I like the customer support. I needed the loan so I grabbed it from there and needed help. They were nice and everything was good. I'm in and I got the loan. The process was a little bit long though. The girl took nice but it took them a while so I'm not so satisfied with that. However, the greatest concerns about the rates and terms were okay. A lot of things to read but I read it and then they agree to it.

Didn't really need the support much, but when I did, my questions were answered and they were very helpful. I'd use them again based of the support I received. Top notch! The application process was pretty straightforward. I have good credit so there were not a lot of hoops to jump through. All in all a pretty pain free experience. The rates and terms were acceptable. Again by having good credit my rates were pretty low and because this was going to be repaid rather quickly, the terms were right for the purpose. The online tools were fine though I didn't have much use for them. The exception being at the beginning, and maybe time to time to check balance and such things.

A business loan but at a rate of 14.9% which is unfortunate because it was absolutely necessary for our clients. I would though likely recommend this to future loan seekers. It was easy very easy. I'll tell you I wouldn't do business with anyone else besides them because they are so damn good. They could be a little better but that's ok. They still work like they should and give me the information that I need. IGN 10/5 would use tool online again.
