Initially unsure of using Uship. I placed an advertisement to see possible bids. The first came in at twice what I expected. After several days, a couple of bids came in that were reasonably priced. After talking with a couple of bidders, I selected a slightly higher bid for enclosed transportation. The driver arrived a bit later than planned, but quickly loaded the bike and transported from Colorado to California. After arriving in California, I had the bike delivered about 3 days later. The excellent communication from the driver and quick delivery make the a service I will use again if needed.

1. The mobile apps need serious help; the website experience is only marginally better. Some critical features are simply missing from the mobile app. Even on the website, the site navigation/UI is rather dreadful for users. 2. On last shipment, it took three attempts to identify a competent carrier. UShip needs to implement a method of keeping amateurs and clowns off the platform. Contracting with non-serious shippers who simply don't show up and/or stop communicating is time-consuming, frustrating and can damage reputations. This last experience was excruciating and will make me think twice before using the UShip platform again.

Eric was fantastic! He provided timely updates and delivered the scooter undamaged. His shipping quote was substantially less than the others I had received. Highly recommend his services and will use again in the future. Will use again.

I have been using uSHIP for a long time. I use them exclusively. I have had zero problems and have had professional drivers always. My bikes delivered on time and undamaged. This company has earned my business. No one comes close.

My second time using UShip to transport a vehicle cross country, and as the first, it went perfectly... Was connected to a hauler with great reviews, booked, paid and then got a call from said hauler... Arrangements were confirmed and the car was picked up & delivered safely and on time. A+ all the way!!

Over the course of six weeks, I shipped all kinds of things to my family while settling my mother’s estate - precious family photos, letters, dishes, and even a little furniture. The personal, but professional service in a small setting couldn’t be beat. Everyone received everything sent, in mint condition and in a timely fashion. These guys are great! Use them!

Fast Easy and Economical!! Made our move so much less stressful. Shipper arrived on time and was very respectful of our shipment. They made sure To laid down there would be minimal chance of damage. Our shipment arrived on time and In perfect condition. Our driver also was very Accommodating by placing items where we requested. We would definitely use him again and Uship Service.

UShip arranged a shipment of a motorcycle for me and everything went fine. I was able to get the motorcycle shipped for a reasonable price. The only issue I had was the 'release payment' to the shipper would not work, I had to log on to UShip before it worked. Would recommend again.

I shipped with a gentleman named Brian and have to say that his professionalism and communication was excellent. I would use UShip to continue my shipping needs and continue to meet amazing people like the gentleman that made sure we knew where he was and how long before he got there.

Needed a chair shipped from NYC and put the job on uShip for bids. Within a few days I had 4 bids from $375 to $600. After checking reviews, I chose the middle bid. MoverMan's Bryant ** was FANTASTIC! Quick responses to all my concerns and FAST delivery. The chair was wrapped with extreme care and he was a really nice guy to boot. I'd definitely work with him again. Book him. You won't be sorry.

The communication and professionalism of the folks at uShip and the contractor who transported my motorcycle were exceptional! I would recommend u-ship and Backroads Transport without reservation! Communication with me and the people at the pick up location were great. They kept everyone apprised of their status and updated us frequently.

UShip has an easy user interface. It was easy to post my shipping needs and I received quotes quickly. I was able to communicate questions with the various carriers and select a quote for transport. Releasing payment was a press of a button and the carrier instantly received payment notification.

This was the perfect solution for shipping family heirlooms across Canada when travel restrictions made it hard for me to move the items myself. The site was easy to use and provided valuable tips to get offers. The quote I accepted was way cheaper than if I hired movers and the service from the shipping company was excellent.

Easy to use hub for managing ones' shipping needs. Messaging, support and consistent contact with and for updates was very good. Wasn't difficult to look after my order and review offers. Just happy with the site overall!

This was my first time using this type of service. It was very organized, easy app to use. Was a good experience, glad to know about Uship now and will recommend or use again if ever I need! Had good communication with person bring my Vespa cross country and was really easier than I had originally thought it would be!

I was happy with the bids I got and ended up with the perfect situation to deliver my trailer. I was sent daily updates and pictures and I know Wil and Mary took great care of their charge. I would definitely recommend uShip.

Very good communication and got a good rate for the delivery. Everyone was very professional and organized. The email system on uShip was hard to navigate though. Other than that there are no negatives to using uship for future shipping needs.

Shipped my ATV from Logan, WV back home to Indiana after I purchased a brand new Polaris RZR while on vacation and both would not fit on my trailer. Shipment was fast, reasonably priced and the shipper did an excellent job.

My overall experience with my shipper was good. What was difficult was the bidding process. So I got some bids I liked, and then the users get "flagged" and their bids get cancelled, and then people who had underbid them cancel their bids... And just overall it was a little bit of a "wild-wild-west". I eventually found a bid I liked by someone that seemed good and I pulled the trigger immediately. Once I selected a shipper, the experience went perfectly and I could not be happier.

U Ship fills a much needed gap between normal delivery services like UPS, etc & the larger freight companies that are prohibitively expensive. It has also gotten so much better since I tried it a few years ago. I received multiple bids for my shipments & was able to select a great shipper with positive reviews that was a good fit for my specific needs. Great service @ a great price.

I have used uship three times in past three years, using three different carriers. All three did a great job and would use them again. The bidding always worked out to be the best and cheapest way for shipping, and the secure payment system.

I posted pictures of the item, the route, and the dates on Sunday. I got two ridiculous bids, but then a solid bid from a shipper with excellent reviews. Pickup was flawless, and the item was delivered 1200 miles away in five days (I wasn’t in a hurry). Delivery was on-time and painless. I’ve used UShip 3 times now, for items from a single rocking chair to a pontoon boat, and shipped thousands of miles. No problems so far, it is great!

Just had a very unpleasant experience to start off. But the next tow company seemed to workout. I did however receive $100 credit during all this madness. Would I use Uship in the future, maybe. But who knows.

AJ was very courteous, professional and kept in contact regarding this ETA. We (the shipper) and my sister (recipient) were both very happy with AJ. He had a very clean enclosed trailer that was perfect for transporting a Sleep Number bed from Arroyo Grande to Morgan Hill. We would highly recommend AJ!

On time and easy communication. Took great care of my antique beds that are a family heirloom! Was very please with the professionalism. Gave prompt responses and was great communicating his time frame and working around my work schedule.

I was very pleased the way uShip and transporter handled my package. Definitely would be using again for anything in the future. The pick up and drop off went smoothly and everything and everyone was very professional.

Our driver was really equipped to handle anything. Our pickup and delivery was a bit of a challenge and he handled it like a champ. I appreciate the connection and the great service. Great communication, very fast, fair price and pleasant to work with. Items arrived in perfect condition. Very nice drivers/company. Once I agreed to the price, they reached out to me via phone, text and email and responded to my communications immediately.

Excellent experience all the way. Polite and friendly driver. Pick up and delivery time exact. I am sidelined with a broken ankle and the driver even drove car into my driveway for me. I will again go with this shipper on my next purchase and hope to get the same driver.

I will summarize my experience in the fact that the vehicle I hired uShip and their transporter to deliver to me was totaled while in transit to me. I fully realize accidents will happen, that's not the biggest issue, the issue is that the transporter delivering the vehicle to me didn't even have a commercial insurance policy. All he had was standard full coverage insurance, which does not offer the coverages when transporting vehicles as a business. I asked the uShip rep if they verify insurance coverages when I "company" is able to supply bids/quotes on their website and his answer was, "No, we do not verify insurance coverages for any company before they are able to be one of our providers".

Uship double-dips from the shipper and transporter. Their percentage is now 20% to shipper and to transporter, so in essence you are paying about 40% in fees using uShip. We ended up moving our shipping to www.motherload.app instead. They do not allow illegal transporters or brokers to bid on shipments. I like the idea that we can call someone and they answer their phone. All carrier are vetted before they are allowed to be on that app. It is much better than uShip.

The worst company I ever did business with. Scammed into releasing the money before pickup so the driver could buy gas. Customer service rep tried to blackmail me by refusing to refund money unless it was by mutual cancellation so I would not be allowed to post feedback on my experience. Refused to let the situation go to higher management. What a cover up. Does anyone really want to do business with a company like this? There is no integrity with this firm. Finally canceled the contract so I was denied any freedom of speech on the situation. I know why now the founders can brag they are so successful. Their money can't buy DECENCY and CLASS.

A & J HAULING &TOWING, **, 18513 75th Ave NW, Stanwood, WA 98292. uShip please remove this deceitful con-man as a uShip vendor, and do a better job screening who you contract with! I ship boats all over the world and I have never experienced such dishonesty as well as bribery. This deceitful con-man requested that I cancel uShip and pay him direct, which I refused and he then offered to provide return shipping as well as future boat shipments across the country, provided I deal direct and bypass uShip.

I got numerous quotes and chose to ship a copper tub through USHIP which used SHIP NOW USA to do so. Truck never showed up so I ended up having to take the LARGE heavy tub over to the freight terminal myself in order to get it shipped out on time. They shipped it to a freight terminal and hour away from my customer who drove there to pick it up. Months after the fact and without notifying me, they (USHIP/SHIP NOW USA) charged my credit card another $108. I noticed it on my statement and called to ask about it. They said they did so because they had to call my customer to arrange for them to pick it up. Why that justifies charging me another $108 is beyond pale. Long story short, they refuse to refund my money. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!
