Eric of Huntingdon Valley PA (01/07/09) I have a 2004 Infiniti G35X sedan. It now has 36000 miles on it and I am replacing the brakes and rotors for the second time. This is clearly an engineering and safety problem which infiniti has refused to reamedy. Just add me to the long list of dissatisfied infiniti customers.
Brakes and Rotors continue to fail prematurely.

L. of Oceanside CA (12/22/08) I have a 2004 FX35 Infiniti. At 60,000 miles I started noticing that the dashboard (black) started bubling and now, at 67,000 miles it looks pretty bad. I recently had the car serviced and pointed it out the problem to the service manager who said that my problem wasn't unique to me and to replace the dashboard would be quite expensive. The other problem is the Fuel gauge. It only registers 3/4 full when ever I fill up the gas tank. Consiquently I don't know if I really need to fill the tank up when the low light comes up. To replace the fuel gauge would cost over 1,000.
These are very costly problems. Infinity should stand behind their product for good customer relations. I for one, will probably not purchase another car from Infiniti...

Chuck of Kemah TX (12/06/08) My 2004 infinity FX35's dash is starting to bubble up exactly like the person in one of the previous email's. Not cheap to replace either! Dealership said the same thing...manufacture glue issue and just after 60K miles. But not warrantable...If anyone know's a way to get infiniti to pay for it please send me an email, sounds like there are many others having this problem. It has completely changed my mind about infiniti and the way consumers are treated when buying there top of the line product.

Travis of Enterprise AL (11/18/08) My 2005 fx35 61k with dash defects, looks like bumps or bubbles.defective glue is what the service dealerships are saying and have had many like this., According to dealerships this seems to happen after the 60k mile warranty. I have 61k miles and infiniti will not replace dash, Consumer affairs after giving me the run around for 3 wks did nothing.
Infiniti , in my opinion not leading a standard for excellence this very bad customer service.. It's not covered under my extended warranty that I purchased in Jan. where I bought the car. I'm told that are numerous known cases dealing / same issue with infiniti automobiles. I want my vehicle repaired. There should be a recall /I'm reporting to BBB and CNN. Please contact me with info on this issues. I want to start a petition asking them to do what is right, I really love my fx, but this just lowers my experience with inifniti and will not purchase another vehicle from them. I hope many fill follow .
Joseph of Oceanside, CA November 18, 2008
Joseph of Oceanside CA (11/18/08) I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe that is having the problem where the AC/Heat Controls, Stereo Controls, are basically useless. I was told by Infiniti Consumer Affairs today that my VIN number didn't qualify me for the Voluntary Service Campaign on 2003 G35 Coupes and Sedans, that Infiniti instituted to replace the Audio Finisher Circuit Board, whose symptomos are exactly what is happening with my car.
Now I am left to contact Consumer Affairs, the dealer where it was first purchased, and everyone else in between.
My wife and I have 2 jobs, and only one car. If this car isn't working, one of us is going to lose their job! Not to mention the hazard that not having interior dash lights, as well as, any control over the heating and air system poses!
