Ordered an item from Autonationparts.com that was not as expected on receipt. The same day received, we reached out to return the item. Two weeks later, after multiple prompts, they returned a phone call, promised a refund, and provided a shipping label for their Clearwater address. No response for 2 weeks. When we reached out, they claimed the item was "used" and then refused to provide a refund. I guess their definition of "used" is opening the box and having sunlight from our home hit it.

I decided to fall for the "We buy your car" and I got an offer which I just didn't want. So far everything good, I tell them thank you very much, but I wasn't selling at that price. Then I got an e-mail asking how much I was asking for, which replied with my amount. Next, I got another e-mail saying that wasn't an issue and they wanted to buy my car, and they asked me to go there to confirm the car was the one I offered (I actually introduced the VIN so they knew exactly my car). I decided to go, they made the same dumb practices of the cheap dealers, made me wait about 30 minutes to tell me the car was clean and they are willing to pay the amount they offer. So why you made me lose my time when I clearly said in 3 e-mails I didn't like their offer and I didn't want to lose my time going???, an unrespectable behavior of a cheap, Liar dealer.

DEVEN ** at Autonation Toyota in Tempe, AZ was wonderful. I had my 2001 RAV4 in for a multitude of age and mileage related service issues. After very thorough safety inspection a number of services were advised which I did. A number of parts needed to be ordered (25 year old car, 5 speed manual, 227,000 miles), routine things that had aged to the point of needing replacement. Mechanic was careful, thorough and meticulous and the entire job took several weeks; totally worth the wait. Deven kept me updated regularly. He and a co worker actually drove the car back to my home for me (I am currently a bit mobility challenged from complications of a leg fracture). Incredibly positive experience. I had purchased the car there in 2001 so I have a long history with this business. I have always felt well taken care of and never ripped off.

Minutes ago. Where to start. They put an warranty in my contract for 900 that I never knew about then the Jeep had problems. Went there. They told me that they fix it but all they did is shut off the engine light. They gave me an invoice for what they did. I went home after the manager told me I was raise wrong and he changed his mind and said I'm not getting my money back not knowing that I'm a master tech for 30 years. I checked what they said they did and guess what. Nothing was done so I called them. Told them what I found and told them to just give me the parts they did. LOL. Their tech said it needed a 600 part to fix it and it wasn't under warranty even though I bought it a week before and they said it had a warranty on it for 4 months or 4000. I might have put maybe 75 miles and the finance girl is real sneaky. I hope this help anyone to stay away.

The amount of time it takes to change 4 wheels on my jeep and this is the second visit for this. The first visit I was in at 8 am to have the wheels changed and I asked if they ordered the correct ones. I was told yes. 4 hours later I was told that they ordered the wrong wheels. I also asked if I could keep the old wheels and was told that I would have to pay a core charge of $25. Per wheel. This second visit I was in at 8:30 am. Finally at about 14:30 it was ready. Not sure why it takes 6 hours to change the wheels. I asked again about keeping the wheels and was told it would be a $50. Core charge per wheel. At that point I said no. They did fill my gas tank on the first visit and offered a rental car for the second visit which I declined. I didn't need it.

On pickup I arrived at 14:30 to pick it up and it was ready and out front. It still took 45 minutes to get it. One last thing. Ever since I bought the jeep there, every time I go in for any reason they say they will wash it. It has not been washed at your dealership since day 1. Even the night J bought it. Although that night I was told that they were all gone for the night.

I understand that you have multiple customers in at the same time but the service is very poor there. Even when I brought it in for oil changes it was a minimum of 4 hours. I'm not sure why there is a core charge on wheels when it's not a warranty issue. The new wheels were paid for from Costco. I don't have any problems with the employees there. Just the service.

The bank said there's a 7-day hold. 2 days later, Nissan Finance calls me, wanting me to make a payment or I will be charged late fees.

They already listed my van on their internet, mean time, they never paid the loan, or me yet. SELLER BEWARE. If you can wait a week and a half for your money great place, if you think you're getting your money right away, guess again. They have a process, what a joke. Called them on Tuesday, said it takes 24 to 72hrs to get paid. Never happened. I called Wednesday and told them I want my money or my van back. Said I have to talk to Carlo, and he was off. Spoke to him Thursday; now he tells me a big process takes between 7 and 10 business days.....Liars. I recommend do not make a deal with them unless it's a cashier's check on the spot....

Service Department: If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a check engine light come on my 2018 f350 diesel. Over boost condition. Adam and the service group have no clue what they are doing. I was charged nearly $400 for a diagnostic fee that included a failed turbo, oil pan gasket, rear ring and pinion, and failed track bar. After towing my vehicle from the stealership to an independent ford master mechanic, turns out I had two faulty sensors (not a failed turbo), a missing rear brake caliper bolt (not rear ring and pinon), track bar bushings and an upper oil pan gasket that needed repairs.

The dealership quoted me $14,500 in repairs for things that would not have solved the major issues causing the check engine light and over boost condition, after having a proper diagnosis of the issues i was quoted just shy of $6K in repairs. I would highly recommend not using this stealership for any sort of service moving forward. Their "best diesel mechanic" has no clue what he is doing, did not run any proper diagnostic test and was just throwing high dollar parts at a problem that would not have fixed my truck. STAY AWAY!

Since then after many calls to the dealership, which I was never allowed to talk to the manager, I was told by the sales person they were working on it... How long does it take to fill out a release paper. I found out they are using my 90 day warranty to get the car fixed.... That seems crooked too. Hours, time, and money wasted! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. BEWARE! Based on my experience, they showed very little regard for my time, money, or commitment as a customer. Don't waste your time with this dealership. I spent several days negotiating the purchase of a 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali. Before I ever paid for a third-party inspection, I had already informed the dealership that I intended to move forward with the purchase. The only remaining issue was correcting the tax calculation on the paperwork. Because I was committed to buying the truck, I paid $173 out of my own pocket for a third-party inspection. I also reviewed service records, obtained repair invoices, verified tax information directly with Mississippi authorities, and worked through financing and shipping details.

After the inspection was completed and the truck was returned to the dealership, I waited for the corrected paperwork. Approximately two hours after the truck returned from the inspection that I paid for, I contacted the dealership again regarding the tax correction. I was then told that another customer was looking at the truck in the showroom and was instructed to go ahead and sign the paperwork as it was, with the understanding that the tax issue would be corrected afterward. I followed that instruction.

At that point, I believed the deal was done. I had already agreed to purchase the truck, paid for an inspection, completed my due diligence, and signed the paperwork. I went to bed believing I had purchased the truck. The next morning, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to the person looking at it in the showroom right after it returned back from the third-party inspection that I paid $173.

I called the shop that I paid to do the inspection. Then this dealership kept rushing them to get the truck back because someone else wanted to look at it. They drop the truck off at 3:30 back to the dealership. I signed and returned paperwork to the dealership at 3:06pm, but they still sold it to another guy afterwards. This was one of the most disappointing vehicle-buying experiences I have ever had.

They do not deserve even one star: They would not honor their own website price and instead added $799 dealer handling fee (which was included already on the website price), $749 appearance protection, $749 dent protection, and $1,298 for tint and clear mask. When I was clear that I didn't want those items, they went into crickets mode. This literally was a 3-day process. However, when we got my paperwork 3 days later, the finance guy, Robert **, had added $133.00 to the final sale price. If I could give them negative stars, I certainly would! I bought two Mercedes from Fort Lauderdale AutoNation Mercedes within six months. On the last deal I traded in two cars. Make a long story short. Can you believe that they supposedly paid off one car two months later than cancel the check and so I still continue to have to make payments on it?! Finally, the company was paid off just before the third payment was due. However, since AutoNation paid the last payment, the overage got sent back to AutoNation. I reached out to a manager, who said he would CC me his name is Mo by the way after dealing with another manager who also got nothing done on another situation.

Two weeks later, Moe has not gotten back to me and I still have not received payment and I have never received an email or any return phone calls. And I have made three of them and left messages after each. This place is a scam. AutoNation only wants your money. Once they have it, they don’t give a you know what about taking care of your needs! On February 26, 2026, AutoNation Ford Sanford issued a written $69,500 Certified Offer to purchase my 2023 Audi SQ7, valid for 7 days or 500 miles. The offer was manually increased by salesperson David Rodriguez and confirmed by both text message and the official Certified Offer document. Despite repeated documented attempts to redeem the offer before it expired on March 5, including emails to the salesperson, multiple phone calls requesting a management callback, a direct email to General Manager Ryan **, multiple online chat escalations, and escalations to AutoNation Corporate, the dealership never responded. The offer expired.

Because the offer was never rescinded or corrected, I relied on it in good faith when evaluating my options for the disposition of my vehicle and a potential replacement purchase. That reliance was reasonable given that a written guarantee had been issued. Being harmed when the offer expired through no fault of my own while the issuing dealership remained silent is detrimental reliance in practice.

AutoNation Corporate's March 12 response claimed I had been "notified of this discrepancy" regarding a pricing error before I attempted to redeem the offer. That claim is false. No documentation has been produced to support it. Their response also implies I knowingly attempted to redeem an offer I had been told was invalid, which calls into question the integrity of a disabled veteran who did nothing but make repeated documented good faith attempts to complete a transaction.

AutoNation Corporate's own conduct contradicts their stated position. The day before expiration, they called me and committed to scheduling a redemption appointment at this store. If the offer had already been invalidated and I had been notified, that call would not have happened. They proposed a $62,000 goodwill offer conditioned on signing a release of claims. I did not accept it. Issuing a written certified offer, allowing it to remain active without correction or withdrawal, and then claiming after the fact that it was never valid while producing no supporting documentation is precisely the conduct Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act is designed to address.

This matter is currently under formal review by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles dealer licensing division, the Florida Attorney General's Office, and the Better Business Bureau. AutoNation submitted their disputed response to the BBB late Friday night requesting the case be closed before their own deadline passed. I rejected their response and the case remains open. As a disabled veteran who acted in good faith throughout, I deserved better than two weeks of silence followed by a response containing an unsubstantiated claim. The issuing dealership chose silence over resolution at every turn.

OMG. It's still going on. AUTONATION Ford Corpus Christi (ANFCC) sold me a 2014 Ford F150 FX4 Red w/ blk Leather. Awesome truck. I was a suckered for it. But I wasn't expecting what came with it. I was sold an extended warranty that I was told would cost a li'l more But it was 100 more a month for 6 years. I gave 5000 down. It was used to pay off the warranty. I finally received the truck 10 days later. I looked at the paperwork for the loan. It said 80k miles. Well my truck had 98k miles upon purchase. I called ANFCC and The loan Co. ANCU. Both parties were made aware of the discrepancy. A month after I had the truck it broke down. It was at ANFCC a month. No rental car, no reason why and worse no fix on the mileage falsification on the paperwork. A year goes by I have a breakdown. It was towed to a dealership DALLAS. I waited about a week and called and said, "What's the deal."

I was informed I no longer had a warranty. I was over the mileage. Here's the messed up part as if it wasn't bad already. I was only even with the extra 18k miles that were on the paperwork as it being over the warranty milage 100 miles. But in reality I was under 18000 miles. But they dropped me for a fraudulent overage of 100$. Li'l did they know I was really 18100 under. But it was never taken care of and after around 3 months the credit union who knew about the fraud but still took payments repoed my truck. I told them about the fraud several times. I have proof. They said, "We'll we turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to ANFCC as they're our biggest client." Wow. After the truck was repoed because it was around 7000 to repair it and since I couldn't get to work and the warranty was voided due to mileage even though they knew about the fraud they repoed the truck.

A week later Tony in finance who's not there anymore says, "Hey Buddy I got that warranty taken care of." When it was at the shop they avoided me. They still avoid me and Tony sent fake warranty papers to the dealership in Dallas trying to buy time. It's been a nightmare. Now the credit union put the repo on my credit and I can't get a vehicle. They say they're gonna take care of it. It's been almost 4 years and nothing but false hopes. They destroyed me. I lost my truck, my job, my side job, my house and my credit for what so the largest used car place in the world can make a bigger profit and scam my life away. Now they say they're going to help. But they haven't done anything. The credit union changed names when Tony stopped working at AutoNation. I'm not 100 but they were in cahoots. Ok if anyone can help me please do so.

This has been the worst customer service I have ever received.

I made an online request for a quote, agreed to their terms, then showed up at their "Land Rover" location on Topanga Cyn. The team at Land Rover was unaware of the appointment. After questioning me and not trusting that I was in the right place, which required me to use my laptop to pull up the appointment notice, they said I had to go to a different location at the other end of the valley. I decided to cut my losses and moved on. The following day, another salesperson called and asked for information and said he would meet me at my office, but he never materialized. I would avoid them.

Stay far, far away. All the right marketing, all the wrong follow through.

Bought a 2018 Chevy Colorado, with a 90-day warrantee. Wesley Chapel Mercedes in FL. I must say that specific team is BEYOND amazing. All of them. If you want a Mercedes then go here. But this is about Auto Nation.

Immediately after buying the car, we had issues. Engine codes. ABS lights and traction control. Took it to the Pembroke Pines Chevrolet Auto Nation location. Had an appointment for a Wednesday. The following TUESDAY (6 days later) I finally get a call from the service rep that the car will be seen. It only took me calling everyday, and getting my Wesley Chapel sales representative involved.

The bill for repairs? $3600 (including recommended services like fluid change). Seems AutoNation doesn't do this before selling it to you. After raising a stink (yeah, I wasn't rude, but I didnt back down) and almost a MONTH of going back and forth, and getting the director of Wesley Chapel and the service manager in Pembroke Pines Chevy connected; they decided to replace a wheel hub (left front), a speed sensor (both sides), and a Tire Pressure sensor (left front).

Got it back just before the Christmas holiday. It was paid for by the GREAT people at Wesley Chapel, since it was still under the warrantee. Drove it for about a month, and the same engine warning lights and ABS and traction lights come on. Took it to a 3rd party team, near me. Guess what? The speed sensor wasn't changed on the passenger front side. So, that is a $600 fix.

Also guess what? The real culprit is the ABS module. Another $1500 fix. But now it is out of "warrantee". Even though we have only driven it for probably a total of 30 days in the last 120 days because it's been in the shop the whole time. I'm getting documents put together, as well as transcripts of conversations; photos of parts, and I intend to find a lawyer soon. Auto Nation is led by greed and stupid first, customer focus 2nd. Stay far far away.

I had a great experience with sales consultant Henry ** from when I drove in at AutoNation. I parked my car with my family and I got off my car. I saw a gentleman by the front door of the dealership. I confronted the guy. I asked him, "Do you work here," and I asked him I'm looking for salesman because I'm looking for a truck or Crossover and Henry politely said, "I'm a sales consultant and I can help you." So I said great. I asked I'm looking for an suv fwd and showed me a couple of trucks. And he also welcomed me to auto nation. So he told me the details and pricing of every truck and mileage wise. He was very patient and knowledgeable with every truck because I asked him different questions about if was and or fwd and he answered my questions and he found a nice color that I was interested he brang me inside so I be more comfortable and sat me down. Asked to relax.

He was going to bring the truck to the front so me and my wife can see the truck inside and out which was fantastic and he even offered me coffee and water and cookies which was really nice of him. He made me and my wife and me and my daughter very comfortable inside the facility. He wasn't pushy at all but all but professional in every way. Then we found the truck we liked and he started the paperwork for me and my wife and he gathered all the prices with the finance manager. His name was Javier. Also a very professional experience from him as well and he was very patient with all the paperwork and signing of all documents. We were out of there in record time and they even gave me 2 free oil changes and explained to me about my contract or any concerns I had.

And Henry also sent my truck to get detailed and full free tank of gas which was also awesome. And Henry also surprised me with nice rubber mats front and rear which was very nice. Henry was with me from start to finish and also gave me real license plates to leave the dealership that was fantastic. Henry also showed me all the functions of the vehicle and headlights switches and lights in the rear making sure all brake lights and turning signals worked and headlights which was really nice of him. He really went the extra mile. Henry is a fantastic sales consultant and very knowledgeable and has a lot of patience in dealing with customers. Henry was very down to earth. I give Henry ** 5 stars.

And Javier the finance manager was very professional and very helpful and he also went the extra mile. I will recommend auto nation and these 2 professional salesman Henry ** and Javier the finance manager. To my my family and friends and the staff is also very friendly and nice. I dealt comfortable in the facility. And every one had a smile in their face which felt very comfortable for me and my wife. Auto nation is the place to go for car or truck 100% guaranteed. Awesome dealership. Auto nation is a 5 star rating all the way.

AutoNation Chevy on the Gulf Freeway in Houston, Texas has the worst customer service I have ever had in terms of Sales and Service. They lost my registration plates originally and it took me 5 months to get them. When I received a recall notice, I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment, I got there early and they checked me in and told me to come back in about 90 minutes. I did as instructed and upon arrival, I noticed that my truck had not been worked on at all. The girl who checked me in could not explain why no one worked on my truck. I asked for a manager. He came out and told me he could not explain why it wasn't worked on. He did this with an attitude of I don't care. I asked him if he was the manager in charge of auto repairs. He said he was. I then asked how can you not know why the truck was not worked on. He didn't have an answer and did not care. So I left and went to another Chevy dealership.

Cash Price posted on the Jeep Autonation Website is False. I drove 460 miles to purchase a New Jeep Gladiator from Autonation Jeep in North Richland Hills. They had 7 models I was I wanted. 1st choice 3 with exact color and trim package I wanted. I thought good I just need one. I showed Javier ** the Manufacturer's sticker I printed from the website, gave him the stock number of all 3 Red Mojave Jeep Gladiators. He introduced me to his manager. All were the same and all were available. $44,909.00 cash price listed on the website. Test drove everything then he reveals the Scam.

The Dealership claims to have added over $4,000.00 add-ons to the already well-equipped vehicle. I said what about the other two. Same story. Pulled out my second choice Blue Rubicon, they had 4 all similar, two marked $43,792.00, other $44,062.00. Javier said same story, all had over $4,000.00 worth of add-on that are not listed on the website. I then said why is that not listed? Javier's response 'You would not have come in.' Manager and Javier both confirmed they would not sell any of the models for the Advertised Cash price. My response "This is False advertising, and I won't be back".

I recently worked with AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe in Centennial CO. They completely misrepresented and fraudulently hid known issues with a used vehicle I purchased. I understand we purchased a used vehicle; however, our decision was based mostly on the presentation of a vehicle inspection that was presented to include anything found to be an issue and either fixed or not fixed. 5 days following my purchase the vehicle started leaking oil everywhere. After an inspection by our mechanic the vehicle is reported to need over $7,000 dollars worth of work; more than we paid. I tried to work with the dealership. They initially agreed to take the vehicle back, however, upon arriving at the dealership to find a different vehicle, Kwabena ** said they would have to work up a trade proposal on the vehicle I purchased. This is not what was presented in writing. This dealership also has a failing rating with the Better Business Bureau.

During my meeting with the AutoNation representative, he stated in front of witnesses that they knew about the issues my mechanic found and deemed them to not be safety in nature and therefore did not address them. This was their choice; however, they did not disclose these potential issues to me. The lack of this information prevented me from making an informed decision. Had they told us about these issues we would not have purchased the vehicle. If I wanted to be surprised by issues with a used car I would have gone through social media to find. This specific dealership also has a failing rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Hello my name is Amanda ** and my husband Brandon ** retired veteran recently, 3 months ago purchased a 2020 Land Rover Discovery. Upon purchase my husband did a test drive but was told not to go onto the highway. When they got back to the dealership, my husband was overall happy with the vehicle and expected they did their 165 point inspection and he bought the vehicle. Later on a couple weeks later once we started driving on the highway driving approximately 70 miles an hour the vehicle stayed shaking.

My husband then looked at the tires and realized that the tires were not the grade that Land Rover tires usually come with. They were iron man tires as opposed to the Pirelli’s that Land Rover usually has. He brought the car to the dealership and he expressed his concerns about the vehicle and the shaking. They told him that it was the brakes. He said OK so they fixed the brakes and it did not fix the issue. A couple weeks later he’s driving down the road and the tread fell off of the back passenger tire on the highway, and when my husband put the spare on the vehicle, the spare was even a Pirelli spare.

Now I understand that we bought a used vehicle however we bought the used vehicle from a reputable dealership expecting to be put in a safe vehicle not a negligent unsafe vehicle. Thank goodness we did not have an accident and I was not driving and thank goodness nobody got hurt. My husband talked to the GM and he pretty much said not there is nothing he was going to do and did not want to help whatsoever they did. They did switch out the tire that the tread fell off of which caused major damage to the vehicle as you could assume and but however, they put another H rated tire on it, but they said it was a Bridgestone so it was it was. It should be fine. Now Land Rover should only have a V or a W graded tire being that it goes being that the torque and how fast the vehicle goes. We also went back to the lot and noticed a lot of tires tire had been changed out on nice luxury vehicles as ours was. Buyer beware!!

Hello. I would like to share my experience with AutoNation regarding a 2017 Chevy Sonic that I purchased at AutoNation Tempe on 10/22/2024. The vehicle was parked until March 2025, as it was a gift for my grandson’s birthday. Shortly after he began driving the vehicle, the check engine light came on. We were told we had to take it to the AutoNation Mesa service center on 07/28/2025. They stated that there were codes that needed to be repaired, and we took their word for it. We paid $1,189.36 out of pocket.

On 08/07/2025, the check engine light came on again. We returned the vehicle, and they stated additional codes had appeared and that repairing them would resolve the issue. We paid an additional $672.51 out of pocket. We picked up the vehicle on 08/28/2025, and the following day the check engine light came back on. We tried reaching them again, but at this point we were ignored. We finally took the vehicle to Courtesy Chevrolet and had to pay additional money. We were informed that AutoNation had not resolved the check engine light issues. Courtesy repaired the problem, and the vehicle has been working since. I regret not taking my vehicle there in the first place.

I reached out to AutoNation, and they reviewed the case. They stated that when we picked the vehicle up, the check engine issue was resolved. I tried to explain that if that were true, the light would not have come on three separate times and only been resolved after taking it to Courtesy Chevrolet. They did not want to take responsibility, and it appears we were charged for repairs that were not needed. I simply want others to be aware of how this company operates. I regret purchasing my vehicle there, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Do not buy Auto Nation extended warranty. It is a complete joke. I purchased a 3800.00 gold warranty on 2021 Chevy Silverado. Owned truck for 1 year of 72 month finance. I have waited over 2 months for them to refund my warranty refund. Called at least 6 times, always 10th in cue no matter time of day. Left numerous messages and emails. Today I finally get thru and was informed I will be receiving 432.00 whenever they mail it out. Could not confirm a date for the mailing. This is a complete joke. I have bought numerous cars from auto Nation and will never buy again. I will pass this experience on to everyone even thinking about a purchase from them. Buy your own warranty from a third party seller. Buyer beware!

Two months later we were in a horrible car accident that totaled the car. Since August we have been trying to get our money back from the warranty from auto nation. They have come up with every excuse under the sun to not give us the money we are owed. They claim they are waiting for our bank to send them paper work asking for the money. We have no balance at the bank. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AUTO NATION IN COCONUT CREEK.
