Our rental car experiences were easy, peasy! We love the convenience of rental car booking with the TURO app. A good variety of cars in Honolulu. We have rented value cars, rugged Jeeps and even a supped up Kia Optima! Great communication with most renters. Fantastic service!

Hands down the very best experience renting a car I have ever had. All it was get on the app, order the car, pay for it and they bring it to you and they pick it up. It was easy as handing me the keys and handing them back. Highly recommend Turo vs the regular guys. I will always read through Turo now.

Had an amazing experience renting a car from Turo. Paid way less and they better selections compared to other car rentals. I would definitely recommended Turo to anyone that wants to rent a car for a fast, week or months. Definitely would be back renting another car through them.

Benjamin administrated his piece of the rental in a very responsible manner. The car was mechanically sound. It had some scrapes and dents, but for what I needed it was great. Benjamin was on time, polite and professional. I would rent from him again.

I was cautioned by Danielle when we spoke before I rented her car that she hadn’t had a chance to clean the car, and it showed. So I overlooked that. I tried to adjust the angle of the driver’s seat back but the lever was inoperable so I was forced to drive in an uncomfortable position. Other than those issues, it was a decent lower cost alternative to renting a car and convenient to where I was staying.

I was so happy when I found out about Turo, it is very beneficial cheap and plus you can rent your dream car at the same time. Happy customer! I would recommend this app to everyone, so much better than renting a car from other places.

The good- booking was easy and the staff was friendly. The bad - The car seats were stained. Almost didn't want to sit down on them. I had to drop them off downtown after I was told I didn't need to. When returning the car I was told 2 different things so I wasn't sure what to do.

My 1st Turo experience was great! It was super convenient and time saving to be picked up/dropped off at the curb and avoid the car rental counter. My host was very responsive and the 2011 mini van I rented was super clean and drove the same as a new rental car for a significant savings over renting from a rental agency ($100-$300). I look forward to my next Turo rental!

Great service. Cheaper than traditional car rentals especially for additional/ underage drivers. The calculation of the prices get a little odd but at the end of the day it was still cheaper. At the end of the day I still would definitely use Turo again.

Although it was very convenient to and from the airport for one I have yet to receive my money back from catching the Lyft there after I have requested it for 3 times during my trip. Then I could not run the air in the scorching heat because the car kept running hot after it being on for 5-10 minutes so this made my commute miserable. I ended up just parking the car my whole trip and using my fathers car. Only convenience was he did not have to deal with LA traffic taking me to and from the airport.

I was a great experience for my mother and I. I rented a Corvette for her for her birthday. It was very easy and simple and I was able to rent an amazing car for great price. The variety of vehicles on Turo is huge. And with all the abundance of filters to choose from there’s no way to rent the wrong vehicle. Even if you're the pickiest person in the world.

This is a Great app! My coworker told me about using it. So I used it in Vegas cause I only needed the car for a day trip! It was so much fun to use and easy! We rented a convertible for a fraction of the cost of a regular car rental place for the BMW!!

I used Turo for the very first time recently. I must say, the experience was simply wonderful - almost too good to be true. From making a selection on the app all the way to returning the car, everything was a breeze. The app is easy to use; everything was itemized clearly. In addition, the host (Karina) was a pleasure to work with. No guesswork and no hassle. Kudos to Turo. This may have been my first time but it definitely won’t be my last time.

I have to admit Turo is More interactive and accessible than other sites. I like the interaction I got between myself and the host.. have taken 5 or 6 trips with Turo and though not all were perfect the one constant was communication on all sides.. and very flexible and reasonably priced. I was especially impressed with how house for rent increase I might have had or has we were always cordial and professional fat along with price of the rentals in the flexibility and when you can pick up the vehicle exit one of the best sites around.

Bounced around to different people for a delivery credit of $30. Got the car at night and in the morning saw a screw in front tire, host gave me the car with bald front tires!! Would like a refund. William **

After I got the car I wish I would have rented from someone else. The owner was not helpful when I noticed a nail in the tire. I was trying to find out where to get it fixed and he was very unhelpful. I finally took the car to a shop and had it fixed. He than keep telling me how I am to make sure I wash and vacuum the car out. "If there is pollen on the car it must be washed before returning the car". As of right now I don't think I will ever use Turo again.

I love Turo because of the selection of vehicles and the value for the rental of a vehicle. It’s so much more affordable than traditional car rental companies. Owners tend to be easy to communicate with and are there should you have issues or concerns. The Turo app is easy to use and makes traveling to new destinations and renting a vehicle a super enjoyable experience!

My experience with Turo was great. The host was very friendly and everything was very easy and straightforward. We rented one Honda accord and it was a good experience. I lost my phone during the trip and I found it hard to connect to turo customer service sometimes. I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes two times but overall it was a good experience.

The app sets up everything, very convenient and cost effective. I received what I was told I was going to get and very easy to navigate the App. I highly recommend Turo, no questions unanswered when using Turo, I will definitely tell all my friends, thank you.

Hi. We enjoyed renting through Turo but my friend Susan ** who put this on her debit card hasnt received her deposit back. Otherwise we would have given you five stars. We didnt damage the car in any way. Returned it same day. Eight hour rental for day trip. Left it with same amount of gas I got when I picked it up. Please tell us why we havent received our deposit back. Thank you. Otherwise very good experience.

I really liked renting from Turo. I rent cars from the rental car company all the time but you cant pick the exact car you want like Turo. Also the wide range of car allows you to drive a car that you wouldn’t be able to drive on your own. I will definitely rent cars more often.

It was really great. Mohammad was a great guy to rent from. Car was really clean and nice. Would recommend to others and would also rent from TURO again. Rates were good and service was great. Overall it was a great experience.

I have use Turo couple of times now, and I have always enjoyed the service between the app and the Turo hosts. Every time that I have used it, there seems to be something new with the app or requirements (all for the better of course). Turo is a great, convenient service for renting a car. I would definitely use Turo again in the future. We were able to get a great deal on renting a car through Turo, and the car was everything that we expected it to be. The only thing I did not like was that pickup/dropoff from the airport was a little challenging because we had to meet the renter in the shuttle area of the airport. This is not really the fault of Turo, which is why I still gave the service 5 stars.

This was the first time that I actually booked a vehicle through TURO and it could not have been better. The price was very good, the booking went flawlessly and the vehicle pick up and return went very smoothly. Will use again for sure.

They let me rent a vehicle, but for some reason wasn't comfortable with my identity so I had to upload all kinds of stuff... and still don't know if they're happy. I was very pleased with the person I rented the vehicle from and was very pleased with the service provided. I just wish that they would have been more stringent from the beginning about the identification process instead of in the middle of me renting a vehicle.

Do you all REALLY have a customer service department? It seems like you all are selling empty promises to get back to me within a timely manner (which it’s also supposed to be scheduled). It’s such a hassle and I’ve had multiple encounters with associates promising a call back from a “specialist” but nope nothing how disappointing. Do you know why APPLE is the best? Not because of their product. It’s their customer service and you all have HORRIBLY failed. I’ve never experienced any OVER complicated customer service that is worse than this. This could’ve been a great app if your customer service was anything other than what it is! A good idea gone to waste because good customer service is what keeps people coming back.

Super easy to use Turo, I’m so glad I found this app before our Hawaii vacation, saved me $200!! I will for sure be using Turo again in the future. Thanks for saving me a lot of money and making our trip even better!!

The process to book was simple, along with adding insurance and other optional features with rental cars. The pickup and return instructions were easy and my host was more than accommodating on showing me the features of the car. I highly recommend using this service and will definitely do it again when I need to rent a car!

Car owner was friendly and accommodating of drop off and return times. The concept of driving someone’s personal car soon fades when the owner turns over the keys. At that point it feels like a rental. Online communication using Turo's messaging was key to staying in touch with the owner and vice versa.

Nice follow to make a reservation. But I needed to help more when I got in trouble with my reservation. I recommend that you have a chat page on your site. So we could tell details of our troubles and easy to understand, especially for the first experience.

Easy setup to rent and Turo helps pick out all star providers that help choose which providers to use. Very satisfied and will plan on renting again. I wanted to rent a Tesla to see if I was really interested in purchasing one. Rented a Model X for two days and it was a blast. Next vehicle will be a Tesla!

This was my first experience using Turo and it was a positive one! It was straightforward and clear about charges, I liked that it had you take mandatory photos upon check-in and drop off. It is also nice that you can exchange messages within the app with the cars owner if any questions or problems arise.

Turo is great! It's a cheaper way of finding a car to rent rather than going through larger car rental companies. Pick up and drop off was easy. I rented a car for over a week that cost almost half of what I would pay at a big company. My host was super nice and helped me along the way as it was my first time! I highly recommend Turo.

My experience overall could not have went better. I found a great car at a great price and had an awesome time. Turo was very easy to use. My only slight issue I suppose was that it didn't show me all of the cars in my area at first. After I chose a vehicle it showed me "other vehicles I might be interested in" and I actually probably would have chosen one of those if I was given the chance.

I was a bit hesitant to use this but once I saw how simple it was, I went ahead and rented a Slingshot from this site. Bear in mind, my first rental turned sour because of the renter not responding. So I contacted Turo, they went ahead and tried to contact the renter with no luck. They immediately set me up with another Slingshot renter. That turned out so smoothly and I was able to enjoy the slingshot on time for a group ride. I was very pleased with their services and I will be using them again for renting a camaro! One thing I would like to suggest to add is a "What are you searching for? i.e. Camaro, Porsche, Slingshot...." on their website. That would help me narrow down my search more. But great website!!! Very well coordinated and met my satisfaction by far!

At first my experience was terrible because I booked a car that was listed under “instant booking”. After a 50 min ride there, he canceled because he told me that he did not approve it. So I could not use his car and told me I had to find my own way to cancel it. He was very rude and inconsiderate of the time and gas it took to get there. My experience then turned around when a Representative from Turo was able to book me another car, although it sucked that I had to drive another 50 minutes. But they booked Pablo’s car and Pablo was excellent and even waited for me to come although the booking was last minute.

My experience was fantastic. Cheaper than rental car companies by a lot. Convenient pickup. They met us at our arrival terminal, took us to a lot to take pictures of the car and we were on our way. The return was the reverse. So dang easy. Friendly service too. 10/10 will use Turo again!

I was nervous to use this service at first because we’re all so accustomed to the more well-known car rental services but Turo offered to meet me at the airport and was half as expensive as the other rental services, including additional insurance! I wish the app/website was a little more clear and upfront about what to do and how to do it. I didn’t realize the app automatically entered the home address of the vehicle owner and not the airport for the pick up and drop off. Luckily, he was super understanding and didn’t seem annoyed with helping me along the way.

I love them. They're the best when you need a car. Turo has nice cars and they runs great, don’t have problems with the cars, they drive very good, runs smooth, nice cars. If you ever in the need to get a car this company has the key.

Very easy to deal with and very cooperative especially with response times. Needed a car to use for trip to Maine the next day and other options of rentals were either closed for the next day or simply far and out of reach. Very conveniently in my home town too so it made things very easy. Would recommend again.

The vehicle that I rented was great just as it was pictured on the site. The host had the car waiting for me at the airport on time and in great shape. Returned the car back to the airport on time with no problems.

Most cars I've rented on Turo are great. Some have been terrible. When I find a bad car Turo is very responsive in correcting the issue. Find a renter you trust and that will be a good relationship if you treat their cars well. I'll keep renting for sure.

The app wasn't as clear as I would've like when trying to return the vehicle early. It wasn't easy to update arrival or allow me to end the trip early so that I could take final pictures, etc. Even though it was established with the Host during pick up(that I would be back early), the arrival time in the app (6:30 pm) was still past drop off (1 pm) and trying to change that myself looked like it would result in a charge (for less usage). I would've preferred an option to "End My Trip" early since I dropped off early, which would've helped prompt the final trip photos, etc. which it had not done for me until later.

I for sure was very skeptical about it at first because it was my first time using this app. But this app is LEGIT. It is so easy to find a car and communicate with the people and the rates are very reasonable as well. Also, you CAN use your own current insurance, you don't have to get insurance through the app. Overall, a great experience and would definitely use this app again in the future.

The experience with the Jeep rental was great all around. The owner of the car was professional and communicative. Process went smoothly. Only problem was the app was down a few times with an error message and I had to call Turo Cust Service. The rep was very helpful though.

I am so glad a platform such as Turo has come along. The big car rental companies are so non-customer friendly! Plus they are very inflexible and their prices are way too high. Turo has wide variety of choices and because we are dealing directly with the cars’ owners, they have a vested interest in making us happy as well. This was the first time using Turo, as well as driving a modified Jeep. It was a fun experience and cheaper than renting from a local off-road company. I will definitely consider using Turo in the future for rentals. There are milage limitations, which can be an issue, so be mindful about that (same with any rental).

I had read the negative reviews, specifically alluding to money-hungry/shady owners and Turo having little to no resolve for customer service. I should have listened. I have been trying to resolve a dispute for damage claimed after the 24 hr period within their policy, and I have yet to receive a call from a representative and have been ignored after setting up calls and responding to correspondences twice. BEWARE! Do not utilize this company unless necessary.

I rented Danielle’s Jeep!!! We drove to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a Fabulous! Danielle is very responsive and very personable! Her Jeep is in great working condition and very reliable!! I highly recommend taking the top off in the mountains from the most breathtaking views!

I love the ability to rent interesting cars from owners. I would prefer more options for searching and saving searches, and have receive updated search results for a saved search, so I do not need to keep running the same search. I would also like universal guidance in the terms of use, for example, I return the car in the same condition as rented, but does that include a light dusting of pollen or something similar? The most important improvement is the ability to message an owner before the rental to ask specific questions before making the rental decision.

Turo is a great company!! He has a great personality and is very professional!! We rented the Maserati and it was clean with a smooth ride. He met us and made us very comfortable. I would highly recommend his services and plan to use him again!!

Needed a basic rental car for an overnight trip to Red Rocks outside Denver, Colorado. Even the cheapest option from one of the "big guys" would have cost nearly as much as the flight. Decided to try Turo instead and was very pleased with the decision. First reservation was cancelled unexpectedly, but a followup email from Turo explained that the car had been in an accident, and they offered a credit toward a different rental. Took them up on that, found the cheapest option available from a reputable outfit and hoped for the best. Couldn't have been much easier. The car was ready when the shuttle dropped us off, and returning it was a breeze. No issues with the car. Will happily go with Turo whenever possible in future. Might even go for something more exciting than a Toyota Yaris next time around. LOL!

Getting started with Turo was quick and easy. Finding a vehicle that interested me only took a few minutes and booking took less time. The pickup and drop off experience was easy. I will absolutely use Turo again due to the ease of is given to me.

Renting a car on a neighbor island was easy and cheap. I was able to pick up a car after the first host was a complete no show stranding me at the airport. The limitations of the app prevented me from renting another one in less than twelve hours so I had to Uber to Kihei. Once I was able to find a replacement car I picked it up the next day.

I don't think I will ever use a car rental company again, as Turo was perfect! Our host was incredibly nice and accommodating. Everything worked out perfectly with no issues! We were able to get a nice convertible with 500 miles since we were taking a little road trip.

Mercedes GLK - The car was exactly as described and in like new shape. It was freshly cleaned and provided with a full tank of gas. The person we rented from was an excellent host. It was my very first experience hosting my car on Turo. The guest seemed experienced and very friendly. It was all going smoothly until I entered the car after it was returned. It was clear the guest had been smoking (a violation of Turo's no-smoking policy). To make matters worse, there was an obvious burn mark on the passenger seat the same diameter as a cigarette. But, thankfully I opted for Turo's Standard Vehicle Protection Policy, which includes a $0 deductible for damage due to abuse or misuse.

Perfect experience. Was met on time by owner. Expectations were clear. Car was perfect. This was my first time using Turo. It simply couldn't have been easier. Really enjoyed the selection process. Really looking forward to using their services again. Would even consider getting a cool car to be a part of it.

I have asthma and my biggest issue with your service is the amount of air fresheners most of the Turo cars have in them. Some of us have chemical sensitivities and when we have already committed to a car only to find that it’s been doused with air freshener, it puts us in a difficult situation financially. Perhaps you could create a policy whereby your vehicles are not so filled with chemicals for those of us who are sensitive.

Had a great time, the app made the process super quick and painless. Car was very nice and clean. The amount of vehicles that were available to rent was a little less than I would have preferred but all in all it worked out great and was a much nicer, easier, and cheaper route than renting from a car rental company.

I rented Toru’s Infinity for my brother’s prom and it was a great car despite the few scratches. My brother was happy, he and his friends took a million picture. Toru was very flexible and answered promptly. I will definitely rent again soon.

It was ok. I selected that I needed the car delivered to me. When he got here, he had no one that could pick him up. So I went against my better judgement and rode with him to his house and checked in there and took the car. An extra 24 miles that wasn’t necessary but counted against my mileage.

Luz was very nice to work with. But I should have considered what an old Jeep with 95,000 miles might drive like and reconsidered. I bought on price and think it was over priced. Steering was loose and if you drove over 60 the car shook.

Great app! It's convenient, easy, and fast. Everything is done within your smartphone app. You communicate with the host directly and there's a plethora of a variety of vehicles to choose from at a lot more affordable price. You get more car for your money. Love it! Highly recommended!!

I had an excellent experience using the Turo app to rent an SUV in Iceland. Everything went smoothly. The car and the rental process were great. Things were transparent and understandable. And it was a good value compared to other car rental options.

Much more affordable and easier than car rentals at Enterprise, Budget, etc that I’ve done before. This was my first time using Turo. Other car rental places have added fees and charges and you don’t know what car you’ll get. With Turo, you know what you’re getting.

Searching for and finding a car was easy and fun. The app and website both worked great. Registering and booking were easy. This was all done in the US on Verizon network and wifi via website and the app. Once I got into Europe the app would not stay running. It crashed every time I opened it whether on wifi or roaming network. I was able to communicate with the car owner via the website. Due to the app's lackluster performance, was not able to start my rental or check out the car the way it wanted me to. Luckily, I had a great host and we did not use the app; just messages and trust. I would like to try the service again with the app once home, but it was not a great experience this time. Thus my rating of only meh.

The service is bad. They are not loyal or helping enough to customers at all. They did not that care of me at all like they should have and nobody ever called me back how they said they would and they kept hanging up on me.

The best car rental agency ever. Turo is very convenient and reliable. I will and have recommended Turo to my associates. I love the fact that you can communicate with the person you are renting from. Most of all the prices are very reasonable and hassle free.

It was easy to get a good deal and car. Guideline was simple and they didnt have any hidden fees. It was very nice too that the car came with its own insurance and the protection wasn't mandatory. The amount of miles was also a perk just only recommendation was that it be unlimited. Other than that it was a great experience.

So far it has been easy to book, rent, and return the vehicles. The site is easy to navigate, lots of options to utilize when searching for vehicles. The only thing I've noticed is each host can be quite different from one another. Some hosts post many photos of the car's condition prior to booking and are easy to correspond with, while others are not as upfront and friendly. Therefore the rating system is crucial, but you're not sure what you get when a new host has no reviews.

I much prefer TURO to other car hire services as locations are much more flexible along with timing. The competitive cost and ability to have a varied range of cars to choose from often makes me consider paying more for a better experience. The service may also enable me to make a better choice if I move to purchase a car in the future.

Renting a vehicle was easy and smooth. Got to drive my dream car for the day. My only drawback to this service is the limited mile range. Most rentals only come with 100 miles which is barely enough to use when renting vehicles for business. Doing commutes and light traveling around the city. Those miles burn up quick and then the per mile charge is usually really high. I feel that Turo is more of a service to test drive a car for a day. I would say 200 to 300 miles should be standard for free miles. Other than that it was great.

My experience with Turo was great. The host was even better. It made my first time easy and comfortable. Turo is very affordable and allows you to see what you are getting in advance. They also will answer any questions you have in a timely fashion.

I have six passengers and we rented a minivan for 3 days and the back hatch of the minivan will not open. So we had a problem with getting our luggage inside but that was the only problem we had. Other than that the ride was great!

This is with regard to my trip using Turo. The thing I want to focus on is/was the cost was not as relative to other methods of travel, thus, I'd probably go with the other forms of travel in the near future. The agent I used was very professional. I'd definitely rent with him again if I were to use Turo again.

I discovered TURO in 2014. (It had a different name then). We travel to the Phoenix area and this service has proved successful every time. We have been very pleased and it is so much easier than a rental car. Tracy was super easy to contact and work with on picking and dropping the car off. It was a great trip!

Picking up the car took maybe 2 hours so I went to my son’s car to lie down. I was very jet lag moving my son here and moving from NYC to the Midwest myself. My son stood with the car waiting for the Turo again to unlock the car. David eventually came out and gave my son the keys so we pulled off. The app would never start the car, the inside of the BMW need serious detailing and after discussing the planes about the date and drop off location for the BMW 3 series, everyone seem to had not understand or shall I say act as if they were out of the known about the issues we had with the app.

This service was easy and made renting a car a breeze! We were able to pick a car that was a hybrid, so we could get great gas mileage. I felt secure knowing that we had everything documented in the app (pictures of the car, convos with the owner, cost, etc).

I rented a Jeep Wrangler for a day and it was a great experience. Victor (the person who rented the vehicle) communicated quickly and professionally. The pick up and drop off when smoothly and exactly as planned. I would highly recommend Turo and will be using it again myself.

This young man and his father make a dynamite team. Their response communication was immediate and addressed the issue promptly. For example who knew that the handle to open a VW trunk was in the logo on the back. Alain had shown me but I was not paying close enough attention. I did not have to stand around with my purchases. I knew what to do in seconds after I pushed send. They go the extra mile. Alain thought that I had asked him to help with my luggage when I was returning the car. He did not balk at the request. However the request was to meet me by the AA red cap station to sit in the car while the red cap took my luggage inside for me to check in. They were courteous and friendly. I can’t speak highly enough of this efficient team of owners.

My bank account can't support my horsepower habit to own the cars I want. Turo is the next best thing. Easy to use, plenty of options, and way much easier on your bank account and car insurance rates. Highly recommend for any horsepower junkies.

This is the real deal. My experience with Turo was awesome. It was quick and simple as far as pickup and delivery. There's not all those hidden charges like the normal rental agencies. Everything is right there in front of you. The owner of the car was just as awesome as my experience with the car, definitely we'll be coming back.

I was happy with the experience and found a good host that communicated this time. I wasn’t happy with the changes Turo made with deposit requirements based on insurance score. Seems. Like profiling especially when I was told Florida apps like these doesn’t have deposits.

The host was great. Very polite and prompt. The only problem was his brakes were defective and my kids and I had to cancel our trip yet I still paid for a car that I couldn’t use. Next time if I choose so, I’ll ask for service record to to be sure.

I noticed once I checked my bank account after the reservation was made. It initially wouldn’t allow me to choose a earlier time to return the car. I reached out to owner of the car and he didn’t respond. He confirmed once I dropped off the car he was only paid for one day. I called C/S and spoke to a rude lady that would not transfer me to a Supervisor. I was leery of this company but against the things I heard I trusted I would get proper handling of my rental experience. Don’t get me wrong though, Eric (owner of the car) was very nice and I would recommend him to friends and family but unfortunately he is connected to this company. I sent a email as well and three days later I STILL have not heard from anyone about my issues. THUMBS DOWN.

The host was fantastic! The application could use an upgrade. I recommend having a feature for check-in that alerts the host that you've arrived at the designated meeting location. We searched for one another for 7 minutes before we found one another.

I was really bummed I couldn't use the $25 off coupon. Apparently, even though it was my first rental (which is what the coupon said), because I had already registered with Turo, I couldn't use it. And although Gabbie was great, it was inconvenient to have to go to her house and pick up the car. Also, although it didn't look like she charged us, it appeared we were really close to the limit even though we didn't really drive that much - and, in fact, one day were hotel bound due to my having to work during my vacation! We also didn't know whether we were supposed to clean or wash the car, so we didn't. The price we ended up paying, too, was about what we would have paid for a rental car.

Only thing I can say about this company is its Dynamite one serving. His name was Nochi. He really was polite, generous. He just was awesome and I will recommend this site to anyone. At first I thought this site was fake. My son came home and told me about this site and I am so grateful that I try it out.

Renting from Turo is very convenient however make sure your photos are clear and precise from every section on the vehicle to cover yourself from false negligence. Photos taken before and after will cover the consumer. This case is pending with Turo support team. I will prove my innocence.

It was nice and smooth experience. Darren had his business partner Vidal deliver the car to us at the terminal and Darren came to the airport to pick it up. Throughout the trip, they were very responsive to our messages/questions and that made it more dependable! Will do it again if in Boston!

Our Turo experience was definitely unforgettable. The first car we got was a EV. Unfortunately this car did not work for us as we had to stop multiple times to charge it. Definitely would not recommend an EV. However, our Turo guy was very accommodating and gave us another car. The second car was in poor condition but got us to where we needed to go!
