VIP Traveler was fantastic to deal with. Selecting a package was straightforward. They had a promotion on a hotel, which is why we went with that. I was able to book online but I called VIP just to confirm. And I had some questions. It was the first time I had used the company. So, there was an agent available who walked me through the process and addressed any questions I had. They were prompt and very easy to work with. The website was very easy to navigate. So, it’s been good so far.

VIP Traveler was easy to use and it was easy to book too. But after booking, there wasn’t much communication to the point where you got worried. Because it was third party booking. So, there was just a little bit of concern over that. The place itself was great and beautiful. We're considering going back there. We're wondering why more people don't know about this specific location. But we had a fabulous experience. We did the upgrade to The Premier Club. Everyone at the resort, employee-wise, was wonderful.

Everything's been very easy in booking and selecting the package. We booked for two people. It's five days and four nights for about 2,499. It also came with a free massage and golf cart, all-inclusive.

There was a deal online that VIP Traveler was doing and Luxury Escapes was doing as well, but VIP Traveler's deal was better for the resort that I was getting my money's worth. VIP Traveler does the research for you for the destination you're going so you don't have to worry about all the fine details and the nuances of traveling to a specific destination. There are a lot of the fine print details that no one sees, but they make sure they take care of that. They told me about the travel declaration form that I had to make sure I did before and after I left. I didn't even know about that. The seaplane transfer fees normally end up to be about $1,000 each way. Those were all covered for me. They offered complimentary massages and the Instagram floating breakfast. Those weren't even offered to most people that I saw when I was at the resort.
It is a fantastic package and program that VIP Traveler offers because then people don't have to take the traditional route of contacting these resorts and doing a half board or full board or all-inclusive. They made it very easy for me because everything was all-inclusive. Everything was a pleasant experience when we were there. With all the amenities that were offered for us when we were at our stay, it was perfect. The over-water villa was fantastic. It had the sunset view, exactly what my wife and I were expecting. The staff was friendly. The resort that VIP Traveler had a package deal for was fantastic. It's the staff that makes the experience more memorable.

Our flight got canceled and we weren't able to rebook within the timeframe of the trip. We had to contact VIP Traveler before the trip to move our trip and they were very helpful. We were able to move our trip seamlessly. We loved our trip so much. Now, we booked the exact trip with friends.

My experience with VIP Traveler was good. I was looking at Maldives deals, and the new resort that was out there was a really great price. I booked online and it was easy.

I just found VIP Traveler on Facebook and took the chance, and it was wonderful. My experience was phenomenal and I'm even looking at their website to take future trips.

I've had a positive experience overall so far. The website was user-friendly, and it was easy to book a package. I hadn't explicitly gone on the hotel's website to compare the rates, but when looking at other similar dates around the time, the hotel prices seemed comparable, but there were lots of additional features with meals and transportation services that were included in the VIP offering.

I was gonna use VIP Traveler recently and it didn't end up working out, but three years ago, it was so easy. I had about a couple of back-and-forths by email. I had to change the date, and it ended up working out. The customer service was great, and it was a really great vacation. This time, the selection has tiers of options, the main ones and the less refined ones. We tried to do it with this one option and the dates were a little all over the place and we were suggested to move it a few times. It was a little frustrating because of the adjustments that were requested. The first time we moved it to the suggested date, which was 48 hours later, it was already taken, and then the other dates were more expensive.
One thing I've noted is that I'll keep looking at the site and the main options, and if something comes up, I know to jump on it fast and be really clear about the dates and definitely make sure I look to ensure that the date I'm looking for doesn't have a surcharge for the seasonality. Besides that, the costs are all good for not only the location but also the lack of planning that I would need to do as in I would pay more to not have to plan out 'cause everything has been planned for me. Even with that cost, overall, it's even a little less because of the less amount of work that I am required to do.
VIP Traveler has offers that are very kid-friendly, and I'm trying to plan out a third trip. So now, I have to not only scour to ensure I make a decision quick and check for surcharges, but I am also looking for more understanding of child-friendly options. The previous one that we ended up not going with was very child-friendly, so now that's a prerequisite for me going forward. I wish that would be clearer in the initial updates they provide and new options and opportunities.
Hey Jesse, thanks for your feedback. You’re referring to VIP Exclusives, which are literally “blink and you miss it’ special offers. As they are heavily discounted fixed packages, and limited in availability, they are more restrictive than if you book a custom trip. So yes, if you need to change dates, it depends on availability at that time. For options that are Kid Friendly, consider joining VIP+ for access to a personal Travel Stylist and custom bookings.

I know some people who said they've been to Vegas from VIP Traveler, and it was great. They said, “The room was really good.” I booked the Punta Cana package for June and it was easy. I did it online and I called them up to make sure. The reps answered right away, and they were very nice and friendly. For the price of my package, my room was upgraded and it's all inclusive with the better hotels.
Hey Alicia, this sounds like you’re actually giving us a 5-star review! Perhaps you hit the wrong button accidentally? Glad you enjoyed your experience!

We like the deal that VIP Traveler presented. We were looking at going to the Maldives, and they had a deal presented. It was simple. Overall, I was very satisfied. I like the ease of booking and contacting them, and the whole process was easy. They took care of everything.

After I spoke to a VIP Traveler rep, she sent me a link and then I paid that way. Selecting a package was good. I knew what I wanted. It's just that there were all of these fees from where we stayed. It said $4,999, and it ended up being like $7,000. It's crazy because when they say $4,999, it depends on the time when you're traveling and the date that you want, and then the price will change. Other than that, the vacation was good and I may be using VIP again.

VIP Traveler had the promotion at Dubai at the time. And we would go to Dubai. But just the travel, the layover, and the lag, and having two children in school and trying to piece that together is what made us go to Belize instead of Dubai. But we were still able to use our credit towards a trip to Belize in May. I spoke with an agent because I had to make a change. He was great. He helped us get a transfer. It was a three-day process because it was a process of him working with the resort. He just had to wait for them to confirm. He emailed me and kept me up to date on everything that went on.

VIP Traveler has a good reputation. I followed the link. When I had some questions, I called the rep. VIP Traveler was helpful and provided me the information I needed. They gave everything I needed to know about the package. They let me know what the vacation would be like. Just technology they bring where you can please your life yourself going on that vacation.

We booked an all-inclusive with VIP Traveler for December and it was super easy. It was for Live Aqua Beach Resort in the Dominican Republic. The actual package listed out all of the amenities that included such as butler service, drinks and upgrades. We got a good deal.

VIP Traveler has two options. We could book now-pay now, and pay now-book later. Because we didn't know what dates, I chose the option of pay now-book later. That was great. Knowing how much it was. It included some VIP perks such as the seaplane transfer from the airport to the resort. There was a a special breakfast included. I received an email confirmation saying, “We received your payment. Here's your details. Reach out to us via email when you're ready with your dates, and we'll check with the resort to make sure they're available.” And that's exactly what we did. I spoke with a gentleman named Chris because I had a few questions regarding some other stuff, so I was able to schedule some time with him and he was able to help me. We had such a positive experience, I was able to book another trip.

VIP Traveler's customer service was good. Like the one time I had to go on their website and ask a question, they got back to me quickly. They replied to my emails quickly as well. And I found every time they said, "You'll get the reservation code by this time," or like, "This reservation code is for this," it was very detailed and on time, which is sometimes what you usually don't get. It's good.

We happened to find VIP Traveler, and we thought it was a great deal. It was a discounted price on the actual stay. We were on our honeymoon. We wanted to go somewhere tropical like Bali, and it ended up working out with the dates that we had free to travel. Booking online was easy.

I got a Bali package from VIP Traveler and it was fairly easy. Everything was done online. However, the one time I needed something, they were a little slow to respond. I ended up working directly with the hotel and the other vendors. It was also expensive.
Hey Imani, was this about the change to your day tour start time? We do encourage our travelers to liaise directly with the hotel or tour company once they are there on the ground - it’s always easier and faster! Glad you worked out the timing difference.

VIP Traveler has good deals and I didn't have any problems when I asked for a refund. I canceled and didn't take the trip, and they fully refunded my money. The booking process online was easy, but then they didn't take Amex and that was an issue for me. I just used another credit card to pay for it. Then they said I had 30 days to ask for a refund, so I did. The trip was for Bali. It was 3,999 for two people for nine days. It said it was plus taxes and fees and it was another 1,000. They have some amazing destinations but when I clicked on the link for the Bali things, I didn't see a bunch of different ones I could choose from. As far as the accommodations, they were all like 5-star hotels from what the pictures look like. There were two different hotels in Bali. One was in the jungle and one was on the beach, and they looked fantastic.

I booked a reservation about a month ago and I just did everything online. I’ve been communication with VIP Traveler’s third party through email about the transportation to and from the airport for my upcoming reservation. The communication has been lacking on VIP Traveler’s end. All I got was a confirmation email about my itinerary. Beyond that, it's been quiet and I had to reach out to them about travel adjustments just because of the flight times that I'm arriving to my destination and layovers. They could work on their communication a little bit better.

The two different people who helped me out were very patient. It was my first time so I made a lot of mistakes. I didn’t know what I was doing. They provided a lot of information, were very flexible and knowledgeable. They gave me all the details I needed to know upfront. So, I appreciate that. I’m hoping that when I go on the trip, everything is gonna be perfect. The bookings were very straightforward. I’d still call to get clarity if everything I saw in the fine print were included or if there was some hidden fees or something that I wasn't aware of. But it’s self-explanatory and easy to navigate. You're able to work your way through it. I wish VIP Traveler would give me some points for a recommended friend. My friend was trying to do the Costa Rica one and she had paid but VIP Traveler told her that the hotels had sold out. My other friend was going to the Maldives. I dragged her on that one too.

VIP Traveler is easy and cost-effective. We got the Maldives all-inclusive for six nights package. I didn't complete booking the date and somebody reached out to me after that. They made sure I knew that it hadn't gone to completion.

Like VIP Traveler said, flexible dates, book now, choose the dates later. It seemed too good to be true. The first trip I did was last year to Bali. They don't have that offer anymore. But I had to change the date a couple of times and it was no issue to do it. The person responded on the weekend. They responded immediately to my email. And they gave me a number to call also on the weekend availability. When I arrived at the airport, I couldn't find where the people were meeting me that were supposed to take me from the airport. So, I emailed. And even though it was in the middle of the night here in the US, I got a response back almost right away.
Everything went great. They emailed a bit before the trip dates with a checklist of, "Here's what to expect. And here's what your trip includes. Here's some phone numbers to contact. Here's some local taxi companies." The second trip didn't include a pick-up from the airport, but that was clearly stated. Everything went smoothly. After I took the first trip, there was no promotion. But the second trip I took, I invited friends to come with us. There was a small token. The trips are not cheap. So, it was not a lot. But it was a 100 bucks off.

My sister found the deal, and we tried it out and we liked how easy it was to apply and book our trip. It went smoothly. That's why we booked again for this year. VIP Traveler had the deal for Punta Cana. It's five days. It came out $2,100 for two people.

I'm going to Maldives and I booked the all-inclusive seven-day over-the-bungalow suite with VIP Traveler. Selecting the package wasn't bad. I just couldn't understand most of it online, and because I couldn't do it online, I had to call them and they did direct me on how to book it. I booked it, and it was smooth. There was a promotion, but then it was half board. It wasn't full package and it was me and my husband's 25th wedding anniversary, so we did the full package.
The rep was very nice. She explained everything into details and directed me to the website and explained to me that until I receive a confirmation, it doesn't mean everything is a done deal because they had to contact the hotel and make sure that the hotel is available then. She explained that I shouldn't buy my ticket any time soon until I get a confirmation. So, everything was very clear. Initially, when we called her, it was like I was bothering her, which I didn't like it but I really liked the package and my husband really wanna take me to Maldives, so I overlooked it.
I just think that should change because I spent over $7,000 buying this package. At least I should have gotten a warm stuff. She probably thought I wasn't gonna buy but it took a while for her to warm up to me, which wasn't nice. My husband and I and my friend travel a lot. It's our hobby. This is the first time I found out about VIP. So, who knows we could change to VIP? But her response wasn't warming to me. I really needed the Maldives to go because it's my dream come true, so I just overlooked her bad habits. So far, everything is good.
