Wish I would have read all these reviews before I purchased this extended warranty. Ever issue and denial claim is exactly what they are telling me. I haven't seen any reviews from the state of MN, so I guess I will have to be the first to make a fuss. In tight economy no one has money to wasted. This kind of back and forth and loopholes makes one feel as if this company is built on lies, decent and fraud. For once they should've do the right thing without making people jump through hoops and bark like a dog. Wonder why no-one mention how hard it is to get your claim approved before asking you for your money. Funny how when it's the little people money it easy to take - but the companies with the money and power all of a sudden they can't pay. I see in the other reviews Smart Auto offered to reach out to the customer - I have yet to see them say they have paid anything on any claim.

This company will scam you!!! I canceled my warranty after they tried putting in a junk starter in my 2023 RAM 1500. The dealership refused to put it in. The dealership told them it wasn't a good option. They said that was all they were willing to pay for. I called they hung up on me 7 times. They took over a month to cancel me and refused to pay me.

My recent claim was met with resistance from the beginning. SAC refused to authorize the repair without an inspection even though the vehicle is at a certified Mopar repair facility. As such, I waited for one week for someone to show up. When SAC finally inspected the vehicle, they refused to replace the broken component with quality OEM parts. SAC refused to pay for the requisite gaskets and hardware for the repair AND they refused to pay for the diagnostic fee. Finally, they harassed my MOPAR service advisor by trying to bully him into offering a reduced shop rate for the repairs.

I've bought a warranty with every care I've eSmart AutoCare is one of the worst warranty companies I’ve ever dealt with. I truly wish I could give zero stars. I only service my vehicle at the dealership, and thankfully the dealer where I purchased my car does accept this warranty. Even more fortunate for me, my service advisor has been incredibly patient when dealing with Smart AutoCare. He’s told me that every time he calls them, he’s placed in a queue for 30–45 minutes — and sometimes up to two hours — just to speak with someone.

Most recently, I needed two parts replaced due to a steering issue. Instead of approving locally sourced parts, Smart AutoCare insisted on shipping the parts themselves, which automatically added at least one extra day to my rental car. They assured us the parts would arrive within two days, so I agreed to cover the additional rental day.

Now here I am, seven days into paying for a rental car — and still no parts. Smart AutoCare refuses to take responsibility for delays from the parts vendor they chose, and they are unwilling to cover the extended rental costs. What should have cost me around $500 out of pocket without the warranty is now turning into my $100 deductible plus at least $50 per day (plus tax) for a rental car. The current (non-guaranteed) ETA puts me at roughly 10 days of rental fees. This has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. If you’re ever given the option to purchase this warranty, I strongly recommend you think twice — or better yet, run the other way.

We purchased this $4,262 from Smart Autocare for our brand new truck. However, when it came time to use it, this warranty would only pay for a certain amount of parts and labor. We had to pay for the difference. In addition, we traded the truck in and with 2 years left on this warranty, we got nothing back. In other words our total cost of repairs was $5,568, We had an out of pocket expense of $1500 that the warranty would not cover. On pg 7 of the contract it states, refunds issues hereunder shall be issued less the value of any services received. Save your money don't buy the warranty from this company. Plus the dealership had the truck for over a month because they refused to even pay to begin with. This is a total scam warranty.

Refused to pay a tire repair claim that was previously approved at another repair facility. Claiming fraud despite previously acknowledging the claim. Blaming me the customer for a mistake the repair shop might have need.

Timing chain was going bad on my vehicle. I notified them and was told it wouldn't be covered until it breaks. When it finally broke they denied my claim, claiming that there was carbon build up. I had the dealer and several mechanics look at it. The carbon build up would not cause that. This coverage is a scam. When you finally need it they back out and leave you stranded. Shame on Endurance for using them.
