Easy Auto Ship responded to my questions and the reps were very helpful on the phone. The drivers were in touch with me and told me where the SUV would be and when it would be there. And when it was delivered, it was the same as it was when they took it. People should use Easy Auto Ship.

I liked price. And the car got here earlier than expected.

I spoke with their rep Jay and he was excellent. The whole process was smooth and professional. I called the dealership and let the dealer know Easy Auto was gonna pick up the car. He met with the driver and they took pictures before the car was loaded. They picked up my vehicle on a Saturday and delivered it on Monday. The driver called me and said he would be at my house at 11:00 AM on Monday morning. Two hours before Monday morning, he called again and said, "Listen, it's gonna be more like 2:00 in the afternoon." He also called me again when he was 20 minutes away. The vehicle arrived dirty but nothing that was unexpected. I'd use Easy Auto again.

From pick-up to delivery went faster than I thought it was gonna go. They stored the car down in Orlando and waited until we came home, which I wasn't super thrilled about at first, but it worked out fine. They said they were gonna deliver it on the day after we got back down here and they delivered it at 10 o'clock at night. How impressive. They said they were gonna deliver and they delivered it that day. Also, the driver, Jose, kept me well informed and let me know when he was coming. We weren't at home for the delivery but I left the keys in the car and he was able to handle all that by himself. I was thrilled. I was very happy with Easy Auto Ship and I would call them again.

When I talked to Easy Auto Ship, I was very happy with them with the price. The person with whom I came in contact was very helpful. Talked me through the whole process. We had to ship the vehicles at two different times, so I arranged two different shipments at different times. I was going to have to change it because I couldn't get somebody to get our dog onto a plane and eventually was able to do that. Even though I changed things around a few times, Collin worked wonderfully with me.

I had a wonderful experience with Easy Auto Ship. The process was simple and I appreciated the great communication via text. I was referred to Easy Auto Ship by BMW of Rochester in New York. My contact person at Easy Auto Ship was Mark. Mark was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and made to process of getting my vehicle shipped to me very smooth and easy. The rates were reasonable and I am overall very satisfied with Easy Auto Ship. I will definitely recommend them!

They gave me a time and they were there by that time frame that they said the vehicle was gonna be there. It had little scratches on it that wasn't there, but I let it go.

Setting up the move was straightforward and there was good communication en route. The driver kept me updated on how far out he was. I paid for covered shipping and the car was just detailed. But it came all dusty and had some scratches on it. I'm not sure whether those were there when I bought the car but the driver kept rushing me through the process and said, " "All right, great. Just sign." That was the most annoying part of the move. Also, they said I could get reimbursed for a car wash, but I don't like using car washes.

The communication was excellent. I was very pleased with their help. They came here on time at 3:30 on Tuesday, and the car was delivered early on Friday as opposed to the original date which was Saturday. You can't beat that. The driver was great and my rep Rachel was fabulous. She organized everything and it was incredibly easy. Anybody who chooses Easy Auto is being really smart.

This is my second time working with Easy Auto Ship and it was excellent. The last time, it was actually in dire strait where I had a car that broke down across the country. So, based on my first experience, I only went directly to them. I was not only able to work with the same person that I worked with last year when I had to ship a car but the process was also so much easier this time. I reached out to him and he set everything up. He gave me a quote a month in advance. When it was time for me to move forward, everything was simple. The pick-up was awesome and the drop-off was earlier than anticipated. It was perfect. The delivery went very smoothly. In my original experience, I got a lot of advice that a lot of these car ship companies will overcharge you once they get your car on their trucks so, there were a lot of scary reviews and information I got, which is why I'm happy to stick with one that I trust.

My mom referred me to Easy Auto Ship. They're very nice and they've been excellent. I've worked personally with Collin, and he's always been very friendly with me. Even with last-minute changes, if something would go wrong, he would be patient and understanding. I've also had other people when he was out, work with me as well and they were also extremely friendly. I really like the way they set things up, it's straightforward.

The people I was dealing with at Easy Auto Ship were really easy to work with. Their price was competitive, and their customer service was very good. The driver was really easy to work with too. He was very friendly.

The transport with Easy Auto Ship took a lot longer than I expected, but it was the holiday week. The guy that came by worked with me. He was wonderful. He got it back when he said he was gonna. It was supposed to get picked up on Monday, but instead, they picked it up on Friday and I got it the following Monday. But, that was not an issue because it was Christmas week. Several times the driver called me to say where it was and to update me as to where it was gonna be in Florida before it got to me. He was always keeping me informed and very on point. It was really great. Could not complain at all.

I switched to Easy Auto Ship and they got my car shipped the same day.

Our contact with Easy Auto Ship, Brandon, was responsive. It was him that really made us choose Easy Auto, and also the reason why we had such a great experience. Even though it wasn't an ideal experience, it was an acceptable experience because of how he handled it. He always answered the phone whenever I called. He was always helpful but honest. He was really the only bright spot the whole time. We really wanted to go before Christmas. The whole thing got screwed up because it was during that big Arctic freeze, and it was between Christmas and New Year's. Shippers aren't shipping and they couldn't find a shipper. So, there was a lot of pain points, but he was the sweetness to that pain point.

I had to ship my vehicle down. I called a few other places and nobody could come close to Easy Auto Ship's price. Then, during the delivery, their rep was in contact with me and kept me informed. He told me approximately when the delivery was gonna be and where I can meet him. He was right on time so it was great. It was much easier than I thought it was gonna be. Also, I was very happy with the condition of the vehicle. There are no scratches, dents, and visible damage.

Everything was spectacular and super easy in my experience with Easy Auto Ship. Everything went off without a hitch. There was great communication, too.

I had a good experience with Easy Auto Ship. They shipped my car across the country. I had a certain deadline that I was trying to meet, and there were only specific times where I'd be able to receive my vehicle. The representative was very helpful with ensuring that the process went smoothly for me and I was able to fit my not-so-flexible schedule. I got a heads up the day before it would be arriving between a certain hour span, and it arrived in perfect condition and as advertised.

Abby worked very hard to make sure that the car was picked up and dropped off in The Villages. So, that worked out very well. We've used her for two years. The same thing for this year. I just called her number and she was very accommodating. We were very happy with the result of getting the car here and back home last year. So, it was good.

Everything was great with them. Everybody was cordial, professional and efficient in communication. They gave me a reasonable quote and the final cost was the same. I met up with the driver at the appointed time, and he communicated with me while he was en route. It was a smooth hand off.

The driver would only accept Zelle payment. I went to pay him with Zelle from my Chase bank checking account. I got an alert that I could only pay $500 to a new Zelle contact. We had to go to an ATM to get cash for the rest of the payment. It would have been better to have the cash available at drop off. It would have been good to know ahead of time, easy to go to a bank during business hours as opposed to using an ATM after hours.

Guaranteed price was never changed and it was incredibly reasonable. Our cars got to us from NJ to CA in perfect condition in a very timely fashion. We were even able to pack our cars with our belongings and didn’t haven’t to pay for movers. Would recommend this business always!

He was Scammer. He take 7 days to deliver the car and he told me that he will deliver on Sunday 5-6 PM but he call me at midnight that he will deliver in the morning 5 AM. It was very unprofessional. We used your services before and never argue on payment but this time you guys charge me a lot with very unprofessional driver.

Working with Easy Auto Ship was good. I did went back and did it again. I had two cars. They didn't screw around and did what needed to be done. The drivers were fine. They are what they are. One guy came at 3:00 in the morning. He texted me at 2:30 and said, “I'll be there in half an hour.” At 3 o'clock, he showed up. I got up. I got my car and went back to bed.

I bought an older car back in Front Royal, Virginia and had that shipped to Amarillo, Texas through Easy Auto. I liked the way they took care of me and that they were really personal with the business. They didn't hound me about it, and the gentleman I dealt with let me know what was going on and where everything was at as I was waiting for the car. He did a great job and I've referred him to other people. In the end, the quote he gave me was what I paid. For the delivery, the guy had an enclosed two-car trailer and he got here a little bit late. He called and said he thought he was going to make it, but would I be able to take it later if he got into Amarillo. So, I had a really pleasant guy help me push it off and we got everything together.

Easy Auto Ship answered all my questions. It was straightforward. The rep gave me a complete quote without any hidden things. There were a couple of confusions when the delivery team was leaving, which wasn't a big deal. The car was delivered fine, about the time when they expected. I had a good experience.

I shipped a car from Nashville, Tennessee to Houston, Texas. The rep from Easy Auto Ship was very informative over the phone and gave me all the information I needed. Then at drop-off, it got easy dealing with the driver and he was very nice. In the end, the cost matched the quote and the quote was reasonable.

The sales guy I worked with made the experience super easy and got it all hooked up and it was a piece of cake. The transport took a week to get booked. But then they filled me in when the guy left. He got here in a day and a half. The sales guy followed up and it was all fine. It was a perfect experience. The price was in line with about everybody else I found. Communication was good, too. I would use them again.

Their reps were good. I was very comfortable working with them. They even gave me a discount. The vehicle arrived on time. There was a little delay since it was snowing, but it was understandable.

He kept in touch with me throughout the process as they were looking to hire a trucker. It was great. The drivers were very friendly and professional. So we were very happy.

The Easy Auto rep that I worked with was Rachel and she was great. We had two instances where the driver changed the date last minute and he called to double-check that everything was fine and gave me my refund when I needed it and double-checked that the new date worked. The quote was also fair. However, they gave me a range on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday, and they came Sunday night. They couldn't come directly to my house because I live in a city and it's physically impossible to get to my house. I wish they had communicated earlier they wouldn't have been able to drop it off at my house because they arrived in the city really last minute, at 8:00 PM. They didn't really give a heads-up. I had to scramble to get to my car at 8:00 PM all the way across the city.

Easy Auto Ship is responsive and has fair pricing. Also, the turnaround time getting it down here was very quick. Pickup was in Texas, drop-off was in Alabama. And it took more than three days. There was a dispatcher who called me to give updates on the status of the shipment. The driver just pulled in, rolled off the thing, I paid my fee and that was it.

My transport went really well. The coordinator was great and set it up right away, let me know they were gonna get it. They picked it up right on time and delivered it on time. The driver was fantastic. It took him about a day and a half. It was really quick, once he picked it up. He had to stop and get some sleep. Then he was here the next day. The vehicle arrived without a scratch on it.

Abby provide very courteous and excellent service. She was extremely helpful in every aspect of the shipping and delivery process. I would highly recommend Easy Auto Ship to anyone needing to ship a vehicle. She even did a follow up to ensure the delivery process went smoothly. I went to Easy Auto Ship because all other companies were charging less and they were kind of sketchy. Easy Auto Ship's rep was great. She was the customer service agent on the phone with me the whole time. She led me through the whole process. I was updated with everything.

My experience with Easy Auto Ship was unbelievably good. I was so surprised. My car got shipped from Scottsdale, Arizona to South Salem, New York. The driver's name was Chris. We called one day, and the next day, it was picked up. Four days later, it was dropped off at a nice drop-off space near our house, and it was in perfect shape. The driver was great, and everything about the experience was fantastic.

The service was prompt. The person I was in communication with from Easy Auto Ship was great. They gave me all the updated information and the delivery was on time, which is very important, and with no damages. On the whole, the journey was smooth. The price I paid for and the service I got were good.

Easy Auto Ship was fantastic. I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism that they showed me. Abby was the person at Easy Auto Ship that took care of everything. I didn't quite believe her at first. She said, “Don't worry, I got this handled.” I had already talked to a number of major carriers that couldn't get this handled, and I was worried because I had a deadline. They got me the perfect carrier.

They give a window of several days but the delivery was delayed multiple times. That's all fine, except that it wasn't done well in advance. I was visiting with my daughter and it affected what we could and couldn't do. The other thing was the pickup location. We decided that my daughter's home would not be a physically good location because it was a busy road with a fire station nearby. We met at a nearby shopping center, which the driver knew about and was fairly close to where I was. But he kept saying that it was the front and I couldn't find them. Finally, we went around to the back of the shopping center and that was where he was. That was a little confusing. Other than that, the delivery went great.

Easy Auto Ship's rep was incredible. I had never done anything like that before. And even when there was a blip where the first company that bid on picking up my car couldn't meet my pickup time, she reached back to me before I got a turn down notice from that first company, letting me know they had backed out and given it one more day and see what happens. Another carrier came up, reached out and took care of the gig. So, before I could have even been worried about it, she called me out of the blue and told me what was going down.

The person who had sent me the quote disappeared. When I called back, one of the ladies helped me finish it up. The company who picked up my vehicle from Clackamas was wonderful. But when they delivered it to New York, they had another company that was going to transport it over to the designated area. That was a nightmare. It only took four days to get to New York which was excellent. They dropped it off on a Wednesday. They called me saying that the car was dropped off and that I should either have it that day or Thursday morning. Wednesday and Thursday came and went. Nothing. That was when I started calling the first company and they gave me the name and number of the company that they gave it to to deliver to me. They apologized profusely. They were very nice people. They said they were never going to use that company again.

The representative, Mike, was fantastic and Easy Auto got the car picked up within a day, and they got it out here. So, I have no complaints. The car was in good condition though the transport took longer than I would have liked. I was hoping it would get out here a little bit quicker. But it was totally out of their control. I don't even know if they could have done anything different. It might have just been the reality of their scheduling.

The lead up to our shipment was very good with regular and professional communication. Once the car was picked up things took a turn for the worse with 5 major problems. We were told we'd have a delivery on Friday or Saturday. We rushed to get to TN to beat the delivery and when it didn't show up on Saturday we called and were told it wouldn't arrive until Monday or Tuesday.

Lindsey, who I dealt with, was awesome and the person who brought my car had it before I got here. That’s what you call service.

Bill, the rep from Easy Auto, was very thorough and did a great job following up. I was doing the transport for my granddaughter and the quote came very quickly after I gave the details on the addresses to pick up her car and where it was gonna be towed back home here in Atlanta. I talked with the parents of my granddaughter and we made arrangements with the shop where it was going. Bill took it from there and coordinated with the shop, got back in touch with me and all the arrangements were made. And the next call that I got was about 24 hours later from the driver. They were picking out from the one where the car was towed when it failed and then the one where it was going to be repaired here in Atlanta.

The rep was very professional. Setting up was easy and well done. The driver was terrific on both ends and shipped it quickly, efficiently and safely. I was very impressed with the service.

Easy Auto Ship's corporate side's wonderful. The rep was great and the price was good. However, during the pickup, the driver showed up at the dealership in Ohio in a giant hurry, slammed the vehicle on his trailer, and wouldn't even let the dealer put the tag on it. He said he had stuff to do and wasn't there five minutes. The dealer called me in a panic and apologized profusely for not being able to get the car prepared and ready because there wasn't any communication.

I felt very good with the representative at Easy Auto Ship. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable. That was why I went with them.

I dropped the car off at the third party that handled it. They were good and helpful. My son picked the car up. He was happy with it.

We dealt with Mark when we called. He was a nice person to deal with. Everybody was great. The car was delivered to my son in Maryland. It was fast. And the driver got there on time. My son is happy, and I'm happy.

When I got here, my windshield was cracked and I had a little issue with that. Easy Auto had a driver that didn't speak English and we had to go through a lot of texting and getting people on the phone. So, that made it difficult. He picked the car one day and then left the next, and when the windshield got broken, he was texting. He was saying he was sorry and he had to pick up his sister. It was so strange. The people at Easy said he didn't mean that and that was not what happened. So, I wasn't sure if he drove the car and picked up somebody, and the windshield got cracked. But at the end of the day, Easy Auto paid for it. I don't know if I would recommend them though because I wasn't sure with that guy.

The representative from Easy Auto Ship who helped me get everything set up was great. I had shipped through AmeriFreight before and I didn't realize how all of it works about the board. On both of them, I had done a quote and when I went to do the quote, AmeriFreight kinda pressured me. I talked back with the guy representative from Easy Auto Ship and he explained the whole process to me and he gave me the exact price that he quoted me from the start.

Easy Auto Ship was excellent. Their customer service reps were very good and very professional. The driver had coffee ready and everything for me.

Easy Auto Ship's timelines to ship out my car was a lot faster than other brokers. Also, their reviews were pretty spot-on. They had some of the best reviews, and they were able to get my car shipped out pretty quickly. If I did have any questions, I would just give them a call and they were quick with the response. The quote was on the higher side compared to the other dealers which helped with the car being shipped quickly. It wasn't too bad. It was about $200 more compared to what the other brokers were. The delivery was smooth. There were no scratches or damages to the car. I recommended Easy Auto Ship to friends as well, and they were also fine with the timeline they gave and received their vehicle with no damages.

I obtained pricing on shipping two cars from Florida to Ohio. Easy Auto Ship provided a quote and explained the process. I had obtained quotes elsewhere and while they were similar, it seemed that EAS were experts at shipping. I decided to go with them, confirmed shipping information and had a driver at my door within 45 minutes. The cars were loaded and off they went. Piece of cake!!!

Wow! Just Wow! From the first call to Maurice to the great communication with the office staff. Professional from start to finish. Had to cancel a prior shipping contract because of a failed attempt to ship the car; and Easy Auto Ship jumped right on it and had it picked up in no time. Highly recommend them!

They gave me the best price at the time. The pick-up was in Fayetteville, and the drop-off was in Maryland. It was a 24-hour turnaround. They picked it up one day and dropped it off the same day. There was no hassle. When the driver arrived, we spoke and walked around the vehicle. We seen that the vehicle was not damaged in any form or fashion. He took pictures of it. I also took pictures of it. Then he asked me if it was okay to proceed to load the vehicle, and then I okayed him to do so.

Everything went really well. It was pretty fast. Everything was in place. The car has little to no damage.

I flew to California and bought a ‘68 and shipped it back through Easy Auto Ship. Their communication was good. My only concern was the driver pulled up on the side of a feeder road, and I felt like he could have pulled into a park. Everything worked out though.

We've had various cars sent with Easy Auto Ship. They could get me the car here the quickest. I had various vehicles picked up and delivered on both ends, and we never had any issues at all. A driver just comes, fills out the paperwork, I hand them the keys, he hands the paperwork, and off he goes. The cost and the service seem like what you would get with any other provider, but they made the experience as easy and painless as possible.

Rachel, the gal I spoke with at Easy Auto Ship, was great, non-pushy and explained to me how things worked. We met the drivers down the street because our street was too hard to get up to and they took the car and met them at the other end. We got the car a day early. I did the math on the cost if we would have driven the car ourselves and it was a no-brainer.

Mr. ** who started the process did a tremendous job. Easy Auto Ship stuck by their quote and the process was was fast. From when the driver picked the truck up in Portsmouth, Arkansas, we got it in less than 24 hours here in Hayward, Wisconsin. He got it here without a problem, took it off the truck, parked it in the garage for us, and left.

The transport was wonderful. The driver was terrific. We communicated prior to the pickup in terms of a convenient place for both of us. He couldn't get to my home, specifically, but right off the highway. Then the same on the receiving end was right near the house. So it all worked out very well. It was a very positive experience and I certainly would use it again.

From the beginning to the end, Easy Auto Ship took care of me and any other adjustments I needed to make because of my dad. The vehicle got from California to New York in 5 days. It was great service.

Once I trusted the process, it all went amazingly well. Lindsay was easy to work with and very responsive to my many questions. My car was picked up 2 days later than I had hoped, but that was due to my basic misunderstanding of what constituted a pickup "window" vs a pickup date. Once a driver was assigned it was a super smooth process. My driver Milan was so nice and very communicative. We arranged for him to pick up to the car at a local supermarket parking lot due to the size of his rig. He got my car all secured and off he went. He managed to make it to the destination (which should have taken 3-4 days) in a day and a half. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!

Friendly driver, communicated with me before, during, and at the end of the trip as needed; got the car to the destination on time and in good shape. Very reasonable price. Except for having to write a lengthy review, I would recommend them.

Easy Auto Ship would be the auto transport I recommend. They have the best and most reviews, especially for a coast to coast transport. They allow you a lot of flexibility, and they also allowed me to put stuff in my car. Their process was fast and easy. I spoke to someone named Lizzie and everything got set up within 30 minutes. She gave me a timeframe of Monday to Wednesday of the following week. My car got picked up promptly and got dropped off as soon as I landed in California. The driver who picked it up from my house did a full car check then let me know that he wasn't going to be the driver that was going coast to coast. The driver who dropped it off at my apartment drove it right into the complex. He had asked me if I was going to be available anywhere between noon to 2:00. I told him I just landed at SFO and that I'd be at my apartment in an hour. He called me again at 2:00, and when I looked out my window, my car was right there. There were no nicks or dings - nothing a carwash couldn't fix.

The gentleman I spoke to at Easy Auto Ship was wonderful. I spoke to the same person from day one. He was very thorough and articulate. Every step of the way, it was exactly what he said it would be. It was very clear and so straightforward. Until the vehicle got picked up, he was always reachable. He responded immediately with a call, a text, or an email.

Easy Auto Ship has good reviews and a reasonable price. There were others that were a little bit cheaper, but I like to put my stuff in good hands with companies that have a lot of time in the market and know what they're doing. I even did the deal with another company before making the deal with Easy Auto Ship. But when I had some questions, I tried to contact this company, and they were a little bit rude. They never got back to me. That was when I went with Easy Auto Ship. I'm very satisfied with them.

The quote was great. I thought it was gonna be more than that, so I was happy with it. The vehicle came in dirty, but they told me to expect that. So there was nothing surprising.

I called a couple of places for quotes and Easy Auto was the best at getting back to me. In dealing with them, they were always great. I called a lot, but it didn't get set up until the very last minute. Where I lived was kind of a harder route. But they made it happen and the car was shipped on time and everything went great. The transporter texted with me and the communication was good. They did a great job, so I was happy.

I had two vehicles transported from Connecticut to Atlanta. Gary was my agent and he was respectful, thorough, kind and transparent. He went over the contract with us and explained the process. Everything went just as he said it, and he was available every time I needed him. The transportation company was punctual, the driver respectful and professional and the vehicles were transported timely and without any hidden costs. Easy Auto Ship was fast. I said, "Hey, don't try to nickel and dime your pickup, people," and they didn't. They picked up the next day. It was great. I didn't have to wait three weeks like I'm used to. Then they could find a driver, too. The driver broke down and didn't have reception halfway in Kansas, but I got one from his boss to say he was gonna be late because he had a flat tire. The whole thing was good. It was a very good experience. I'll use Easy Auto Ship again.

The quote seemed high, but everybody seems high. The delivery went smooth.

The rep was friendly. Also, the quote was reasonable, especially given inflation and everything lately. The car got here in one piece and was timely. So, I would use Easy Auto Ship again.

We had sold a vehicle to my daughter who lives on the west coast. We needed to transport it from Florida to the State of Washington. Easy Auto did a great job. The drivers communicated every step of the way and they got the vehicle to the west coast two or three days earlier than they thought they would get it there. That worked out for us. The vehicle was perfect when it arrived.

Easy Auto Ship's quote was one of the best from all the ones that I looked at, and the lady that helped me was very helpful. I had to change my move twice, and she was very flexible with me. My brother and sister-in-law picked up the car, and according to them, everything went well.

The driver went to get the car at my parents’ house, and when it came to our house, it was quick and easy. Looked over the car and everything was fine. It was an easy process overall, and I was very pleased with the cost and the service. They were a bit lower than some of the other ones that I looked at. Their communication was really good too throughout the whole process. I would recommend Easy Auto Ship.

I had a pickup shipped out to me from Nebraska to Texas. I used Easy Auto Ship and I would use them again. They were that good. I bought a brand new Camaro the other day and the dealer picked the shipper on it. If the dealer had not done that, I would’ve picked Easy Auto Ship to ship it. They had good reviews online. Forbes had a raving review on them and that was why I went with them. They're a new startup company too.

The driver contacted me the day before that he was gonna come. He also contacted me when he picked up the vehicle and he said he would contact me when he was about an hour outside. So, I made arrangements that made it easy to put it together. The driver gave me his number if I had any concerns as well.

Setting up the service was great. The rep was super helpful, very clear, and helped me understand what I needed to do. However, I wasn't sure if I could ship my car with things inside of it. Easy Auto could cover information about that or how I could figure out what the driver would be okay with. Apart from that, delivery went pretty smooth. The driver was also great, and while vehicle was a little dirty, it wasn’t anything I wasn’t expecting.

I looked at seven auto transport companies. I wanted the pickup of my Nissan Rogue on the 10th of June and this was from New York to Atlanta. Easy Auto Ship said it can be picked up on the 10th so I choose them. The other companies said that it will be one or two days after or before. Easy Auto was very professional, which is hard to find. The quote I got was on the higher end because I asked for a particular date. Normally, they ask to have 1,100. But when I asked them the particular date, they say it will be around 1,375.

One thing I liked about Easy Auto Ship was they weren't flaky about the price. They quoted me a price and that was the price. With other companies, there was a chance that the price could change based on what driver decided to pick up the job. I liked being able to know for sure what the price is going to be. The transport was from Arizona to Michigan and that took five days.

I blew my engine in the middle of Nevada and I had someone scheduled to pick me up. I put down a deposit of 100 bucks and never heard back from the guy. I was calling around then I talked to one of the guys from Easy Auto Ship and he gave it to me straight. I said, "I got a two-for-one for 300 bucks." He's said, "Dude, if you take a two-for-one, it's going to, A, take you forever to get it picked up, or, B, it's not going to get picked up." He explained to me how the whole thing worked and that it goes up on a board then people bid on it themselves. One of the guys gave me a full rundown how everything works.

I got in touch with Bill at Easy Auto Ship and just from talking to him and talking to the other people, Easy Auto Ship was the place I needed to go. He was more personable. He was more interested in what I wanted to do. One of them didn't return my calls. As far as price, they're all about the same price at about $200. It wasn't the least expensive, but it wasn't the most expensive. It was all in a ballpark there and I just needed someone I could trust. I read the reviews online, and then Bill reassured me that he would take care of everything. He followed up with me too once they picked my car up to make sure I knew everything and he also gave me a contact if I needed anything and kept me in contact with the driver.

I've had a good experience with Easy Auto Ship. Their rep was great and she walked me through everything. The driver was very nice. The car came sooner than expected and it was in perfect condition. Overall, Easy Auto was convenient, accessible, and economical.

They said I would hear from somebody in no more than five days and the vehicle would be up there no more than five days later. I wasn't sure it was going to be true, but they found a guy, got the car, and he got it from Florida to New York in two days. What was really nice was the driver just had a two-car carrier. It was perfect because then I knew he wasn't gonna be driving around 10 different places. He texted me and let me know when he was going to be at my place. It worked out great. The cost was great too. I was expecting to pay around that much and when I was looking at the other quotes that I was given, they were all within the same price. With the service I got and the money that I spent, it was awesome.

I hired Easy Auto ship transportation company to ship a car from Oregon to Florida. I gave them close to two weeks to arrange transportation, the day before I before I fly out they finally have somebody to take the car however it’s more expensive than what they quoted me. As they told them I have no choice now and to go ahead and do it. Keep in mind I went with them because of the good reviews. I could’ve went with somebody $500 cheaper than them. But did not like their reviews that they had online. I was also told that I could put 150 pounds of personal items in the car at no charge. I was also told that he would be picking up the car very first thing in the morning. Got a call an hour later from the truck driver. Said he would see me in two hours which I of course said that would be fine. He wanted to meet me 45 minutes away from my doorstep.

I had a great experience with the auto shipping company and the shipper. There was a lady I worked with who took care of everything. The driver was really spot-on. They picked it up one day and delivered the next day. He had a big enclosed trailer and I had him meet me at a giant parking lot. It went smoothly. I'll probably use them in another two or three weeks when I buy another car. I like the lady I work with over there at Easy Auto Ship and I will just go back. If ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

The bike arrived perfectly on time. My only problem was the cost. I've been doing this for six, seven years now, and it's never been over $500. This time, it was $1,000 which was because of short notice. Had I had somebody else in that short period of time, I'd have taken them.

He got back to me right away, and got everything lined up and scheduled. It all went super quick. It was really good. I wasn't there for the pickup but the dealer said it went really well. The delivery was great. It was a little bit later than originally expected but it was not an issue. I was prepared to be there until it showed up. The cost was right in the ballpark of where I had expected it to be. So I’m satisfied with it.

Mark with Easy Auto Ship was so nice. I got great service. The driver called and told me they were an hour away, and they showed up in one hour. I deal with a lot of people and they were excellent. I'm going to use them again. I just bought another car in St. Louis and getting ready to call Mark to see what he's going to charge me to bring it to Whitestown, Indiana.

The price was higher than I had hoped but they were able to get the car to where and when I was wanting to get it. They did a fine job.

Easy Auto Ship was wonderful. The man was so fantastic. He said, “I will get this truck within the next 24 hours. Even if I have to pay for them to tow it to a storage unit and pay for the towing and pay for the storage, you will have the truck taken care of.” I was frantic at that point, and he alleviated the whole problem within minutes. I was relieved because the vehicle was one of the few things I had to give my children of their father. The man kept in touch with me the whole process. He found a man but his fee was more. It was 1,500. But that was fine because that was a different time period where the gas was higher. What he ended up doing to get a driver was he lowered his take and hired and made the trucker’s fee higher, which was equally incredible. I've never seen a businessperson who did that all to keep the customer satisfied. I would definitely use them again.

I've dealt with a lot of shipping companies and Easy Auto Ship's service was the best I've had with shipping. I've never had such a quick response and their rep, Nathaniel, did an incredible job. He was on point -- giving updates, checking in with me, and making sure that I was good. Also, the company that they used was very professional. I decided to ship my car to SanFrancisco and I just fly there. After doing some research, Easy Auto Ship met my needs better than some of the other carriers. It seemed like the logical solution. Customer service answered all my questions and was always available. The biggest thing I was worried about was finding somewhere to keep the car stored until I got to San Francisco. I needed the car on a specific day and it was a really tight window. The carrier picked up the car in a shopping center outside my mother's house and they left the car at Park ‘N Fly in San Francisco. As soon as I landed on the 19th, I took a shuttle over there then picked up my car. This service was worth every penny. Easy Auto did exactly what I needed them to do.

Easy Auto Ship shipped my car to my son’s house in California. He took the car to get it checked out, and we had just serviced the car before it left here, and it had a bunch of issues underneath. So, I'm hoping it's just a coincidence, but it's weird. We used Auto Ship before. We had our cars go from here to Georgia, and back from California to here. And then we used them to come back. We had no issues, and it's the same car. But it's just kind of odd that I had just put over $3,000 into the car, and when he got it out there, we had a few issues with it. It's weird. So he said he would check it out.

They were the best in terms of price and timeframe. The cost was expensive, but compared to everywhere else I looked, it was comparable if not cheaper. It was worth it, definitely. The shipping part with Easy Auto Ship was great, but I don't think the communication was wonderful. I hated the experience of communication. Also, they were more expensive. The reason I got hooked up with this guy from Easy Auto Ship was the dealership that sold me the car works with them. He said, “He's great. Mike's a good guy.” I called him and the first day that I talked to him, he said, “Well, it's gonna be between 850 and 1,000. I said that it was just way too high. It was about 150 bucks higher than every other quote that I got.

Working with Easy Auto ended up being really easy, and we were pleased with both of our car transportation move down here. The first vehicle took six days, and the second vehicle took five days. We've had them at two different times. Both transport companies did a great job with phone contact.

My experience with Easy Auto Ship is pretty good. They moved a Honda CRV from Seattle to California. Because I have a very strict timeline, it's a little bit expensive but there was nothing to complain about.

He picked up the vehicle, and he was gone and delivered on time. So, there were no frills. It was right to the point. It was a good transaction.

The transport was delayed because of the snowstorm. So it took about three days. But overall, my experience was easy, simple, and cheaper.

The first time I called them, the guy that I talked to was polite, nice, and helpful. Everything was good and easy. It was on time and professional as well. The vehicle got here sooner than I thought it was gonna be. So that was good too.

I placed the shipment order almost two weeks ago, and I haven't received my car yet. So I'm not that happy. I talked with the driver, and he told me that he has to deliver all the cars. So he hasn't had the time to deliver my car yet. In the email that I received, it says that it was supposed to be delivered earlier on the 4th of this month. But we are almost at 8th and every time I ask the driver, he told me the next day.

They didn't update me during the transport. I called twice to see where they were at. It was an office number, so I don't know if that was the driver or what the details were. But the overall service was good. The quote that they gave me was accurate. The car arrived the same way I left it when I gave it to them.

This is my second time using Easy Auto Ship. It was super easy to ship the car with them. They were always super responsive and quick to respond too. This is the second time I've used Easy Auto Ship to ship my car out here and what stands out is the customer service -- the ability to get the job done. They find a driver and they follow through with what they tell you they're going to do. Their rates were very fair as well. Samantha is the woman I've dealt with every time and she was right on top of things. Also, the drivers they sent were super nice guys. They got our car here way ahead of schedule. They had to drop it off with a neighbor and coordinate with him so it was a little bit more challenging than if we were right here but they did the whole thing smoothly. They let us know what was happening every step of the way. Easy Auto Ship is the only people I would use.

The first gentleman was excellent. But there was a lack of communication when he had the day off. The next person, because my car was put on a trailer and started to be shipped, had no communication that there was an offer accepted and the terms so there was a lack of follow-up on that part. But during the delivery, the gentleman called me an hour ahead of time and told me when he was gonna arrive. He arrived and I told him where the vehicle was gonna be parked. He maneuvered his trailer to the appropriate location and we unloaded it.

I was moving from Alaska to San Diego and my first shipping company only went to Tacoma. I previously booked with a large auto transport company and they were incredibly incompetent and super awful. My car had been sitting for five days and I couldn't get ahold of them. I ended up canceling with them and googling car shipments and looking at reviews and Easy Auto Ship, a smaller company, was super wonderful. I called them and explained to them the situation I was in. Most companies do the cars but they wouldn't do the jetter. They didn't understand the jetter exactly. But Easy Auto Ship said they could do it. I told them it would be five or six weeks before they actually made the jetter, and when I called back once it was ready to go, the gentleman who initially helped me was no longer working there. There was another young lady that helped me. The way they took care of it was a smooth transition. A day before the delivery, the driver and I touched base and he said he would arrive at a certain time. He called me when he was an hour out like we discussed, he took the jetter off his truck, and it was good to go. Everything we discussed, Easy Auto Ship took care of. The communication was excellent. The company name says it all. It was easy and they were professional. I would recommend them.

This was my first time and I didn’t know about Easy Auto Ship. I also didn’t how the whole process of car transportation so I was worried about whether some parts may be broken or not. But as I’ve seen the many reviews, especially on Google, I decided to go with it. Everything was good and all the people were responsive when I have a question. I liked what I was offered with Easy Auto even though the price was a bit higher. The service was great. They deliver more than expected. When I spoke to Abby, she came down with the price a little. I said I got a company. She quoted nine, but she came down. And she said, “Eileen, this is it.” She explained to me why, and it made sense. Putting out, "I'll quote you 400, 500, 300,” and they don't tell you when. And by the time you're sitting with this car, waiting to be sent, that's the day you find out how much it really cost. So, I would recommend Easy Auto. The quote was exact to the penny.

I compared prices. And to me, Easy Auto Ship's was very fair. I called them and I got Michael. The guy looked good, but then he turned out to be better than good. It was perfect. From the very beginning, I said, "I'm very nervous. I've heard so many awful stories." And he just talked me through it. "Well, here's what we'll do." They had me signed up with ABC Company and they canceled. So all of a sudden, I don't have a ride again for my car. So immediately, I called back to Michael. And in between this, I got a couple of other people, females. He would be out of his office, and I would call, because, again, I'm suspicious. And then, "Oh, let me get him." He was a perfect gentleman. He answered every question.

Easy Auto was on time and delivered on time too. It was good working with them and the communication was perfect. The broker was able to give me all the information I needed. The transport took three days and I was satisfied with that. I would recommend Easy Auto.

The rep was very knowledgeable and took it very personally. The only issue was that she said it was gonna be here on a Thursday and it came the Tuesday prior. So, it was hard to switch off work. But it was no fault of the shipper. The quote from Easy Auto Ship was competitive. The vehicle was delivered in an enclosed trailer and it arrived as good as it was when it left. I'm very satisfied with the experience. It was just that one hiccup with the day, which isn't a huge deal.

The reps at Easy Auto were very nice but there was a problem at the beginning that they had to start the process all over again. It was a panicky situation. I’m 75 and I’m handicapped, and I totally rely on that because I need my car here. And I need the car in New York, although I don't think it's a good idea. But maybe I’d do it again.

I've used Easy Auto Ship twice and both times, I worked with the same person. They tried to use a different service before and they didn't commit to having a driver, whereas they were able to commit to a very small window of time that we would have a driver pick things up. Sure enough, they did both times and delivered things very promptly. The transport service kept me in the loop of what was going on and the timing.

They were fantastic. The lady, Amy, answered the phone on a holiday. She was even able to give me a cheaper price because I was more flexible with the date. Beyond that, she constantly kept me posted as to what was going on. It was always accurate information and I appreciated it. They had to reschedule to pick up my car but other than that, everything went off without a hitch.

The customer service at Easy Auto Ship is always excellent and the communication was seamless. The vehicle is usually booked the same day. Maybe we've run into a situation where it took 24 hours but that was because it was a short notice shipment. The adviser walked me through my first time and every subsequent time after that, it was the same. They mirrored the process.

After I put my authorization and credit card, I couldn't get ahold of anybody so I felt like I was stuck with it. The cars were my mom’s and the actual person who did the transport was good at communicating with her. I moved and I needed to get the cars from where I was living so I had to move them to a location. It all worked out but the timeline wasn’t the greatest. I don't know if it was because of the holidays but it seemed like I would try to get ahold of them, I’d leave messages, I’d text, I’d email or I’d call and I’d be on hold for a long time. They claim on their hold music that they pride themselves in their customer service and that you'll always get ahold of somebody. But they don't do that. Listening to their hold message felt like a slap in the face. The transport took longer than anticipated but I got my car. It was about a week after Easy Auto Ship was originally gonna be picking it up that it got picked up.

The communication with Easy Auto Ship was shockingly easy. It was wild to work and talk to the same person each time. The driver was great and very patient. We had to ship our Prius from Hawaii to Connecticut in the winter and its condition was completely as expected when it arrived.

The broker that I talked to was super friendly, nice and open. I got a good impression of him. The guys picked up our cars and delivered right on time. They were flexible and good in coordinating dates. The prices were reasonable too. It was about seven days from the time they picked up our cars to the time they dropped them off. They communicated through text and phone calls, and were on top of it. The day before they arrived, they checked in and let me know that they would be here at 8:00 the next morning. Then we got a call probably 30 minutes before. Because this was a cross-country move, I liked working with people who are efficient, know what they're doing and can follow through with what they're saying. When the guy said seven days, it was exactly seven days. When he said 8:00 a.m., he was there at 8:00 a.m. I was so happy with the service I received from Easy Auto Ship.

Easy Auto Ship's customer service was pleasant, and I liked their price. I kind of did my thing last minute, and they were able to accommodate and get someone here to ship my car. They kept me up to date. The driver called me on a daily basis and let me know. The day of the delivery, he called me and let me know when he was a couple of hours out, an hour out and 30 minutes out. He was good. He said he couldn't drive into my neighborhood because the roads were small. So, I have to meet him like five minutes away. I'm glad he let me know.
