Drew from Mercury helped us find a carrier quickly that matched our preferred date, even though we only provided a three day window. The quote we received was accurate, and the final price was right in line with what was discussed.

I’m so glad I chose Mercury Auto Transport! The whole process went so smoothly. I purchased a vehicle out of state and needed a coast-to-coast transport to ship my car from New Jersey to Las Vegas. I saw someone mention Mercury on Reddit. I decided to give it a try. I submitted my information on their website, and agent Luis reached out to me soon after. We had a call the next day — Luis was professional and very helpful. He quickly found me a driver, but I had to reschedule the pickup because my friend in New Jersey wouldn’t be available. Luis immediately responded and, just two days later, found another driver who could meet my new pickup date.

I recently utilized Mercury Auto Transport to assist me in getting a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased in Arizona back home to Wisconsin. Jesus ** was great to work with. Excellent, prompt communication and found me a transport quickly and for only $75 more than original quote. I paid the extra amount for the convenience of being able to assist with loading while I was in Arizona. Sparks Logistics was great to work with, they took a lot of pictures on pick up and at delivery and I had full access to them all along with access to GPS location for transport truck so I could get an update whenever I wanted. Delivery was right on time and easy to coordinate meet location. Jeep was in exactly the same condition it was in when it left AZ. Would highly recommend Mercury Auto Transport!!

After spending about 3 weeks researching the process of shipping a car from Washington to Ohio, submitting requests for quotes to a handful of brokers and ultimately having a phone call with two brokers, I chose to depend on Michael ** to find a reputable and reliable carrier to move my car across the country. The documents and video shared by Michael about the process helped me to better understand how all the steps in the process worked and why some of the other, lower quotes I had received may not have been realistic. Once I placed my order to engage a carrier it took 5 days to identify the carrier. Michael schedule the pickup on the date I had chosen which was 2 days later and my car arrived after 3 more days, which was a whole week earlier than estimate. Thankfully, I was home and able to meet the driver for pickup.

Thank you Mercury Transport for a job exceedingly well done in moving our car over 2,000 miles which was less expensive than flying from northern Indiana to southern Texas and driving it back. A special thanks to Kristopher **, the broker. Kris was fantastic in explaining all the ins and outs of the process of moving our car, what to watch out for from other brokers or companies, how the pricing works and was honest and straight forward. Thank you Kris. The car was picked up the next day after giving Kris the OK and was delivered on the 3rd day. A very fast turn around. Thank you Kris. I needed to ship my car from Boston to Boise. Started my search about 1 month in advance (!), decided to go with Mercury Auto Transport based on the reviews, quote and responsiveness of the person assigned to me. Long story short, on my shipment day(s) window I was told that no drivers available. The manager politely apologized. I am sure that I will not go back to Mercury Auto Transport for my car shipping needs. Sorry.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company that helped me transport two vehicles from Tampa Bay area to Oklahoma City. They assisted in trying to get the rates to the best affordable as possible and constantly communicated with me either via email or text or phone calls. I was always in communication with them. They quoted a price which was better than 90% of the other quotes I received, and they had an A rating with BBB, which most of the lower priced companies didn't. They were able to identify a carrier for the price they quoted within an hour or two. They gave me all the details to prepare my car for shipping, and the pickup time and drop off time were within the estimates provided. The ship time ended up being 2 days faster than other companies had quoted. My car made it in one piece. No damage and no other issues.
