Lucas ** was very polite, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I spoke with him twice over a two month period and I am happy that I decided to go ahead with the purchase of the warranty for my car.

Lucas did an excellent job explaining the warranty for my 2021 Subaru. I purchased this warranty, in part because of the service that I received from Lucas. I also believe that the explanation of the warranty and the value was explained very well. When I was talking with Lucas, he was very friendly and clear.

John was going excellent when it came to customer service and very professional. Took his time and answered all my questions. I will recommend Nova to all my friends and family. I had excellent experience with Nova Warranty. Thank you for your time, patience and help. Thank you again John!!

Lucas was extremely professional and helpful and he explained everything to me and my husband and he waived $300 initiation fee. I had a best experience with Lucas. Thank you and you are amazing. He stayed with me on the line until everything was properly processed and he made sure that I have received all the necessary paperwork and documentation.

I researched and found NOVA with a great rating. When calling Mr John ** serviced my call and was very thorough completely describing the policy, term options and pricing. Based on his help I opted for the 3 year term instead of two year term. I was very happy with his help.

Shopping for auto extended warranties is not a fun thing to do. In just speaking with Lucas ** you could tell the difference from the rest. Lucas remained Professional throughout my line of tough questioning. He took the time to educate me on a few items and then how Nova differentiates themselves from the rest of the market. Lucas is exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous. For once, I didn't feel like I needed to take a shower after the conversation and I can rest peacefully at night knowing we're covered by a great company in the event something goes wrong. Please give Lucas a raise so he sticks around for another 5 years or longer please.

Lucas was very efficient and pleasant in his explanations of Nova’s warranties. He has a wonderful demeanor and even though I needed to cancel, he was very understanding. Okay Lucas you understand my situation and now is not the time to make demands, please.

9/25/2024. I had an extremely heart-warming experience today. I was greeted by a Senior Acct Rep named Lucas ** whom was not only articulate, intelligent and ingratiating beyond words in this paragraph, he was also sincere and astonishingly calm in demeanor. I wish everyone in the world, would be like this!

My car was looked at in the afternoon on 9/24 and the problem diagnosed. I spoke with a Nova rep soon after to start the process. On 9/25 my claim was approved and all of the details were explained to me on the call. Easy process and friendly contact. Thanks.

I have been researching Auto Warranty policies for several months, and have been receiving information from several companies. Jason has been communicating with since I began my research. Today, he made the sale, he's personable, helpful, and allayed all my fears and answered all my questions. He endeavored to give me the best price available for the Nova Warranty, and actually made me feel good to spend over three thousand dollars ($3,400), quite a feat. The fact that he will be my Account Manager for the duration of my policy was an added incentive, as he has established himself as a person I can trust, and feel comfortable dealing with. The Nova Warranty was also a selling point, but as the subject of this email stated, Jason made the sale. Thank you Jason!

I read each category of coverages and was bumper to bumper. Outstanding coverage. The monthly rate is very reasonable, and they are waiving the first $100 deductible. No high-pressure sales pitch was involved.

I located Nova Warranty online using a search on the Internet. Nova was ranked at the top, so I called. I immediately was connected to Lucas **, Sr. Act Rep. He was extremely helpful and fully knowledgeable about Nova. He did not employ any high-pressure techniques. He simply explained the plan and how I could enroll. He sent me, via email all the information that I needed and made sure I knew how to complete my tasks to sign up. I am quite happy with the plan, but do hope, of course, I never need to use it. I had one final question regarding routine service, and received the answer very promptly.

Lucas ** returned my call about getting extended warrenty for my car. He explained what was all involved in the warranty, I had to leave the call abruptly, Lucas then called me back leaving a message telling me I could get back to him. When I returned his call we were able to finish our conversation about the warranty. I was able to purchase the warranty I needed. Lucas called me back after I sent him the photos he requested and told me I made a mistake on my mileage. I asked if I needed to make a bigger payment and Lucas explained I did not and I would get a different warranty at the same price he quoted earlier. Entering the mileage on the website was difficult for me. I apologize for making this mistake, Lucas said it was not a problem and he took care of it so I would not have to change the price of the policy. I want to thank Lucas for helping me with my mistake and taking care of my needs with my extended warranty.

Lucas ** was very helpful in getting the warranty for my friends' car which would cover many more things. The warranty was a good value. It covered all the Important parts. He answered all my questions and told me about the extra discounts for my friend. Lucas was very pleasant.

Very nice kid, answered all my questions, knew what he was selling. Laughed at all my jokes (very important)! Not pushy at all. Will be sending anyone who asks about extended warranty his way directly. Keep in mind I work at a Chrysler dealership and this is a better deal.

John was clear, informative-I had no questions, he was so thorough-and friendly. He was kind, as well, offering a 5,000 mile extension on my three year coverage and a three month extension as well for 39 month's worth of coverage. (I am aware these are doubtless standard, but they were appreciated.). Best off all, John was available during my time frame, which was huge for me. All in all, he was as good as they come. I recently spoke with Senior Account Specialist, Jason ** about extended vehicle plans offered by Nova. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. He was very personable and well-informed... After discussing various options for an extended coverage policy for my Jeep, I decided upon a plan that best fits my needs.

I've been in the car business for 35 years and have seen a lot of companies only pay a certain portion of the repair bill. I purchased a warranty from Nova after doing some research. I had my first claim about four months in and I was surprised to see and hear that they paid my claim in full directly to the shop within a one day period... extremely happy with my purchase and have already recommended my family over to them. Mr. ** is personable and knowledgeable about the insurance offered. Nova offered the the lowest price and longest extended auto warranty of the 4 services that I considered, but I decided that I didn't need the coverage. Because Mr. ** was so pleasant I am writing this review, but I don't want to be added to any mailing, email, or telephone lists. Please take note of my request.

Working with Nova Warranty was a lot easier than I thought even the mechanic at the Audi dealership was pleasantly surprised considering his past experiences dealing with other companies were not as smooth. I've had Nova for about a year and a half now, my engine started clacking and making weird sounds. I took the vehicle in and they said it was the twin turbo causing the noise and it was going out, Nova replaced the part for me right away without question, I was in between a few other options but after seeing the reviews on those other companies I am glad I went with Nova.

Recently had a repair done on my Range Rover Sport HSE. They paid for it right away with no hassle, all they needed was a diagnostic and invoice from my dealer, they even paid for my rental car although I did have to send the receipt but they reimbursed me which wasn't too big of a deal and they sent it right to my card. Highly satisfied with their service!

I had a issue with my car and I called and spoke to Lisa from the claims department. I explained to her that I had a trip coming up and I needed to get my car fixed right away. She helped me get it fixed and on my way within 2 days. SHE IS AMAZING. LOVE HER!

I was pleased with the customer care setting up and processing my order. However so far (knock on wood) I have not yet had to utilize any claims etc on this used car warranty. Nova Warranty has covered all aspects of customer service, in a good way! Asher was really patient, informative, respectful, and caring. He explained both plans to me and told me where I can repair my car. He also gave me a Triple AAA discount, which I loved! At the end of the day, when shopping for an auto warranty, You want to go with the company that you are most comfortable with. Nova Warranty is that company for me.

Signed up my Acura TLX with Lewis and could not be happier! He was so nice and professional. Offered me a discount for Senior Citizen, and Triple AAA. Nova went above and beyond for me and really showed me that they cared. I have a few friends that signed up with Nova as well and has told me that the claim process went incredibly smooth. I am very confident and satisfied.

Took my Bentley Continental in for a repair last week. Nova's communication was great through email, phone, and even text. They paid out the claim as soon as they got the paperwork from the Bentley dealership. Even the dealership said that Nova did a great job. Was very satisfied overall, I have no complaints.

Nova Warranty provided exceptional service and respect. I spoke with over 10 companies and Nova Warranty was the best out of all of them. They showed how much they cared and were very respectful and competitive. They offered me the Nova Superior plan which comes with a great roadside assistance package, direct pay-out, and powertrain coverage. They were extremely respectful and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I recently had my first claim on 07/02/2023, They got back to me that same day requesting more information on what was going wrong with my vehicle.
