Be careful with trying to review one of their providers. I had a horrendous experience with one of their providers and provided a fact based review to them. I went back and forth with them for one month to get the review published. They sided with their provider who stated some items were contested. In the end my review was sanitized as I still wanted to provide a review for my horrible experience and warn others. My experience with Caring.com was horrible as well. The point of reviews is to be informative based upon the customer's experience. I did not have that experience with Caring.com.
Caring is a neutral host of consumer reviews, and doesn't take sides in disputes between consumers and businesses they're reviewing (nor do we don't own/manage the businesses being reviewed). When there is a fact-based dispute, we (like other reviews sites) don't offer an offline investigation to verify whose version of facts is closest to legal truth. This individual was given the opportunity to submit and publish an informative, experiential review without contested facts, in their own words.
Caring.com. If they can senior advisors or certain employees if they can take advantage of you they will. Sounds good at 1st but will disregard your best efforts if they can & will try to if given the opportunity. Do your best efforts to find a good place. They're not doing the best homework and won't. They have no regard for your loved one. Any reviews saying the opposite are lucky or are an employees.
William posted this review on several websites; we requested that he contact our team to discuss his concerns. This will enable us to research/revisit any referral calls we had with him. Our services for seniors and their families are free. I provided a review about The Harrison at Heritage in Fort Worth, TX, who was documented by ** as having only 63.3% of their staff vaccinated, and only 64.9% of residents vaccinated, specifying that I had PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE from a "nanny cam" that staff was coming into my father's room WITHOUT A MASK during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC- before he was admitted there, he repeatedly tested negative for COVID and was doing fine- then he & 9 other residents tested positive for COVID, and 10 nurses were out with COVID. This morning, HE DIED DUE TO THEIR EXTREME NEGLIGENCE. Apparently Caring.com doesn't think this is pertinent information to share with others advocating for loved ones.
Caring accepts reviews that are positive, negative or in-between, and has published tens of thousands of negative reviews publicly. We do not accept payment for review removals; we've run a high integrity consumer reviews program for over a decade. We invite you to reply to the decline notice you received to learn how you can participate in the program within the review guidelines (e.g., avoid publishing content that is potentially libelous). Please get in touch ASAP.
