This is must have information to help you avoid Scams and Ripoff in the Auto Transport business. Thanks to Ronnie ** experience, planning and information, everything went smoothly. The car was actually shipped 2 days early, due to Ronnie ** preparation.

They have the detail oriented dispatcher that helps you get everything set up between buyer and seller, with exact date and time. The whole team was great to work with for my cross country haul. On schedule and good value.

He understood my situation and showed empathy, and he hustled to find me a driver and I cannot be more thankful. The price was very reasonable as well. They checked in with my every step of the way. Mercury is an extremely legit auto transport brokerage. The amount of scammers I had to deal with to find Mercury was unsettling. From the quote to receiving my vehicle, there was good communication, everything was transparent and honest. I hope more companies take example from their business practices. Our broker Spencer was very helpful and informative. He kept in touch with me, and returned calls and texts throughout the process. Our vehicle was late in arriving due to the carrier's truck breaking down, but Spencer was on it and kept me updated. No issues with forms and money changing hands. Our car arrived with no damage.

Well, I met Mitch online and everything seemed legit so I booked with him as a broker. I needed 1 car transported and then changed to 2, each going to a different area in Florida. It was a month in advance and he told me the carriers will not start to contact him until a week out! As the time got closer, there were no carriers asking. I was moving out of state, so I needed this done since I had nowhere to put the cars. The day before the move, I was pretty nuts because we were leaving and had no carrier.

Staff and driver were amazing. Got a fair and affordable price and felt safe throughout the entire process. The vehicle was delivered exactly when expected. This is a great company and very transparent. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

Mercury Auto Transport was the easiest part about my move from D.C. to San Francisco. It was the #1 thing I worried about the most and put off for such a long time, but Drew made it easier than what I expected. I thought it was too good to be true but I put my full trust in these guys and the did such a great job. The delivery drivers were trustworthy and good at communicating. Mercury also did a great job with keeping me updated and making sure everything was a streamlined process.

Shipped my car from RI to Florida using Mercury auto shipping. Agent Drew ** was the best I have ever dealt with. He texted me every morning with an update and answered my questions promptly. He explained how the system worked up front and what their commission was and the overall price they were negotiating with the trucking companies. He explained that the companies will wait to the last minute to accept a contract at an increased price. The company did accept at the last minute but the difference was that Drew got the price he originally told me which was 30% less than I paid before. Communication and follow up with Mercury is superb and I will use them again on the return.

I used this company to transport my vehicle from Florida to Connecticut. Initially, they were great to work with—professional and responsive—up until the deposit was received to lock in the pickup date. After that, communication significantly dropped off. I was given a pickup date and told that there were no other customers scheduled for that day, so a morning pickup should be no problem (which was important because I had a flight that afternoon). However, they wouldn’t officially confirm the appointment until two days prior and said they would email me to confirm. That confirmation never came.

I had a great experience with them when I had originally moved out to Vegas the year before so they were the fist people I called when I wanted to move back. He was very responsive by email and text and kept me informed each day about the getting a carrier secured. It was such a relief to know my car will get to Florida in the right time frame. Moreover Logan and the other staff from Mercury were kind, he treated me with respect and desktop get the job done. I am very pleased with the service Mercury Auto Transport and UB Transportation LLC provided to me. They helped me to ship my Toyota Highlander from Austin, Texas to Beaufort South Carolina. I had very good communication on the phone during the whole process with Spencer ** at Mercury Auto Transport and also by text and email. UB Transportation LLC also did a great job by delivering the car a day early on a Sunday which worked out perfectly for the receiving person.
