Shipping my car with Easy Auto Ship could not have been better. The initial customer service person was extremely patient with my questions and described the process thoroughly. Everything worked exactly as described. The gentleman who picked up my car was prompt, efficient, and offered suggestions and helpful information. After working with him on the pickup, I had complete confidence that everything would work smoothly and it did. The car arrived in perfect shape and on time.

Car was picked up on time and delivered on time as promised. Very courteous drivers. Definitely use again! I have used Easy Auto in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Easy Auto Ship was very easy to work with, the people were so nice and the process was extremely affordable, easy and clear from the beginning. When I initially submitted for a quote online, someone called me right away, asked me my needs and completely explained the process to me. I then received a breakdown email. Someone contacted me the day before my car was picked up with a window of time for the following day and then an hour before pick up. Same with drop off. I have never worked with such an attentive company who prioritizes the customer. I couldn’t recommend Easy Auto Ship and its partners more.

This company truly lives up to its name "Easy Auto", and my experience with them was amazing. I had to transport my car from WV to NC, and despite the time pressure, they made sure to select a high-quality driver. This level of excellence was evident throughout the entire process, from my initial call to get a quote until my car was delivered to my driveway.
The representative of the company demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. Corey ** was both professional and friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Even on his day off, the person who assisted me showed that she cared about my needs. Additionally, the company's choice of driver was highly commendable, as the driver was extremely professional. Overall, the pricing for their services was also reasonable.

The rep with Easy Auto Ship called me. His name was Bill and we discussed what I was looking to have shipped. He was able to find a person to pick it up and deliver it on time. Easy Auto Ship took care of all the logistics until I saw the driver on the delivery day.

The rep was very informative, friendly and efficient. But there was a little variation in the pickup and dropoff dates.The transporter changed them. But even though they couldn't make it, they could make it the next day. The driver was very helpful and everything went smoothly. I would use Easy Auto Ship again.

I was very happy with the agent, Anthony. We schedule one appointment. But then, the driver realized that the size of the car was too big, so he canceled that. I got that information through a message, that's why I wasn't really happy with that because I didn't see that message. The seller was waiting for the transportation because the pickup was confirmed. When I got the message, I didn't let him know that this pickup would not happen that day and he was a little upset with me. Anthony's assistant sent me another message with another confirmation. That driver checked the size of my vehicle, so he said, "Yeah, I'll take it." He showed up the next day, and he picked up the car. I discussed with Anthony that next time if they have to update something, they should call me because sometimes we are busy and don't have a chance to pick up the message all the time. He was okay with that. He said, "You're absolutely right." But everything was great.
But the only thing I was upset with was, I drove from New York, Queens to New Jersey to pick up my car. I had a job that day. The driver said he was gonna be in the location between 8:00 AM and 9:00. So if someone says between 8:00 and 9:00, I'll be in location 8:00. I can wait, because it's my business, my car. I can wait for the driver. But if the driver shows up at 11:15, it's not cool. I was late at work and my boss was upset with me. Except for that, everything was fine. Service was great. The guy was nice as well.

Easy Auto Ship provided great service from the time the order was booked through delivery. Everyone was extremely nice to interact with and the car was delivered as promised. Their prices were significantly lower than the competitors. (A lot of their competitors had terrible reviews so do your own homework on researching). This company was great and I would use them again without a doubt.

Easy Auto Ship works with carriers that are fully insured. It also carries its own inland marine insurance policy. This insurance covers a minimum of $100,000 for damage or loss. It doesn’t cover items inside the vehicle.
