Our broker Spencer was very helpful and informative. He kept in touch with me, and returned calls and texts throughout the process. Our vehicle was late in arriving due to the carrier's truck breaking down, but Spencer was on it and kept me updated. No issues with forms and money changing hands. Our car arrived with no damage.

I’m so glad I chose Mercury Auto Transport! The whole process went so smoothly. I purchased a vehicle out of state and needed a coast-to-coast transport to ship my car from New Jersey to Las Vegas. I saw someone mention Mercury on Reddit. I decided to give it a try. I submitted my information on their website, and agent Luis reached out to me soon after. We had a call the next day — Luis was professional and very helpful. He quickly found me a driver, but I had to reschedule the pickup because my friend in New Jersey wouldn’t be available. Luis immediately responded and, just two days later, found another driver who could meet my new pickup date.

Well, I met Mitch online and everything seemed legit so I booked with him as a broker. I needed 1 car transported and then changed to 2, each going to a different area in Florida. It was a month in advance and he told me the carriers will not start to contact him until a week out! As the time got closer, there were no carriers asking. I was moving out of state, so I needed this done since I had nowhere to put the cars. The day before the move, I was pretty nuts because we were leaving and had no carrier.

I recently utilized Mercury Auto Transport to assist me in getting a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased in Arizona back home to Wisconsin. Jesus ** was great to work with. Excellent, prompt communication and found me a transport quickly and for only $75 more than original quote. I paid the extra amount for the convenience of being able to assist with loading while I was in Arizona. Sparks Logistics was great to work with, they took a lot of pictures on pick up and at delivery and I had full access to them all along with access to GPS location for transport truck so I could get an update whenever I wanted. Delivery was right on time and easy to coordinate meet location. Jeep was in exactly the same condition it was in when it left AZ. Would highly recommend Mercury Auto Transport!!

Staff and driver were amazing. Got a fair and affordable price and felt safe throughout the entire process. The vehicle was delivered exactly when expected. This is a great company and very transparent. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

Mercury Auto Transport was the easiest part about my move from D.C. to San Francisco. It was the #1 thing I worried about the most and put off for such a long time, but Drew made it easier than what I expected. I thought it was too good to be true but I put my full trust in these guys and the did such a great job. The delivery drivers were trustworthy and good at communicating. Mercury also did a great job with keeping me updated and making sure everything was a streamlined process.

Shipped my car from RI to Florida using Mercury auto shipping. Agent Drew ** was the best I have ever dealt with. He texted me every morning with an update and answered my questions promptly. He explained how the system worked up front and what their commission was and the overall price they were negotiating with the trucking companies. He explained that the companies will wait to the last minute to accept a contract at an increased price. The company did accept at the last minute but the difference was that Drew got the price he originally told me which was 30% less than I paid before. Communication and follow up with Mercury is superb and I will use them again on the return.

My car transport experience was amazing! Everything went so smoothly from start to finish—the communication was clear, my car arrived on time and in perfect condition, and the whole process was stress-free. After spending about 3 weeks researching the process of shipping a car from Washington to Ohio, submitting requests for quotes to a handful of brokers and ultimately having a phone call with two brokers, I chose to depend on Michael ** to find a reputable and reliable carrier to move my car across the country. The documents and video shared by Michael about the process helped me to better understand how all the steps in the process worked and why some of the other, lower quotes I had received may not have been realistic. Once I placed my order to engage a carrier it took 5 days to identify the carrier. Michael schedule the pickup on the date I had chosen which was 2 days later and my car arrived after 3 more days, which was a whole week earlier than estimate. Thankfully, I was home and able to meet the driver for pickup.

The whole process was absolutely perfect from start to finish, I said everything that I wanted and Kent made sure to go above and beyond, speedy delivery and pickup with updates along the way, would highly recommend.

I used this company to transport my vehicle from Florida to Connecticut. Initially, they were great to work with—professional and responsive—up until the deposit was received to lock in the pickup date. After that, communication significantly dropped off. I was given a pickup date and told that there were no other customers scheduled for that day, so a morning pickup should be no problem (which was important because I had a flight that afternoon). However, they wouldn’t officially confirm the appointment until two days prior and said they would email me to confirm. That confirmation never came.

Our experience with "Mercury Auto Transports" and our agent "Logan" was very smooth from beginning to the end. Great communication, excellent follow up by email and text. We were really happy to receive all the information on the process involved, the tips and checklists. The price quoted was very fair and reasonable. The driver that was lined up for our pickup and delivery was in direct contact and his estimated time for pickup and delivery was right on! We just received our vehicle yesterday morning in great shape. Very thankful!

I had decided to move across the country and since I was on a tight timeline driving my car was not a great option for me so I contacted Mercury to help me with this. I had a great experience with them when I had originally moved out to Vegas the year before so they were the fist people I called when I wanted to move back. Every interaction I had with them was amazing. They got my car to me quickly and with no damage.

Mercury Auto transport was very helpful in getting my car shipped from Virginia to Florida. Logan worked very quickly (like less than two days) to get my car with a transporter. He was very responsive by email and text and kept me informed each day about the getting a carrier secured. It was such a relief to know my car will get to Florida in the right time frame. Moreover Logan and the other staff from Mercury were kind, he treated me with respect and desktop get the job done. Kindness goes a long way in this kind of business and I look forward to using Mercury Auto again in the future.

I am very pleased with the service Mercury Auto Transport and UB Transportation LLC provided to me. They helped me to ship my Toyota Highlander from Austin, Texas to Beaufort South Carolina. I had very good communication on the phone during the whole process with Spencer ** at Mercury Auto Transport and also by text and email. UB Transportation LLC also did a great job by delivering the car a day early on a Sunday which worked out perfectly for the receiving person. I sure recommend Mercury Auto Transport to trust your car.

Trevor was very efficient and great communication before, during and after my car was shipped. The carrier was good too. I shipped my car from Pittsburgh to Georgia at a reasonable price! I would highly recommend!

I was very please with the level of customer service I received from Jake and June from Mercury Transport. They messaged me often to keep me updated, while in transit and once the vehicles were delivered. The driver was great too, they made sure he followed through with staying in touch with me. Everything went great, Jake was very attentive and he has a really good sense of humor, I texted him thinking it was my son, so it was really funny. Love you Jake! 🤣

Mercury Auto Transport was a very good car delivery company. They picked my car up earlier than the expected pickup date, and it was delivered earlier than it was expected to. The driver and agents were very nice and professional when I talked to them. It was also one of the more affordable car transport companies. I highly recommend them if you are trying to transport your car long distances.

I had an excellent experience with Mercury. I wanted to ship my vehicle from Henderson, NV to Princeton, NJ. It was my first time using an auto transport service and my agent Joe explained everything clearly. He stayed in touch throughout the process and coordinated the transport quickly and efficiently (order number **). The carrier they arranged was also excellent--the driver was professional and delivered my vehicle, arriving one day ahead of the schedule. I would absolutely use Mercury Auto Transport again. First of this was the quickest less stressful process I have ever went through. Searched car transport llc in Google and immediately I started getting texts. But Ryan ** got ahead of everyone and returned a call immediately that I asked for. I was thinking, "Ugh all these scammers.." His pitch explained to me the process and how I would be getting several texts. He told me to save his name & number and assured me he was the guy for the job! He had me ! I've shipped cars before and usually just shopped the lowest advertised price, which goes to the adage, "you get what you pay for". Decided to do something different and just research "Top 5/10" auto transporters. Mercury Auto was consistently amongst the top rated. Admittedly, the final price was a bit higher than the initial bid. BUT>>>The communication, Before, During and After transport for my 1994 Dodge Stealth R/T was EXCELLENT! The driver communication was good and shipped from GA to TX in 2 days. I don't have any plans for the future, but if I DO need a car shipped again, Mercury will be my 1st and ONLY call!

I had an amazing auto transport shipping experience with Mercury Auto Transport from Nebraska to Florida. Once I put my vehicle on the board through my rep Angelo, it was picked up within a day and a half and transported safely (enclosed trailer) to Tampa within 48 hours. The communication through Angelo was exceptional from the time I expressed interest until I was ready to ship. The handoff to the shipper was seamless as well although Angelo stayed connected to make certain I was satisfied. I would 100% recommend Mercury. June was also very thorough in her followup to assure total satisfaction. I was more than satisfied.

Great service and fair price. I would recommend to anybody. Job was completed as arranged. Had my truck in Arizona and shipped to California and truck driver was very professional and gave me plenty of notice of his ETA. 👍

I had an unpleasant experience mainly with a supervisor by the name of Trevor, simply put if you're looking to get information on your order don’t bother contacting them because they will just try to block you and leave you out to dry instead of staying professional and figuring it out. Any small task will take them hours even if it’s something as quick as a phone call. I Recommend finding another company.

1st the price went up past what was quoted, Then I had a problem after delivery that I did not notice till later I sent them a message and they gave the info to the driver/transport owner that then called me and cussed me out. So no help after they got their money.
