Such a complete and utter scam. Booked with the company about one month before I needed my car transported. They gave me a great quote and “had several drivers in your area.” I was assured multiple times that everything was set to go in the week leading up to the pickup. I received a call from James the morning of the pickup and he told me that the rate had gone from $699 to $1500 due to “you know, gas increase and stuff.” He said this was the only driver he could find. This was booked a month ago. Why was the driver not secured far in advance? The on top is when they changed the pickup date to a later time. They want to charge $200 for the cancellation. This company is very fraudulent.

They picked up our car and we did not hear anything for weeks. After multiple calls and a lot of leg work it turns out the carrier fell asleep at the the wheel and wrecked. There was extensive damage was done in transport. Our vehicle was a total loss and never made it to it's destination. A claim was initiated but their insurance company pretty quickly denied all claims. Easy Auto Ship closed the claim and says nothing more they can do. I had no choice to file it with my insurance company, which in turn raised my rates. Awful experience.

Had a bad experience with this company and the carrier they assigned to transport my car. Damage was done in transport. A claim was initiated at the delivery point before I paid the carrier- at Easy Transports direction- should have never recommended that as I lost all leverage. Two estimates from repair shops- one was $3,300 the other $4,100. Carriers insurance company approved the claim but the carrier had a $2,500 deductible so insurance laid the difference of the lower quote - $875. Carrier went dark and no response on their portion of the claim- 2,500.00. Easy Auto Ship closes the claim and says nothing more they can do, as they are just the broker. Chose them as they advertise fully insured and damage free guarantee- totally not true.

Shipping my car with Easy Auto Ship could not have been better. The initial customer service person was extremely patient with my questions and described the process thoroughly. Everything worked exactly as described. The gentleman who picked up my car was prompt, efficient, and offered suggestions and helpful information. After working with him on the pickup, I had complete confidence that everything would work smoothly and it did. The car arrived in perfect shape and on time.

Car was picked up on time and delivered on time as promised. Very courteous drivers. Definitely use again! I have used Easy Auto in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I always deal with Lindsey and she is wonderful. She has never failed to make my dealings with Easy Auto simple and efficient.

Easy Auto Ship was very easy to work with, the people were so nice and the process was extremely affordable, easy and clear from the beginning. When I initially submitted for a quote online, someone called me right away, asked me my needs and completely explained the process to me. I then received a breakdown email. Someone contacted me the day before my car was picked up with a window of time for the following day and then an hour before pick up. Same with drop off. I have never worked with such an attentive company who prioritizes the customer. I couldn’t recommend Easy Auto Ship and its partners more.

This company truly lives up to its name "Easy Auto", and my experience with them was amazing. I had to transport my car from WV to NC, and despite the time pressure, they made sure to select a high-quality driver. This level of excellence was evident throughout the entire process, from my initial call to get a quote until my car was delivered to my driveway.

It was fast delivery and communication was good. Very satisfied with the service front to back. The transport was perfectly handled and no damage to my antique car. Picked up in CT and at my home in NC the very next day. I am pleased with them and now time for a drive. Safety fast...

The rep with Easy Auto Ship called me. His name was Bill and we discussed what I was looking to have shipped. He was able to find a person to pick it up and deliver it on time. Easy Auto Ship took care of all the logistics until I saw the driver on the delivery day.

The rep was very informative, friendly and efficient. But there was a little variation in the pickup and dropoff dates.The transporter changed them. But even though they couldn't make it, they could make it the next day. The driver was very helpful and everything went smoothly. I would use Easy Auto Ship again.

I was very happy with the agent, Anthony. We schedule one appointment. But then, the driver realized that the size of the car was too big, so he canceled that. I got that information through a message, that's why I wasn't really happy with that because I didn't see that message. The seller was waiting for the transportation because the pickup was confirmed. When I got the message, I didn't let him know that this pickup would not happen that day and he was a little upset with me. Anthony's assistant sent me another message with another confirmation. That driver checked the size of my vehicle, so he said, "Yeah, I'll take it." He showed up the next day, and he picked up the car. I discussed with Anthony that next time if they have to update something, they should call me because sometimes we are busy and don't have a chance to pick up the message all the time. He was okay with that. He said, "You're absolutely right." But everything was great.

I had a great experience shipping a car from New Mexico to Washington State, from the initial conversations over the phone, to setting up the delivery time and the actual delivery of the vehicle. It happened faster than I expected, and the contracted driver was prompt and professional, and no damage to the car during shipment. I would definitely use them again if I had to ship a car.

Easy Auto Ship provided great service from the time the order was booked through delivery. Everyone was extremely nice to interact with and the car was delivered as promised. Their prices were significantly lower than the competitors. (A lot of their competitors had terrible reviews so do your own homework on researching). This company was great and I would use them again without a doubt.

Never used a shipping service before.... Was planning to drive the vehicle but opted to ship as the cost of the service was at least equal to the cost of driving, hotels., food,etc. Quote process was easy, pickup was easy, tracked the shipment the whole way, and delivery was flawless. Would highly recommend and use again.

The gal that helped me was very prompt in response. I had to give Easy Auto Ship the dimensions because it was five trucks that I was transporting, and she had a transporter for me within an hour. That's very hard to beat, and from day one, day two, they were there to pick up my vehicles. The truck driver called me ahead of time and gave an estimated arrival time. He was very prompt and he did the instructions, where to drop the vehicles and who to see. Everything went very well.

I was impressed with the service, the communication and the driver that was selected by Easy Auto Ship. They gave me the information of who the driver was and when they were gonna do what they were gonna do. I had to solicit a little bit of information but I got it once I initiated. It was supposed to be a pick-up of one to five days. I have tracking devices in my vehicle. I knew when it was picked up and when it wasn't. After seven days, I called. The rep said, "He just called me and said he was picking it up in the morning." I followed him all the way here. It didn't come straight here because he dropped the numerous vehicles off on the way.

I talked with Gary at Easy Auto Ship, and he was very personable. He explained the whole process and was always willing to talk. At first, I wasn't sure what I wanted do. He said, "I'll keep the rate the same. Just take a day to figure out what you need to do." The transport was scheduled to take three days. But I had to extend it because I wouldn't have been able to pick it up until that Monday. They were very willing to work with me on that. I had a talk with the driver when he got there, and he was able to get it to me on Monday. He was able to come right outside the apartment.

The driver was very good. He drove the car onto the trailer and it was a right-hand drive, manual vehicle. So, I was surprised he knew how to do it. There was no damage to the vehicle on his end. The final price was exactly what I was quoted.

All the interactions were great. Easy Auto Ship did what they said they would. They were factual, friendly, and responded to my comments. Once the car was picked up, it arrived a day early. They brought it within two blocks of my home, but could not bring the transport truck down the street. So, I drove over two blocks to a more major street. It was an outside transport. So, the car had been through a snowstorm and had some dirt on it, but that was expected because it was outside and snowy. The cost was fair and very much in line with other quotes that I received.

The rep sent me an email and a text with all the pertinent information. When I asked when the vehicle would be estimated to arrive, he gave me all the estimates and the price was really competitive. He was really helpful. When I said I wanted to book, he was right on it and got everything arranged. The driver was very friendly and he went over the car with us to make sure there weren't any dents. I was helping my brother relocate to near Buffalo and the driver was from the Buffalo area so it made us feel more comfortable that he was going back home. He kept me up-to-date the whole time. Everything went smoothly for us. Everybody we were in contact with was helpful and understanding. That helped so much.

I called them, and the rep was able to set it with me same day. They gave me a quote the next day. There was good communication. The driver got here three days earlier than we anticipated. They were able to hold the vehicle where it was at. The day we arrived, they brought it right in front of my place as they promised. It was seamless from beginning to end.

I used Easy Auto Ship a couple of times. I dealt with Gary about three times. He's always very good explaining things and then following up. He does what he says, which I've had a lot of problems with other shippers. When the driver got close to the destination, he reached out to me. I got a slight discount from what I was quoted. It's pretty cut-and-dry. It's easier than any other company I've dealt with. I did everything online, and just signed the agreement and made the payments.

The setup process with Easy Auto Ship was simple. There were a couple of emails and they provided some information, then my vehicle was on its way from Texas to Chicago. The transport took two to three days and the driver had other stops along the way. Communication was great between the company and myself. There was little communication from the driver, but that was okay and everything went well. I received excellent service.

When I was reaching out to Easy Auto Ship, they communicated well. I was able to understand a timeframe of when I would receive the vehicle, which was important to me so I would know when they'd be coming so I'd be able to receive it. The driver showed up the day that he told me that he would. He was communicative and responsive. Easy Auto Ship is a good option, especially since I was looking to make sure my car was enclosed when I shipped it out.

Easy Auto Ship was among the top five on some review sites when I looked up the top car shipping companies. Their rep was very nice, courteous, and straightforward. I just wanted the standard transport to New York. The driver noticed any scratches and looked at the tires. He made sure to let me know on the spot as he took pictures of any blemishes or cosmetic defects. The driver had told me that it would be six days on so and so day. He was able to deliver within the timeframe. A relative then picked up the car and had a very positive experience with the driver too. The car was very good when it arrived. Price-wise, everything was just as promised. Everything was really good. Service was delivered on time. Everyone was very honest and direct and courteous.

I talked to a million people, but Easy Auto Ship answered my questions. Their price was right and I liked the way they did business. I especially liked Bill, the guy who I worked with. He's very good. The thing that really sold me is that he told me that if I needed anything, it would be his phone number to get in touch with. So, he would be my line all the time. When I signed up with them, at first I was a little leery because I read all the reviews of everybody having all these horror stories. He checked everything and made sure it was right, and called me back and said it was all set up. So, it was really great. The driver texted us, and said that he would meet us here on Saturday at 12:00. Then, he texted us on Friday night and said that it would be more like 2:00 instead of 12:00. Sure enough, he was here around 2:30. He was incredible. The shipping company was good. Go with Easy Auto Ship.

When I spoke to the guy, he was on top off it. He found me one driver but he wasn't too crazy about him. So, he called me back and said they were gonna change him because I could get a better service with another. I trusted him and he made me believe him. I said that I was definitely going with them. Everything he said came through. Easy Auto Ship was amazing. They had my car here quickly. I gave him a date that I wanted it to get here and it got here on that day, and the vehicle was perfect when it arrived.

I reached out online and they called me promptly. We did everything over the phone and it was very efficient service. The pick-up and delivery were very efficient. During pick-up the driver came down to the end of my street and inspected my vehicle. Five days later, it was delivered. They had to go to a Walmart parking lot because the address we have is on small narrow streets and their truck would not fit. The driver unloaded it and 15 minutes later, my son was driving the vehicle away. They were very cordial and business-like.

Setting up the transport was really easy and communication was excellent as far as my concern about how they were gonna pick up the auto and if I had to get a ride somewhere. The previous company I had was not good to work with. So I was very surprised by how easy they made it. It was wonderful. The driver and his wife were friendly and they made it seem that they were interested in doing the best job possible.

I called Easy Auto Ship and they took care of what I needed to be transported. I was impressed with the representative. He was straightforward and very easy to understand. He called me back when he said he was going to, which was great customer service. The transport for golf cart was from Cumming, Georgia to Maggie Valley, North Carolina and it took about two days. The driver called me to let me know that he was arriving at the pick-up point and about 10 minutes before he arrived here in Maggie Valley. The golf cart was on a trailer. He had a pickup truck and he towed it in here. He brought it right to my front door. We offloaded it and checked it, inspected it, made sure everything was okay and then he left. The quote was 100% accurate and reasonable.

Easy Auto Ship made the arrangements for shipping the car that I bought from Virginia to North Carolina. When the car was picked up, they gave the driver my name and number, then they gave me their name and number. They gave me an estimate of when it would be here and it got here a little bit early. He was supposed to come on Thursday and he was here on Wednesday night. He said he could either drop it off on Wednesday night at 10:00 or first thing the next morning. Since my wife makes me go to sleep really early, he was here the next morning at 7:30, which was perfect so my wife could see it before she went to work. The delivery was perfect as well and I was very pleased. My wife met the driver, said he was a great guy, and she hates everybody.

The person was very responsive. When I would call, he already knew who I was. He was very helpful and informative. I'm very satisfied.

I looked at different companies, but I liked the way the people at Easy Auto Ship talked. It was very professional and that made a huge difference. I had a car transported from the Bay Area down in California to Baton Rouge, and the quote was about $80 more, but that doesn't make a difference when you’re going that far. The car got here right on schedule and the driver knew exactly where to go near the area, because it's really a huge truck and there's a turning ratio. It all worked out perfectly fine. Overall, Easy Auto Ship was excellent.

I tried using a different company and they never came through but Easy Auto Ship was reliable and I had a good experience. The communication was great and I got a phone call the day that they said that they would give me a phone call. Also, the driver was really helpful. He told me where to meet up, gave us an estimate of when he would be dropping off the vehicle, and provided the status of the transportation until they dropped it off. They were a little bit more on the expensive side than the other companies but my goal was to make sure that my car got here to San Antonio.

I had a pleasant and very simple interaction with the customer service team. Everything was straightforward. I got a fair quote. Comparing across the board, Easy Auto was the most affordable that I had found. During the delivery, I received a call to let me know that the driver was about 30 minutes away. I didn't talk to the driver directly. I talked to one of the representatives, but we coordinated a place where I can meet the driver to get my car. Then the driver drove it over to a local charter school here and that was that. It was very easy, and there was not a problem finding somewhere for us to go and it was close. It was great. Easy Auto was very easy to work with, and they were honest when it comes to their rate. They communicated very well with me. My car looked exactly like it did when it was shipped down here from the pictures I saw.

When I called Easy Auto Ship, they reassured us, talked to us the whole time, answered all our questions and made sure that if they couldn't figure it out, they would call the person driving the truck to let us know where the car was. The price was very reasonable.

Easy Auto Ship delivered my vehicle quickly and it was all beautiful when the courier got here and they fixed all the repair stuff on it. They pulled over in Spokane at an auto shop and took the dents out that they put in it. The courier was very friendly and smiled, and we were able to communicate as much as we needed to. The service was fast. I knew what the cost would be. I gave a downpayment to get the thing rolling and paid the remainder when they delivered it. Everything was satisfactory.

I purchased a car and I had it shipped from Northern Oregon to Lake Tahoe. I used Easy Auto Ship and they were great. It was difficult to deal with the driver because you could text with him, which was very effective, but he didn't speak English. However, everything was fine when the car was delivered and I was very happy with the service.

So the driver called me and asked me if I could call the seller and tell him to call the driver because the number for the seller was incorrect. But that got straightened out. The driver called me a day in advance of the delivery of the vehicle. Easy Auto Ship is a professional service. If I had to ship another vehicle across the country, I'd choose them again.

Easy Auto Ship is very reliable. The driver called me and said, "I will be there, the latest Monday or Tuesday." Tuesday morning, I got a call saying he was on my way to me. My car came right at my door without any damages. My wife's car is supposed to be shipped, too. When we're ready, I'm gonna call Easy Auto Ship again and I will always use them in the future.
