Thanks to Erick make the process of shipping my car from CA to DE so simple and easy, I was little nervous due to the fact that I never done this process, but since he was constantly speaking throughout the time my car was being delivered, it made feel comfortable for picking the service with y'all. I shipped a car for a first time with this company from west coast to east coast. They found a company in 2 days and the car took 4 days to get there. Car came in in good shape. Overall it was pretty smooth and efficient. Joel is the one who helped me and was great. Would recommend and will reuse if I need to ship another one.

Agent Eric ** was extremely helpful. Had a couple of delays and a cancel from Seller and he was there to help get a new transport even through a Hurricane. Picked this service because the price was fair and the website did a great job explaining everything. I also like they had their insurance policy available. First time vehicle transport for our vehicle. We were definitely nervous at first. You have to ignore all the shady companies and go with Mercury. Our broker Eric ** took care of things from start to finish. Unfortunately there was a slight hiccup, as the company that was first dispatched dropped the ball. However, Eric patched up the issue quick and got us a new driver same day and within two hours. The vehicle made it to its destination by next day. Very transparent pricing and communication from Eric. We will definitely be contacting Eric at Mercury going forward for all our shipping needs.

Once finding a carrier my car was brought here in great shape. Angelo kept us informed on a daily basis. I would highly recommend them. I also got an enclosed trailer in lieu of an open one. Travel time from New England to NC was under two days and door to door.

Mercury has taken care of me and my vehicle for the second time. I don't ship cars often, so when I do, it is always stressful. Jim ** at Mercury was very helpful. I would surely use them again without wasting time getting quotes from other shippers that resulted in relentless spamming. Even though I ended up having to go over budget to get my car shipped in a timely manner, Logan handled everything well and kept me update daily on what was happening. I recently shipped a car from Baltimore to Los Angeles with Mercury Auto Transport with the help of Misty **. I did this while I was in Europe and my mechanic in Baltimore loaded the car with the carrier. I have to say that things went so well with Misty, that I started to get worried. How could she have communicated so well? Is she really doing what is required without me following up? I really started to wonder, but ultimately, everything worked out. I had to pay a few bucks more at some point, but I had a feeling that was coming, and it was totally worth it. The carrier she matched me with delivered on time and everything was more than satisfactory. Given my situation, I want to thank Misty so much.

This was my 2nd time using Joe ** at Mercury to move my 2004 Ford Expedition. The first time was in January 2001 from New Braunfels, TX to Ocala, FL. The trip was exactly as promised and at the exact price quoted. That trip went so smoothly that when I needed to ship the Expedition to our son in Monument, Colorado I went back to Joe. That transport just completed on August 10, 2023, and was as smooth as the first and also at the exact price quoted. I certainly hope I don't have to move it again but if I do, I will certainly use Joe **.

I started looking into shipping my son’s car Audi Q3 from PA - Oregon in May. I filled out a few online pricing estimates, my BIGGEST MISTAKE! Immediately my phone started ringing, texts, emails the volume was just unbearable & annoying ASF! The cost was all over the map from $775 - $2800. I wasn’t shipping until the first week of August, but I didn’t know where to start.

I needed a vehicle that I just purchased shipped across the country (Arizona to Virginia) and my broker from Mercury Auto Transport (Joel **) made the process easier than easy. I was getting flooded with quotes and follow-ups through other services I was trying to get estimates from and it was paralyzingly overwhelming. Going through Joel, I had to worry about NOTHING and he handled the logistics for me; and he handed my and my brother's (the person in Arizona who had the car) flakiness and constant updates to schedules. And I don't think he could have found and picked a better transporter. To say everything was smooth as butter would not be giving enough credit.

I reached out to Paul ** and within 24 hours my vehicle was on a truck and headed my way. It was picked up and delivered quickly. I have never purchased a vehicle this way and was nervous, but Mercury Auto Transport came through. I would highly recommend their service. I priced the trucking of my vehicle through a number of places and the prices ranged from $470 to $1,885. Mercury was in the middle. Stay away from the cheap brokers and go in the middle!

Our sales rep was friendly and to the point. The Techs came out the same day! That was surprising. The techs teamed up to help our initial one. They were fast and friendly! They made sure to provide great info and made sure we could ask questions. They stayed very late to ensure our system was working properly and then provided a thorough explanation of the system and a walkthrough which was very helpful!

I was impressed with his transparency, so I reached out to Dean and decided to use his company. He explained the whole process from start to finish and gave me a fair price. He explained how much of the fee he received as the agent, and how much would go to the truck driver. He gave me his best estimate of how much time it would take to deliver our vehicle and his estimates were very close to what happened.

Needed to get a car to my daughter in Huntsville Al from Debary Fl. The rep (Jesus) was in touch with me thru all the shipping process. Promised delivery within 24hr of pick up, completed trip in 18hrs. My only complaint would be price. I was quoted $595 had to to go to $799 to get car delivered within a time frame. It was a cross-country car shipping from Connecticut to Seattle, WA. I didn't have an exact date first, and then when I finally figured it out, it was almost a week before I needed my car to be shipped. While their quote was higher than others, Drew explained that the lower the quote, it would take longer to ship my Suburban. Using Mercury Auto Transport was a good decision from my experience. With so many transporters out there, it was hard knowing who to trust. When I reached out to one of their agents (Ryan in my case), he explained the process with information on the shipping process and answered my questions and concerns. They set me up with a transporter that they verified through their system and arranged everything. If you're trying to figure out the process and feel you don't known who to trust, I would suggest using Mercury as reliable and professional.

Mercury did a great job helping me understand the auto transport business, which is complex and hard to navigate. It's hard to know who to trust! As soon as I pulled the trigger on booking my shipment, the broker (Paul **) at Mercury found a carrier, and my car was picked up and delivered the same day, from two states away, safe and sound. The reason I chose Mercury out of the multitude of brokers out there was the education they provided, and the fact that they responded to and fixed the problems people mentioned on the BBB site. Clear communication goes a long way for customer trust!

Excellent communication throughout the process of contracting with a driver, picking up vehicles, and all the way to delivery. I've had multiple vehicles I've sent with Eric from Mercury Auto and had an excellent experience. Eric was also good to communicate when there were challenges to find drivers in a particular area. He was able to find one in a good amount of time and have it delivered when I needed it.

The company and Drew ** provided excellent service during the whole transporting process. Drew kept in touch all the time; they were transparent about the process and the costs. They picked carriers that you can trust. This is my second time using his services, and I will do it again.

I worked with Dean ** on this shipment and he was very prompt in all his communication. I was always made aware of what is going on. Also, after the shipment was picked up I got follow-ups from their staff to let me know how it went and when can I expect delivery.

Michael ** did a great job keeping me informed on the status and providing some valuable tips. Once a shipper was found was when things went down a little. The price increased by $400 and at first I was okay with it. However, once the shipper accepted the car he wore the battery down trying to start it (POC on shipping end started and drove it with no problem). They pushed the car onto the trailer. The car was supposed to deliver on 19 Jun and they were supposed to keep me updated. Mercury reached out to me about 1130 on 19 Jun to find out if the shipper had contacted me. At that point I had heard nothing.

Mercury Auto Transport with Drew Rightnour as our agent was better and easier than I could ever have hoped for. When I began the search to have our car transported across the country I did what most do and did a Google search. That opened the floodgates to texts and calls and bids. I began to be overwhelmed. Just as I started rethinking the whole thing I received an email from Drew. His email spelled out the whole process and how it works. The professionalism he displayed was comforting. I could go on and on but suffice to say we booked with Mercury and could not have been happier with the whole experience. He was efficient and honest with regular communications and updates. My car arrived too okay just as promised. If you are in need of this service don’t look any farther. Mercury and Drew are the best.

Carlos did an excellent job communicating and keeping me informed every step of the way. The driver was friendly, professional and accurate with drop off time. They hauled my car from Miami to Missouri with zero damage! I did my due diligence and was quoted by 5 other transportation companies before choosing Mercury. The only issue I had wasn't with your service but with the service of the shipping company that was chosen. They didn't contact me once with any updates prior to or after picking up my vehicle. Also, I called them 4 times and each time they said they would call me back after talking to their driver and never did.

I contacted Spencer ** at Mercury Auto Transport. I was on a very tight schedule during our 200 mile move. On Tuesday I had to close on the new home 200 miles from my old house. Wednesday I had movers scheduled to transport the household furniture so I had to be back at the old house 200 miles again. Thursday I had lined up with Spencer to have my 33 foot travel trailer towed to my new home and Friday I had scheduled to have a classic muscle car and a jeep transported in an enclosed trailer to my new home with Spencer. As you can imagine I was pretty stressed and hoping everything would go as planned. I called Spencer more than once to confirm these things were going to work out. He reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. Everything went perfectly. The transporters were on time and very professional. They took great care in making sure there was no damage. I highly recommend Spencer ** with Mercury Auto Transport! 5 stars.

Honestly an overall great experience. From the communication beforehand, to the driver reaching out and keeping me updated. From SF to Jersey it only took 6 days. Car was untouched. The driver was also very honest about updates/traffics. He kept me posted throughout. Don’t believe all the skeptics about them not being on time/professional. It went as smooth as possible.
