    This is one of the easiest car dealership to buy from. They help customers. Will have a wide choice of cars and colors to choose from. The process is pretty simple so anyone can do this and come out happy.

    Purchase my car from Major World and I was given a warranty for the car, 5 months now and the car warranty hasn't being, sent through the company in order for me to the benefits that's of the warranty. Keep calling the finance Manager he keeps giving me the run a round. These people are not true to their words. They are all nice when you get there, but once you made a purchase and you're out of there with you car, that's it with them. They just give you the run around when you have problems. Stay away if you can.

    I brought a 2013 Chevy Traverse in February 2016. They tricked me into paying more by using capital one auto finance, when I had Municipal Credit Union voucher. When my car had a airbag recall they made pay for it in Full. They represent Chevy and the USA. I don’t think I will ever buy an American car again.

    If you don’t listen when I say DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!!! Then I hope you listen to me when I say that Once you get there RUN... RUN FAST!!!! They do not disclose that their cars are "SALVAGED" vehicles. Their office is like a meeting hall. People everywhere, offensive music blasting & absolutely no organization. The poor guy they sent looking for a car to show me was wandering around in the rain for 30 minutes when I got up & left. I left there ready to give up looking for a car. It was a TERRIBLE experience. GIVING THEM ONE STAR HURTS!!! But it was required.

    I purchased a used vehicle 1 year ago at Major World and the car started breaking down approximately 10 months after it was purchased. I took it to get serviced just last month and it shut off on me today!!! I need a manager to respond to me asap because this is unacceptable for a 2015 Buick!!! Generally I was ecstatic with my purchase because the car was so great. Now I'm so disappointed.

    Took my old car in to trade for a Jeep, there was no organisation at all and the whole process took about 10hrs. As we were finally preparing to leave I had to go look for the sales rep myself because we still had no title and he had been gone for about an hour with zero messages or communication. When I finally found Alphonso he explained that my car had a lien (there wasn't) and that they wouldn't be able to take the car until Chase sends them the lien release. Then comes the part where they ask for $300 for the cost of the trade in, but they say that the car can stay, and they will honor the trade once the release comes. Now for now fun, because the trade in was the original deal we now have to start and sign all of the paperwork again without my car and wait another hour for the offices to re print all of the forms.

    Sooo... 1 week later I get a message from Alphonso telling me "I thought you were picking up the Escape on Friday. General Motors will charge you a fee for storage."!.. Suddenly they are wanting more money for the car they were supposed to be buying from me! Remember, I already paid them another $300 to buy my own car back out of the deal until they got the title and now they want to charge me for the car they said they would keep. When I got the tracking # and looked it up, the title had already been delivered to them 2 days prior. The Jeep had serious wheel balance and wheel alignment issues which when I brought it up his reply was "Is the truck driveable". It shook badly, and was near impossible to drive in a straight line because it was driving diagonally. (This also cost us over $200 to fix).

    It has now been over a month since our initial transaction. They gained the title and kept the Ford Escape but have not paid us for it. Both myself and my wife have messaged and called, asking for the payment, but so far all have been ignored. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. 1 star is 1 star too many.

    I read all the horrible reviews about Major World on multiple sites, and I still purchased a vehicle from them! I’m sitting here less than a year later and the FULL warranty “included” with the car doesn’t cover the 1200 repair I have! I’ve been hung up on, sent to voicemail and transferred all over queens, no manager has or will speak to me! Next call is to FTC, NYS Consumer Affairs!

    I went to Major World this past weekend to change my vehicle and I have been here before and every time I go the experience is good. This time I worked with the salesman Anthony ** and he made this process as comfortable as possible. Needless to say they have a lot of options from vehicles to even the banks that helped get me a lower interest rate. I'm very happy with my new vehicle. Thanks Major!!!

    Each time I called the receptionist we put through to sales where they immediately hung up on me. Even after answering the phone they just said nothing to my repeated hello. I heard a large marketing phone room in the background then they just hung up, must have been too busy to talk. You hear about dealerships like this but this one takes the cake for being the worst.

    I recently bought a 2014 Volkswagen Passat from Major World Chevrolet (Long Island NY-11101). The manager was very welcoming and until I bought a vehicle. I had a problem with car central locking, driver side can open even after locking the door. So I made a trip twice to fix. So far, no proper response or proper service from them. I bought the car from that dealer. Main reason is Carfax buyback guarantee which guaranteed me their service will be reliable. It seems seller knows the problem but it didn't disclose the problem at the time of purchase.

    I took my car back on 07/26/18 (bought the vehicle on 07/21/18) to get it fixed but they made me wait and later placed order for a product, they were welcoming when I was purchasing the vehicle. I didn't receive any updates about the product so I went again on 08/10/18. They said still we didn't receive the product. I live in upstate NY and made the trip (200 miles) to Long Island twice with my 4-year-old kid. It is really disappointing and very painful to go through this. I am not happy with my purchase and each day I have to keep checking the car is there without the lock. I writing this letter to let know how your dealership service works and please do the needful help. Thank you.

    I don't know where to really start with this review but I had sold a vehicle and needed a new one. I went to Major World and it is extremely crowded. Filled out some paperwork and was assigned a finance manager. I was showed several SUVs that I was interested in. When I inquired about one that had a lower MSRP I was lied to and told the bank would not finance such a vehicle (Lie no. 1). Next Jeep I ask to take a test drive sales person states it has 60K miles on it. I was shocked when I took it out for a test drive it had over 72,000! Big difference. When going through the financing process they used my lowest score to increase their commission. I was given a very high interest rate and the sales person was incompetent and to busy speaking with other woman instead of focusing on the task at hand.

    I would never go back to Major World because they will sell you a vehicle that is way over MSRP and they try to pressure you to purchase their warranty and even try to tell you that if you do not you won't get financing! Among other things that go on I would go elsewhere by the time you spend over 8 hours here like cattle, you end up with a high mileage used vehicle with dings, scratches and a very high interest rate. I would go elsewhere because when you purchase from this company you are definitely under water and always given the worst financing terms when they use your lowest score!

    Hours after making my purchase on March 25 with a Nissan Rogue 2015 it started to give me issues with the transmission which I reported back to them immediately and was told to bring it to the shop to take a look at and see what was wrong with it. Unfortunately because of work and school in between I was only able to go a week later to get this checked and of course ended up being a valve to be changed. So it is now April 11 and am still having issues with this car. It kicks when am driving. I feel very unsafe in it. I’ve been calling and trying to reach some help and am being told that I need my car title to return the car in their lot. Which I do not believe since it’s so soon that my purchase was made. I have this car parked outside my house and am not able to use it! I feel terrible and stressed. This has been such a headache and annoyance to be calling this people all the time.

    I want to cancel this damn contract. I want my stress-less life back again! I don’t have time and patience anymore to go back and forth with this! I will be reporting this to BBB and also the news Univision if nothing is done on Friday when I was told to go and meet Mike the head guy over there. These people must think am unemployed, have nothing else to do with my life than to go back and forth all week, smfh! Do not for whatever reason ever consider stepping foot into this place. I feel so bad that so many people go there to purchase cars! Terrible situation. Save yourselves from ongoing headaches!

    My name is Odalys **, I traded my Ford Fusion 2013 for a BMW X3 2016 on March 6, 2018. The car have a lot of issues that needed to get fix, and I was not told that at the dealership. The issues include brake noises, engine rattle, sensor problems, sos malfunction, the engine oil was not changed, etc. The car wasn't serviced and I left the dealership with a flat tire, due to the fact I was waiting all day to be attended. They did not let me test drive the car. I was just shown the inside. I have gone back and forth to their mechanics more than 3 times from NJ to NY and they couldn't solve the issue with their own car. So they referred me to go to my closest BMW location. I went and took it to them and they been having the car now for 4 days now. I currently don't have the car because is not fixed yet.

    I have contacted BMW and they told me they still haven't been able to solve the issue because of codes that they need BMW to send to BMW which I don't get it because they are BMW. I tried to return the car just days after the financed day which is March 6, 2018 and the sales manager denied me and told me that he would get the issue fix. And ask me to return in two days which makes it harder for me to make arrangements in being able to return the car. I am very disappointed, unhappy and unsatisfied with their service. I would like to know how can I solve my issue please. Thank you.

    My wife and I bought a car in the 2016 (Toyota Corolla 2013) with you and according to the Carfax that gave us the car was clean. Now we made a new Carfax and it comes out that before selling us the car was reported to that car a damage in the front... You do not have credibility and we are going to denounce it before all the NY press and we will look for all the means so that other people do not feel scammed like us.

    I hated waiting on the Car salesman. It was raining and he had to go find keys or whatever it was. The process is very simple and much faster than the regular dealership (my last at Ford-Bronx lasted 9hrs). The other issue I did not like was the financial process. They did not want my personal check, I had to get a bank check. Major, why didn't you tell me first? Also did not like the fact that my trade in was negotiable but the car I purchased was non-negotiable. Despite my issues above, I had a way better car buying experience. I will be back.

    I have to say when I brought my car in October 2016, it is Volkswagen cc 2010 fully loaded. I give my sales person and finance department thumbs up. Got car I wanted and stayed in my price range. However moving forward, I had to replace the water pump, rack and pinion steering, a/c, all tires, all head lights and tails and not mention, I had to buy a brand new battery 2 months off the lot, and make it worst, I brought the car to the service department a month prior and they rotated the tires and replaced the battery. Which only recharged the battery. Be careful and have mechanic with you if you are considering buying a car from there.

    The salesman was great. Although Major World needs to do at least a minor check on the cars. The trunk wasn't opening and I'll also have to bring the car in because the steering wheel tends to drift off to the right. I should've test drive the car but I was under the impression there wouldn't be any problems since the car is used but new.

    I would leave 0 stars. I did get a good deal on a car last year from them. So I was going to offer repeat business. I sent them a scathing email yesterday after my poor experience on Monday, 7/24. They called and begged me to come in the next day to try to make it right. I figured I would give them a chance. They failed again. Rather than say what happened, this is what I emailed them today.

    So this is my second day of sending a complaint. I had a miserable experience on Monday, you can look up the Email I sent yesterday morning. I received a phone call yesterday that you guys were going to try and treat me right and see if we could work out a deal for a car, so I went back in. I was supposed to meet with a Patricia in new cars. Then I received an Email from a Mustafa after speaking to him that Jed ** would meet with me at 7. So, here begins the comedy of errors.

    I get there at 6:40. I walk in and begin speaking to Ray in new cars who was nice and helpful. He told me Jed just left for the day. Evidently, I was parked right next to his black pickup truck and walked by him, 20 minutes before my so called scheduled meeting. I then asked for Patricia, who was described to me as a GM in New cars. Nobody knew who I was talking about. Ray brought me to the used car office, or trailer. He asked the young lady to get me a manager to talk to due to my bad experience the day before. She walks into an office, comes back, and tells me Jed is gone for the day, and sorry. So evidently, nobody could speak to me.

    I walked back upstairs to go to my car and was approached by Ray. I told him what had happened and he did a good job getting me engaged. We discussed a Traverse or Equinox. I appreciated his time, but I just do not like either. He said maybe someone in the used car office could help me, so I was brought back down there, giving Major World a third chance. I spoke to a gentleman for 2 minutes and he said he could not help me at all because of the basic numbers I presented to him. I do not understand how a 2-minute conversation equals eliminating a potential buyer. A repeat buyer at that. My profession is VP of Purchasing for a multi million dollar online retailer. None of my vendors treat me the way I have been treated by your company.

    I did go to the Jeep portion after to see maybe it will be different. I met with a Yonni who was extremely helpful and honest with me. The numbers did not work out, but he was a breath of fresh air for your company. I see that you are being investigated by the DCA. I will be reporting my experiences to them. I will also be contacting the BBB. Perhaps I am a minority and nobody wanted to deal with me because I am not Latin. Perhaps it is that I have tattoos. Who knows, but this will be reported. Do not bother responding to me unless you plan to pay off my car and put me in something I want. This is not a threat, it is more of a "Let's not waste any more of each other's time" statement. Best of luck to your organization. You have now lost a potential repeat customer.

    I was greeted wonderfully. I gave the salesman my budget and asked to see the cars on website. Of course the cars were not available for the price listed. I eventually decided upon a vehicle but I was never shown any numbers as to the exact financing plan. They asked for my deposit and I gave it, still waiting to see what exactly I was paying for. I looked up the car on Carfax and found out what they were charging was far above what the car was worth. At the end of the day I decided I didn't want the car and instead of handing me back my cash I have to wait a week for a check to be mailed to my house. I have been calling and they have yet to even process the check. I know they have lots of good reviews but I found out later from a friend that purchased from them that they get those by offering free oil changes in exchange for 5 stars.

    My husband and I were leasing our vehicle and were planning to go in to purchase the car. Everything was fine at first. We had the lease contract with us and informed that we had it. The salesman informed us that he was going to find out how we would purchase it. He came back with a printout that had 3 options on it. He was trying to tell us that we would be responsible for the purchase price plus the mileage overage on the lease. We explained that this was not the case as we wanted to purchase the car, not turn in the lease. This went back and forth.

    We then asked to speak to the manager. He explained to us the same thing that the salesperson said. I got on the phone with GM Financial. After being switched twice, we all spoke with the contract dept. who agreed with my husband and myself and said she would fax over the purchase price. The salesperson in training handed us the fax and said that's it and walked away. Obviously they didn't want us to purchase the car from there.
