Stop the lies! The people there were nice. I fractured my foot and need money ASAP since I can't work. They said, "Bring your van over; we will cut you a check on the spot." So I did, we made a deal. They took possession of van. I deposited the check. The bank said there's a 7-day hold. 2 days later, Nissan Finance calls me, wanting me to make a payment or I will be charged late fees.

They already listed my van on their internet, mean time, they never paid the loan, or me yet. SELLER BEWARE. If you can wait a week and a half for your money great place, if you think you're getting your money right away, guess again. They have a process, what a joke. Called them on Tuesday, said it takes 24 to 72hrs to get paid. Never happened. I called Wednesday and told them I want my money or my van back. Said I have to talk to Carlo, and he was off. Spoke to him Thursday; now he tells me a big process takes between 7 and 10 business days.....Liars. I recommend do not make a deal with them unless it's a cashier's check on the spot....

Service Department: If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a check engine light come on my 2018 f350 diesel. Over boost condition. Adam and the service group have no clue what they are doing. I was charged nearly $400 for a diagnostic fee that included a failed turbo, oil pan gasket, rear ring and pinion, and failed track bar. After towing my vehicle from the stealership to an independent ford master mechanic, turns out I had two faulty sensors (not a failed turbo), a missing rear brake caliper bolt (not rear ring and pinon), track bar bushings and an upper oil pan gasket that needed repairs.

The dealership quoted me $14,500 in repairs for things that would not have solved the major issues causing the check engine light and over boost condition, after having a proper diagnosis of the issues i was quoted just shy of $6K in repairs. I would highly recommend not using this stealership for any sort of service moving forward. Their "best diesel mechanic" has no clue what he is doing, did not run any proper diagnostic test and was just throwing high dollar parts at a problem that would not have fixed my truck. STAY AWAY!

Went with the intention of selling my Chevy Equinox on Saturday online offer was $12400 after sitting for an hour and 45 minutes they came back with an appraiser of $9407. I expressed i was a loyal customer with my family and had purchased several auto (18) reply was that's what's worth. Well Carvana gave $12600 guess who missed out on a excellent condition - low milage - front line ready unit. Still scratching my head about the outcome. It shouldn't have take that long to be disappoint, while the representee was very cordial. also, I would think a dealership such as Auto Nation Doral would take better care of store appearance the customers chairs look like they have purchased since store open (worn - damaged) embarrassing. Completely disappointed in the process, guess I'm never going back! I think it's time for you all to think in replacing some management staff - or do what you guess do switch them to another location

Bought Jeep 90 day warranty or 4000 miles. It’s a joke. Doesn’t cover major electrical component and no rental car provided. In shop 2 week after 2 months ownership. Parts on back order no idea for time frame. Left me totally stranded. 15,000 miles on it.

I purchased a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus on May 5, 26. On the way home to Myrtle beach, I noticed some transmission issues. I called the dealership about the issue and no response. So I drove it back to Charleston (2.5 hours 1 way) for them to say they would take the car back and release the loan, that was May 12. Since then after many calls to the dealership, which I was never allowed to talk to the manager, I was told by the sales person they were working on it... How long does it take to fill out a release paper. I found out they are using my 90 day warranty to get the car fixed.... That seems crooked too. Still no car, still making payment, and have turned over the attorneys. If you read all of these BAD reviews and still buy a car there, well that's on you.... These folks LIE, and should be closed down.

Second time visiting AutoNation. They gave me a quote online, but when I arrived, they suddenly claimed issues with the vehicle to lowball the offer. Wasted an hour. I went to Carvana instead and got the full quoted price in 10 minutes. I won’t be returning to AutoNation.

Hours, time, and money wasted! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. BEWARE! Based on my experience, they showed very little regard for my time, money, or commitment as a customer. Don't waste your time with this dealership. I spent several days negotiating the purchase of a 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali. Before I ever paid for a third-party inspection, I had already informed the dealership that I intended to move forward with the purchase. The only remaining issue was correcting the tax calculation on the paperwork. Because I was committed to buying the truck, I paid $173 out of my own pocket for a third-party inspection. I also reviewed service records, obtained repair invoices, verified tax information directly with Mississippi authorities, and worked through financing and shipping details.

After the inspection was completed and the truck was returned to the dealership, I waited for the corrected paperwork. Approximately two hours after the truck returned from the inspection that I paid for, I contacted the dealership again regarding the tax correction. I was then told that another customer was looking at the truck in the showroom and was instructed to go ahead and sign the paperwork as it was, with the understanding that the tax issue would be corrected afterward. I followed that instruction.

At that point, I believed the deal was done. I had already agreed to purchase the truck, paid for an inspection, completed my due diligence, and signed the paperwork. I went to bed believing I had purchased the truck. The next morning, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to the person looking at it in the showroom right after it returned back from the third-party inspection that I paid $173.

I called the shop that I paid to do the inspection. Then this dealership kept rushing them to get the truck back because someone else wanted to look at it. They drop the truck off at 3:30 back to the dealership. I signed and returned paperwork to the dealership at 3:06pm, but they still sold it to another guy afterwards. This was one of the most disappointing vehicle-buying experiences I have ever had.

I had a great experience with Auto Nation Chevrolet on my recent visit. I went in for a total tune-up and fuel system cleaning. They sent me a video of work being performed and an inspection of my truck. They did the job in a timely manner and even gave me a ride home and picked me up after the work was done. Got to thank Aaron ** for keeping updated on the job. I will continue bringing my truck back for future work.

Was quoted an online offer to buy my car of $26,750. Vehicle was presented as represented and for no valid reasons offer was reduced to $23,317. A real bait and switch.

STAY AWAY!! AutoNation on South Broadway in Littleton, Colorado, is the most deceiving dealer I have ever come across. They do not deserve even one star: They would not honor their own website price and instead added $799 dealer handling fee (which was included already on the website price), $749 appearance protection, $749 dent protection, and $1,298 for tint and clear mask. When I was clear that I didn't want those items, they went into crickets mode. This literally was a 3-day process. By contrast, I bought a new 2026 Ram 2500 diesel from Carvana in 15 minutes - no haggling and up-front pricing. It gets delivered April 28!
