We booked a round trip flight through these fraudulent people to San Juan, Puerto Rico a few days ago. We got our itinerary and ticket information the same day. Unfortunately, they purposely omitted the last four letters of my wife's last name. We called the airline and a representative stated we could not board unless we arrived at the airport three hours early for the flight to correct the error in order to board the aircraft. We then called One Travel back and their representative stated it would cost $100 to correct error. I declined as I immediately recognized the scam.

This is the WORST booking agency. I have just spent 4.5 hours attempting to change my flight. They continued to tell me they were waiting for the airline to get back with them. I asked for a supervisor. AFTER waiting on hold the agent came back on and said the airline just got with him. It would be $198.00 to change flights. I asked what it would cost to just cancel my current flight. He actually told me they would have to contact the airline first. Their website states $50.00 to cancel and he could not do that. I asked AGAIN for a supervisor. On hold AGAIN. Supervisor comes on. He can change my flight. He give me the WRONG confirmation number [PNR] to make seat selection of the new flight. He tells me it will work in FOUR HOURS when the tickets are issued. FOUR HOURS!!?? Is this company even in the 21st Century? DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH ONETRAVEL.COM!!!!

Complete scam!!! They charged my business debit card for an airline ticket, not in my name, the billing address they have is not my billing address for me or my card and when I contacted them to report the unauthorized charges they would not help. They just kept repeating for me to contact my bank. Well business accounts with debit transactions cannot be disputed through my bank if it's been more than 24 hours and they say I have to contact the vendor who charged it unauthorized to get a refund, but after being transferred 9 times, you can't understand anyone's broken English, and they still don't help you. They also tell you there is no supervisor above them as if they own the company. Pitiful business practice!!! And they have recently lost a lawsuit according to the BBB for fraudulent business practices to the tune of 2.6 million dollars. I want my money back!!!!

I had to change the flight date from the 17th to the 18th, I was advised that I had to pay an additional $570, called again, and another agent advised me to pay $527, and another agent $492. I called about 5-6 times, each time getting a different amount to pay. Neither less to say, I've been a customer for over 20 years having an account with OneTravel. Very disappointed over the confusion of additional pay to change the date.

Very dissatisfied with the booking. I had no idea I was booking in US funds. Cost me an extra 400 dollars on top of flight cost. First time I ever booked a flight myself. For someone that has little funds that hurt a lot oh well won't be booking again. Can't afford this.

Was not able to input my known traveler number, do I do this at airport? Booking was easy but there are too many promotions emailed afterwards! The booking site should contain the option to opt out of promotional emails. The consultant who called to confirm the booking was polite, but as I am in Canada, should have mentioned that the insurance fee was in US dollars.

Bought two air tickets. Downloaded app. Tried to log in to get access to flight info. The security CAPTCHA box at bottom of the personal info page had an error inside it that prevented me from even being able to check off the box. Hence I was completely unable to log in.

Plane Reservation was very easy and quick,. I was able to do this reservation in a short amount of time. Would make any future reservations with this website, and may recommend this site to anyone who is looking for an easy site to make a plane flight… I was happy to find a website that was able to help in such a short amount of time,, Thank You, Linda **.

Everything went very well. The booking process was fast and convenient. All information provided was comprehensive and easy to understand. Have a slight clarification required by the Accounts department. Hopefully, this should be clarified as smoothly as the booking. My billing phone from my home country couldn't be contacted. Was asked to email them. Did that.

I have had great experience so far but will know more when I actually have to travel and my experience then will matter. I can just base experience on now it all goes hand and hand. Everything has been good so far, even someone called to make sure I had gotten my email about flight. It was great pricing through y'all. Was hassle free and easy to do as long as it is all legit

I am very happy for how I received my ticket to Edmonton, AB. This will be the first time I was totally with my son for Christmas. Also my 3 grandkids, also 3 great grand kids. THank you Westjet for making it possible to be with my son and grandkids. I will be counting the days now for sure. The price was really great..

I thought the whole signup process was very clear and easy to work through. I do think the number of emails and offers of hotel and car rental deals to be excessive. I specified I wanted neither but still got additional emails making additional offers along with others about signing up for airmiles clubs, etc. They could be eliminated. But, all in all, a good and easy experience.

My experience has been great so far, I have not had my flight yet that will be the determining factor. Right now I can say, I wish the layovers would be shorter for travel, I feel like with great discount this is a trickle down effect that the consumer has to bargain for.

It was fine, it was fast and affordable and it was helpful. Also was my trip to Portland that I took last month. It was really really nice weather. I haven't been able visit in 24 years that was a very nice trip. And I am hoping to go back there for thanksgiving.

I had a very pleasant experience with the attendant. She was very knowledgeable, gave the information I needed and was very courteous. Also she advise to buy the insurance which I think is very convenient for my trip in case of any changes to my plans since I’m buying the flight four months earlier.

I gave the info needed for flight. Then, I had insurance thrown at me twice as I said no. Then that screen was left up so I could change my mind I guess. Then I have 2 different surveys to fill out for helping you? Too many fingers in pie.

I booked a flight from JFK to my destination to San Diego. This site for the flights which seemed pretty fair so I booked it. I decided to purchase luggage for the way there and back wicked they charged me another 69 dollars. I had a problem with my luggage leaving and even on my way back they said One Travel did not pay for my luggage which cost me another 40 dollars. I even showed American Airlines my receipt and they said because I booked 3rd party they can’t do anything about it. They gave me a receipt and told me I would have to call them to get my money reimbursed. When I called the agent said I only paid 1 way for 1 suitcase. I ask her so you charged me 70 dollars just for one way? That was ridiculous. I will never buy tickets through this site again.

Since my order I have received many emails with my receipt, a scammy call from CheapOair and I was not able to use the Aug. 24 code with my order, also I discovered a $40 markup, I am a travel agent and I was hoping I received some kind of incentive to booking through OneTravel.

Selecting the correct flight was somewhat confusing, but we finally figured it out. Price was right, but we couldn't pre-select the seats we required. We always do this, because I am claustrophobic, and need plenty of space. We contacted member services, but the CSR was difficult to understand, and absolutely no help. We will try directly with the airline, but it shouldn't be this difficult.

My experience with the company and travel agent has been very helpful and I recognize that he/she has been very experience in helping me out to make the best decision. I will be doing my very best to tell others about the OneTravel company and its agents. That's all I can think of at this time. Well done One Travel.

Purchased 4 airline tickets through One Travel. When we were checking in at the airport, we were denied boarding passes because they bought us 70+ senior tickets instead of Adult tickets. We had to purchase new tickets at twice the price. When I called One travel they told me that there was nothing they could do, even though we purchased travel insurance through them. Stay away from this business. They don't know what they're doing.

On July 3, I booked a round ticket from Port of Spain to Georgetown. I did not get a confirmation. I used a new credit card for the first time. When I did not get an itinerary or anything from OneTravel on my email I assumed the credit card did not go thru. On July 17 I bought another ticket for the same trip. Then I started getting emails saying I asked for a refund and I cancelled my travel. This never happened. I can cancel my last trip and get my full refund. I do not have to cancel **.

All is smooth and easy, I was buying from them 12 years ago... always have been easy to book... prices are good, site easy to use... as everybody I look sometimes if they are still the best comparing to other sites, but I'm always back... can't be easier and effective than that.

Vacation 2025. Our vacation next year. I’d like to thank Onetravel for offering this package. I will recommend this to a friend for sure. It’s easy and convenient. The website is so easy to navigate. Let us promote Philippine tourism and attract more kababayans to visit, explore and enjoy beautiful places. We would like to go to Boracay, walk in the streets of Bonifacio Global Centre for example and many more, El Nido, Palawan.

I had no issues booking my flight this morning. There were a couple options available and I was able to complete my transaction. I do feel like the price is way too high for the length and distance of my flight though.

I booked to travel from Atlanta to San Francisco on 17th June 2924 with booking code ** in the morning at about 8:53am. Later I got a message that the flight was cancelled to 10: 39am. I went to Frontiers desk at Atlanta International Airport for assistance to get my boarding pass since my phone is off and could not use it. I was told specifically to pay $25 for the boarding pass. Since time was running out I paid with a card and demanded a receipt. I realised when I was on board that the receipt indicated $104. I would need full refund of the money deducted from my card. Find attached is the receipt of the unauthorised deduction from my card by Frontier's airline staff at Atlanta International Airport. Frontier's customer service at Atlanta International Airport is terrible and not well trained. I'm willing to provide details with evidence. Hope to hear from you soon.

The only issue the car insurance I made from the start of reserving the car (on OneTravel) didn't show to them... Then I showed the them the paper print.. which they told me the insurance I have we is separate by OneTravel.. if have any claim I must come back to it...? My need to be clarified why is that? Customer what he has to worry about it to be in between Car rental (Hertz, and OneTravel) or please explain it? To be comfortable about my insurance I paid on One travel shown in reservation details??? Thank you.

Thank you for the quick process all went smoothly but I still feel a bit unsettled because I still do not have my official ticket. I hope within 24 hours to receive another email with the ticket in it.
