Mr. Lucas ** is an excellent sales representative for Nova Warranty, he guided me through the process explaining each step of the process as I purchase two vehicles' Warranties. One for myself, the other for my wife vehicle. His professionalism is outstanding!! Mr. ** also took the time and search for different discounts to help with my newly acquired Nova Warranty package. I received excellent service on my car warranty claim with Nova and Emily **. She explained everything in a quick timely matter and she makes the process really smooth. I turned in my claim and ten minutes later Emily had it all taken care of and made sure I received great customer service. Emily is very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Lucas ** about starting a policy today; I explained how I was referred to Nova by a previous company when I had a different make/model vehicle. Lucas took time to explain every detail and spoke very clearly without me having to ask him to repeat himself. Often, I get someone who reads the prompts and you can tell they're reading! They took care of my issue and Lisa ** was on top of it and communicative. We're glad to have an extended warranty in place, considering the type of car we have has a reputation for being high-maintenance.

Lucas did a fantastic job! Great communication and quick to respond! I would recommend getting with him and getting coverage for your vehicle. No pushy sales tactics. Lucas was extremely professional and helpful and he explained everything to me and my husband and he waived $300 initiation fee. I had a best experience with Lucas. Thank you and you are amazing. I researched and found NOVA with a great rating. When calling Mr John ** serviced my call and was very thorough completely describing the policy, term options and pricing. Based on his help I opted for the 3 year term instead of two year term. I was very happy with his help.

Shopping for auto extended warranties is not a fun thing to do. In just speaking with Lucas ** you could tell the difference from the rest. Lucas remained Professional throughout my line of tough questioning. He took the time to educate me on a few items and then how Nova differentiates themselves from the rest of the market. Lucas is exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous. For once, I didn't feel like I needed to take a shower after the conversation and I can rest peacefully at night knowing we're covered by a great company in the event something goes wrong. Please give Lucas a raise so he sticks around for another 5 years or longer please.

Lucas was very efficient and pleasant in his explanations of Nova’s warranties. He has a wonderful demeanor and even though I needed to cancel, he was very understanding. Okay Lucas you understand my situation and now is not the time to make demands, please.

9/25/2024. I had an extremely heart-warming experience today. I was greeted by a Senior Acct Rep named Lucas ** whom was not only articulate, intelligent and ingratiating beyond words in this paragraph, he was also sincere and astonishingly calm in demeanor. I wish everyone in the world, would be like this!

My car was looked at in the afternoon on 9/24 and the problem diagnosed. I spoke with a Nova rep soon after to start the process. On 9/25 my claim was approved and all of the details were explained to me on the call. Easy process and friendly contact. Thanks.

I have been researching Auto Warranty policies for several months, and have been receiving information from several companies. Jason has been communicating with since I began my research. Today, he made the sale, he's personable, helpful, and allayed all my fears and answered all my questions. He endeavored to give me the best price available for the Nova Warranty, and actually made me feel good to spend over three thousand dollars ($3,400), quite a feat. The fact that he will be my Account Manager for the duration of my policy was an added incentive, as he has established himself as a person I can trust, and feel comfortable dealing with. The Nova Warranty was also a selling point, but as the subject of this email stated, Jason made the sale. Thank you Jason!
