Have a 2024 Frontier ext cab, having issues with wind noise and dust accumulation on rear doors. Dealer replaced door seal twice, no difference, involved Nissan rep., 6 months later after dealer pressure they finally responded back and cleared up misunderstanding. ** me having not had Nissan before expected it to be similar to other vehicles I have had. Turns out that Nissan says that door seals are not put on with any functionality expected, basically eye candy and I should not expect for seals to touch vehicle surfaces. Was informed that they have no plans to fix and I can just STFU about it. THIS WILL BE MY LAST NISSAN.

2024 Nissan Frontier. My work bought 8 of these for us to use as service trucks. Mine the tranny went out at 65000 so they gave me another. The tranny is going out on it at 67000. The cruise control while going up mountain passes just shuts itself off instead of gearing down to maintain speed which is a safety hazard if you have cars behind you 'cause you just lost all your speed. The sensors that control the cruise control we’ve had to replace them in 4 out 8 trucks. The truck has 310 horsepower but my lawn mower would beat it off the line you never get to use most of the power. Gears are not right.

Purchasing a pre-owned Nissan Frontier Pro-4X from this dealership has been nothing short of a frustrating and disappointing experience. The vehicle came equipped with a clearly defective infotainment system—the Apple CarPlay is nonfunctional, and the Bluetooth connectivity freezes constantly, making even basic use unreliable.
What makes this situation worse is Nissan corporate’s response. Offering a mere $300 voucher toward an aftermarket replacement for a factory-installed unit that costs approximately $2,400 is not just inadequate it’s insulting. This is a vehicle that cost over $25,000, yet neither the dealership nor the manufacturer seems willing to take meaningful responsibility for delivering a properly functioning product.
This level of customer service reflects a complete disregard for quality and accountability. Instead of standing behind their vehicle, they’ve chosen to offer a token solution that fails to address the actual issue. Their reasoning was that the radio was old from 2022. Get that 2022 which is only 4 years ago hahahah. As a result, I’m left making payments on a truck with a defective system that should have been fixed or replaced without hesitation. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership and think carefully before purchasing a Nissan. Based on this experience, both the product quality and customer support fall far below acceptable standards.

Updated on 07/10/2026: Stay away from Nissan USA. Horrible, horrible company. I repeat do not purchase anything from Nissan. Stay away from Nissan vehicles. I have documented info about this company. Who tried pay me off with hush money which I refused. This was to keep me quiet about a horrible product in 2023 Nissan Frontier we had leased and had nothing but problems. We had a $45,000 mi lease on it. It was in the garage more than we had it. We didn't put 30,000 miles on it. And then after we turned it in and paid off the lease early. We tried to negotiate the turning fee of 395 being that we'd had so many problems. They sent us a lot of refusing it and said we signed the contract agreeing to pay this. Before we could send a check out they turned it into collection agency.
We have all documentation pictures and video of everything it was going on with the vehicle. They replaced numerous sensors and completely and the rear end of the vehicle. It never fixed it because they couldn't find a code when it went to the garage. We ended up paying garage service work fees. At one time three months into leasing and it being in the garage more than we had it they had agreed to give us another lease vehicle or purchase that one from us. Allowing us to lease another one. And then they put a litigator on the case and refuse to work with us. I would upload pictures and receipts here but there are too many. And Nissan received all the documentation from us that is that that they. After a while the email we had to send to we started getting a do not reply to.
It is no wonder that this company is working in the red and has so many lawsuits against them. And our last conversation they told us to go ahead and sue them if we want and sent us the information for where we should have our lawyer contact.. And they refuse to give me the recordings which I requested of the conversations and phone calls we've had to them of which they said this call may be recorded for customer service. So I asked for the recordings because they were really nasty on some of the recordings and I wanted them in case I did decide to sue. We have decided it's not worth it the fact that they invited us to sue them. And after looking up how many lawsuits they have against them they have a massive amount of litigators. This company is going under for a good reason. No customer service.
Original Review: At least a Nissan Frontier and 2023 immediately had problems with it. Electronic. They replaced sensors and including the rear end we're never able to fix the problem as they could never find codes. We had a case opened up with Nissan. To either buy back. Or give us another lease vehicle of the same. They ended up switching the person we were dealing with at Nissan and giving us another person who basically sent me a non-disclosure offering to pay me $1,500 to keep my mouth shut by signing it. I would have to agree not to ever bring anything against Nissan Acura any other dealerships or affiliates. And they denied the fact it was anything wrong with the vehicle despite the fact I sent them several pictures of the dash lights on ABS etc and videos as well as took it to my local Nissan dealership but because they could never pull a code they would not fix it. It was costing me money every time it went in to the dealership.
I ended up filing with the national highway traffic safety council contacting my insurance showing them the pictures of my dash and giving them the heads up that if my ABS or airbags should feel in an accident they know in advance. In short I would never ever buy another Nissan vehicle. I do understand the dealerships can only do what they can do if they can't pull a code. I was told by a mechanic who's dealt with a lot of this that is most likely the computer.Nissan refuse to just put a computer in it and be done with it. I am still having the problems. Periodically lights will come on a dash. It will light up like a Christmas tree. Periodically I'll go out to start it and the battery will be dead and I'll have to boost it but I will not go back to the dealership because they will do nothing for me.
A Nissan is the worst company I've ever dealt with the despite the fact that I've been purchasing new Nissan since 2014. I've spent over $150,000 in vehicles with them. Never again. We purchased my family for brand new Nissans in 2014. Despite the fact I'm still having problems. I will be turning this vehicle in at the end of April as the lease is up. I write this review to inform others walk away from Nissan. There's lots of other companies out there although you may have a good dealership. The corporate company is horrible to work with if you have a problem they will not help you I hear they're in the red and we're going to have a merge you with Honda but because of this Honda backed out they are not a good company.

So after purchasing a 2025 Nissan Frontier Crew cab SL 4x4 I noticed that higher speeds that there was the vibration going through the truck. As I took it into the dealership the dealership noticed that the tires were the problem and that corporate put on the frontier were not supposed to be on my truck as mine comes in much heavier than the king cab. After calling consumer affairs they called the dealership and said they are not wanting or willing to swap out something that is unsafe So what I was told was to deal with it and they are not willing to swap out the tires. The dealership nor corporate office so it seems to me that Nissan likes to sell high-priced vehicles that are unsafe for people to drive. So be aware before you buy a Nissan.

I purchased a 2024 Nissan Frontier. I'm giving it a one star. I live on a 30 mile dirt road and the amount of dust that I get in the vehicle is insane. I take pride in keeping my vehicles clean on the inside but this is impossible with this truck. It has been looked at by dealer and they can't find anything wrong. It's a very poor design and I should have gone to gm. The truck does get good mileage and looks good but that doesn't make up for the design flaw.

2023 Frontier sv 4x4. Like many the dealer finance department screwed with the paperwork, hide one $400.00 item for glass etching I refused to pay for, plus the 2.9% really isn't it's way higher, should have gone to the closing with a lawyer and a accountant, the salesman had the gall to say to me "You are going to get a email with a questionnaire, CALL me when you get it. So I can tell you how I want it filled out." 4 weeks later, while way on a long vacation, where there is zero cell phone or computer access, he calls leaving a voice mail, "I need that form filled out today, please call me today so I can tell you how to fill it out."
From day one the truck has had electrical issues with the radio. On first start or restart it goes into basic settings, going from USB music to 710 am, making me wait as long as 5 mins to get back to where it had been when last used, I have photos of the problem that doesn't help. The Michelin PRIMACY LTX tires have had slow leaks from day one losing 5 pounds a week, and are the worst of that brand I have had, 4000 miles and worn almost 33%, wet traction forgetaboutit, OEM tires are summer thread on a 4x4?? And yes I have had a tire shop tank check for leaks nothing found, they just leak very slowly.
The selling dealer is 40 miles away, asking for a WAIT appointment. I was told they don't allow waits, that I would have to leave the truck all day possibly longer, telling them I lived 40 miles away and had no way back home, I was told "That's my problem, we don't give loaners", and all warranty work had to be preapproved by Nissan. ** I'm a retired ASE/Audi/ VW master tech, retired dealer service manager. Called Nissan customer service, OMG what a run around, zero help. End result a 5-month-old truck is for sale, 1st and last Nissan ever.

Do not buy a new Nissan!!! My 2022 nissan Frontier was rear-ended on Sept 23 2022. It messed up the frame ,trailer hitch, bumper and tail gate. Can't get the frame or trailer hitch and they have no ETA on when they can. So I'm driving around a brand new wrecked truck that I shouldn't be driving but have no choice cause I can't get it fixed $17 000 in damages. Allstate or Nissan aren't any help at all! The body shop said it could be months. I'll never buy another Nissan!!!!

In Oct. 2020 I purchased a brand new Nissan Frontier, everything was fine with it until April 6 of this year 2022. While on our way home from Church the truck stalled out, started to smoke, caught fire and exploded three times. We filed a claim with our insurance company and received a settlement from them and the dealership that we purchased the truck from worked with us, however we still were not able to replace everything we lost on the truck. I tried reaching out to Nissan consumer affairs however they refused to help in any way. I tried reaching out to Nissan North America but no one even answers the phone. I have filed a claim with the BBB but am not holding out alot of hope. My advice is that if you expect Nissan to stand behind there products you are very mistaken.

Ok, so I bought a brand new 2018 Nissan Frontier 4x4 SV Crew Cab, $35k, what i started to pay for a Ford F150 XLT, now I wish I had bought a Ford. This Frontier has so many problems, bluetooth connects when it wants to or I have to shut off ignition and restart to get it to sync with my phone, drivers window regulator keeps goin bad and now with the 3rd regulator my door creaks, window keeps making a popping sound, and glass will tilt like it's about to fall out, back up camera works when it wants to, engine idles very rough when A/C is on, at 11k miles I started getting a shake like a tire out of balance. Now 21k miles later.. 11 tire balances and 1 new tire I still have shake and mismatched tires, a squeaking noise has developed up front somewhere and sounds like a bird chirping. Dealership is unable to fix issues, DONT BUY Nissan. Prob solved.
