Selecting the correct flight was somewhat confusing, but we finally figured it out. Price was right, but we couldn't pre-select the seats we required. We always do this, because I am claustrophobic, and need plenty of space. We contacted member services, but the CSR was difficult to understand, and absolutely no help. We will try directly with the airline, but it shouldn't be this difficult.

My experience with the company and travel agent has been very helpful and I recognize that he/she has been very experience in helping me out to make the best decision. I will be doing my very best to tell others about the OneTravel company and its agents. That's all I can think of at this time. Well done One Travel.

Purchased 4 airline tickets through One Travel. When we were checking in at the airport, we were denied boarding passes because they bought us 70+ senior tickets instead of Adult tickets. We had to purchase new tickets at twice the price. When I called One travel they told me that there was nothing they could do, even though we purchased travel insurance through them. Stay away from this business. They don't know what they're doing.

On July 3, I booked a round ticket from Port of Spain to Georgetown. I did not get a confirmation. I used a new credit card for the first time. When I did not get an itinerary or anything from OneTravel on my email I assumed the credit card did not go thru. On July 17 I bought another ticket for the same trip. Then I started getting emails saying I asked for a refund and I cancelled my travel. This never happened. I can cancel my last trip and get my full refund. I do not have to cancel **.

All is smooth and easy, I was buying from them 12 years ago... always have been easy to book... prices are good, site easy to use... as everybody I look sometimes if they are still the best comparing to other sites, but I'm always back... can't be easier and effective than that.

Vacation 2025. Our vacation next year. I’d like to thank Onetravel for offering this package. I will recommend this to a friend for sure. It’s easy and convenient. The website is so easy to navigate. Let us promote Philippine tourism and attract more kababayans to visit, explore and enjoy beautiful places. We would like to go to Boracay, walk in the streets of Bonifacio Global Centre for example and many more, El Nido, Palawan.

I had no issues booking my flight this morning. There were a couple options available and I was able to complete my transaction. I do feel like the price is way too high for the length and distance of my flight though.

I booked to travel from Atlanta to San Francisco on 17th June 2924 with booking code ** in the morning at about 8:53am. Later I got a message that the flight was cancelled to 10: 39am. I went to Frontiers desk at Atlanta International Airport for assistance to get my boarding pass since my phone is off and could not use it. I was told specifically to pay $25 for the boarding pass. Since time was running out I paid with a card and demanded a receipt. I realised when I was on board that the receipt indicated $104. I would need full refund of the money deducted from my card. Find attached is the receipt of the unauthorised deduction from my card by Frontier's airline staff at Atlanta International Airport. Frontier's customer service at Atlanta International Airport is terrible and not well trained. I'm willing to provide details with evidence. Hope to hear from you soon.

The only issue the car insurance I made from the start of reserving the car (on OneTravel) didn't show to them... Then I showed the them the paper print.. which they told me the insurance I have we is separate by OneTravel.. if have any claim I must come back to it...? My need to be clarified why is that? Customer what he has to worry about it to be in between Car rental (Hertz, and OneTravel) or please explain it? To be comfortable about my insurance I paid on One travel shown in reservation details??? Thank you.

Thank you for the quick process all went smoothly but I still feel a bit unsettled because I still do not have my official ticket. I hope within 24 hours to receive another email with the ticket in it.

I’ve used One Travel throughout the years and always found the site easy to navigate. The prices are well priced and tend to be on the lower end quotes. They provide a great overview of all services, including airfare, accommodations, and car rentals. Their customer service line is always responsive.

I wonder whether it is a legit travel website. I searched on Kayak.com, find out that OneTravel gives a cheapest price on the flight I want to go. It linked me to OneTravel website. Onetravel show the flight and deal. I put all my personal information with credit card number. Press the button to purchase, they pop up some other tickets with other higher price. I don't know whether it is their way to collect your information or lurk you into their website to buy a higher price ticket. I checked the recommended original ticket with the airline company, the flight doesn't existed.

I needed to reschedule my trip due to an illness and was informed that I could not change the dates unless I first cancelled the trip then I could file a claim which I did and OneTravel sent me documents that violated my Hippa rights. I was stuck paying for a trip I never took. $844.50! I only wanted to reschedule my trip. What a total and complete nightmare, will not use this service or recommend it to anyone I know.

I wish I could have gotten two seats together for the trip to Dallas/Fort Worth. If someone cancels, how do I know that seat is now available. Will our driver's license be sufficient to fly? Also is two hours before the flight to arrive okay?

It offered PayPal services and I liked it. The process of booking is ok. Checkout was easy with PayPal. I liked for my flight pretty easy. The pricing was ok as well. I really had no complaints. PayPal check out got me on this one. Expedia didn’t offer the PayPal check out so instead I went with Onetravel.

It was a bit of a struggle getting the times right for what I was attempting. It was a little confusing because the cost kept changing as if I was delaying time, however it still produced a better cost than most other travel sites. Now I'll have to see if it all goes smooth now that I've made the travel itinerary.

I used One Travel before for my flights as this time and I am happy to do it. I booked my flight again after I found a good deal. I took me a little longer than I expected to find the right one and I did it! Thank you. This time things have gone smoothly .... So far. We fly out of San Diego on the 21. We arrive back in the San Diego Mar 12. The prep for the trip has gone very well. Looking forward to MX (Cozumel and Playa del Carmen). Last year we flew to Cancun, then out of Cozumel from LAX. This time we are going in/out of Cozumel from San Diego. Our friend who's taking us to the airport has suggested we look into flying out of Tijuana next year. We'll see. Right now? Thanks for how things have gone thus far.

First flight I am hoping to remain safe at all times and have the best time and experience visiting my loved one. Please God help me arrive there safely. Very good experience with this company. I was given information that led to the best flight to meet my needs and at a very reasonable price. Booking the flight went very smoothly. Hoping the trip when it is time goes as well. Will definitely use this service on any future trips I make.

Did not have seats assigned from Edmonton to PV. With mobility issues this was very frustrating for both travellers. We are handicapped and this was so frustrating. Row 15 in the middle of the row not good enough for our needs. We at least had the wheelchair at the gate.

Had a bit of an issue with my Card. But other than that it was fairly easy. Time consuming though. Made me very confused and tired. But our trip will be fun. I am sure. My daughter had better appreciate this trip!

OneTravel is convenient for self service flight booking. I was nervous about credit card fraud but so far gained confidence in the system. I get comparably lower cost flights, it helps with my budgets. I can recommend OneTravel any day and looking forward to some great offers in future. For this time I used it to book for my son's travel and noticed you can earn miles using OneTravel. If this is the case I would like to explore that opportunity in future.

The agent was very concern in my process with booking my tickets for the first time on this site. I'm had many questions and the agent was very patience and took the time to listen to my concern with my needs and address each of my question and went slow and in details to make me feel comfortable.

I initially booked a ticket for $1065 as listed on their website, finalized the payment and they sent an email saying the price of my ticket has increased to $1315. I called customer service and it took 1h 25 mins for them to realize I was charged already for the first booking as they were claiming no charge was done. When they finally realized my account was deducted they took another 40 mins keeping online just to find another booking that cost $1212. They were so confused and I was transferred to 3 different people who were each unable to assist until the last who finally offered a trip that I accepted and charged me the balance. Poor service overall! Not recommendable. I will not use these services anymore!

Easy to fill up booking details. My first time to use one travel booking, i hope it will smoothly go through up to the date of our flight. Our first also to try Qantas airline via Doha Qatar.
