1st the price went up past what was quoted, Then I had a problem after delivery that I did not notice till later I sent them a message and they gave the info to the driver/transport owner that then called me and cussed me out. So no help after they got their money.

I had one of the worst experiences imaginable with Mercury Auto Transport. After confirming my reservation and assuring me my car would be picked up within two weeks, their agent came back at the last minute with a price far higher than originally quoted — right when I had already booked my flight based on their promise. It felt like a bait-and-switch. When I refused to accept the inflated rate, they threatened to cancel my reservation altogether, leaving me scrambling and ruining my travel plans. Their communication was misleading, their pricing dishonest, and their customer service totally unreliable. Save yourself the stress and disappointment — find a company that respects its customers and honors its commitments. Mercury Auto Transport does neither.

The worst company ever. Never use their services. We asked them to transport our car from Virginia to California. We received the car 4 days late. We had to go and pick it up ourselves. There was no coordination between the dispatcher and the driver. For three days, they kept promising the car would arrive, and in the end, we had to go get it. The driver stained the interior of our brand-new car with dirty, greasy clothes and left marks on the seat and interior fabric.

I just wanna say this a scam website. All they do is take your money and call back asking for more. Don't mess with these people. Big trouble. I'm trying to file a lawsuit on them right.... I'm just trying to warn anybody out there about these frauds.

Stay away from this place. Horrible experience. Not responsive and not helpful at all. Offered me a refund on my deposit if I took a Yelp review down. No way. My car is AWOL. If I don’t have it in my possession within 48 hours it will be reported to the police as stolen.

Working with Mercury Auto Transport to ship one of my vehicles was an easy and efficient process. I worked with the senior logistics agent Jesus ** to find an affordable, timely, and accommodating shipping partner for an older modified car, and throughout the process Jesus kept me updated on pricing and availability for drivers who would be able to work with a lowered vehicle. The responses were very timely and provided all the information needed. The delivery driver also took great care and precaution in ensuring the undercarriage of the vehicle was not scraped or impacted during loading and unloading and provided updated ETAs throughout the drive. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with Mercury Auto Transport and will come back again for any future vehicle shipping needs.

I chose Mercury Auto Transport to ship my son's vehicle from NJ to California. My agent was excellent. Due to a schedule, I was a little concerned about the delivery timeline needed, but my agent was confident that they could deliver, and they did. My son's vehicle arrived on the date promised without issue. Thanks again.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Logan ** for his professional and businesslike demeanor. I very much appreciated his transparency free of gimmicks and games! From the early on stages, Logan explained in detail how the process works from start to finish. Logan continuously reminded me that he works for the consumer (me) and works hard to find the best carrier for my needs and that when I was content with the carrier/price/day/date/time/place of pickup and drop-off then he did exactly what he said he'd do! Should the need arise in the future to ship another vehicle, I'll be sure to contact Logan.

I originally hired a different company and had to get a refund. They did everything wrong from the beginning. In the meantime, I received an email from David explaining to me how the trucking industry work. Once I knew what to expect, it made it a lot easier. He was very willing to work with my schedule, which was unique, and did an outstanding job. He was in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal. The hard part I had was paying for it through Zelle and Venmo, some of the truck drivers will not accept cash apps and it's hard to handover $2300 to a truck driver when my Apple is not working, Martin Luther King banks were closed, etc. but we managed to figure it out. David and Mercury transport made this possible and a lot easier for me. I would recommend them to anybody if I ever do this again.

We worked with Ryan L. ** and he was great, very responsive and kept in touch with us each step of the way. I will recommend them, and Ryan, to anyone needing this service. We were very satisfied and will use Mercury again if the need arises. Another employee at Mercury also followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

Lawrence ** assisted me with a quote for my shipping as well as the booking process. He even made sure I got a carrier within a timely manner and constantly checked in to make sure the transport was going according to plan. Overall he provided me with a great experience and I will use them in the future.

Spencer has been exceptional for me. He seamlessly executed two car transports in 3 months for me! I had a car transported from Texas and California to Maryland. I will continue to use Spencer and Mercury Transport going forward! This was my first time using cross country transport. Spencer was able to my transport $300 less than the dealer’s offer. I will recommend Spencer/ Mercury transport.

Drew ** did a great job finding me a carrier quickly to transport my car from CA to MI. He was responsive by phone and explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions. My carrier was also communicative and got my car to me earlier than expected in great condition, which was great.

Staffs are nice and friendly. I used the auto transport service to ship my car to a different state. The shipping was fast and on time. I put a little too much stuffs on my car to ship with the car and it costed extra but it was worth. Overall service is good.

Mercury did a great job! I, being the cynic I am, was skeptical to pick any one transport co for there are so many mixed reviews and suggestions of scams... Mr. ** was very knowledgeable and made the decision of using Mercury Auto Transport an easy one. Even though it was NYE weekend, Mr. ** responded to every question I had. There was a small hiccup with the driver and Mr. ** told me not to worry at all, and he would take care of it. He said his service doesn’t end until my vehicle is delivered. He was true to his word. If you want open communication this is the way to go. I have shipped cars before and usually after booking it’s difficult to have additional questions answered. Mr. ** picks up his phone every time or calls back right away.

Joe ** provided exceptional customer service in finding the best conditions and time for delivering my vehicle. He updated me daily, and hourly during the delivery day. More than this, he provided recommendations for how I could get my vehicle in the most timely manner, and provided me quotes which were accurate. He ensured consistent communication with the delivery driver and sharing of all documents required for the driver to pick up my vehicle at the vehicle processing center. My driver even shared with me pictures of the state of the vehicle as he picked it up, something he didn't have to do and would leave him liable if there were damages. Scott ** did a good job setting my expectations as to the procedure. The pricing was as disclosed, the execution was another matter because my deposit was double posted to my AMEX account. I let the organization know that and a week later, AMEX is attempting to collect. The carrier came as promised and the delivery was perfect.

Used Mercury Auto for transferring my Tesla 2023 Model Y in a closed carrier. Pete ** is the person who worked with me and with his great efforts I was able to get a good deal on the transport all the way from WA to VA within the promised time. He was upfront about the quote and advised it was an estimate and he wouldn’t have a firm price until a carrier was selected. It was within the margin we spoke about. I have used Mercury Auto Transport twice specifically because of how responsive and caring Carol ** is. I have inquired with other auto transport services and noticed how aggressive and pushy they can be, but this has not been the case both times with Carol. I highly recommend using her!!

I worked with Luis ** to have my Infiniti M37 car shipped from Griffin Georgia to Norristown Pennsylvania. Luis clearly explained the process for finding a carrier that could pick up the car on December 20 and deliver the car on December 21/22. Luis was able to find a carrier to meet these dates for a reasonable price. The carrier met these dates and delivered the car with no issues. Luis was very responsive during the entire process. Mercury Auto Transport has been great to work with and delivered excellent customer service and competitive prices for my family's long-range vehicle transportation needs. We have moved from West Coast to East Coast (CA to PA) back and forth over the past 3 years -- resulting in two instances where we had to ship a large vehicle (suburban SUV). Our agent (Drew **) was very friendly, down-to-earth, and readily available to help align us with the best shipping solution. He even helped us negotiate adding additional weight in our vehicle since for us it was cheaper to add the weight into the vehicle than ship our boxes of belongings and household items separately.

I first spoke with Angelo about transporting my vehicle from the east coast to my daughter on the west coast. He had me fill out my request. Then within minutes he emailed me with tips on setting up the transfer and what to expect. It explained the entire process which made me feel extremely comfortable about the process. We set up a date for when the car would be picked up. The driver told me it would be one day later than expected. Which was no issue as I was not in a rush. They said it would arrive about 5-7 days later. They were right in that time frame, 6 days. Vehicle was dropped off and we had no issues. Mercury was not the least expensive or most expensive, it was middle of the road. Thank you.

I worked with David from Mercury to ship my SUV from NC to UT and I am so happy with his service as he explained the process clearly and honestly from the beginning and everything went as he said. They followed up with me throughout the process which was very helpful. I could go with other companies that kept calling me proposing better pricing but lying about many things and I knew they would eventually charge me way more than what they promised in the beginning just by reading their reviews. Our Jeep needed to get from Oregon to Chicago and David ** was very helpful. He was quick to respond and gave us a very fair rate. His initial email explaining what to look out for to avoid getting a bad carrier is initially what got me to respond. Come to find out that those that call and give a ridiculously low rate is a red flag. The driver sent was on time and respectful. He kept us updated and the delivery was very smooth. When I decided to have a company transport my truck and started to request a quote, I knew in my gut I was going to be assaulted by every transportation company across the U. S. and I was. Eric was very professional when I needed to ship my car from Toledo OH area to Waco Tx. It was the week before Thanksgiving when most haulers are headed home but Eric found a transporter in Detroit area that was headed home to South Texas. He stayed on my order even though it looked like I would have to wait till December. The car was a gift from my wife's sister who was in the process of going to Jesus and Eric took a great deal of worry off our minds at a very intense and sad time. The Rav 4 arrived half a day early in great condition. The drivers were also great. I'll use Mercury again for my next haul.

I went with this company due to their good rating with the Better Business Bureau. It's a stressful thing to organize long distance. My experience was a 10. Eric was wonderful to work with. The driver was fantastic and all of our expectations were met!!! I did not go with the cheapest price after reviewing others knowing that that could be it possible scam. But I feel the price was very fair.

Luis ** was very helpful and straight to the point when explaining how the whole process works, he was able to find us a shipper in a day which took 15 days for other car shipping companies. I had a challenging boat transport need from Florida to South Carolina that was delayed and rescheduled on my end twice. Scott ** with Mercury responded to my emails and calls promptly, made sure that I understood the entire process and worked very hard to pair me with a great carrier who performed well and at a fair price. I watched him unload my vehicle which is a little low and he did it with great care to make sure there was no damage. I have used Mercury Auto Transport 4 times now. One of the things that I like best is how easy it is to communicate with the agents and how they stay in touch all through the process. The process itself in regards to the pick up can be a little nerve-racking because one must wait for a carrier to pick up the assignment so it is a bit of wait and see. There is always the possibility that a carrier won't pick it up, especially because I am in a rural area. I have never been let down and never felt like I was hanging out there alone. I can ALWAYS reach my agent at Mercury. Once a carrier has been dispatched, the contact person changes to a different department who is equally on top of it and easy to reach. The drivers are all expedient and professional, no surprises. A direct phone number is supplied for the driver too. When the car is due for delivery Mercury A.T. checks in again to make sure all is good. I cannot say enough about them. 10 stars!

Mercury was incredibly fast and efficient at arranging transport for my classic car. It was picked up and delivered to my door within 48 hours after initial contact. Amazing! Great price and super fast delivery coordination. Within a few hours of accepting the bid from Mercury I was hearing from Drew with expectations and what I should expect in terms of the delivery and timeline. The delivery from start to finish was super fast. I was very pleased and actually surprised that I had the vehicle in such a short turnaround.

It was pretty overwhelming to find a company to ship my vehicle back but Jake and Mercury made the process very easy. I was flooded with offers but Jake emailed me with a “tips” sheet for what to look out for which kept me from going with the wrong company. There were no frills and Jake kept me updated every step of the way, explaining the process and keeping the price reasonable.

Would I use Mercury again- yes. Communication was good with Mercury as well as with the driver. The only reason for the 4 rating was because of the last minute upcharge for the trip- that bothers me a bit. But this was a last minute deal because the original company we had booked bailed on me 3 days before we were to leave. So they got us a ride in a short time.

On time, secure and cooperative service on delivering my $50,000 1966 Cadillac 2 door coupe convertible in excellent condition. Also, I wasn't able to pick up the car because it arrived ahead of me so the driver delivered the car to my house. He was drove back to his truck afterwards. All in all my experience is positive.
