Easy Auto did a good job and it was easy working with them. They picked up the car as described and delivered it as promised. If I need a car to be moved, I will definitely call them again.

One of my best friends has two sons who work in management for Night Trucking and Night doesn't do auto shipping. So, they recommended that I contact Easy Auto Ship to have the 2008 Jeep Wrangler that I purchased at auction transported to me from Connecticut. I worked with a rep named Anthony and he was awesome. He was very straightforward about how the whole process worked and everything was really transparent with the fees. He was also very communicative and really letting me know when they got somebody that was potentially interested. That was all I was asking for.

Easy Auto Ship's customer service was very good.

I called quite a few companies and Easy Auto was the only one that could deliver the car at a reasonable amount of time. Also, I talked to somebody at the auction where I bought the car and they recommended Easy Auto. It's one of the top two or three carriers that they would have recommended that they had good success with. Easy Auto put my mind at ease. I had very specific requirements. The car needed special attention to move it. They answered all my questions. They were pretty easy to communicate with via text or phone. They gave me exactly what I asked for. There were no surprises with the rates. Whatever they quoted me, it was pretty much what I paid.

We used them when we shipped a car for my daughter onto the East Coast two years ago. So we saved them as a contact and then reached back out this time. We called them on a Thursday and then they found a transport the next day. So it was super fast and convenient. They picked up the car on Friday, and then it was dropped off to my parents on Monday.

Easy Auto Ship had a great price. Two young men showed and they were down our long driveway. They walked up the driveway to get to the car and drove the car out to the trailer. The experience was all super easy, quick and very efficient. Everybody was polite.

They were absolutely fabulous. The young man named Anthony helped me out. It was amazing. It all happened in a matter of three days. Communication was excellent. They were incredibly communicative, especially Anthony. He gave me his personal cell number and we were able to communicate that way. That was awesome. He was able to explain to me exactly the breakdown on how they got their rates and I was pleasantly surprised.

I was contacted by one of their representatives and he was on it. He was asking me what I needed and where I needed to go. Then he gave me the price and kind of left it at that until I responded, which I appreciate. I don't like 1,000 calls coming in every day. The driver notified me as soon as he got to my other residence out of state. He was able to take a couple of photos. He gave me the full report and told me that he was on his way over here. Then he contacted me about an hour and 20 minutes prior to his arrival, which allowed me the proper time to get everything situated at work, and then head over there.

As soon as I emailed them, they responded to me within a day or two and they were very open about the process. I worked with Leah and she emailed me back. She was asking what I wanted and where the range would be. She worked on me with it and tried to find the quickest way to get it here. She explained the process of how it was going to be picked up from Florida and brought to Los Angeles, and then from there, two to three weeks to get to Hawaii. But it took only 10 days. So I was surprised by how quick it actually was. Also, it was a fairly decent price and it was a lot cheaper than other places. Everyone was really good at communication. If Leah wasn't able to pick up, somebody else there was able to help me.

I worked with Anthony at Easy Auto Ship and he was a good guy. The driver picked up my car on Monday and they got here on Thursday. He called me the night before the delivery and said he'd be here in the morning between 8:00 and 9:00. Then, the morning he got here, he called me and I received my car from him.

They guaranteed that they would get the car here the quickest at pretty much a reasonable price. I did tons of comparisons and everyone else was saying within a week, but Easy Auto got it here within 48 hours of the deal and 24 hours to pick up. The communication during the transport was stellar. I had three people communicating with me. A person from Easy Auto, a person from the shipping company that they chose, and the driver himself. Everything was insured. So I had full coverage. The driver also has coverage. I was looking for an enclosed trailer, top rack and Easy Auto had an enclosed trailer. So, our transporter was a single-level trailer, enclosed, which solidified all my requirements.

Price-wise, Easy Auto Ship was cheaper than most places. We had one little broken thing that was on the front bumper. But other than that, everything was fine. They got the vehicle here in four days. It was fine.

I came across Easy Auto Ship in 2019. The first person I talked to was Lindsay and she made the process real easy. That’s why I’ve gone through them multiple times now. Lindsay is always fast, straight to the point, and easy to work with. The only downfall is whenever I would call, it would take a couple of days to get drivers. Sometimes, the drivers would have to quit or cancel the orders even after they were approved. But normally, the drivers are good. They normally took pictures that I would ask them.

I've used them four times and everything went well. With one of the shipments, they had the vehicle delivered the next day.

Everything was what they said it was gonna be and very professional. I met them right outside my development during the delivery and the condition of the vehicle was perfect when it arrived.

Everything worked out smooth. I transported a car from Minnesota and they delivered it a day and a half after they picked it up. If I had to, I would use them again.

Zach was fantastic and I couldn't ask for better help. They had trouble getting a driver and stuff but it all worked out fine. The truck driver was great, although he had trouble because of the size of the rig and getting my car on. Also, Easy Auto Ship didn't change the price on me, as another company did. I would recommend them.

I had a good experience with Easy Auto Ship before, that's why I chose them for the second time. I just sent them a text and that’s it. It was so easy to work with them. I’m always very satisfied. The quote to the final pricing was really accurate and reasonable, that's why I'm happy with it. I’d recommend the company.

The guy I worked with on the phone, Michael, gave me all the pricing and did all the setup. Everything was good.

The setup for the shipment went very well. The transport took a couple of days and they were very good.

The pickup and delivery went great. But I didn't get a call when they were initially going to pick up my vehicle. Then they doubled back and I couldn't send it on the day they asked me to send it off. They called me back to set up a date and they picked it up on the date they set up for.

I worked with Anthony and he was very accommodating, friendly and cooperative. He gave me the ins and outs of what to look for and what to avoid. I had trouble getting him sometimes but he set my move up. They were totally cooperative. But the only snafu was they had to take three trucks to get my vehicle. The first one came and he had 12 feet on his truck. I don't know what he was gonna take. A bicycle?

The rep was amazing, very friendly, helpful and patient with my situation. She was very sympathetic and kept me up-to-date with everything. Both the pick-up and delivery were great. I was nervous giving my car to somebody but the guy was super friendly and nice. He took all the pictures and loaded the vehicle carefully. He picked up my car in Illinois and dropped it off in Dallas, Texas so that was quite a haul. I was concerned because it's a brand-new car but I loved that it was enclosed. It was a good experience. I would use Easy Auto Ship again if I was to ever move back home for sure.

Working with customer service was good. They were really professional. They picked up the two 3500 Ram pickups whenever they said they were gonna and delivered it a little bit before they said they were going to. I'd guarantee if I ever need another one shipped, they'll be who I call. I was really pleased with the service and the way they treated me. They got back with me and made sure that the stuff was delivered.

I went to a website that listed a bunch of different shipping companies and some of the qualities about them. They said that Easy Auto Ship was on the lower end of price and they had good reviews online. So, I decided to go with them. I also reached out to another company and they originally gave me an estimate. And the estimate that the other company gave me was in line with what I ended up paying. So, Easy Auto Ship wasn’t necessarily cheaper than the other people, but the quote that I got from them originally was lower.

My son's car was parked at my daughter's house in California. My son needed it moved over here to his property in Colorado. That's 1,150 miles. Easy Auto Ship picked it up and they brought it over here. I talked with a lady named Abby who was very helpful. I told her that I only had a window of a few days or I would have to wait until I came back out to California next month. So, she said, "Let's put it up there and see what happens." They came to me the actual day I was leaving, so I just had my daughter and son-in-law to deal with it. It was at their house anyway. They came, and they got it. But they damaged the gate on the rails. The driver tried to ask for more money at the end when he was getting ready to deliver it. I told him no. Other than that, everything went good. The truck is here.

The customer service reps were superb and very friendly. They were the go-between, so they have to deal with a lot of individual drivers or carriers. We shipped two cars and on one of them, the guy was good. But the other guy parked a quarter-mile away and I had to walk back. The first guy took photos of the car and he immediately emailed them, too. The other guy had a clipboard and was checking boxes, which was not as advanced. So, there's not that consistency with the carriers that Easy Auto works with. But it's the nature of the business.

The customer service reps From Easy Auto did very well in answering our questions and concerns. They made sure that we were comfortable doing it so that we didn't feel like they were gonna pick up our car, take it south and sell it somewhere. There was a bill of lading that had to be produced and pictures taken, recordings made and the same thing at the other end when my brother picked it up. They didn't take it to his house like we thought they were. They went to a motel or hotel where the guy was staying but the whole experience was good.

The reps from Easy Auto who helped me set up the transport were very professional, friendly and helpful. The quote was what they said and the communication with the driver was good.

Lindsey, the rep, was very comprehensive and she helped me above and beyond. I called her on a Thursday and by my Monday, she already had me someone to move my vehicle. She knew what she was doing. The quote was very accurate and Easy Auto only charged me $100 more but other than that, they matched the price that they told me. I sent them a message at day two to confirm if they were still coming by the time they told me and to see if everything was alright. He responded in a timely manner and said yes. The guy came by the time he told me he was expected to arrive and he was very helpful and nice.

I kept up with a guy named Richard from Easy Auto and he was super friendly. He addressed anything that I needed or any concerns right away. So, I stuck with him. I had no problems with the delivery. The guy was texting me and letting me know how far away he was. He let me know if there was anything that happened on the road. So, keeping me up-to-date was mainly my priority.

Easy Auto Ship worked with me. The guy I bought the car from had a short time period, and they had one guy that was gonna haul, but he didn’t pan out. Then they kept looking and found me somebody. They did some work. If I buy another car, I will tell anybody at Easy Auto Ship.

I spoke to a person at Easy Auto Ship and the service was absolutely exceptional so I stuck with that. We set up a date with the truck to pick up the car. One day before we got the car in California, I got a phone call from the truck driver. We set up a time and a place, and I took the car. It was extremely dirty but there was no other way as when traveling from the East Coast to the West, it would be a dirty car at the end, so I didn't hold that against the transport service.

Originally, I was scheduled with Montway, but they screwed me over, canceling last minute, and refusing to refund payment. Easy Auto Ship was the other option. They had me a quote within a couple of minutes. They got everything set up at the very last second, which was great because of my timeframe. The driver had really good communication through the whole thing with both the dispatch and the actual vehicle driver. It was just delayed slightly. But it wasn't that bad. When going cross-country, nothing's really exact. It arrived the day that he said it was going to. I got a call about 30 minutes out. We figured out where a good parking lot would be. He came. He had a couple of vehicles that he had to pull out to get mine out. It was a little bit more expensive, but it was last-minute, and it was a covered truck, so it was reasonable. It was great that they were able to fit me in.

Easy Auto Ship's quote was down-to-earth. The agents were always on the ball and they kept in touch with me. They told me what was going on every step of the way, how long it was going to be, and what was roughly the arrival date and time. It was very well put together. I was going on a vacation over the weekend with my wife to New Hampshire and the day of my departure, the vehicle came. The driver dropped the car off. It worked out pretty well way down to the leather.

Easy Auto Ship was very cost-effective and the communication was good from the representative that I was in touch with. I got the feeling that they were there to help. They were able to get the car shipped out as soon as possible and the driver was professional. Since the time that I called, the transport only took four days and the vehicle was perfectly fine when it arrived. It was an excellent experience with Easy Auto and I would highly recommend it.
