When I say this was the fastest, easiest and most professional car shipping service I've ever seen, I mean that wholeheartedly. Lawrence ** is what I consider a true professional. I booked on a Thursday afternoon, and my vehicle was in the destination city Saturday by 2pm! The price was in line with what everybody else was charging but they could not promise me a shipping date. Lawrence checked with me every step of the way. Continued success to you and your company. I had contacted another company who gladly took a $400 deposit and then ceased communicating with me. We were forced to move from CA to VA with our car stuck in CA with no idea of when it would be moved. I called Mercury and Mark Anthony answered. He briefed me on the process, pitfalls and expectations of the current market. He explained the business model. He was up front, honest and contacted me no less than 3 times a day over the course of a 5 day period providing me updates until a carrier was contracted for our car…including personally calling me on a Sunday to finalize the contract to ensure we didn’t lose a carrier option. Mark provided old school service that put the consumer first. If you call Mercury and Mark answers…he is going to work for you.

Mercury Auto Transport used a bait-and-switch tactic in my experience. They told me a driver was ready and asked me to sign the paperwork, but refused to provide the driver’s name, phone number, or any actual dispatch details, repeatedly saying the information would arrive “soon.” The driver details never arrived. When I asked to cancel, they charged a dispatch fee, claiming that a driver had already been dispatched—even though they never provided any proof that a real driver had been assigned. It felt like a trick to keep me committed so I could not book with another company that actually had a confirmed driver. Be very careful before signing anything or paying a dispatch fee unless they first provide verifiable driver details.

I booked with this company more than 4 months in advance, and the evening before, they text me and say it's going to be 2.5 times the price as quoted. Then, I call their bluff and find someone last-minute willing to do it for WAY less, and they cancel my order without my approval. Just a horrible company that is untrustworthy and will gouge you at the last minute.

Mercury Transport has coordinated two vehicle shipments for us, both with Brian ** who went above and beyond for us with both transports. The communication was excellent, the process was tightly organized, we received the car exactly as agreed, on time, in perfect condition. Cannot be more pleased with this experience and will only refer Mercury and Brian for all of my future transports and further that I need as well.

My experience with Mercury was seamless. The operations team was in constant communication throughout the entire process and the vehicle was delivered promptly. The drivers were professional and took their time with photos and explaining the process to me. I highly recommend this company!

I needed to ship my car from Boston to Boise. Started my search about 1 month in advance (!), decided to go with Mercury Auto Transport based on the reviews, quote and responsiveness of the person assigned to me. Long story short, on my shipment day(s) window I was told that no drivers available. The manager politely apologized. I am sure that I will not go back to Mercury Auto Transport for my car shipping needs. Sorry.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company that helped me transport two vehicles from Tampa Bay area to Oklahoma City. They gave me all the details to prepare my car for shipping, and the pickup time and drop off time were within the estimates provided. The ship time ended up being 2 days faster than other companies had quoted. My car made it in one piece. No damage and no other issues.

They have the detail oriented dispatcher that helps you get everything set up between buyer and seller, with exact date and time. The whole team was great to work with for my cross country haul. On schedule and good value.

Mercury is an extremely legit auto transport brokerage. The amount of scammers I had to deal with to find Mercury was unsettling. From the quote to receiving my vehicle, there was good communication, everything was transparent and honest. I hope more companies take example from their business practices. Our vehicle was late in arriving due to the carrier's truck breaking down, but Spencer was on it and kept me updated. No issues with forms and money changing hands. Our car arrived with no damage.

I’m so glad I chose Mercury Auto Transport! The whole process went so smoothly. I purchased a vehicle out of state and needed a coast-to-coast transport to ship my car from New Jersey to Las Vegas. I saw someone mention Mercury on Reddit. I decided to give it a try. I submitted my information on their website, and agent Luis reached out to me soon after. We had a call the next day — Luis was professional and very helpful. He quickly found me a driver, but I had to reschedule the pickup because my friend in New Jersey wouldn’t be available. Luis immediately responded and, just two days later, found another driver who could meet my new pickup date.

Well, I met Mitch online and everything seemed legit so I booked with him as a broker. I needed 1 car transported and then changed to 2, each going to a different area in Florida. It was a month in advance and he told me the carriers will not start to contact him until a week out! As the time got closer, there were no carriers asking. I was moving out of state, so I needed this done since I had nowhere to put the cars. The day before the move, I was pretty nuts because we were leaving and had no carrier.

I recently utilized Mercury Auto Transport to assist me in getting a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased in Arizona back home to Wisconsin. Jesus ** was great to work with. Excellent, prompt communication and found me a transport quickly and for only $75 more than original quote. I paid the extra amount for the convenience of being able to assist with loading while I was in Arizona. Sparks Logistics was great to work with, they took a lot of pictures on pick up and at delivery and I had full access to them all along with access to GPS location for transport truck so I could get an update whenever I wanted. Delivery was right on time and easy to coordinate meet location. Jeep was in exactly the same condition it was in when it left AZ. Would highly recommend Mercury Auto Transport!!

Mercury Auto Transport was the easiest part about my move from D.C. to San Francisco. It was the #1 thing I worried about the most and put off for such a long time, but Drew made it easier than what I expected. I thought it was too good to be true but I put my full trust in these guys and the did such a great job. The delivery drivers were trustworthy and good at communicating. Mercury also did a great job with keeping me updated and making sure everything was a streamlined process.

Shipped my car from RI to Florida using Mercury auto shipping. Agent Drew ** was the best I have ever dealt with. He texted me every morning with an update and answered my questions promptly. He explained how the system worked up front and what their commission was and the overall price they were negotiating with the trucking companies. He explained that the companies will wait to the last minute to accept a contract at an increased price. The company did accept at the last minute but the difference was that Drew got the price he originally told me which was 30% less than I paid before. Communication and follow up with Mercury is superb and I will use them again on the return.

After spending about 3 weeks researching the process of shipping a car from Washington to Ohio, submitting requests for quotes to a handful of brokers and ultimately having a phone call with two brokers, I chose to depend on Michael ** to find a reputable and reliable carrier to move my car across the country. The documents and video shared by Michael about the process helped me to better understand how all the steps in the process worked and why some of the other, lower quotes I had received may not have been realistic. Once I placed my order to engage a carrier it took 5 days to identify the carrier. Michael schedule the pickup on the date I had chosen which was 2 days later and my car arrived after 3 more days, which was a whole week earlier than estimate. Thankfully, I was home and able to meet the driver for pickup.

The whole process was absolutely perfect from start to finish, I said everything that I wanted and Kent made sure to go above and beyond, speedy delivery and pickup with updates along the way, would highly recommend.

I used this company to transport my vehicle from Florida to Connecticut. Initially, they were great to work with—professional and responsive—up until the deposit was received to lock in the pickup date. After that, communication significantly dropped off. I was given a pickup date and told that there were no other customers scheduled for that day, so a morning pickup should be no problem (which was important because I had a flight that afternoon). However, they wouldn’t officially confirm the appointment until two days prior and said they would email me to confirm. That confirmation never came.
