    I wonder whether it is a legit travel website. I searched on Kayak.com, find out that OneTravel gives a cheapest price on the flight I want to go. It linked me to OneTravel website. Onetravel show the flight and deal. I put all my personal information with credit card number. Press the button to purchase, they pop up some other tickets with other higher price. I don't know whether it is their way to collect your information or lurk you into their website to buy a higher price ticket. I checked the recommended original ticket with the airline company, the flight doesn't existed.

    I needed to reschedule my trip due to an illness and was informed that I could not change the dates unless I first cancelled the trip then I could file a claim which I did and OneTravel sent me documents that violated my Hippa rights. I was stuck paying for a trip I never took. $844.50! I only wanted to reschedule my trip. What a total and complete nightmare, will not use this service or recommend it to anyone I know.

    I initially booked a ticket for $1065 as listed on their website, finalized the payment and they sent an email saying the price of my ticket has increased to $1315. I called customer service and it took 1h 25 mins for them to realize I was charged already for the first booking as they were claiming no charge was done. When they finally realized my account was deducted they took another 40 mins keeping online just to find another booking that cost $1212. They were so confused and I was transferred to 3 different people who were each unable to assist until the last who finally offered a trip that I accepted and charged me the balance.     The ease of use was great but in the end the flight wasn’t the cheapest because of the bag fees and the seat selection fees both ways, not to mention if you would like priority boarding. A $213.81 fee plus $45 each way for a carry on, seats start at $9 each way and priority boarding cost $12 for each flight. So with all this it comes to 345.81. So is it really the cheapest???? Not.

    Listen guys if you are planning to use this company to book anything? Do not do it because the only thing that they will do is to stole your money. I bought a ticket. I was going to Brazil and since they confirmed it I kept getting email about cancelation and reschedule to accept to new one so I did and it keep coming and coming. In 6 months I may get like more than 20 reschedule and I accepted them all. The last one was like less than 24 hours prior to board but this one was different. It was saying the airline made a major change on my booking so I had to call them and I did spoke to the customer service and he said he fixed and that I was good to go.

    So I went to the airport to board my flight and the agent said I could not board because I do not have no ticket so I called back One Travel and like always they keep you on hold forever. My flight was supose to leave the airport at 6:33 Pm and I was already on the phone with One Travel agent since 4 pm so it past 6:33 I could not board and at the end of it she kept me on hold for another 3 hours. She said she was going to put me on another flight but and then she hung up the phone and I called again and they all keep doing the same thing. Every person I go through on One Travel I have to be repeating the same thing and they just kept putting me on hold.

    They also keep sending me email to call them back because they say they try calling me and they have no answer which is not true because I been calling them, chatting with them on their website but they do not care so be very careful when you use this company because what they going to do is stole your money and when you need to talk to them, it will be impossible. Is better be safe than sorry so buy your ticket direct with the airlines like I just did direct with United so you won't have this kind of issue anymore...

Initially I was told that my ticket is extended for 3 yrs and they will book another flight for me when the airline operational. In these emails they affirm that the airline is requiring a change on my flight schedule so I tried to chat and call them. It’s almost an impossible mission. I got tired and called the airline directly and they stated that they didn’t require any change and send me the confirmation.     I booked a flight to Bermuda pre-COVID with OneTravel which was canceled. I did get my money back for that, but felt that the communication should have been better. I had to keep checking my credit card to see if the money was refunded and got no emails from OneTravel to confirm anything. Moving on to the end of February, beginning of March 2022, I booked a trip for 6 family members to Colombia for July 2022. I had no trouble booking the flights down and back. However, I ran into a huge, never-ending problem with the flight between two cities within Columbia.

    I picked our flight, entered in all of my parties' information and got to the payment page. Total was approximately $46 per ticket for a total of $360 or so including taxes and fees. I then remembered that I had a $60 coupon code, entered it, saw that it was accepted and then I clicked on PAY. After I paid, I realized that it was showing that the $360 for the flight had changed to over $1600 for the flight. The price per ticket increased x 6! (It did take $60 off the $1600 I noticed later). I do not know why this happened. I am a boomer who barely knows how to turn on a computer in the first place!

    I immediately contacted OneTravel and told them about the glitch. I was so excited about the trip and nervous about getting in all the passport information correctly. This was my biggest concern. Certainly, when one uses a coupon one is not expecting to pay more for something! The site did not say the coupon was not valid or give me any kind of pop-up about the price change.

    I was on hold for hours and hours and spoke to many people and got cut off several times. What I really wanted was the flight I originally requested for the original asking price, but OneTravel was trying to tell me that no, the flight did cost $1600. OneTravel told me that it was the Airline's issue, but I was using OneTravel's website to order the tickets, not the airline's. Finally, I was told that they would cancel the flight and issue a refund in 8-10 days (this was after being on hold for about 4 hours). Of course, this conversation was all on the phone and they sent me nothing in writing. I then rebooked a flight for the same day, different time, for the original price of $46/seat (I did not try to use a coupon after the first experience).

    So, now we are in mid-May. The situation is still not resolved and I've spent many more hours on hold. I contacted the airline this week to try to get things straightened out because OneTravel's app is saying that I have 2 flights booked for the same day (different times) with the same origin and destination. The airline does not have any record of the rebooking, although OneTravel's app says that it is confirmed and ticket #s are assigned. The airline referred me back to OneTravel and said that they can't fix the problem; I need to go through OneTravel. The airline did, however, have us confirmed for the original flight which I was overcharged for.

    So, now I'm worried that we will even have a flight when I get to Colombia. All I really wanted was just to buy the tickets for the original price on the website. I found it ironic that, seconds after you book the trip, you get a call from their customer service trying to upsell you extras for your trip, but if you have a problem, you are on the phone on hold for hours and hours (I am not at all in the least bit exaggerating!!).

    So, as I type, I think I may have just gotten cut off again for the second time today. It's 10:48 a.m. and I started speaking with "Chris" at 8:24. They play music while you wait on the phone which now is giving me PTSD every time I hear it. There is no music playing now, so I'm guessing that means I got cut off while Chris was trying to locate someone in another department, contact the airline, look up information, or whatever else he was doing for the past 2 and 1/2 hours. Prior to Chris, I spoke with another woman (who transferred me to Chris) who had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to book a car or hotel in addition to the flight. Are you serious??!!

    I am a newbie to booking flights, which obviously is my biggest problem. I thought OneTravel would guide me through the steps and was there to be my advocate. I am an idiot. Now, instead of being excited about my trip, I am worried about being charged an extra $1600 (for the flight that the airline has no record for plus the overpayment of the originally booked flight) and whether my family and I will actually have a flight once we are in Colombia. This experience has absolutely caused me sleepless nights and a huge amount of stress.

    I am so embarrassed because I trusted this company to get me a good deal. I am furious that I spent so many hours on hold on the phone and that I can't trust anything that they told me on the phone. I did try the online "chat", but they usually tell you to call if they answer your chat request at all. I thought if I chatted that I would at least have a written record of the conversation. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I feel violated and traumatized. It's with great humility that I will have to face my Daughter-in-Law who told me just to purchase the tickets directly from the airline. Lesson learned. However the perpetual optimist in me is still hopeful that OneTravel will make things right. Other than that, I guess there is always Karma.

    I booked long distance flights with Onetravrlel, received confirmation mail with big green v + another receipt mail, got to the airport just to find out that I'm not in the airline system at all. 5 attempts to chat to agents on their online chat app (all disconnected at some point and you get a new agent starting All over again) just to be told that the reservation is pending cause payment didn't come through.

    No explanation why no email was sent to say so (booked about a week beforehand). No explanation why their mails stated confirmation + receipt. I didn't get on that flights. Got stuck in Lima Peru, book an unnecessary hotel in lima, missed hotel booking at my final destination, missed planned meetings. All I've heard from the agent was I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unprofessional is understatement! Never again.

    The Resolution: It turns out it was Emirates that had lied to me, undertrained staff or a backwards system. OneTravel/CheapoAir and myself made a threeway call to Emirates where they admitted and revealed that it was THEIR fault for the confusion. It was their system which sent the emails to OneTravel/CheapoAir.

    Emirates I found to be rather unapologetic and unhelpful, while OneTravel would apologise multiple times on their behave and spent hours in total on the phone to Emirates to try and work out a resolution. So I would like to change my rating and say that OneTravel/CheapoAir were actually a great company at the end of the day for standing by me and fighting for my refund.

    I especially received great service from Edith. So please, go through OneTravel/CheapoAIr. I guarantee you will not find many travel agents that will literally fight for your money and give you a good deal.

    In the meantime, I feel it only necessary to direct my ire to Emirates in another review and strongly recommend against flying with them, especially seeing as they are such a rich, worldwide corporation that has more ability and resources to provide better service than the pathetic and stressful service I received. Again, much love and thank you to OneTravel/CheapoAir for their swift resolution.

    The worst agency in Miami. I traveled to Punta Cana and paid for the beachfront, I found that my room looked at the bottom of the dump, when I called Alina from there, nothing was solved. The return trip was with World Atlantic, the worst airline in the world, the plane was 50 years old and was destroyed, the flight left 10 hours late and when we got on the plane, we were without air for 40 minutes until the plane began to move.

    Possibly the most infuriating experience of my life. Due to new travel restrictions due to Covid, I had to rebook my flight. Tried to get someone on the chat or the phone for almost 4 hours with no avail. Once I was finally connected, our customer service agent took at an average 30 minutes to answer one question at a time (probably watching a movie while talking to me). Once we got to the important part of the conversation, she gave me less than 10 seconds to respond to her and she ended our chat! 4 hours on hold, 2 hours to get 2 questions asked and got hung up on. I suggest if you booked with a credit card, try to get a refund through them. Probably your best bet. And please, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

    I would give the company no stars if possible. My friend and I had round-trip tickets to the UK, leaving New York/Kennedy on 5/21/20 and returning 6/3/20 with British Airways. I bought the tickets with a debit card in December 2019. Our flights were cancelled due to the Covid 19 virus. I requested a refund from British Airways, which was denied. I then requested a travel voucher. I was advised by British Airways that I had to deal directly with OneTravel. I was issued a travel voucher by OneTravel to be used by 4/30/22 for the cost of the tickets which could only be used on British Airways.

    Today I called OneTravel to book a trip to the UK on British Airways. The tickets as listed on their website were more expensive. I was willing to pay the difference but, then, I was advised I was required to pay a "rebooking fee" of $100.00 per person. How can they charge a "rebooking fee" when the flights I bought tickets for were cancelled. Is this legal? I don't see it as ethical considering the flights were cancelled and both countries on lockdown during May and June of 2020.

    Those are the airline rules. The money you have as a future credit was paid to BA no other airline will take other airlines credit/vouchers as it is not considered payment to them. Any fare difference that may have been collected is also the airline rules.

    I booked my flight to Guadalajara Mexico from Las Vegas for the month of AUGUST 2021. The option to buy travel insurance was offered on their website and it was added to the full price of the fare totaling $411 including the travel insurance. I was notified 24 hours after the booking was completed that my credit card only charged the airfare but not the $56 insurance included on the total. I received a call asking to confirmed that it was ok for them to charge $56 on a separate bill for the travel insurance. After agreeing for them to do that I received the travel insurance information (policy info, phone number, etc...).

    Two days before my trip was scheduled I was notify via text that there was a four hour delay change on the original take off schedule from Las Vegas airport. This change was going to delay an appointment I had in Las Vegas before I head over to the airport and take my flight -I went ahead and called "One Travel" customer service department to cancel this trip and get another reschedule for the day after. I understood that I was going to pay a little bit more but my full amount of the fare was going to be credited against the new ticket. I was told they cannot accommodate any changes until two weeks after because of availability on seats to my destination.

    I went ahead and cancel the trip and asked for my travel protection insurance to generate a refund so I could reschedule my trip on a different day. Long story short... I was told that they could only credit $159.40 out of a $411 air ticket... Since they did not include my travel protection insurance fee on the original ticket I was told that I had to complete a claim with the travel insurance company directly with them.

    Travel insurance company never got back to me after several call and voice messages and when I called "one travel" customer service department again I was told that there was nothing else they could do. I think it's very misleading on the part of a travel agency to advertise travel protection for any travel changes or sickness when in reality they only charge the fee and they offer NO protection and just keep the money. NOTE: It's very hard to communicate with their associates because they don't even speak English well enough to understand them... A word of advice for everybody - DO NOT purchase any travel protection or ticket protection insurance from this company because it's a total rip off!!!!

    I wish I could give them less one star. I booked a ticket with them to fly from Monterey, CA to Lexington Kentucky on 04/15/2020. When COVID-19 hit, I was under stay-at-home orders, no airport, no trips, nothing. I canceled my trip and disputed the charge through my credit company and I received a refund. One Travel contacted after one year on June 11 2021, trying to collect the amount they refunded. After a long struggle with their customer service, including hanging the phone on me, claiming they know nothing, or the issue has been resolved, and I should ask my credit card company. I ended up paying some of the money they refunded to close the case. I will never travel with them again. Every single company in the U.S. supported their clients during COVID-19, except from OneTravel.

    When I say this was the worst experience in my life you won't believe me. Ok so I was charged 2x for luggage and I still don't believe it was my fault but they claimed it was. After arguing for days and waiting on a call back a guy with a horrible attitude named Brock stated he could give me half back. I stated that was unacceptable. He then said I would get the full amount back in 7-14 days. Can you believe that once we hung up he called me from a line in Turkey and said these exact words “You cant board the flight **.” I could not believe he did that. I called back to report him and a Chase answered and basically said he doesn't care about that and to call Spirit for a refund. When I tell you I am contacting everyone from ConsumerAffairs to the better business bureau. This is beyond crazy. I've waited on hold about an hour too waiting for a supervisor. This company needs to be shut down.

    I bought airline tickets in February of 2020. Have not been able to make contact with this company to request a refund or find out what to do. I spent over 4,000.00 on tickets and can't get an answer from my emails or get them to answer a phone call. Please do not use this company for your travel needs. Buy directly from the carrier. They have to answer your calls. Today, I have been waiting for over 2 hours so far.

    I booked a flight that was advertised as fully refundable and flexible. And according to the airline's terms it is. Then I fell for another scam that said by buying their "Premium Support" package I'd avoid paying them a cancellation fee. Yet, they are charging to cancel. I contacted the airline and they said the ticket is not even valid! ​If an ticket is offered cheaper by an agent, most airlines do a price match. So save yourself the trouble and avoid these scammers

    I had an Affirm loan for this flight and because of the pandemic, I only got to use the first flight since this company can't even reschedule and offered refund. Haven't gotten the refund from them since August 2020 when they "issued" the refund to the virtual card from Affirm. Affirm has said that they never seen the refund. I've been following up every month and have never received any reply since October. Just freaking refund the money and stop being shady.

    I live in Calgary and booked an Air Canada flight to Toronto through OneTravel.com. We paid USD $ 24 commission to OneTravel for booking 4 tickets. Toronto locked down within 24 hours after our booking because of COVID-19. We contacted OneTravel for the cancellation of our flights with 29 hours of our booking. We shocked to hear they asked for cancellation charges of USD $35 per person and we had 4 tickets. Air Canada wasn't charging any cancellation charges. It was OneTravel.com who was ripping us off. After a heated argument, they reduced the cancellation charges from USD $35 to USD $12.5 and we paid them USD $50 in cancellation charges.

    We think these cancellation charges went into the OneTravel.com account because the airline didn't charge anything. We feel that we have been ripped off by OneTravel.com because we already paid them the commission when booking the tickets. Our suggestion to travelers to be cautious when booking through this website.

    I have bought at least 6 times with them, a return flight so I know well. CheapoAir and One Travel are the same company. You will browse and get a really really cheaper price for your trip. When you start filling everything and click on confirm booking there will be a message popping "This fare is no longer available" or "This flight is no longer available". Next, they will show some other suggestions to book the flight which will be higher in price. Once I also found that the price directly with the airline was lower than the fare offered by CheapOair and One Travel. Their bookings are not confirmed until last moment even though they send you confirmation email. My booking was done in Air France and 15 days of my trip, I received an email from KLM that the booking is confirmed with them.

    At the airport I have to fight 3 hours, missed flights, rebooked, baggage went in different airline and I had to go in different airline. Not only this, after landing I had to fill questionnaire and interview for my baggage because they were unaccompanied. After one week received one bag and after 10 days the other bag. Items were stolen from it. Bag were open due to unaccompanied baggage. When I called CheapOair One Travel they don't provide any customer assistance in trouble. They just use honey sweet words to rob you.

    Buyers be aware!!! Alert stay away. I booked tickets for my parents online. Within 5 min I realised there was a spelling error in it. I called to the call centre and told them about their policy that if we cancel the booking within 12 hours they give full refund. This company did not gave full refund but charged 200 USD each to correct the name. They have their team to submit fake good reviews about them. I leave up to you to experience the trouble now.

    We were given a credit for a flight due to covid cancellations back in March. We went to re-book a new flight now in November to use the credit. Only to find out rebooking is more expensive than the credit. This whole company is running a giant scam. They don't inform you of anything along the way otherwise we wouldn't have booked it. Ordering a new flight was cheaper than using a credit based on this system which is hidden until it's too late and then No refunds. On top of all this the woman dealing with us on the phone was extremely condescending and arrogant about the whole process. Absolute joke of a company... If I could do zero stars I would.

    Me and my friends booked flight tickets early this year around March, from Saskatoon to our home country Malaysia. A few days later we received an email regarding a cancellation in our flight without any updates on how to proceed with the refund or rescheduling. We were international students studying in Canada and had to call the agency which is based in the United States, they reaffirmed us they would call us the next day. After two days, without any updates and with the travel date just one week away we decided to call again. Due to the suspension of Philippines Airlines until the end of April, the agency had required me and my friends to cancel our booking with a fee of 140 usd (cancellation fees) in order for me to acquire airline credits for the next booking.

    Prior to that, I did inquire if there were any other available flights before May 8th and the operator, informed there were no flights available until the end of June and I would not be able to book another route as well. He was persistent that I book the flight for the date of May 8th with extra fees giving the reason that the options may be out later on. Then, I and my friends decided to cancel my flight and acquire the refunded credits to use them to book for another flight. The moment I have paid my cancellation fee while being on the line with the operator, he informed me that there is an available flight for the 30 of April but I have to pay an extra of 1000 usd and the May 8 option has run out.

    Given the extra expenses, we declined it and called again. This time, another operator answered and I asked whats the earliest in May I could get, he informed me to book for the 8th of May as it is still available. It was quite surprising as initially we were informed that the flights for May 8th are fully booked. We were charged an extra of 1200 usd due to a different date. The operator informed us that the extra charges were issued from Philippines Airlines directly and has nothing do with their agency. We were frustrated, anxious and given no option but to take it as we just want to get home to our families. Then, we checked the Philippines Airline web page in which they stated that there would be no extra fees to be paid given that the airline themselves cancelled my flight and I was eligible to re-book another date without paying extra.

    We then called the agency for a refund thinking they did a mistake and informed the operator's name who was dealing with my cancellation fees and new booking which was then informed by the current operator, that there was no one with the given name. He kept me on hold and after 10 minutes he got back to me and did not allow me to get a refund until I had to explain clearly. Throughout our time dealing with the agency, we have talked to 11 different operators with what we assume who has given out fake names as they do not recognize their own colleagues from the very same department, all 11 of them. In total, I have lost an amount of 1798.47 usd. I understand that we booked our flights through an agency and they may have service fees and extra charges but with all the lies and scamming, we decided to file a complain to the United States Department of Transportation.

    A week later, with no refund and or any new itinerary given by the agency, the manager of One Travel contacted us and inquired regarding the complain as they were notified by the United States Department of Transportation. We explained the situation and finally was able to resolve the issue with a refund of 3/4 the amount we paid. It took 3 bill cycles. It took a total of 2 weeks with constant everyday calls dealing with rude customer service and this took a toll on our mental health as well. It reached a point where for each call we had to take down notes as we experienced inconsistent facts and specifics given by each operator. Either way, I would not recommend this agency and if you are from outside the United States, there will be charges to your bill with the amount of callbacks one has to make.

    If you intend to travel using One Travel, CheapOair and their subsidiaries be aware that you will be charged to change your flight even if the change is due to covid continued restriction. Also, CS is extraordinary argumentative if you attempt to change a restricted flight. When I called the last time it was obvious the agent just woke up when he answered the phone, and instantly went into a monologue of how is not their problem. I was advised that a traveler is best served by researching the price on their site, only, then call the airline to honor the lowest price, avoiding the issues with 3rd party ticket sellers.

    My first initial ticket purchase was 4:33pm. Payment method Affirm. I had my selected dates when this Monday 10/28/20-10/29/20 pop up. I click on Change back to original date that should have been 10/28/20-11/01/2020 leaving Detroit Metro en route to Cancun Mexico. When I opened my email to forward to my friend Bershonta **. This is when I observed the dates. I called and spoke with one agent and our call was disconnected. Called back and converse with another agent and explained the problem. She verbally informed me she could fix the problem but I had to be charged. No problem.

    $30.26 fee and I informed her it wouldn’t allow me to add $14.95 insurance. She continue to inform me that she was going to add a $$50 travel savings coupon for the near future. I look at my bank account. I was charged $268.07 for the new ticket. Look at Affirm I have a balance of $223.00. Called One Travel back the man stated it was nothing he could do.     If your flights are cancelled, their own agents admitted to me twice that it's better to contact the airlines directly for better flight change choices. Then they use that to duck responsibility in terms of both service and financial responsibility. Systemic deceit - multiple representatives saying one thing and doing nothing. They lied on their responses to my multiple complaints with various mediation organizations. OneTravel is CheapOair. I spent a year of frustration with this company. I learned my lesson to either find a reputable agent like American Express Travel, or deal with (do your homework) airlines directly. Please beware.

    Received a "do not reply" email to call OneTravel number +1 646-738-4818, the one, single number for all calls. Chat is switched off in case you are getting ideas. Other potential entry points will lead nowhere or inform you that your email address (the same you just got this message from OneTravel, and also the same of all your booking) is invalid. Calling is no fun. First of all you get an ear bashing with irrelevant info and you are told to take a survey at the end... ** that, you think.

    Then the "service specialist" is repeatedly being referred to (** that, too) together with being told to wait "momentarily," "for a moment", or service being with you "shortly." Of course it means nothing and if you care to wait until doomsday, please do. So, ** that again. Also not a toll-free number from what I can tell. Of course not - think of the waiting times of hundreds of customers at any given moment. A more sophisticated answering system in the country where I find myself right now gives the average waiting time until call will be answered. Works actually quite well, as constantly being updated refined automatically. Down to your number in the queue. Not here, of course. Well, I gave up on the call. Will just have to fight for refunds, esp. with Lufthansa with whom I have another axe to grind. Best of luck to you, traveler!

    I travel frequently, and I have used One Travel several times in the past. Sometimes I can save compared to booking the same flights direct with the airline. Currently, I have a reservation through One Travel. They notified me that there has been a change, but my booking status on their website has not changed. I am unable to find out what has changed. Attempts to email customer service result in directions to call. Difficult and expensive to call from overseas. Phone center answers but too busy, so they triage out anyone not traveling within 72 hours. Airlines do not respond to status inquiries unless you book direct with them on their website. So I am left not knowing if my reservation is still intact. Thanks One Travel.

    I booked a flight long before Covid-19 but had to cancel travel plans due to the virus. My flight was cancelled and I submitted a request for a refund which was denied by One Travel because they were showing the flight as active. I've called multiple times only to be disconnected multiple times after waiting 1-2 hours on hold. Their "online chat" functions randomly - I was able to reach someone once, but her final response was for me to "chat later" since she was unwilling to contact the airline to confirm the cancellation. Needless to say, I can click on the chat icon for hours and nothing happens. I have sent several emails and other than acknowledging receipt of my email absolutely NO follow up or "our customer service agents will call you back in a few hours" as their phone hold message states they will do. This is happening months after the virus hit and the company is still unable to manage customer support calls or emails.

    They will sell you cheap tickets, then few days before flight you will receive email that flight is canceled, when you call them immediately they offer you refund... but not full amount you paid... They charge their fees. So they took $480 for different fees. They claim it’s not their fault because airlines canceled, which is not true. They are selling tickets for Turkish Airlines which is not even flying to Europe at this time. Now they are selling cheap tickets for other airlines too... be careful.     On 12/14/19 14th my husband booked a trip online with OneTravel - booking # **. Trip was round trip from Phnom Penh, Cambodia to Cleveland, Ohio departing 12/17. On 12/16/19, about 5:00 AM his time, One Travel called to tell him that he needed to re-book his flight and so he did over the phone. On 12/17/19 when he got to the airport, the airline representative told him that he had 2 identical tickets. He used the 1st ticket purchased on the 14th.

    When he arrived in Cleveland, he checked and filed a dispute with OneTravel for the second charge. Later I filed a complaint with OneTravel. As I have asked OneTravel, why was he called and told that he had to purchase another ticket? And why was the original ticket not cancelled? As with so many other reviewers, I have not received any response from OneTravel. And I can no longer reach them. We have used a OneTravel many times without incident, but we won't use them again.

    Actually I been with OneTravel since 2014 and there were excellent with good service but after the quarantine issue, it seems that they change the staff with zero customer service (Overseas staff) with no experience at all and they dont care about the customer. Now in these days you can book a ticket with them within 10 min but all fake. I booked the ticket with them and after while they said the flight cancel and, "We will return your money within 60 - 90 days" ????, they will take your money to pay to their employee and I have sent a thousand email without any reply, I wish the google block them and now they are SCAM, Please be careful from them.

    I am very dissatisfied with OneTravel charging $95 more for my son's return flight when it was the airline that cancelled the flight causing the reason for the rebooking. He was to fly back on Sat 5/2/20 from RIC to ATL to MSP to ABR. The ATL to MSP was cancelled leaving him stranded in ATL for over 24 hours before a flight could continue him to MSP and then ABR. He would leave on Sat and not get out of Atlanta airport until Sunday; that was unacceptable.

    I called OneTravel and they suggested he could fly back in the same week on Wed 5/6/20 with the original flights. I agreed to that delayed return leg of the round trip but was charged $95 more. Delta ended up telling me they did not get this money; it went to OneTravel. I feel that I should not have been charged more. However, on 5/6/20, we found out his flight from MSP to ABR was cancelled because of C-Virus. OneTravel didn't offer anything else. They left him stranded in MSP. I called Delta and found out they could fly him from MSP to BIS (Bismark, SD) and booked him to go home that way for no additional charge. I did notice however that I was paying over $726 vs. the same flight one way through Delta costing $511. Why was I paying so much more? I think OneTravel was padding the cost and taking advantage of passengers affected by C-Virus travel issues. I will not use OneTravel again.

    On Aug 20, 2019 we booked our 5 days trip to Santorini for our elopement in the end of May 2020. Due to Covid 19, we won't be able to travel anywhere in the world, so we contacted One Travel to request a refund/cancellation. One Travel told us that they are travel agency, therefore is unable to cancel or making any changes; we need to contact American Airline (AA) to request a refund. After talking to AA, I was told that due to Covid 19, One Travel would be able to give us a refund/cancellation without any penalty. So I contacted One Travel again, this time no one answered my calls, instead the automatic machine instructed us to visit One Travel website and hung up. We filled out the Refund/Cancellation form requesting to get a full refund back without any penalty per goverment.

    We received email from One Travel saying my request is not completed and we need to either contact their customer care or visit their website. So I filled out the Meal request form this time, but wrote we wanted to keep our reservation. We hope that we would be able to travel by May or AA will cancel their fares and issue a full refund for us. Instead of confirming our wish to keep the reservation, they cancelled our airfares and informed that we must be travelled within one year from the date of booking, which will be on August 19, 2020. How is that possible to travel the world during this Covid 19 pandemic?

    I just want either a full refund or an extended credit voucher for future travel until December 31st 2021 from One Travel. My wedding planner and hotel in Santorini had offered us future credit until Dec 2021 because they showed empathy and want their customers to be happy. Everyone is suffering financial loss due to Covid 19. One Travel decides to be a thief and stole money from all the customers who have already suffering. I hope everyone read this and Stay Away from thieves.

    On the 25th of January 2020 we booked, via One Travel, an Air Canada, return flight from Tel Aviv to Vancouver (for the 21st of May 2020). Our booking included an additional insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation due to health or other issues. Due to the global Corona Virus crisis, we have tried, umpteen times, to cancel our booking and receive a refund. I have tried calling, but receive a message that they are overwhelmed and to please to go via their website. I get no response to our email requests for a refund (aside from a message on April 6- 26 days ago - stating that our request is being reviewed). In the light of the Corona Virus crisis, Air Canada are offering either a 2-year extension of the ticket, or a refund. However, Air Canada have informed us that since we booked through OneTravel, this matter can only be dealt with via OneTravel. Their service has been terrible!!!!

    Beware of OneTravel.com! After several attempts to talk with a live person through OneTravel call center, I finally decided to complete a refund form. I did not ask for a cancellation but a refund based on the information provided on the airline web page. Before I filled out the refund form, my flight time was initially changed by Onetravel.com, and later, I received another information regarding canceled/suspension of flight to Florida Miami. The airline had since communicated a message of a full refund to all customers, as stipulated by the Covid19 ACT.

    Please, beware that OneTravel.com has automatedly turned a refund form to a cancellation form that allowed them as a fraudulent company to charge customers a fee or hold customers' money, a total disregard to the presidential proclamation. If you select a refund, they automatically send you an email stating, "We have received your cancel/change request for booking #" meaning, you have indicated to cancel your flight with a fee. Technically, they are charging customers extra money for service-not-provided. A scam as worst as Covid-19 itself.

With much difficulty I finally did cancel the flight (in March 2020) for April 9th and was told I would get a credit voucher. They had made me call Delta airlines myself. So far (April 21st today) I have not been able to cancel my second flight for April 23rd which is only 2 days away. I have been trying since March.     I have not been able to get a credit on a flight I booked through OneTravel that I can use. The flight was to be used in Argentina to get to a cruise to Antarctica. I have been put on a cruise leaving on Feb 2021 now but the flight credit is only through Nov. 2020. I can not get OneTravel to respond back to my inquiries and now they have charged my credit card an additional $35 with no explanation. All other vendors associated with my trip have given refunds or credits that can be used in 2021.

    The worse travel agency ever. If I could give them 0 star I would. It started with booking a round ticket with them in December of 2019. Few days later plans changed. We called to cancel the flight. They said sure no problem but in order to give the refund they need to charge $100 fee for each flight which means $200. It was acceptable even though I wasn’t happy with that. The flight was $878.84. So I got charged full price flight ticket and $200 fee supposedly for canceling. I only got $418.62 back.

    When we called customer service they said well they couldn’t get the refund from the airline company therefor they can’t give us a full refund. I told them this is ridiculous and why I’m being charged that fee. Also they said they did their job and they need to get paid. I went right away to the credit card. Told them what happened. They said no worries. They will give us the money back which they did but couple months later I was charged again by the credit card. They said they disputed it so they have to pay them. I want people to know because this is a scam and they know exactly what they doing. Be careful dear potential customers to whom you give your money and information.

    Hi just to say I booked a return flight with One Travel on the 17/12/20, cost $1205.86, flew out on the 10/02/20. Return flight 10/04/20, eight days before my return flight, OneTravel said in an email, "as per your instructions we have canceled your return flight." I sent off a return email saying, "I did not request you to cancel my flight, so please reinstate it." I emailed these people time and time again, plus I phoned them all to no avail, all a complete waste of time. So I to book another flight, and guess what, the same flight, at a cost of £750, I will never ever book with these people again, and anyone with half a brain, please don’t gamble with your money, these people are just waiting to pocket it and leave you swinging, and I don’t mean wife swapping.

    Booked with One Travel in Dec 2019 a 15th anniversary trip to Singapore, Phuket, Bali, and Cook Islands to leave from March 26th-April 10th. With the Covid-19 forcing governments to close down travel between countries and placing shelter in place orders, people just can’t travel. This is for the right reason, people are dying. I have received emails that all my flights have been cancelled/suspended by the each of the airlines carriers.

    When I call OneTravel they have shut down all their phone services, before they shut down phone service I would be on hold for 3-5 hours and disconnected and transferred to wrong numbers. I have used their recommended process for online refunds, both times received not refundable. My last flight to come home on April 10th is coming up and have submitted refund. In a time such a pandemic, I truly believe that true customer service rises to the top that cares about their customers, unfortunately One Travel has fallen face first. Extremely disappointed how they handled my travel arrangement. We will out $1600. I beg for a phone call and have this refunded. I live in California.

    I booked a flight to leave on June first, few weeks ago they email me saying my flight changed. After being on hold for hours they finally gave me the new flight. Three days after, I get the same email again. Flight changed, contact ASAP. I've been trying to call them every single day, spent on hold just to be hung up every day about 4 to 5 hours. Then days later that number no longer works. I'm down $2,700 by these scam artists. I've attempted emailing them and using their "Request refund" online but I haven't seen my money yet. This is downright ridiculous.

    UAE closed the borders. Emirates completely suspended flights. OneTravel keeps asking me to call them back. Their lines are closed. They don't answer their emails/online requests. What else? $2.5K which I spent on tickets with OneTravel is probably not enough to deserve an email/phone call. Lesson learned: never book via travel agency. Only direct - even if it means spending an extra $. This experience proved it's worth it.

    Been on hold for over 4 hours. Cut off twice, trying to figure out how my bill went for $351.78 to $529.01, when I only authorized the $351.78. I booked a flight this morning March 20 2020, with all the extras that I wanted it came to $338.83. When I checked my bank account $471.47 was taken with no explanation. Then a few minutes later another $38.06 and then a few minute later another $19.48. Now I don't know if someone made a mistake or if you're trying to take advantage of the situation, All I know is that I only want what I asked for and I want the rest of the money put back on my debit card now. I think it is illegal to take money off peoples cards without their permission, I've been calling you back for hours waiting on hold, pretty convenient. Please just return the money you took without my permission.

    I've been trying to cancel my flight for almost two weeks via phone, email, and online chat and have gotten no help whatsoever from OneTravel. My flight is supposed to be tomorrow. I understand that there are more calls and requests now, but if you're a travel agency and make your money by serving customers, you need to stop ignoring your customers! This is absolutely unacceptable!

    I am in the midst of a semester abroad and needed to book a flight home as the company I had previously booked with were ignoring my enquiries. I booked a flight with OneTravel, next day it’s been cancelled. I rebooked it with no problems so to be fair that was very easy for me. A few hours later, the coronavirus situation seemed to suddenly become more urgent in the U.K. with businesses and schools suddenly shutting and so I decided to rebook my flight to a much sooner date as I was worried another being stranded abroad. At around 9pm I joined a live customer service help desk queue as I had no access to a telephone number, I was number 602. It wasn’t until 5am (yes, 8 hours later!) that I was seen, bear in mind I am 12 hours ahead of them so it was not as though it was an unusual time and there were less staff or anything.

    I can’t believe that during a pandemic like this they would still have so few staff that it takes 8 hours to see to 602 people, most of who likely disappeared during this time, sometimes it would take 10-15 minutes to go down by 1/2, it suggests to me that there is not many staff members on customer service, I would expect to wait a while given the circumstances but this did seem a little ridiculous. Anyway, I then began chatting to someone and explained my situation, I asked if I could cancel my trip and rebook elsewhere as I had found other websites to be cheaper. The customer service representative said I couldn’t cancel my trip, I then had to tell them that I could because of their 24 hour cancellation policy, to which she immediately agreed to, this was a little shocking to me as surely you should know your policies better than the customer?!

    Anyway, she then told me it would take 7-15 days to issue a refund so I begrudgingly decided to rebook my flight with them. I told her the exact flight I wanted, it cost $1200 on the website. I had already paid $2600 for the original flight, so I knew I should be getting refunded around $1400. She then told me if I wanted to change then they would refund me $1000! I told her this was incorrect and that I should be getting a much higher refund, she then told me that she would give me a ‘good discount’ and refund me $1100, as though she was trying to haggle with me? I then sent a screenshot of their website which showed the flight to be $1200 on their website, she then said the highest refund she could give would be $1300 + I needed to pay an $100 change fee.

    It was 6am by this point so I just agreed because I just wanted to sleep. But I am very shocked at this, how can it be right that you lie about a price to a customer when it is very accessible for me to see it? Obviously they know it’s a lie or I wouldn’t have been able to get her up to $1300. Very shady and highly unprofessional, I will never book with this company again and would recommend against it to anyone.

    Feeling Ripped Off. I want a refund due to not being able to travel due to the restrictions from the Coronavirus. I call the phone number listed but haven’t been able to talk to anyone. Either I am on hold for hours or the phone just hangs up. I emailed for someone to contact me. I have spent over $3000 for these flights with insurance purchased.     I booked a trip through them from ATL to LAS for my son's 21st birthday celebration. My first red flag was that they added a bunch of extras onto the bill that I didn't accept. They added fees to insure my baggage (which I was only bringing carry on) so why would I need insurance. Because of this virus and everything shutting down, I tried to cancel my trip. I had bought insurance, so I should have gotten a full refund.... I called and they wanted to charge me $25 per person to get a voucher to use within 90 days. I got insurance so I could get a refund. The airline wasn't even charging fees to do this. They were just trying to get more money from people who are already in a tough time, that had to cancel because nothing is open. This company is shady as hell. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!

    To Whom It May Concern: From NOON until 11PM yesterday, Sunday 15 March 2020, I called OneTravel, more than 10 times, only to have every call drop within ten seconds. It did not matter which number I called. Twice I got the answering voice recording that said it realized that my flight was not within 72 hours and CLICK, got disconnected. Just to be clear: MY FLIGHT IS TOMORROW 17 March - booking #**, AND I HAVE ANOTHER ITINERARY SCHEDULED THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS - booking #**. AND at the same time I was on the computer for 11 hours on your website in the chat queue and more than six times had to reconnect, going back into a 800+ queue.     I accidentally booked thru One Travel for an emergency trip after a death in the family. Thought I was on the Flairair site. Summary - the flight for the next morning (I had got a confirmation email then realized I had booked thru one travel) had been cancelled when I arrived at the airport. Luckily there were seats so was able to get on the flight after paying again. Then found out after that one travel had paid the flight fee to Hahnair not Flairair. Now after calls to one travel they have blocked my number. And I am having to deal with hahnair (out of Germany) to get my money back.. One week of hours of being on hold.. I cannot say this strongly enough. Stay away from this company!

    At the point of buying my flight ticket on Onetravel on January 28, 2020, on that fateful day about 3 calls came in from them in order to get their money for the flights, but now since 4 days now I have been calling them as regards cancellation of this flight and refund of my money and no response from them, I want to believe the experience of customers supposed to be the same on all request.     This is not a real company. They are frauds. They have changed a bunch of cost to my credit card. Wells Fargo is investigating them now and they booked my flight and would not send me my ticket. Working with American airlines now to get my ticket. They charged my credit card for a paper ticket or an online ticket never received. Called help line. On hold for over two hours and then it said this Number has been disconnected so I called the police in Las Vegas to track down their address and send someone out of course when they get the time. Please be careful.

    Reserving my flight through OneTravel was the worst traveling experience. Just two days before my returning flight I received an email from OneTravel informing me about flight cancellation WITHOUT GIVING ANY OPTION TO RESCHEDULE OR REFUND. I had to book another flight and pay out of my pocket. Since then I have called OneTravel several times and each time I had to wait for at least one hour and every time the conversation ended without receiving any satisfactory answer.     I had booked with this company in the past for US flights and was charged more than anticipated in terms of few additional Fees, but I disregard them. This time I booked through OneTravel Flights to UK with family, and my Credit Card was charged 4/5 times with Multiple fees and rather I was overcharged, however I did send an email to their billing Dept but until now no reply from them.

    During this time My wife got an injury and fractured her foot with 14 Stitches, and I had to call them to check my options as my UK Flight is still 3 weeks away. The Rep Romel, being based in Delhi India (as company has Call centre there) flatly told that they won’t be able to Reschedule flights, neither they will issue me credit for future flights to any destination in the world, neither they would process my request on Compassionate grounds to either cancel my Flights or Reschedule my flights. I have got an option to Board the flight or Miss it. However, I have got all the Documentary evidence, Pictures, hospital bills of Crutches and Air casters.

    I refrain myself not to write any Review in the past as I did not want to give them a bad name but they truly deserve so. My Humble advice to all travellers, please don’t Travel through this company, as you shall have several surprises. Instead book your flights with Legit Travel Agents, you shall pay little more but shall have a peace of mind.

    I bought a ticket from One Travel. After they emailed me a ticket I saw flight detail it was not the one that I chose and I called to the customer service to change it and corrected. They asked me to pay more to fix it. It never happened for me before and they didn't take care of it. I'm don't recommend anyone to buy from one travel. I had experience from others. Never had this problem.

    I bought a ticket from your website for Jan 28, roundtrip YVR-DOH leaving at 10:25am (Vancouver time). I got an email stating my itinerary and went to the airport. Upon checking-in, they couldn't find my booking. I called your customer support and he said that the payment didnt go through, which obviously means it's void because he proceeded on offering me to book the same flight at a much higher price, since the previous price is not available anymore. I didnt say yes, I said I will think and requested a call back.

    I wasn’t able to answer the call back because I was busy. 10-15 minutes before 10:25am, an alert for the credit card stated that money was used to purchase a ticket, simultaneously, I received an email stating the booking for that flight. Obviously I can’t be on the flight! And the itinerary doesn’t include the first leg of the flight! Contacting their call center but they transfer me to another dept or no one is answering the call!! Will NEVER NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

    I have been trying for few days now to redeem my rewards which is 5800 points. I called One Travel. They advice me to contact the reward department. I called the reward department and they advise me to write them a email for Cheapoair and their support team at rewards. I have been trying now for days and I still have not gotten the gift card code and the prices have been changing on the website for me to purchase my ticket. So recently I got an email from the rewards saying they can't locate my points. I went back to the one travel website and it was deleted. I decided to talk to the chat area asking where are my points. They said to email the reward again because they can't see my personal information. So after long back and forth I told them that I knew that their reward department works together with one travel. She decided to locate my points. They are liars. Watch out for this company. I used them so many times in the past but now I know better.

    I googled "cheap flights Canada" & OneTravel.com was the first website to pop up. It found me a flight with Flair Airlines that I've flown in the past for a similar cost that was believable at around $170 Canadian so I booked it, only to be charged 3 different credit card fees, amounting to a total of $234.92. When I called to inquire about this, I was told that there was some fine print (somewhere I have yet to find) about USD exchange rates. It was too late to book a new flight & I needed to get home to work on time so I decided to accept the high cost as a lesson but it didn't end there.

    I arrived at the airport, only to discover that OneTravel.com took my money & never bothered to book my flight home so I was stranded. When I called to rightfully demand my refund, I was transferred to a survey & disconnected. I am still currently stuck in Edmonton without a flight & a nearly maxed out credit card after the holiday season & no job to go home to as I am now 3 days delinquent to my planned return date.

    Not only did I have to buy a new ticket because there were some unforeseen circumstances and I had to change the name of the traveler on the ticket but they would not issue a refund!!! I had to still pay for the previous ticket and the new one. Never again in my life will I use this airline or company. My experience was horrible. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to correct this!!!! And still on hold as I type... If I could give no stars that is what this would be.

    I booked for a certain day but then clicked on the edit button to change the number of travelers and somehow my date switched to an "alternative date." I know for a fact that I didn't change the date. I just changed the number of travelers! I thought it was weird that the itinerary didn't show up when I had to actually press the purchase button and should have known something was wrong, but I did press the button without seeing the actual date, which was my fault. When I spoke with a representative they first tried to get me to purchase tickets at a much higher cost.

    When I asked how much to cancel, it they told me $50 per ticket. Keep in mind, I had just made the reservations less than 5 minutes prior to that...and I AM SURE I DIDN'T change anything but the number of travelers. I asked to speak to a manager and the representative then only charged me $5 per ticket to cancel. Although, I appreciate that, I honestly don't think I should have been charged anything because I do not think this situation was my fault. I was very disappointed the way this all ended. I probably will not use this website again.

    I used OneTravel to book my sister's ticket for a visit over Christmas. I searched for tickets to and from Victoria BC, and during the process the itinerary somehow changed to tickets to and from Vancouver BC, which added a ton of extra time and expenses. I searched for prices in Canadian dollars and ended up paying the same amounts, but in US dollars. I was unable to get help with anything even though I paid extra to get help: hint - the add-on packages are very, very limited in what they do. I understand I could have double and triple checked everything before committing, but the entire process seems designed to nudge you into making these mistakes. I am never using them again, and certainly never recommending them.

    I booked a flight on website for my daughter to come home for Christmas. The platform was a nightmare. My name and daughter's name were flipped flopped around including mixing up our names. I changed several times when site prompted me to review and last time I changed it appeared fine. In getting ready for flight I realized the name is wrong. I spoke to rep and he said it would be 75$ to change name if agency and airline approved. I was contacted and was told it was approved and would be $50 to change name. Then several days later I was told that airline did not approve.

    I contacted airline and they said there was no contact from travel agency so they did not in fact decline name change and no response back about concerns. This company is corrupt and reps lie. I will never go through this agency ever. After reading others reviews I will be checking my bank statement to see what other fees have been falsely charged. I actually give this company zero stars.

    I had so much trouble with One Travel when I booked my flight. I could not received my itinerary either then my flight details and receipt. After fews DAYS and many emails and phone calls I got it. Now there is a National Strike in France, which that isn't their fault. But since i was flying with Air France but I purchased with them, i had to cancelled my flight through them. Well, it was impossible. The customer service could not do anything. Although the Air France agents told me I had to go through them, they simply could not to anything. 3 hours, later, my flight still not cancelled… I will never book a flight with ever again. I'm a frequent flyer and this has been the worst experience I encounter with a travel agency…

    I booked flights for me and my husband to travel to visit family in the US. I had to change my ticket to return several days early due to unexpected work obligations. The agent at OneTravel decided to change my departure ticket as well, and I was only informed that I would be arriving at an airport 45 minutes drive from the one my husband would be arriving at when we arrived at the airport to catch our departing flight. When I called OneTravel for assistance, I was told that their review process would take one to three weeks, but I was free to spend $450 USD rebooting a flight that was only $184 in the first place that they would not reimburse me for even after the review was complete. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVER.

    I travel a lot and this was my first time buying from One Travel. All of the times I see the rates in Canadian dollar when I make a reservation (computer detects the place you are making the reservation or you get a clear notice about that you are charged not in Canadian dollars).     I bought 2400USD for two tickets to japan for March (6month from now). They want 12800usd (yes 5 times the price) for making any change on the flight.     My son (21) saved money to buy a ticket to Australia, enough to purchase the ticket as offered by ONETRAVEL. We purchased the ticket using my credit card and the transaction was completed with no problems. On the next day ONETRAVEL emails me requesting security information, which I provided in due time and manner. Later another mail is received informing the transaction was canceled due to security measures. From customer service they state that as transaction was cancelled they are committed to provide the most revised fare that is available. Truth is that it means, go back to the web page and help yourself... My son lost his chance... ONETRAVEL not a reliable platform.

    Booked a flight for 2 passengers, needed a change within 5 minutes of the original booking. Was charged $20 for the Agency service fee, $100 Agency change fee, $165.60 for Airline add collect, $39 for Traveler assist. Flights were with American Airlines whose change policy is no charge if the change is done within 61 minutes of the original booking. MY change was done within 5 minutes of the original booking, so no charge from American. One travel made 5 different charges to my credit card for the charges mentioned above. Thank goodness my credit card company marked all the charges as fraudulent and the charges were denied. I had to rebook directly through American airlines for a cheaper cost. Would never use One travel again, terrible experience.

    Booked a flight from Toronto to Dubai with a layover in New York. They called later to tell me that I would not have enough time to go from LaGuardia to JFK and make the connecting flight. And that I should pay more for another flight. They also told me that no money was deducted from the credit card used which was false. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with them, being transferred from customer service to billing and back to customer service. And when I wanted to cancel I was placed on hold then transferred to the Spanish department. When I finally called back the following morning, the customer service rep told me to email billings with my bank statement, which I did, and heard from nobody. Just to call back and for another person to tell me that I will be refunded in 7-14 business days. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

    OneTravel ... a nightmare experience! STAY AWAY! I was buying my ticket to Zurich from Canada. This company website displays their prices in Canadian Dollars and then charges you in US Dollars informing about it after the payment has been made. Although, the biggest surprise comes when you get your credit card statement. You expect to be paying the price you saw on the website which should be the equivalent of the price that you saw, but in US Dollars.     Beware to deal with this website, The One Travel is actually CheapOAir, please beware of their misleading and dishonest business transaction. I just made reservation through their website, by booking my flight from Grand Rapids, Michigan to Jakarta, Indonesia on Oct 31, 2019. I booked for one way flight by ANA Airlines, soon, after I made the booking, I got notification from the issuance bank of the credit card that my credit card was charged for two transactions, one from ANA charged me for $989.71; and other from OneTravel.com charged me for $1.059,66.

    Within minutes I tried to cancel my booking their website, but I could not get through, afterwards I tried to cancel through their hotline services. The problem got worse when I spoke through their complicated teamwork which consisted of the booking, the billing and the cancellation people which made things more difficult. The process of cancellation was very tough. The slogan of free cancellation within 24 hours booking was just a bluff. At the end they just made confirmation of refund for $69.95 instead of $1.059.66 OneTravel and refund for $989.71 from ANA airlines. They denied that they only charged me once for $1.059.66 while I was totally bewildered for how ANA airlines could charge my credit card without OneTravel’s involvement. Just make sure that One Travel is not the puppet of CheapOAir.

    The service was good. What I didn't expected is the $100.00 dollars service fee for every ticket that I purchased. That is WAY OVERPRICE. The worst part is nobody tells you how much the charge will be when booking over the phone. I bought 4 tickets=$ 400 JUST FOR BOOKING FEE. The most I have ever paid before when booking on any other airline like United, American etc it's been $25 per ticket.

    I booked a flight on OneTravel. Within a few hours they cancelled the flight because they couldn't get me a seat assignment. Then I was billed a $75.00 charge. When I complained to them about the charge since they cancelled the flight they charged me a second $75.00 fee. I tried to call and lodge a second complaint but they could not connect me with the department and said they would call back. I have not received a call back. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE OR AGENCY.

    Bought a round trip ticket Accra-London-Accra. Ticket was sold without with zero luggage. It was not disclosed that luggage fees were separate. In conjuction with TAP Portugal separate luggage fees were collected at airport. They charged for seat selection even when there were empty seats on the plane. I paid the ticket in pound sterling, yet when receipt was sent it included exchange rate fees from dollars to pound. I will never use OneTravel or TAP Portugal ever again. Apparently that is their ploy. You end up paying more for your flight than buying your ticket other than OneTravel.

    I purchased a round trip ticket for $632 and called back within the hour to cancel that ticket for a one way. I clearly told the agent to cancel that entire first purchase and book me on a one way that was about $192 that I saw online. They charged a $25 fee which was fine, However, the amount refunded was not correct. Instead of my full $632 refund, they refunded only $187 which was the amount for the return ticket of my first round trip total minus $455. Why would you still book me a one way from the first purchase that I told you to cancel. This has been almost two months now that I am emailing and waiting for them to correct their mistake. This issue has yet to be resolved satisfactorily.

    I purchased insurance for my trip that was purchased through OneTravel. On my traveling on June,19,2019 my luggage got completely damaged, but there was no customer service at the time the luggage was retrieved at my final destination. So I took pictures of acquired loss so somehow I could be reimbursed. Contacted Seven Corners (Insurance company) with all the information, pictures and records that I thought it was needed to make my claim verifiable. Denied by the insurance, I contacted OneTravel that did not do much to help. I do not recommend doing business with them, but if you do, do not acquire the insurance they offered as you will be responsible for your loss.

    I booked a flight ticket then I cancelled it before 48 hours and I asked them for my refund. They told me that there will be charge of 180$ as a cancellation fee. I was having no option than to pay this cancellation fee. My flight was booked for 790$ and they charged me 180$ cancellation fee. Twice one from this (790$) and one from my card.     Guess what? If they don't have any flights that are on the days you want, they will 'suggest' flights on completely different days to add to your itinerary. You know how most sites will let you know there aren't any flights available on your selected days if there aren't any? Not here! They just list them like normal with the only difference being the day. Guess who didn't sift through a bunch of legitimate looking results to check for random days? This guy. One click and it's purchased.

    No worry, I'll just change it. No flights available. Okay, I'll cancel it. Everyone let's you cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, right? Not these people. Once you buy, you cannot cancel it for a refund. There's no turning back. They only let you cancel within 7 days for a refund. Seriously. These guys are just offloading unsold one-way tickets as fast as they can with no repercussions.

    If I could’ve give -0 stars I would. We were 15 min late to our flight because of a car accident and they wouldn’t let us on. On top of that they scammed us $2000 and put us on hold for 3 hours just to say they will not refund our ticket for the next flight. THEN they decide to cancel our return trip without informing us COSTING another $2000 out of our pocket and wouldn’t let us fly back home even though they had the seats available and it was validated and paid for.     I made a mistake while booking a flight. I was on my phone, and plugged in the travel dates. They offer cheaper fares on “Alternate Dates”, but blended them in with the dates I requested. It was almost impossible to see the difference. As soon as I realized my mistake I called OneTravel to correct. They cancelled the flight but charged me $25 cancel fee even though I called within 5 minutes. I called Frontier Airlines to see if they were the ones who charged $25, they said no. They also said they get these cancellations frequently, so obviously this is done to trick people. Clear bait and switch. I would never use OneTravel again and would advise anyone to steer clear of them.

    I have booked my trip with OneTravel over a couple months ago. The past week I received information saying that my flight had changed. Even though WestJet is confirming me of no changes to my flight OneTravel told me that I needed to trust them. So after calling multiple times and only getting answered 30 minutes after being on the line, I decided that I would contact the supervisor. Well what a joke! After being in contact with an agent and then her sending me to her supervisor they ended the call after I was on the line for an hour and 26 minutes! If you think I am happy, well you are wrong... I am just wishing to go visit my close friends who will be having a baby next month and want to be there for her support, however obviously OneTravel workers do not have friends who they want to support and does not want to continue being able to be a reliable business!

    Found OneTravel from searching for a flight to the UK. The prices for a basic ticket are very good, I had to book a Premium Economy ticket as I need the extra room being disabled. After booking the ticket I got a email, it showed I had a change on the flight. 8 hr layover in London through the night. As I am elderly disabled and deaf this was not a good idea for me to be on my own at night. We called back less than 8 hrs later. Long delay with getting through. But once through they got my sorted. I was told the charge for the change. But when I went to my bank found they had charged me for the new ticket and also a charge for doing the change. $133.

    The problem was they had not refunded my original payment. So again another call, the man on the other end was very good, explained to my companion that if I had called back the same day I would have had my money returned there and then. So he did the refund, it went through. After this rebooking I noticed I was given the basic seats. So another phone call and more time sorting it out. I paid the $19.95 for assistance which allowed me to choose my seats. I also have the assistance at the airports from plane to next flight. I will let you know when I return if it all pans out. So far it has been ok. Just long winded phone calls.

    After 40 min on phone I tried to cancel flight, I purchased the insurance but found out it was a joke. They only wanted to refund half of the fare then charge another 50 dollars to cancel. Then informed me I had to submit a claim to the insurance co with proof of why I canceled. And only get a credit to be used in 90 days. In other words no cash refund and only a credit if you meet their terms. What is the purpose of insurance if you can’t use it. Never again, what a joke!!!!

    So here is my issue: I bought a ticket through them, I made my payment to OneTravel to get a flight ticket. The flight was cancelled. I'm calling OneTravel for a refund. I'm waiting right now for 30 minutes in the phone for them to check with the airline what can be done. My thought on that is that OneTravel should offer me a refund, and then, in their own time, check with the airline if they can get back anything from them. Because when I called the airline directly, they told me to check with the agency instead.

    I was skeptical after reading the reviews. However I have booked my vacation and checked with the airline who have my booking, as well as the rental car company. I had some issues with seat selection which was resolved relatively quickly. I'd say give these guys a go. It may not be as slick as some airlines, but it isn't as expensive either.

    I used OneTravel to reschedule a flight I misbooked. Seems at 69y/o I’m having difficulties with my own attempts at putting trips together. Several weeks after initially booking flight on Boutique Air round trip from Denver to Cortez it dawned on me that something was wrong. It looked into my booking and found that my flight home from Denver on SW airlines was a day before I arrived from Cortez. I had to change both connecting flights due to my error. The gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful and we accomplished the change with ease. I would have given 5 stars but for the wait on hold times when he communicated with Boutique Air but I’m retired and it was my error in the first place.

    Even with the flexible ticket, I got nowhere with their agent. After calling two times. Each time I called I literally waited 30 minutes to talk with an agent. I was charged $100 ($50/ticket) for canceling and I was only refunded $95. So I was charged an additional $5 to cancel, even though I paid them $23 to have a flexible ticket that would enable me to cancel. Yet I was given nothing but another bill and headache. The insurance was with another company. (Even though it looks seamless and through OneTravel.) So I had ANOTHER PHONE call to make and they sent me a 6-page form to fill out, plus I have to send in receipts and proof. Plus no guarantee if I would get any money back. I will never use OneTravel again!

    Hopefully I can prevent at least one person from booking with OneTravel. I needed to re-arrange business travel, so I had to cancel my flight booked through OneTravel. My initial call was less than 24 hours from booking, so the rep informed me that I would be receiving a full refund in 305 days. 3-5 days pass, and I'm still getting emails that I'm on this flight. I call the same number to find out the issue, and the rep informs me that I never called, and that I could only be given 70% back my ticket price. I asked for a supervisor, and he would not allow that. I called back an hour later, the next rep informs me this is an non-refundable ticket and nothing could be done. Again, the attempt to talk to someone above him was denied. All in all, I went from an easy experience by meeting their cancellation requirements, to a $200.00 loss after 3 separate phone calls. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

    I used to be loyal customer of the company for many years now and I managed to achieve platinum status. However, my latest trip turned into nightmare. I checked the prices and they seemed good as usual. Therefore, I decided to travel via Italy to USA using two separate flights. To my astonishment I was told at the Sofia airport that I need to pay for my checked bag a hefty 45 euros. The clerk explained that I could have paid 25 had I paid online. Alas, I did not know that I have to pay this, none notified me! Further on, this same thing happened with my second flight from Rome to SFO. This time I was charged even more- 75 euros! So far I paid 120 extra, and I probably will have to pay even more on my return. First of all there arises the question about the correctness of the information you are providing on your site when booking- is not it just deceptive?

    If people can see the actual price they may easily chose another provider. Second of all, there is the question about notifying the people what they owe, once that you have sold them the ticket. You are supposed to help people get better deals, and eventually save money. I could not find such information on their site. Third- if I had any idea I had to pay that much for the bags, I would have chosen a direct flight from Sofia to USA- It would be more comfortable and apparently-cheaper. Fourth- if you can afford doing this to your platinum members, I do not know what would be the case with the new customers. All in all- very, very disappointing. The way their support handled the issue is even worse, but this is a subject of another review.

    This "company" somehow got a hold of my credit card number and phone number. They have been charging my account and calling and texting me constantly. When my boyfriend and I call to dispute the charge, they will not assist us unless we give them our credit card number, even with the so called confirmation code. We asked for a manager multiple times and they keep transferring us to the same people reasking for our credit card number. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.     As I was searching for a flight for vacation this company kept popping up. Usually there are just a couple of companies that I use. However I thought I would give them a try. Wee it started bad and has not been resolved as of today. As me girlfriend was making the arrangements, she did not put in the names as listed on our driver's license. As I tried to fix this I was told that it cost $200 per person to correct this. Then was told that the seats were not booked and that would be another $125.00 to fix. Since it was a round trip flight that would have been another 500. Especially after my girlfriend printed the info as soon as she hung up which showed that the seats were indeed booked. I sent several e-mails to support but always got nowhere with that.

    I did finally get a phone call from a support person but being at work I could not answer the phone. It seems that this is their practice which does not help their ratings at all. Still unresolved I showed all the paper work I had and also let them know that this is not a reputable company. As of this date all funds have been withheld.

    This business is fraudulent. I was trying to cancel a flight which was cancelable with no penalties according to the airline policies. I verified this by calling the airline. The OneTravel agent told me that there is a $250 cancellation fee. After I told him that there is none according to the airline then he kept me on the phone 56 minutes on and off coming up with excuses - "let me talk with my manager", "let me call the airline", "let me read the airline policy".... and then "how about $200", "how about $150",....and finally "how about $50". What scumbags! Below is a message I received from them that says it may take 2-3 billing cycles for me to get credit. This firm is based in India and should investigated by the authorities there and banned by all airlines.

    "We are now submitting a request to the airlines to refund your tickets. Upon airline approval you will receive a refund of $736.75 USD to your original form of payment. Please note, there will be a charge of $50.00 USD on your credit card for the airline cancellation fees. While we make every attempt that the amount is credited back to you at the earliest, in some exceptional cases this may take two to three billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement."

    VERY VERY VERY bad experience. They change my schedule, didn’t give me details about it, they told me to call the airline company to deal with the change. I called non stop for a few days and no results. I asked to talk to a manager and a supervisor called me after two days. My flight is after tomorrow and they told me there is an issue with the ticket; I am waiting for a call back for about 11 hours and nobody called to inform me about my ticket. DON’T recommend!!!

    This company is a joke and shouldn't be allowed to do business. Stay far away from them. I used them to book a flight within Costa Rica and didn't check the reviews before hand. Big mistake. They booked me on a flight for an airline that doesn't operate in either airport. Behind the scenes the flight was sold to an actual airline but they never informed me who that was. I was lucky enough to figure it out on my inbound but they also got the time wrong on my outbound, so I missed that flight. And of course there was no communication to update the time or airline. I had to purchase another ticket with another airline. All I asked OneTravel to do was compensate for my return flight. Their customer support is horrible. Always excessive hold time, a horrible website and if you get lucky enough to talk to a person they are unable to help. It gets escalated and they promise to call. They don't. You call back, hear the same thing, and it repeats into infinity. EVIL.

    Reservation charge to correct error due to "near by airport". The online booking gives the customer adequate warning to check. So the error was my fault. However, you booked a “nearby airport”. I don’t believe it’s clear enough, especially in the New York area. Newark is hours away from LaGuardia in rush hour. I noticed it within minutes but the charge still applied. I don’t think that’s good customer service.

    OneTravel is the worst company you can use to book a flight. After booking my trip I notice on check out that they change my days. When I call 10 minutes after the reservation because I noticed that they change my travel dates to request a cancellation. They said they need to charge me $75 for each passenger. Who does that, only minutes after purchasing the tickets including travel insurance. Please do not use OneTravel. They are a rip off company that only cares about taking your money.

    I booked a flight on Spirit Airlines and checked one bag. The Spirit website advertises $32/bag if bought at booking. OneTravel charged me $52/bag which is the price that the Spirit website gives for checking bags at the airport. I went round and round with customer service on this and they claim that this is the price that Spirit gave them. If that's the case they should be fixing this with Spirit. If not I feel it's just one more way they are nickel and dime-ing millions of dollars out of the consumer. I will never book through OneTravel again. Not a big surprise that they're rated 1.5 stars here.

    We booked travel, accommodation and a rental car through One Travel in April. But there is a $60 charge that One Travel won't explain. In fact after their first email to me saying they had tried to ring the only correspondence I have had is a couple of emails saying they have received my complaint and will be in touch shortly. So every week for the last 6 weeks I have asked for someone to call. The past 4 weeks no reply. I have tried phoning but all their numbers are no such number. I have been on internet chat 3 times but whenever I have got to number 1 or 2 I get put to the back of the line 26, 28 or 38. I have booked for them to phone me 3 times but as of yet no phone call.
