    We booked a round trip flight through these fraudulent people to San Juan, Puerto Rico a few days ago. We got our itinerary and ticket information the same day. Unfortunately, they purposely omitted the last four letters of my wife's last name. We called the airline and a representative stated we could not board unless we arrived at the airport three hours early for the flight to correct the error in order to board the aircraft. We then called One Travel back and their representative stated it would cost $100 to correct error. I declined as I immediately recognized the scam.

    I called American Airlines and was transferred to a supervisor who made the change without charging us and sent us a new confirmation for outgoing flight. We called Frontier, the other airline for our return flight, left message and never received a call back two days in a row. I called a Frontier hot line that was on Reddit and he answered with the word "reservations." He looked up our booking number and after several minutes quoted $200 and I asked why such a high fee. He stated that those issues on incorrect names are outsourced to his company and he would not identify who he worked for.

    We finally called back One Travel and after a few queries I learned that this booking agency has an entire department dedicated to collecting additional sums of money for correcting last names that they purposely misspelled or as in our case omitted leterrs on. We finally paid the $100 to 6th or 7th representative we talked to.

    This is an elaborate scheme. This is being foisted on thousands of people Frontier Airlines presumably plays a huge part in this. That is evident but the fact that they don't return any calls from customers, however, will take calls from representatives from booking companies who have their customers on the phone with them at the time. One prompt on Frontier's telephone menu asks the pointed question "is your flight within 24 hours press one." That implies that are taking hundreds and potentially thousands of these calls a month in what is an illegal and fraudulent money making scheme. Call One Travel and book a flight at your own peril.

    This is the WORST booking agency. I have just spent 4.5 hours attempting to change my flight. They continued to tell me they were waiting for the airline to get back with them. I asked for a supervisor. AFTER waiting on hold the agent came back on and said the airline just got with him. It would be $198.00 to change flights. I asked what it would cost to just cancel my current flight. He actually told me they would have to contact the airline first. Their website states $50.00 to cancel and he could not do that. I asked AGAIN for a supervisor. On hold AGAIN. Supervisor comes on. He can change my flight. He give me the WRONG confirmation number [PNR] to make seat selection of the new flight. He tells me it will work in FOUR HOURS when the tickets are issued. FOUR HOURS!!?? Is this company even in the 21st Century? DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH ONETRAVEL.COM!!!!

    Complete scam!!! They charged my business debit card for an airline ticket, not in my name, the billing address they have is not my billing address for me or my card and when I contacted them to report the unauthorized charges they would not help. They just kept repeating for me to contact my bank. Well business accounts with debit transactions cannot be disputed through my bank if it's been more than 24 hours and they say I have to contact the vendor who charged it unauthorized to get a refund, but after being transferred 9 times, you can't understand anyone's broken English, and they still don't help you. They also tell you there is no supervisor above them as if they own the company. Pitiful business practice!!! And they have recently lost a lawsuit according to the BBB for fraudulent business practices to the tune of 2.6 million dollars. I want my money back!!!!

    I had to change the flight date from the 17th to the 18th, I was advised that I had to pay an additional $570, called again, and another agent advised me to pay $527, and another agent $492. I called about 5-6 times, each time getting a different amount to pay. Neither less to say, I've been a customer for over 20 years having an account with OneTravel. Very disappointed over the confusion of additional pay to change the date.

    Thank you for your feedback. When the airlines allow a change to a confirmed, ticketed reservation they generally charge a fee. This is usually between $100 and $400 per ticket, depending on the fare and the airline. Then any difference in the fare is added. Since fares can change at any time it is understandable that you may get quoted a different amount when calling to ask about changing the reservation. We regret any confusion or frustration.

    Very dissatisfied with the booking. I had no idea I was booking in US funds. Cost me an extra 400 dollars on top of flight cost. First time I ever booked a flight myself. For someone that has little funds that hurt a lot oh well won't be booking again. Can't afford this.

    Booking was easy but there are too many promotions emailed afterwards! The booking site should contain the option to opt out of promotional emails. The consultant who called to confirm the booking was polite, but as I am in Canada, should have mentioned that the insurance fee was in US dollars.

    I thought the whole signup process was very clear and easy to work through. I do think the number of emails and offers of hotel and car rental deals to be excessive. I specified I wanted neither but still got additional emails making additional offers along with others about signing up for airmiles clubs, etc. They could be eliminated.     I booked a flight from JFK to my destination to San Diego. This site for the flights which seemed pretty fair so I booked it. I decided to purchase luggage for the way there and back wicked they charged me another 69 dollars. I had a problem with my luggage leaving and even on my way back they said One Travel did not pay for my luggage which cost me another 40 dollars. I even showed American Airlines my receipt and they said because I booked 3rd party they can’t do anything about it. They gave me a receipt and told me I would have to call them to get my money reimbursed. When I called the agent said I only paid 1 way for 1 suitcase. I ask her so you charged me 70 dollars just for one way? That was ridiculous. I will never buy tickets through this site again.

    Selecting the correct flight was somewhat confusing, but we finally figured it out. Price was right, but we couldn't pre-select the seats we required. We always do this, because I am claustrophobic, and need plenty of space. We contacted member services, but the CSR was difficult to understand, and absolutely no help. We will try directly with the airline, but it shouldn't be this difficult.

    Purchased 4 airline tickets through One Travel. When we were checking in at the airport, we were denied boarding passes because they bought us 70+ senior tickets instead of Adult tickets. We had to purchase new tickets at twice the price. When I called One travel they told me that there was nothing they could do, even though we purchased travel insurance through them. Stay away from this business. They don't know what they're doing.

    On July 3, I booked a round ticket from Port of Spain to Georgetown. I did not get a confirmation. I used a new credit card for the first time. When I did not get an itinerary or anything from OneTravel on my email I assumed the credit card did not go thru. On July 17 I bought another ticket for the same trip. Then I started getting emails saying I asked for a refund and I cancelled my travel. This never happened. I can cancel my last trip and get my full refund. I do not have to cancel **.

    I booked to travel from Atlanta to San Francisco on 17th June 2924 with booking code ** in the morning at about 8:53am. Later I got a message that the flight was cancelled to 10: 39am. I went to Frontiers desk at Atlanta International Airport for assistance to get my boarding pass since my phone is off and could not use it. I was told specifically to pay $25 for the boarding pass. Since time was running out I paid with a card and demanded a receipt. I realised when I was on board that the receipt indicated $104. I would need full refund of the money deducted from my card. Find attached is the receipt of the unauthorised deduction from my card by Frontier's airline staff at Atlanta International Airport. Frontier's customer service at Atlanta International Airport is terrible and not well trained. I'm willing to provide details with evidence. Hope to hear from you soon.

    The only issue the car insurance I made from the start of reserving the car (on OneTravel) didn't show to them... Then I showed the them the paper print.. which they told me the insurance I have we is separate by OneTravel.. if have any claim I must come back to it...? My need to be clarified why is that? Customer what he has to worry about it to be in between Car rental (Hertz, and OneTravel) or please explain it? To be comfortable about my insurance I paid on One travel shown in reservation details??? Thank you.
