    We bought a 2013 GMC Terrain On 1-2-24 and insured it thru Nova Supreme Warranty. On 01-30-24. The Nova Supreme agreement was sent to me 2-6-24 welcoming us. The car started then died on, 03-23-24. It was towed to Burke Chevrolet and diagnosis. Diagnosis was Timing chain broke destroying the engine. First I was told it wasn't covered because it was the sales rep insinuated it had a remanufactured engine, but it is the original engine. Now the sales rep that sold us the Warranty said they weren't going to pay it because I gave him the wrong Vin. Which was corrected long before we actually bought the coverage. The agreement has the correct VIN. They accepted our money but won't pay. I'm disabled and a veteran and this is my caregiver's car she had to purchase because her pickup truck 07 Silverado had the afm lifter go bad. She don't have money to get another vehicle, or pay for extensive repair. That's they whole reason for buying it.
