I bought Champion Fuel Fighter BL 225/50R 18 95 T 70,000 warranty on 22OCT2018 from FirestoneClawson, MI and have those installed for 2017 Subaru Legacy. I religiously followed the required tire balance rotate and balance schedule. On 30DEC2023, with ONLY 33,776 miles on the tires I was told that the tires are 3/32 tread depth and requiring replacement. While the store and company offered the prorated tires but this is rip-off. I do not want to buy any more Firestone tires where it did not meet even 50% life expectancy. I have been asking for a cash refund and asking for consumer protection. Regards.

I purchased my Ram 2500 in December of 2021 brand new off the lot. I have only put 18,500 miles on my Ram Firestone Transforce AT tires (275/70/R18) and have had to buy new tires costing me over $800.00. To put things into perspective, I do not accelerate quickly and I have rotated my tires after an oil change I had and the wear on all four tires are even. I do tow a camper however, the storage lot and where we camp is less than 1/2 mile to where we park. I have contacted Ram who points their fingers at Firestone and Firestone who does the same. Firestone also told me we are not sure how you drive and added a Sorry. Needless to say these tires should last at least 40000-60000 miles. All I was looking for from Ram or Firestone was a replacement set or an explanation so that the new tires I bought do not wear at the same rate.

My son got an wheel alignment. They mess his car up and after I filed a complaint they never reached out to even try to help or see what happened. It was a runaround from the shop to the customer service department to the claim adjuster. Not at all did they call me back to see what happened, how they can help. Needless to say 2000 dollars later I had to get his car fix from the dealership. Even after I got a report that the damage was caused from Firestone did they even want to see it. If I was you I would go anywhere but Firestone to get anything done to your car.

I first visiting Firestone on October 28, 2022. I had a construction screw in my tire. Understandably the screw was super huge and I understood that the tire could not be plugged. The tire for my Buick Encore (2019) -- Continental Conti-ProContact Firestone price was $272.79. The person who created my work order for my tire told me they did not have the tire at the shop and to call out to have the tire delivered. The tire was installed and I was back on the road. Little did I know he never told me that this brand tire for my SUV was not covered with Road Hazard Warranty and it is not posted in the store like Walmart and other tire shops list Road Hazard Warranty.

Dec 26, 2022 the same tire had a metal chip in the tread so I went back to the same location and of course the sorry line he told me "the tire cannot be plugged" so we have to order another tire for install which would have costed me another $272.79 (no Road Hazard warranty) because firestone only offers that type of warranty on their name brand tires that are sold in the store (Firestone and Bridgestone). So if they had not taken over 2 hours for the tire to deliver Firestone would have gotten me again. Luckily person told me that to come back the next day and the tire would be delivered and installed. I left my flat tire and rim there.

I did research that evening and the tire that Firestone was going to sell me again was $100 cheaper elsewhere. The next morning I called Firestone and told them, "Do not install that new tire and I will pick my rim and tire up when I'm off from work." Check this out, my son took my tire to a local tire shop and guess what? That shop plugged my flat tire for $30.

My take away, Firestone is only concerned about selling tires and I wonder what is the percentile of tire plug service at Firestone? NEVER do business with tire companies that don't offer Road Hazard Warranty and if they cannot plug your tire try taking that tire to a different shop (2nd opinion). Make sure to research the true price of a tire you need to purchase. You will save some money.

Firestone 25602 S I-45 Frontage Rd Spring, TX 77386 United States. This location replaced my tire finally after the 3rd visit to this location, but not before causing damage to the rim. On my first visit 9/2/22, I waited 1.5 hrs, Manager ** was sitting at his desk in the garage blasting his music, totally unprofessional. Shane fixed my flat, balanced rotated my tires and completed my lifetime alignment I purchased 4 years ago. I parked my truck for the holiday weekend. On my way to work 9/6/22, the same fixed flat tire was now 10 psi low again. I lost $$ having to go into work late having to address a flat that should’ve been fixed right the first time.

I went back to this location and ** told me they were short handed and the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour.. He went to lunch and I sat for 30 minutes while Shane answered phones, realizing this was a waste of time and costing me $$ to wait around for nothing to happen, I had Shane top of my air and told him I’d return the following day.

9/7/22 I returned a 3rd time to get the same tire fixed and was told the wait would be another 1.5 hrs. Waited then ** advised the flat repair that Shane completed 9/2/22 didn’t take and tried to upsell me a better tire mismatching my set for $281 approximately. When I asked why they couldn’t just replace with the same tire. ** told me they were out of stock. Out of stock like discontinued? Then ** said he could get one from another store to mount or go to that other store and get in line again. I agreed to keep my place in line and have ** get the tire and put it on at this location. I paid $181 with warranty. I still waited 3 hours. Upon getting home, I observed fresh damage and deep scratches to the powder coating of my rim that had the tire replaced. By then, Firestone was already closed so I worked my shift and called back the following morning 9/8/22 and advised **.

I showed up at 0115 pm and informed manager ** of the damage his tech did to my rim while replacing my tire and the first words out his mouth was, “I (manager) make no promises”. Make no promises!!! You didn’t even look at the damage in question and based on ** comment, I knew he was not going to do anything about this except give me a bunch of lips service. ** said he asked his tech and he said he didn’t do the damage. Period point blank. Then ** put a socket on an impact wrench and clearly it the tool mark matched up to my damaged rim. Then ** changed the angle and said there was no reason for the tech to cause my rim damage because the lug nuts were towards the center of rim. Then ** says it may have happened when I left and now I brought it back to put it on Firestone.

Conveniently ** was off so he couldn’t attest that the rim wasn’t damaged the previous two visits to fix this same problem. ** also held onto the fact his tech denied causing damage. At that point, I was done…FIRESTONE GOT ME!!! So if customers do not babysit, take pictures before and thoroughly inspect their vehicle in the area Firestone techs were working in rain or shine BEFORE YOU PUT IT IN GEAR, ** makes no promises. WHO DOES THAT?

You are ** because in spite of all the mottos and promise Firestone has displayed in their store, it means absolutely nothing as they have demonstrated how ** handled this whole tire fix with the rework, going to lunch instead of hanging back and letting Shane make a second attempt to fix what I waited 1.5 hrs for on my first visit and lost money showing up late for work. In 2014 I had a flat in my previous vehicle and Discount tire performed the task, I left but then noticed the damage, came back the next day and Discount tire replaced my rim no questions asked. For convenience, I started purchasing my tires with Firestone so the tires and alignment could all be done at one time.

In the past 8 years since, I have purchased 5 sets of tires from Firestone for 3 different cars. After being treated this way by MAKE NO PROMISES **, Firestone has made their last dollar off of me and my family. I will be going back to Discount. NO NEED TO CONTACT ME **! You’ve already wasted 3 days of my time and costed me money for a tire/rim that should’ve been fixed right the first time if you dunked it in water to confirm it was holding air. Enjoy your lunch ** while us customers sit and wait for nothing to happen. Insulted.

One of the recommendations was to replace my spark plugs. I did so elsewhere a week ago and I went there today to have the other recommendations done. When completed I was giving my receipt and I drove off, when I reviewed my receipt these people had replaced my spark plugs again.

I immediately called them very upset and asked why they had replaced my spark plugs when they were brand new? Their response was that I should have told them that my sparkplug had already been replaced. My question was did you not see that they were brand new? They said they cant tell if the sparkplug are new because they changed it according to the miles on my car. $245 I was charged when I had already paid $240 dollars for the same job. I am now convinced that those mechanics there cannot be trusted.

I decided that since Firestone is across the street from my job, I will drop it off for an oil change and pick it up on my lunch break. They called me and said that something was wrong with my brakes. I told them that there was no way that was possible because I had just changed my brakes earlier that day. I picked up my car later and they gave me an estimate for over $700 to get my brakes and rotors done. My regular mechanic said earlier that day that nothing was wrong with my rotors.

About a week later, my car started smoking near the tires. I went to my original mechanic and he said that my calipers are messed up and I won't be able to drive my car home. He just called me and said that me rotors are damaged and I have no brakes on my car. He even remembers changing them. Firestone messes with peoples cars. I didn't tell them to look at it. I visited your facility because Good Year didn’t have any mechanic in. I thought I would just take it across the street. I haven’t heard anything negative about them. I was getting the car fixed for my 16 year old daughter. I put 2 new tires on there the same day prior to bring it there. Which was about 220.00, and I just got new tags on the car which was about 30.00. I got a new brake job done for about 60.00. I kept going back and forward trying to see if I was going to fix it or just trade it in. So I decided to fix it. It was paid for. Never had any major problems with the car. So I took it up there he told me I need a tire rod. I also told him about how every 6 months I have to add anti freeze to it. But still that was never a problem. He said he would look over it and call back. He said it need a radiator. I was kind of skeptical about spending 500 to put the part on. But the manager told me he had a 20% off the coupon. He said that all I see wrong with the car.

So with the tire rod and the front wheel alignment, it was about 900.00. Plus I had been ill and didn’t want to keep moving the car around. I told them to do the job. I opened up a line of credit, really didn’t have the money. I spent about 900 on a credit card. I picked my car up Friday night. Monday night afternoon it was running hot and it quit on me. It wouldn’t start. I had to have it towed right back up there.

The mechanic looked at it and said I had a blown head gasket. Didn’t have this problem before. The mechanic said nothing else wrong with the car. He said that would cost about 2500 to fix. It was perfectly fine before I bought it there. I am a single parent with 3 kids. I don’t have any money to waste. I feel like they were trying to rip me off. I reached out to cooperate, which was very unprofessional. He pretty much emailed me and said the mechanics were not at fault. After about 9 phone calls, emails, and After them holding my car for 3 weeks. He didn’t even have enough nerves to return my call. Now I’m Stuck with a credit card bill and an out of fixed car!

Consistently telling them I need my car, this is how I get to work and take my son to school.

Car coolant is still mixing and I was told three times this issue was fixed. Not only not having a car. I have a two hundred bill from Enterprise for the insurance. I made a claim and the claims department only respond twice via email. I been calling, leaving voicemails for the claims rep -- no response. I called the supervisor who is out on leave. Said he will be back after June 14. It now 11 am on June 17, 2019. No response. I'm about to lose my job because I can't get to work. I took my 2016 Impala in to a Firestone location in Rock Hill, SC due to a tire issue. I purchased my tires there last year. Not even 24 hours later I total lost my car. I heard a noise coming from my driver front tire. The next thing I know I'm wrecking my car. Due to being hit in the face with the airbag and hitting my head on the steering wheel I passed out. The next thing I remembered was a police officer knocking on my car window asking me what happened. I stated to him that the last thing I remembered before wrecking is hearing a noise coming from my drivers tire. Upon me getting out my car the front driver tire was all the way off the rim.

I wrote Firestone a letter and sent them pictures. A lady by the name of Jennifer called me. I gave her my insurance adjusters information. She contacted them. Then I gets a phone call from her again basically telling me that it will be my job to get the tires from the insurance company's tow yard and ship them to her. The insurance adjuster told her in order for the tires and rims to be removed off the car that it’s Firestone's responsibility to put another tire on there. I asked Jennifer could I speak with her manager. She said they was out of the office until Friday June 14, 2019. Jennifer was very nasty and talked to me over the phone as if I was a dummy and that the wreck was my fault.

Now I have never been involved in a wreck before in my life, no traffic violations or anything. This wreck could have killed me and others. I guess in order for someone to do something I'm need to contact a attorney so that they can intervene by Friday because the car is suppose to go to an auction. If I could rate Firestone a negative 100 I would because my kids could have been faced with growing up without a mother due to this wreck.

I went into the Firestone in Warwick, RI on Post Rd. I was told the tires part of promotion I wanted was no longer in stock because they were being discontinued. Mike told me he would upgrade me to the next set of tires and I would still receive the buy 3 get the 4th free promotion. I was charged for all 4 tires! I didn't realize until going over the math in my head while waiting. I let this go because it was partially my fault for not realizing sooner.

While waiting for my car I decided to look up the reviews. When I saw multiple customers with the same scenario I knew I was being scammed. This is when Mike comes over to me to tell me that they broke my lock key. At this point I was furious because I saw this too in the reviews. He tried to reassure me that this happens all of the time and that I would have to purchase a new key from them and until they have to purchase regular lug nuts for my tires. I told him I wasn't paying for any of it when it was their mistake. He then proceeded to tell me not to worry that Firestone would take care of it.

I left that day being told I would receive a phone call when they could get a hold of someone at Volkswagen, and would be told when to pick it up. Almost two months went by and I heard nothing. Finally went to the same store a week ago and was told Mike wasn't in and that they didn't see any notes about a tire lock key set. So again I was told I would be called the following day once someone spoke with Mike. Here we are a week later and I have heard nothing. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity of this company and its employees! It is one thing to be a good salesman and to make your commission off of honesty, but it is a completely different thing when you lie and deceive! This was my first time going to Firestone and my last!

Since I have been taking it in for balance and rotation and no one has said anything I assume they are safe. But I recently noticed more rubber coming off and took it in for an explanation. I was instead quoted a reduced fee to replace them and told that it may be because I'm rubbing curbs. I pointed out that it's the seams on all four tires and that I'm not continuously hitting curbs. I don't feel safe in these tires and refuse to repurchase tires when there is still plenty of life left on them, ESPECIALLY from FIRESTONE! So now I have to find another set of tires for my truck and spend over a grand I don't have. How are they able to get away with this.

In my line of work I do a lot of driving. I accidentally hit a curb which gave me 2 flat tires. I bought discount tires and was a little pricey. Three months later decided to go ahead and replace the other 2 tires. Firestone was cheaper so as a single mom of 3 drove to Lake Worth Firestone. They were super busy so I made an appointment. Arrived at my appointment a little early and ended up waiting hours for them to replace my tires. When I drove off I notice my tire sensor on. Hmmm maybe I need to drive a little for it to go off. Nope they forgot to put it back on with my new tires.

Then months later had a flat on my Firestone tire. Had to totally replace the tire and they tried to charge me for a sensor. Few months again another flat had to replace another tire. I thought strange I never have a problem with my discount tires only the Firestone ones! Again another flat and by this time I’m getting upset since with insurance it cost approx. $60 every time I replace these tires. I mentioned to the lady that I only have problems with the Firestone tires and she said we put magnets in the tires. Hmmm. Not funny.

Again another flat and another. Today I have 2 Firestone tires on my car and I’m tired of these flats so even with insurance on them I’m going to be replacing them! I have brand new tires on my car and almost all the tread, but I’m so sick of spending hours every 6-8 months that I don’t care! I want these Firestone tires off my car! Buyer beware! Instead of saving money I have spent way more replacing these tires! Wished I had just spent the few extra $$ on discount tires.

So I wait about a half hour. Still, no one has looked at my car until I throw a fit. First of all the car was supposed to be done the day before. Now here I am sitting with my kid, stuck at this location. Mind you I didn’t bring my car in for a brake issue as it never had one. After waiting for them to inspect it I was told “mistakes were made”. The brake sensor was on sideways and the wrong size tires were put on the rear causing it to rub through some wiring. So here we are, Monday, still no car when it was supposed to be done Saturday.

I missed an out of town trip I had planned and also the hotel that was booked. I tried calling corporate but was told they were “unavailable” so I gave my report to someone slurring their words so bad I could hardly understand them then was told I’d get a call back in 48 hours. What good is that going to do me unless God forbid they still have my car. This is my second bad experience there and I’ll never be back. When I was walking home with my 6 year old (it’s a two mile walk) a passing motorists that I recognized picked us up and told me he had a similar experience. Tires that came with my CR-Z were actually Dunlop tires that held up for about 50,000+ before I finally replaced them which was awesome. My brand new Honda Fit came with Fire-pitiful(s). Oh goodness. Now I've heard and read all the terrible reviews and complaints about Fire-pitiful tires for years and years but of course I had no control over the Fire-pitiful(s) that came with my new car. Smh. I don't even do a lot of driving. One of my tires was flattened after only a few months (3000+) miles, of having my car. Tire pressure light kept coming on and had to get it replaced because it was not good!

Next, a tire bubble developed on another tire after 22,000 miles. Now I know tire bubbles can develop on just about any tire but I don't think it's just a coincidence. As I stated earlier I drove on all kinds of potholes, cracks, and crevices on my Dunlop tires for 50,000 + miles and had not ever had an issue. I get Fire-pitiful(s) and the tires just fall apart. Tires don't hold up for nothing. I really don't understand why Honda would even use these tires for their brand new cars. Their tires are just terrible... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I made the mistake of buying a set of tires, including Road Hazard and Lifetime Rotation/Balancing at the Bercher Firestone in Rosenberg, TX. The price, as it turns out, is exactly the same as if purchased at a Firestone Complete Auto Care store. However, the warranty is only honored at this store.

I was not informed of this prior to my purchase even though I stated the reason for purchasing tires was we were making a cross county move (our home was destroyed in Hurricane Harvey). After the tires were installed and I paid the bill the owner said he would see me in ~ 5000 miles for rotation. I reminded him we were moving and would not be back in this state. I said I assume the warranty is good at any Firestone and he said no. I called the Firestone in the area we are moving to and asked if they honored any warranty for tires purchased at an Independent Firestone. I was told no.

I called Firestone Customer Service. The representative said that was hard to believe and said he would be very angry if that happened to him. He placed me on hold and called the store where we are moving... They told him what they told me... The warranties issued by Independent stores are only good at that store. Admittedly I do not have a tire problem today. The tires are 1 day old and have about 20 miles on them. But in the future, they will have thousands of miles on them and the several hundred dollars I paid for extended service/warranties is worthless. Buyer beware. Had a new set of Firestone Destination A/T P265/70R16 tires placed on my truck last winter time, so treadwear is minimal. I have used this tire for some years for my business purposes as we get off road at times and has good traction on grass. However, the afternoon of July 11th, 2017 around 6:30 pm I was driving with my son on Hwy 127 just north of Bethlehem, NC at about 45 miles per hour. Out of nowhere driver's rear tire blew out, smoke everywhere, we swerved all over roadway, and we damn near lost all control of vehicle finally landing off road in a grass field.

This has NEVER happened before, and now that I read so many accounts of this occurring with Firestone tires, including filings with NTSB, I am very concerned about our safety. I am in process of getting the Hickory, NC Firestone Manager to honor the Road Hazard Warranty we always paid for when we buy new tires, as that is supposed to cover 100% cost of replacement if a sidewall blowout occurs. It only pro-rates if you get a flat on the face tread which this is not the case. Tread looks great, but sidewall is completely separated from main tire in near perfect shape! This is a very dangerous thing to happen. Some years ago Firestone was in class action suit too for deaths related to tire sidewall separation, and now I am worried they have let their guard down, going back to old ways if this is now recurring with many others who bought this same tire in recent times.

When we got it back the steering wheel was not straight and it pulls to the right. Took it back to them they said could not align it because the rear tires are wore out. I worked in a tire shop/alignment shop. I know that is not true if you have new tires on the front. Our car has new tires on the front. They don't know how to do alignments. I will never do business with them again.

On February 27th 2016 I stopped at a Firestone in West Des Moines IA to get a new tires on the back of the drivers side. When finished my daughter and I got back on to HWY 80 which is very windy but my car was shaking like crazy. Couldn't figure it out but I kept getting this clunking noise and was just getting worse but my car is a CS MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE. I was embarrassed when others could hear the noise so my alternator needed to be checked so I asked the mechanic if he could try and find out what that noise was. Well to find out when Firestone put my new tires on they broke my sensor strap and instead of telling me they zipped tied it and the ties were breaking and it was dragging so I had to purchase a new sensor when I was notified from the mechanic.

I've called Firestone corporate office 3 times now and I'm starting to call on or around December 14th and I was told that I would get a response within 24-48 hours. I gave them at least a good month if not longer and out of three calls and this last call they told me that the district manager would call me within 24 hours and that was last week Monday and still have not heard a thing. Not only did they get money for my new tires but the strap for the sensor for me was $40 so I'm sure they get it for ten dollars and instead they use zip ties.

My daughter and I were driving from Wisconsin to the west side of Nebraska - a 16 hour drive. That'd how much they cared about putting to woman on a HWY that is already scary due to the winds. It was nothing like I've experienced before. It just seems they don't care and won't respond but that sensor ended up costing me an extra $109.24. Don't trust Firestone. Sad as it is I have another horror story where they break the item on your vehicle and then say it was already like that...

I am not sure if my frustration exceeds my disappointment with Firestone. I bought my last 3 tires at Macy's but was not crazy about their service. A friend suggested I try Firestone. He frequents a Firestone near him and he is satisfied with the service he has received. Well see if his perception changes once I inform him of my recent encounter.

On March 2, 2017 I arrived at your Firestone store locate at 2847 Candler Rd, Decatur, Ga. 30034 about 11:00 am. I went there to have my temporary (donut) tire replaced by a new tire. I selected the tire in my price range I wanted to purchase. I asked ** (customer rep) how long it would take to complete the service. He suggested at least 2 hours. I took a seat and waited. I saw a service employee get in my car about 1:30 and drive it around to the work area. I checked my watch and assumed I should be done in about ½ hour. An hour later I approached ** and asked why the service was taking so long. He informed he was just getting ready to call me to the counter, it seems the tire I decided on was not in stock. I asked why it took 2 hours to make that determination. His response was he had been busy.

However, he said he had a comparable tire at approximately the same price. I waited another 10 minutes. He finally came out and informed me that he was unable to find any tire to fill my service request. I left the store at approximately 2:40. Which means I spent more than 3 ½ hours trying to get a tire replaced and left with the same donut tire I came with. I had to leave there and drive over to Macy's to get a new tire. Fortunately, Macy's was able to service my car in about an hour.

The first thing that comes to mind is who is responsible for inventory? How does a tire store run out of tires? I did not need a rare esoteric tire or part, this was a standard tire. When an order is placed, someone (** (Customer Rep), ** (Service Manager) etc.) should physically check to insure all parts are in-house. ** tried to convince me that they were so busy that checking the status of my tire was impossible. I admit there were peak periods, however I also saw slow periods. This type of service is unconscionable. I would like to believe that this is not indicative of all Firestones and that it was an isolated incident. However, it is difficult to get perspective when you have missed 4 hours of work you have to make up.

I figured since I purchased new tires, an alignment was a good idea. The price was reasonable compared to the dealer so I took my car to Firestone. Big mistake!!! My car had no signs of needing an alignment. It didn't pull and the steering wheel was straight. After the alignment was complete and I went to my car, they forgot tools on my passenger seat which had no plastic. Then, I took my car for a test spin and my steering wheel was crooked and the car shifted to the left bad.

I asked how can my car be worse after the alignment. They stated I need new suspension was a complete lie. I asked for a refund and they stated let them look at it again. I declined and took my car back to the dealer. The print out of the before and after proved Firestone intentionally damaged the alignment. I called corporate and complained. This is unlawful business practices. Stay away stay away stay away!!! They are crooks!

We had a light rain while we was at the river and when we start to leave and he could not get traction in the mud. So I got behind his 4 wheel drive Chevy pickup with my 2 wheel drive Chevy pickup and pushed him out of the river. The following week he got stuck again. When brought to my car dealership, one of the mechanics argued that I had driven with low pressure in the one tire for a while and had been rubbing against curbs judging by the sidewall wear.

The catch is that my tires are brand new, my pressure light has never come on, and I never park on the street because I am afraid of damaging my car. Go figure! Then another employee said that I probably hit a huge pothole that caused my own rim to pop my tire, notwithstanding that there were no potholes or debris where I was driving. Now I'm terrified to drive because I've got three death traps attached to my car because the dealership argues the tire damage isn't under the warranty.

Since our car has 115k on it we weren’t sure how many more miles our car would last, or if we got another car if our tires would fit it. This warranty helped us feel reassured that no matter what happens we made a good decision. We had recently replaced the suspension in our car and we’re getting an oil change and alignment on top of 4 new tires.

The new tires made a world of difference. Our fuel economy improved as well & our mechanic made us aware of some engine damage we weren’t aware of and had we waited our engine block would have cracked. Instead we've repaired our car and it should last another 100k. For getting the 4 tires at once Firestone had both the best price and reviews and then the best customer service too. We anticipated needing over $550, since it's what we'd spent last time, but with Firestone we only spent $350. We were surprised.

Durable tires that worked well for me off road as well as for everyday life. Would purchase these tires again for sure. Very low wear and tear. The warranty was comparable to other tire brands. I have no complaints about the warranty of these tires and feel like I got my monies worth. Fires performances as expected. There were no problems and I would recommend these tires to anyone who is in the market for new tires. Great value and good deal. Paid a reasonable amount for the tires and I feel that I got a great deal. There are other brands who cost around the same but I feel like this was worth it.

The Firestone brand is the only one we buy. I highly recommend these, as they are durable and usually last as long if not longer than the manufacturer states they should. I have used their warranty only once, due to a flat. It was quick and easy with no issues. Their customer service was friendly and helpful and because they were new they gave me a full credit on a new one. I work as a delivery driver and need my tires to work as hard as I do regardless of the condition. I drive in rain and snow and feel secure with the Firestone tires that I buy to get me through all kinds of weather. Slightly pricey but worth the price as they are well made and wear slowly. I have to have good tires and will pay the extra few dollars. They also usually run rebates on a regular basis which makes up for the price difference.

The warranty was 40 years and if anybody slash my tires it was under warranty. If my tire had a nail it was under warranty. If something anything was wrong with my tires in 2 years it was under warranty. The performance was amazing. Everything was great. I drove fast and when I hit the brakes the tires didn't get more than 30 feet. It was awesome. I can feel the difference in the tires in the rain too. The value of the tire with high grade. It felt very strong when I make turns and when I brake the tires performance was excellent. It was wonderful experience driving this car with these new tires. I would recommend these tires to everybody there. The best. The value of the tire was excellent, very adorable, very sturdy on the road. The tires were valued at $200.

I went to Firestone on Juan Tabo Blvd in Albuquerque and purchased a set of Pirelli tires. When the job was completed they advised me they had done a courtesy check on the car and that I needed a new battery and that the coolant reservoir was empty. Since I had just had the car serviced I took it back to Mazda. They showed me that the coolant reservoir was NOT empty and then they tested the battery, which came out as still being in very good condition. Less than 1.5 years after purchase and after 30000 miles, woke up to flat front tire that was non-repairable. Mechanic inspected both front tires and stated they were both worn on the inside due to horrible front end alignment that was done by Firestone in Bridgeport, CT when tires were purchased. Firestone did NOT honor the 50, 000 mile tire warranty, nor did they honor their faulty front end alignment labor. Instead, both their corporate office and dealership give you total excuses for why they will not replace the tires for free. Buyers BEWARE! This is a prime example of a money-hungry corporation that does NOT value its customers or backs its products or services. My recommendation is to go elsewhere.

I was informed by one of the employees that the tire was not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and that I would have to purchase a new tire with no compensation. He also told me the problem with the tire was my fault for driving over a pothole or some other obstruction in the road. So to my understanding, a new car that comes with Firestone Tires is not covered by a road hazard warranty. My big mistake was accepting the new Sienna from the Toyota dealership with Firestone Tires in the first place. Since I do not drive on perfectly smooth highways with no potholes or speed bumps, obstructions, etc, and since Firestone does not stand behind their products, I will not have a set of Firestone Tires on any car that I own in the future.

This last set of the Destination LE were terrible. Always shake at 55-70 mph. I would take it in and have balance and rotate -- still same problem. I said, "Something wrong with your balance machine, or there is a tire problem." "Oh no, rest assured everything is fine."

I got frustrated after driving on these tires for almost 30,000 miles and most uncomfortable ride ever. It was hard for me to take my truck in all the time. For one they are too busy and you have to make a appointment, and leave my truck all day for oil change, balance and rotate. That's insane. The last visit I asked them, can they trade me out of these tires? And they said they would give me 30% off on a new set. On a defective set of tires?? That's not fair. Should at least be 50% and even at that, I think Firestone should give me a set. But to be human and fair I think I should get at least 50% off. I wish Firestone corporation would help me on this.

Will only be reimbursed partially for 2 of the 4 because, technically, the other 2 have not yet separated. No way would I not replace all of these tires. Was told by Firestone dealer the tire separation was caused by dry rot due to my SUV not being parked inside a garage.

In my opinion that is nonsense. Bought road hazard warranty and paid for mounting, tire stems, etc. Have 40,000 mile warranty that will not begin to cover loss of having to get 4 new tires already to replace faulty, inferior Firestone's. Not to mention a defect like this could cause severe injury. Will never buy another Firestone product again. Ever. I chose the Firestone Destination LE because of the brand name and tread life warranty of 65,000 miles and also because of the look - I am old school and like smooth sidewalls without all of the fine decoration. The tire performed well in regard to ride and road noise. However the tires didn't wear very well. I had only 23,000 miles and I was down (to 5/32 tread life from 17/32 when new stated by Firestone rep 1-800-847-3272).

I live in southwest VA in the mountains where it snows a lot in the winter. The wear bars were showing and I changed tires and sent the Firestone Tires off for adjustment. Firestone rep advised me that they would not give me a adjustment because the tires were not down to 2/32 tread life. I might have got another 7 to 8 thousand miles if I was lucky and that would have still only been around half of the tread life 30,000 miles of the tire. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that the tires would have worn out before 65,000 miles. So I would not advised purchasing Firestone tires. I will not buy anymore Firestone tires "as in sandlot forever".

The 4 tire replacement was due to an accident that occurred the previous day. 2 of the 4 tires blew-out, so I replaced all 4. I honestly thought the double tire punctures may have been caused by a road hazard during the accident. At the time, I did not associate the accident with what seems to be coming to fruition all on its own now. A preventative recall needs to take place on regarding the defects of these Firestone Tires!

From 2013 to present, the new tires had only 12,000 miles of wear on them but I continue to experience the same "Low Tire Pressure" issues ironically on a brand new recently replaced tire! I replaced a perfectly good tire due to an unrepairable flat (according to Firestone). This time around the low pressure warning occurred while driving on the turnpike in a heavy downpour of rain. I drove with extreme caution and arrived at my destination safely. When leaving I discovered my tire was completely flat?? Low tire pressure warning to flat? I had to purchase a brand new tire replacing 1 with only 12,000 miles of wear? Firestone would not warranty, so I spent $141.00 + + totaling $214.00 when done!

I'm thinking back & the old tires had an uneven and unusually fast wear about them but I figured it was due to the high performance tires? The replacements had to be done regardless but to continue experiencing the pressure warnings due to defects in a tire that are causing Dangerously Low Tire Pressure is certainly problematic. It's downright disgusting and grossly irresponsible by the manufacturer! The reality of it appears to be this, how many people need to die before a hazardous defect is considered hazardous enough? There is a simple solution "A Preventative Recall" needs to take place, yesterday! If you are experiencing suspiciously obvious defects with any brand tire, please take action and write a review! These consumer resources were up to date and the only one way I was able to find similar truths in addition to my own experience! We are the family of consumers, it's imperative we be heard!

I was told couple hrs, but what got me upset is they drive my car around then Park it behind another car. Well there was other spaces that doesn't have cars. I'm like take my car on that lift and look at it. It was Park and spaces empty for 2 hrs then they finally drove it on the other side of the lot and finally on the lifter after 2 hrs waiting. I won't be using their service again. They are not fast enough.

I purchased tires from 4 day tire on Melrose ave in Roanoke Va. I was told the tires had a 50000 mile warranty and would be replaced or prorated in the event something should happen. I was driving down the interstate and noticed my tire was going flat. I pulled over as soon as it was safe and the tire was very low. I used my compressor to pump the tire up until we got off the next exit. We removed the tire and put on a spare. When I got home we pumped up the tire and it had a bulge on the back side of the tire the size of a baseball. I took the tire to 4 day tire and they said to bring back my receipt. I came back with my receipt and was told they could not replace or prorate. They did not remove the tire to see if it was tire damage that caused the soft spot on the tire. I bought firestone because I thought I was buying a quality product with a warranty. I can't afford to buy a new tire after only 4 months of wear and I only drive around 50 miles a week.

I have been trying to get a simple service done for the past 2 days (tire rotation); the location at 7303 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23225 has the worst customer service ever. I will not be doing business there again. Wish I had read the previous reviews before.

I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Ram PU that unfortunately had Firestone tires on it. I had a blowout on the the right rear. I subsequently replaced all the tires with a set of GOODYEARS. The reason for this is, I have had three sets of Firestone tires in my life (56 y/o). I have also had three blowouts in my life. All three on the three sets of Firestones. The second incident occurred in the late 90's on a new Ford PU and caused the truck to be totaled. A year later Firestone recalled the tires, but instructed me to bring them in for a refund adjustment. They couldn't understand that the truck was totaled and then crushed. Net effect to me, lost truck, 5 minute conversation with Firestone rep. Bottom line: never again have Firestone tires. Oh yeah, I hope to someday run into a Firestone exec. and give him a piece of my fist.

Overpriced thieves. Save yourself the headache and do business elsewhere! Went to this location because I had two flat tires due to a roadside hazard. The tires were under warranty as to be replace at minimal charge ($28). However my back hub assembly was damaged by incorrect lug nuts being used with the spare. They charged $204 for the replacement hub plus 3.5 hours of labor for $385 - grand total $657. They took full advantage of the situation plus 5 days to get the part/repair done to the vehicle which resulted in the loss of me as a customer who will never return to any Firestone location and write negative reviews on multiple internet sites available. The quote received from a practical mechanic after this turmoil - $125 for the part, $125 for the labor, $250 - is what I should have been charged. Perhaps the inflated cost was well worth indefinitely losing my business BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION and/or ANY LOCATION!

I called around at several tire places in my local area for deals on 4 tires for my Chrysler Sebring. I spoke with a gentleman named Travis who told me what he could for me, which was a better deal than the other places I had called. I also explained to Travis that I needed brakes (& an inspection sticker), & possibly an alignment. I took my car in at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday & seen for myself their shop filled up very quickly, so early, as Travis advised the day before. Not to mention, they already had several cars that customers brought to them the night before to have work done.

I dropped off my car & explained what I needed, who I had spoken to, & what Travis quoted me. They told me they would get me fixed up, & call me when ready. I thought I needed all new brakes & the gentlemen from Firestone called me & told me I only needed back brakes, not brakes on all 4 axles. Also, they did not try & pull a fast one on me & tell me my car was out of alignment, as most do. I picked up my car, when ready & was surprised to see I got a super fantastic deal on my 4 Firestone tires, which I might add are the top of the line Firestone tires & they gave me a discount on my brakes too. I left there only paying a fraction of what the competitor shops quoted me, with a smile on my face simply because I am a female & Firestone did not take advantage of that. They helped me, & most importantly, they did a wonderful job on my car. I am highly impressed with their services, how I was treated, & their honesty with me. Thank you, Firestone for simply doing a job well done. I absolutely will be back!!

I have to do this. I hope it will be of some help to somebody in their decision-making. My Mom owns a 2003 Honda Accord. She's always kept up the maintenance... It's a great car. Several months ago, she took it to Firestone for something or other, and they ended up doing a brake job for $750. I thought damn! But what do I know? So okay.

A few months later, I can't help but notice that there's a squeal when using the brakes, backing out of the driveway. No, not just in the mornings; all the live-long day. Eventually I win the battle with myself, and I take it back to Firestone. Incidentally, the 'OMG Check Engine!' light is on. Firestone dibbles and dabs and putser on a machine, where they are informed that the wutwut sensor is trashed. I ok them to put in a brand new wutwut. They also say that there were some pebbles in the brake some or other, and they got them out... and all is well with my soul - $170. While I'm backing o.o their parking lot... the brakes squeal. I do not possess, at this point, one more single OUNCE of ability to ** & hang, so **, I drive home.

Few months later. I'm ready, again. Firestone appt at 0900 today, 7/5/2014. At 0930 I'm like yo! My car is still sitting where I parked it. Whassup? Feller sez, "Well, you know... some people have appointments and then some just come in and drop 'em off. We're just so busy..." I lovingly and quietly remind him that I HAVE an appt - @ 0900. A few moments later, a mechanic approaches my car and takes it into the bay. One of the things I'd wanted done was a state inspection. For the typical $39.75. The front guy came in at some point and told me that it was actually the road tax sticker that needed replaced; that the inspection is not due until September. Ok, cool.

Five hours later ... the deal is done. The invoice total is in the high $300s. I reminded the guy that he had quoted me $195. He starts itemizing the bill with me and got to the part about $110 for rear brake pads. I quietly reminded him that they cannot charge me for anything to do with the BRAKES, as they had FIXED them already, for $750. He was like, "Oh yeah," and took the $110 off. We're cool, I leave.

But wait! While leaving the parking lot, I think hold up! Did I see they charged for an inspection??? The one that wasn't/isn't due until September? Looking at the bill, I see that yes, they have. Sigh. I park. I walk. I say, "Whoopsie!!" Another $39.75 comes off the bill. Then I leave... Thanking him for his trouble... for the last time, ever. That's my story, Firestone. And you know it to be true. This was the store in Dickinson, Texas... Interstate Hwy I45 at the 646 exit. Peace, Y'all.

With driving 500 miles a week to work, bought a full set of tires November 4. Had tires rotated in March, no mention of any strange wear and NO form filled out with condition of each tire. A month later have a Walmart tech tell me my tires were in bad condition. Spoke to two Firestone store reps to tell me yep they are wearing/cupping. You might need shocks or struts. Might? Help me here! I was told I should have have them rotated six times so this was all my fault. They offered $200 store credit, but would NOT allow me to buy just two tires. They were condescending and a bit flippant. I can't afford to go to Firestone and consider their integrity and customer satisfaction to be non existent. Wow.....pretty shameful.

The service at Firestone is absolutely horrible. I always have trouble with tires purchased from there. I would never recommend this company to anyone, unless you are looking for terrible companies. I was driving a car full of puppies last week. I was dogsitting, and my car flipped over when I was turning! These tires cannot be trusted. Seven dead puppies! I'm going through a lot of trouble trying to pay for this, and BEWARE FIRESTONE! I WILL SUE.

I have read all the complaints and the one thing in common is that most of the complainers will never again buy a Firestone product. A happy customer will tell a few people and an unhappy customer will tell everyone. I haven't been in a Firestone store since 1958. I bought a set of tires and after 2 months one of them bubbled up and couldn't be fixed. I bought the tire (don't laugh) for $32.00 but to have it replaced Firestone would allow me 30% off a replacement at list price. So I could buy a new one for $32.00 or use the warranty to buy a replacement for about $60.00. From the complaints, it seems there hasn't been much change in 55 years!

I have a car that I have gotten from a company and I am making payments on it. Well I was with my kids driving on the freeway and all the sudden the car started to bounce and go all crazy. I pulled over as fast as I could. We got out and the front driver side tire had a bubble as big as my head on it. So we had to put the spare on it and find a tire shop close. We got there, they said they are shocked we are alive because of the tire. In his 11 years of doing tires he has never seen a tire this bad. So once he got it off the rim he showed me the inside of the tire and it had another bubble on the inside just as big. I called Firestone today to make a complaint, and they said, “So what?” Nothing they will do!! I was very upset.
