Life Alert Emergency Response, Inc. today withdrew its claim of trademark
infringement against ConsumerAffairs.com, Inc. Life Alert had earlier
withdrawn claims of libel and unfair competition.
The litigation has been dismissed and the parties have reached an amicable resolution of their disputes.
