Despite consistently fulfilling my financial obligations promptly and ahead of schedule, I have encountered significant challenges in receiving the level of service and adherence to commitments that one would reasonably expect from a reputable automotive dealership.

    From the outset, there have been recurring issues regarding services that were explicitly promised during the acquisition process. It is particularly concerning given the substantial financial investment I have made in the vehicle, which, in my assessment, far exceeds its market value. Such a premium cost naturally cultivates an expectation of exceptional customer support and comprehensive fulfillment of all agreed-upon terms.

    A recent incident particularly exemplifies this pattern of unmet promises. I was assured a final complimentary oil change as part of my agreement. Upon attempting to redeem this service, I was informed that too much time had elapsed, and consequently, the offer would not be honored. It is important to clarify that due to my remote work arrangements, my vehicle usage is minimal, meaning a routine oil change was not required until recently. Had there been clear, proactive communication detailing a specific timeframe or expiry for this promised service, I would have ensured its completion within that window. The absence of such critical information led directly to this unfortunate denial.

    This situation reflects a broader pattern where it appears necessary to escalate issues or formally complain to receive the expected service. This is an unsustainable and frustrating dynamic. My consistent dedication to timely payments should be reciprocated with unwavering commitment to your obligations. Given the severity and persistence of these concerns, I have also formally registered my experience with the Better Business Bureau. I sincerely hope for a comprehensive review of my account and a definitive resolution to these issues.

    Car-Mart in Dothan is HORRIBLE. Pamala is rude (account specialist) won’t let you talk and talks over you. If it’s not what she wants to hear she are dismissive. Tameka the regional manager is the same way, loud, obnoxious. It’s very hard dealing with them so if you have to get a car through Car Mart, do not do DOTHAN. THEY ALL NEED TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Setting up an arrangement is like pulling teeth. It’s like you bought the car from them personally and not the corporation. I do not even want to pay my car payment there. I’d rather drive to a different city to deal with different people because they do not know how to talk or treat people.

    I’ve been dealing with them almost a year and I cannot wait to be done dealing with them. My friend Octavia went through Enterprise and they’re the sweetest people. DOTHAN office just needs a deep investigation into the Dothan office because there’s no way they know that people are talking to their customers in that manner. The people in charge and over the customers all need an investigation on them. There’s no way they know they are treating their customers the way they do. Not only am I leaving a review here, but on the Better Business Bureau, you guys be very careful with dealing with the DOTHAN ALABAMA office. Pam is the short lady with HEAVY make up and nails longer then her actual fingers. Tameka is the tall lady that always seems mad. Beware!!!!!

    Very poor customer service. Whoever the lady I spoke with about my payment being late had a very smart mouth. I hate that I even felt with these people didn’t never get my referral pay. I wouldn’t send a dog back there!!!! Didn't even want to give that one star!! The one in Milledgeville Ga!!

    5 months with Carmart, first car chevy cruse, motor no good, 2nd car 2015 Subaru crosstrek, transmission, needs to go into shop. Now the first car they put it down as voluntary repo instead of trade in. Anyone know a good attorney?

    My car has been towed 5 times since Dec. 1st. I depleted my savings to get it fixed and, unfortunately, had to resign from my job due to no transportation. I have been stuck on the side of the road for hours in 20 degree weather waiting on tow trucks. It had gotten to the point where one tow company would bring up that they had just picked me up a few days prior. After the 3rd tow, I contacted Car Mart for Assistance and was told that they would repair my vehicle for me. Just to pay to get it from them (because I needed to update my balance) and it to break down again 24 hours later. Causing me to need another tow truck. Not only did they not fix it but they only charged my battery and returned it to me. After I'd paid for multiple new car parts and a brand new battery, I was more than positive a jump off was not what was needed to fix my car. But, they would've known it was an electrical issue if they had actually looked at it.

    After selling my Veteran husband and I a vehicle they promised to correct all of the issues. They never did. Issues that ranged form no air bag detected in the dashboard that had cuts in it, doors that wouldn't lock, windows wouldn't roll down, ac didn't work, bolts on axles had to be tightened at least 2 times a month...the list hoes on and on. The engine finally blew up in it. We had it towed to their lot. We wrote them an email explaining how we have put several thousands of dollars into this vehicle and it's still not fixed. They can have it. Now they want to sue us for the remaining balance on it.

    They drive cars long enough to get you to buy them then they fall apart and they won’t fix anything and the warranty they sell you basically covers nothing. Two cars bought and both have bad issues we’ve had to spend a fortune to fix.

    How can you go get your car checked out and know how long it takes to have it fixed. Once you have your car in the shop with their mechanic it takes up to a week for them to fix it when it should only be three days. They don’t even give you a rental to use when it’s their mechanic and their way. All they do is lie lie lie. They can never give you straight forward answers nor can they tell you what they have to replace on you vehicle. This being said people need big discounts or something on their bill. I mean they need to do better with their customers!

    Do not buy car from here. They take your money and lie to you and please don't think you're getting anything with them. Free oil changes, lipstick in Oxford, they use the same oil filter and never check any other fluids. Big rip off, so you're not getting nothing.

    I am done with the harassment. I have been dealing with Carmart for years and here recently they decided it's ok to call you the second you are late on a payment and every single day till they talk to you or get their money. Who else in this entire world does that???? Call me when you are coming for the car, other than that Back Off. I work everyday and I can't be seen on my phone. Not to mention just because your policy changed doesn't make it respectful to your clients.

    They do not accept cash deals and will lie about their pre-approval application just to try to get you to finance. The Hixon TN location was not friendly and were more interested in selling financing than they were selling a car. They come across as sketchy.

    I'm sometimes late for my payments and Ernesia and Tamekco always make a way to help me out. Times are hard sometimes but they make ways to help others out. Plenty of times I've wanted to give my vehicle but they worked with me and now I'm back on track.

    I've Been Struggling with my Business and Health. I've told CarMart of Camden Arkansas numerous times when I'm not able to pay and make an arrangement and they get tired. They have went off on me and was very hateful. I was told to deal with it and they didn't care. Thanksgiving they took my Car Payment and bought my Family Thanksgiving and Said did anyone help us like that? They used our own money we had and was gonna arrange a later payment but threatened us that they need there money and need it now. Then they took a picture with us and said we are family. This company is Hateful.

    I wish there was a -5 star review!!!! This is the worst place to do business! I’m begging everyone to go somewhere else!!! I wasn’t even two weeks past due and I had been making arrangements, they took my car!!! They were our last resort because it was a weekend and I needed a car asap. I wish I never went there!!! The owner should be ashamed for selling lemons and giving people a hard time about it!!! I wonder if the owner even knows how ridiculous the collection process is, even when we make arrangements… they can still take our car?

    I had my payment and was waiting for lunch! And when I came out, my car was gone. That is the stupidest collection process I’ve ever heard of! People have said so many bad things about Car Mart, but like I said, it was my last resort and they still gave me a hard time. They sold me a shitty car and left me stranded a few times. Again, I’m begging everyone not to go here because they suck so bad! They don’t care about arrangements or your situation. They don’t even care if you had arrangements to pay.

    I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer from Car-Mart Hopkinsville 3 years ago. Second day I had it the car died. It needed a jump. Car mart refused. It's exchange policy I return it was 36 hours after I bought it.

    This is Sonya ** a customer of Carmart. I got a call stating I was $10 dollars behind on my last car note. I thought it was ridiculous. You guys called me over $10 dollars.     Interest rates are super high and there is no such thing as an early payoff; you pay the interest regardless, which is BS! Als,o they will NOT work with you if you call and ask for 2 more days on your payments. I was told they would come get it and I would have to pay the repo fee then. They take advantage of people with less than perfect credit. All payments is at least 350 every 2 weeks which puts you at least a 700 dollar car payment, which you could get a lot better car for that much money a month!

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ Never Again — Beware. We bought a car from Car-Mart of Harrisonville two months ago, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They sold us a vehicle with the WRONG size spare tire — making it useless. On our family trip, my husband, our 3 kids, and I ended up stranded on the side of I-80, one of the busiest interstates in the country, with no proper spare.

    We were also sold “Good Sam 24/7 roadside assistance” with the car, which should have covered a tow or tire repair. Instead, we sat for five hours with no help. The only tow company open in Rawlins, WY on a Saturday charged us $350 just to pull a tiny staple out of the tire. The tire was left with a dangerous bulge (not their fault — it was the wrong spare’s fault). Because no tire shops were open until Monday, we had to pay for a $170 hotel for two nights. On Monday, we got a ride 1.5 hours to Laramie to buy a $116 new tire.

    Total out-of-pocket cost: $636 — all because Car-Mart sold us a car missing essential, operable equipment. While we were stranded, the manager told my husband to keep all receipts and they’d “make it right.” After driving 13 hours home and showing up with receipts, they suddenly refused to reimburse anything and told us to call Good Sam (who we never actually got help from). I was planning to buy another car in a few months, but after this? Never again. If you value honesty, safety, or basic decency, stay far away from Car-Mart of Harrisonville. I will be warning everyone I know.

    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CAR MART. WHEN I first got my car a 2014 Chevy Cruise the fuel pump didn’t work so they let me trade cars. Now I have a 2015 Chrysler 200. My cords on my battery stripped the 8th day of the return date and they said they couldn’t DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Then I call them everyday to fix my car and I get the run around. Car been leaking from the roof and everything since I got it. Had my car for three months to fix everything that was supposed to been fixed and NOTHING WAS FIXED AND I MISSED A WHOLE LOT WHILE NOT HAVING MY CAR. Then I tried to get them to fix it again and it a whole new crew in car mart and everyone else had quit. So now I’m dealing with the pain and suffering of car mart! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

    NEVER BUY A CAR FROM CAR MART. IT'S THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! Hello, my car was put in the shop almost 3 weeks ago and every time I call the car lot, they give me the run-around. I need something done asap. I pay way too much money for a vehicle and then when I call the car lot, they are so help and rude. I’ve talked to Car Mart already and if something isn’t done immediately, you guys can just have the car back. I’m always on time for my payment and I get this kind of treatment. I’ve talked to corporate once already. I am mother of 4. I work a job and I have to find transportation to get to work and do the things I have to do whenever I should have a car and not get avoided!!!

    New. This have to be one of the worse experiences I have had. The rep was good but dealing with trying to pay your car note is insane. They turned my car off for $1 literally then my payments was not set up as asked on my pay days so every month I have to call set up arrangements. On top of that they can never give you the date you ask for when it's not even my fault. Then was told to set payment for right date the amount will go up and I already pay $782 on a 2020. SMH.

    I bought my first car, a 2014 Chevy Cruze, from America’s Car Mart on Feb 4. It had problems from the start—burning smell, weak A/C, slow acceleration, and oil issues. The turbo failed twice, the car runs hot, and the check engine light (P2096) came on. I later learned it failed emissions on Jan 28, passed on Jan 29, and they sold it to me days later. I tried to return it within 7 days, but they refused. I even had to bring my dad just to get them to push through any repairs. They take forever to fix anything, making me miss work and spend extra on rides. Now I just want the car gone and out of my name.

    Love to leave people stranded with no way home over 100 miles away from your home even when you have kids. They need to be shut down. Also they do not like to work with you at all. All they want is money and that's all it about. They need shut down and sued.

    It's terrible when you can't tell in 7 days whether you'd like your vehicle or not especially when you've only put 160 mi on it and 60 of it was getting it home but yet you can't trade it back in for something that you really like because the 7 days are up when it's in the same condition as when I left there with it actually better condition because I put side steps on it so yeah I'm very unhappy.

    2013 white Nissan Sentra. They told me if I get this car and make a few payments, I could get into something else. JD and NICK Lies!!!! Needed a transmission After five or six months. They replaced it with a bad transmission.

    DO NOT BUY HERE! You will end up paying over $23,000 for a vehicle that is worth MAYBE $5000. I signed on a tiny tablet and could not read anything. They said "Don't worry, we'll email it right over to you." A week later and nothing. Went in and asked for it. "Printer is down". Decided to make my first payment early while I was there. $20 more than I was quoted and they still will not show me the deal! I said I didn't like the car or the way I was being treated "Well you signed a legally binding contract." SHOW ME THE CONTRACT! Can we change the deal or the car? "Over 7 days, our hands are tied". THEY INTENTIONALLY WITHHELD THE PAPERWORK FOR OVER 7 DAYS SO THAT I WOULD HAVE NO RECOURSE! "Would you like to just leave the car??" After giving you over $1300 already? I bet you would love that! These are soulless, heartless, putrid people that prey on the weak. I am disgusted that I ever went here.

    Three weeks ago NYS DMV sent a request to send my information over with lean information. After the request was sent I called America CarMart in Cotton Dale Alabama. They confirmed that they received the request. After not hearing anything for two weeks I called America CarMart and was told by the office manager that nothing was sent by NYS DMV. NYS DMV sent another request and CarMart stated that they received the second request and keeps telling me that they emailed the paperwork. NYS DMV still hasn't received anything and now when I call the manager is busy. Maybe I need to be late in a car payment just so I can talk to the manager.
