The entire experience was fantastic and I’ve never been in and out of a car dealership feeling so well about my decision. This dealership has a very big lot with tons to choose from so if you’re easily distracted you could easily lose track of time. Luckily, Vic helped me find the perfect car for me in a timely fashion and was very good at explaining every feature on my new Jeep. After I picked what I wanted, the paperwork was very easy, quick, and upfront. Everything I would be paying was broken down and explained very clearly where I had no confusion about my future payments. I felt like Vic and the managers answered my questions very honestly and didn’t try to hide anything (which is very common in other dealerships).

I recently went in to talk with a salesman about the purchase of a new pickup truck. I was met by a young man named Taylor ** who was very polite and knowledgeable about the pickup I was interested in. I know I can be difficult to sell to but he was very patient and answered every question and made the experience easy and I believe he was interested in me being happy after the purchase and didn't just want to get a deal done. I would recommend Bonham Chrysler even though it is a bit of a drive out of DFW. I believe their deals are very tough to beat, and I would also recommend you ask for Taylor **.

Having already shopped online and in surrounding towns, I went to Bonham Chrysler to buy a new Jeep. They had the exact vehicle that I wanted at a price I could afford. Salesman Vince ** was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the Jeep and demonstrated how each one operated. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. Price and financing were very easy with no haggling as he beat the prices of all other dealers around. I needed to finance the Jeep with a company that would allow me to ship my Jeep to the US Virgin Islands. The finance man, Andres, worked diligently to fulfill my request and get me the best interest rate possible. All around it was a great experience with some great people.

After doing some research online and inquiring about a new Challenger, Bonham Chrysler's Salesperson Vic reached out and gave me the numbers I needed to make a quick decision. He scheduled a time for me to come into the showroom and when I did I was pleasantly surprised at how easy everything was. Bonham Chrysler has great prices and Vic helped facilitate everything along the way. The showroom was nice and comfortable and every other salesperson there did not hesitate to smile and say hello. I brought my young son and Vic made sure that he had something to play with and was very good at keeping him occupied while we figured the deal out.

Things had not gone well for us over the last few years. We wanted to get in to a new truck. Talked to Kelli on the phone. She was so sure of their finance department that we just had to go in. It took a few hours but we left in a brand new 2019 RAM 1500 and could not be happier. I never knew people to work so hard to get their customers taken care of. I won't shop anywhere else and I will always go to Kelli. She was encouraging, funny and told lots of stories that we didn't notice the time. It was like being comfortable at a friends house. I remember being nervous at the beginning but she has a way about her that made us relax and enjoy ourselves. How many people can say that about a car dealership! If I am ever in Bonham, I know I can stop by just to say hi to her.

Jeromy ** was the sales associate who helped me. He was ready & willing to help. It was a terribly cold day & Jeromy was enthusiastic, went out in the cold & brought several cars up for me to look at. I didn't care much for the first couple then he brought my car up & I fell in love with it. We took it for a test drive & Jeromy had made a sale. Jeromy was competent & knew his job. I am very happy with the choice I made & would recommend Bonham Chrysler to anyone looking for a car.

Car buying usually cannot be described as a pleasant experience, but that is exactly what it was. Our sales lady Kim was very easy to deal with and was straightforward & wasn't pushy. She answered our questions & found us a vehicle that fit our needs & our budget.

I was asked five times what bank I used during the hours I was in their dealership and each time I gave my bank information. At end of day they had a contract ready to sign but not with my bank. Lady told me Chrysler was a couple of points over my bank. She stated she had to hurry as she had another customer waiting at used auto lot. As I walked out the door gentleman in office stated, "Go right to your bank and they will fix loan for you." Chrysler is over 18%, my bank offered 4.45% but I had to pay $10000 to get transferred. This happened in 2017. So sad they would do a vet's widow this way.

Jimmy ** knowing sold a extremely dangerous vehicle knowing my daughter and grandchildren were going to be traveling in this vehicle. The upper and lower ball joints were on the brink of failure. The struts were gone and the front differential mount was completely broken off. I am an overseas contractor, supporting the true heroes of this country since 2008. Apparently I was a easy pawn only having a short time in being able to do business in this country/America. This is beyond sickening being absolutely dead tired. Putting not only my daughter but my grandchildren's life in danger in beyond the realm of human decency.

Bonham Chrysler had in its inventory a used Toyota Tundra pickup, year model 2002. The price for the truck considering the vehicle age, overall condition, and mileage, was very good. I was very interested in the truck and traveled from my home in Greenville, TX to Bonham (about 38 miles) to check on it. Keith **, a sales associate with Bonham Chrysler, met with me about the vehicle. He was very friendly, cordial, and did not try to fast sell me or up-sell me to another vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, Keith and I both noticed a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The problem was diagnosed by the service department as two bad u-joints.

I had some great people helping me at Bonham Chrysler and would like to give them all a big Thank You! Thank you to, Mike ** in finance, Tyler ** who was my sales associate, and to Joanna ** in the internet department. You guys worked hard and got me into a vehicle where no other dealer has been able to. Very happy customer.
