me during my sign-up or my sessions that the process would take this long). I thought the counselor got a great idea of who I was, but then I eventually realized that it's a completely different team that does the "match-making." So basically, it's just like on Match (which is literally 100X cheaper), where they check off boxes on your likes/interests, etc.

Ariel did an excellent job with matching me with a compassionate and high quality man who is a true gentleman. We discovered that we have so much in common. At first, I was reluctant to accept this match because we live in two different states and we live approximately 700 miles away from one another. My match flew to my state on December 2, 2019 and 2 days after he arrived back at his home, he booked a flight to come back to visit me in February. I will be flying to visit him in his State on January 14, 2020.

I laugh at people who complained here about their matches being too far away or not their perfect match. What I learned at Master Matchmakers is that love is where you least expect it. I had very strict criteria for a match, but my coach explained how unrealistic it was to expect to meet the love of my life right under my nose. I found the right person despite many reservations. A well established businessman (husband of my a close friend) suggested I go this route after he had read about dating services and my age group looking for quality relationships. After several very lengthy conversations with “Mrs. Owner” of the company I decided to take the top notch ($2,500.00) plunge and give it a whirl. My profile had so many grammatical and linguistic errors it was less than impressive. I was told I needed better photographs than I had provided so I hired a photographer for a 4 hour shoot. Another $750.00 expense.

Let me start by saying that this service is not one size fits all. I found as a successful older woman, the service was not a good fit- at all. After meeting and speaking with Steve, I was continually pushed off to assistants who had never met me. I needed to be proactive and contact them or they would be silent for months. The dating scene in New York is very difficult to navigate when you’re trying to find a meaningful, long-term loving relationship. I don’t have a problem finding dates but have struggled to find someone I’m attracted to both physically and mentally who is also looking for a committed long-term relationship (and is open to the possibility of starting a family).
