Worst customer service. I had postponed my flight and when I wanted it rebook, every time I called, I was being told, "We will check and will get back to you." Every time I call, a new person will respond and I have to explain the whole scenario. When I told, "I want to speak to your manager", reply was "manager is busy."

This company is a sham when it comes to various guarantees or promises it advertises. I had booked a cab under their "Best Price Guarantee" where they would provide you a coupon/rebate of 5 times the difference amount if you found the price cheaper elsewhere. I did found it cheaper on another website and provided MMT with all details and proof multiple times. Every time their system would send an automated email that someone would update my case in 72 business hours. It's been 4 months and it's still the same response every time. You can't follow up the case through their app because the journey is completed. This is a scam/sham company I guess with no morals or customer service when it comes to refunds or guarantees. Stay away from this cheater management.

This company is a fraud. I have booked the flight ticket from Sharjah to Cairo. At the time of booking, it was showing AED 392 but when I booked they charged me AED 451. Their customer care numbers are not reachable. No other ways for filing complaint.

This company is a fraud. I have booked the flight ticket from Ahmedabad to Kathmandu. At the time of booking, it was showing 1000 rs cancellation charges but when I cancelled it during the stipulated time duration, they deducted 17k from me. The customer care executives are also part of the scam. NEVER EVER book anything from this website. Avoid it at any cost. Delete the application and pass on the message to as many customers as you can.

Hi my name is Sahil **. I have a flight 20th April and I was trying to reschedule it from last 5 days but no one reached me. No one mailed me. I tried your different number. No one was attending call on Indian number ending with 747. Then I tried on UAE number starting with 600 and I have spent 700 Aed on 3 calls as am traveling and roaming, But still my issue wasn't resolved. Today I called again, spent more 200 aed on call and they said they will call me back but unfortunately nothing, no one called. Now tomorrow morning is my flight and I can't travel, and I lose money from there too. I don't know what to do or what to say, your customer care is very bad worst, can't do anything from app too, I was using MakeMyTrip from long as am traveling regular traveler but today totally disappointing and depressed.

Had very bad experience with MMT. We asked them to provide 3 star or 4 star hotel room but they given very bad poor hotel room in Malaysia. And hotel is in a narrow gully. We pay them big amount but they given us poor service.

I have recently got married. Me and my wife had long planned to go to Maldives for honeymoon but due to recent political issues and negative comments from Maldives we called off the Maldives plan. We usually book or trips from Expedia directly since last 12 years. I must say that I have never been disappointed by Expedia and its service. This time around we decided to book our honeymoon from Makemytrip thinking to use local company rather than using Expedia. As soon I reached out for a quote, I was getting at least 4 to 5 phone calls per day on when and how would I like to book (Agent name: Rincy **). I pretty much feel pressured to make a decision. Anyhow, We booked our trip to makemytrip for 5 days with Ambre Mauritius.
On our 3rd day there we received an email stating that our departing flight has been preponed for full 24 hours (so basically we had to end our trip a day before planned). I had tried calling makemytrip while in Mauritius, my booking agent (Rincy **) never received or returned any of my calls and same with makemytrip customer service- I was bounced from one person to another.
We had to return to India on provided ticket from an airline 1 day early. Upon our return I had reached out to makemytrip regarding refund for interruption. The only answer makemytrip had was "we cannot control flight schedule so we can't give you the refund". I repetitively tried to explain that I did not have an option to choose the airline when I booked package with make my trip. Makemytrip had pre-chosen the airlines and resort for the package and makemytrip should advocate to resort for the refund. I had called so many times with no result. I had reached out to the resort for the refund myself.
The resort has sent me an email copying makemytrip agents stating that resort has issued the refund to makemytrip and they should pass it on to me. I have never received the said refund, instead makemytrip sent me and email that refund query I have raised has been closed. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service makemytrip has provided. I will never chose makemytrip ever ever again in my life. I will share my experience with my friends and family in India and overseas and will ask them to stay away from this company to avoid such experience. My humble appeal to consumer affairs is that to review mine and hundreds of other consumers who have shared their experience here regarding makemytrip, and take necessary action.

They do provide little better rate but if we see that and if anything happens to our travel. We reach the customer service team, we are doomed. One flight got cancelled on Dec 4th, 2023 due to cyclone in Chennai when we were waiting for boarding. The airline promised a full refund and sent us back home... reached airline directly and they told us to reach through the booking agent who is MakeMyTrip... and it's 26th March 2024. I am still waiting for an update on my refund... so many calls placed, so many screams and every single person in customer service says that they taken this at their end, I will be updated in 48hours... so many 48 hours happened and every time I call different people and same story and explanation I am repeating. If any one from MakeMyTrip is taking care of Google review I hope to get a solution at least now... and I am a frequent traveler and consider you have lost a customer.

I think MMT is the worst app and website I come across in my life, they are, 100 percent fraud in all services. This is my second experience with MMT. I booked train ticket with guaranteed confirmations but out of 5 only one ticket got confirmed and rest all got WL.

I paid AED 880 for my flight ticket, which was later cancelled by the airline. I requested a refund of the total amount, but they deducted AED 210 without any explanation. This was a terrible experience with MakeMyTrip.

I recently booked HHI-5 star-hotel thru MMT for a good 7 days. This establishment is the possibly of the most rundown hotels there is(irrespective of star category). The paint inside the room, the grossly peeling paints on the outside walls, the flushing mechanism took you almost a century back. My room had flies. It was horrific. Unfortunately with MMT you got to pay 100% upfront and in spite of me trying to see if there was a way I could transfer to another hotel, they offered me Rs 5000 off for my next booking with them within 1 year. No empathy, no genuine concern- they were trying to see if they could sell me even at that point.
Right from my arrival at the reception, the experience was less than desirable. A smile does not cost you even a dime- a concept which most probably they are alien to. I was asked for my identification and then after a while when I was done I was kind of feeling sorry for the lady who had to work to check me in. The list goes on and on.
MMT is an unfortunately the major culprit and thousands of people are following their lead on their selection. I am not even sure if they have even sent a field staff to check this place out. I had also put in my review about HHI on MMT’s app with pictures that speak a lot more than words. I got a response saying that they wanted to thank me for my feedback a millions of people could benefit from my comments. Question is- who needs to get fixed first, MMT or the hotel. I am a businessman too and we all work for money. But if we work only for money, there is a problem.

I used MakeMyTrip to book what was my last ever trip to India. Although I was born there, I will no longer be coming back since there are other places I want to visit. I am very angry with the experience that MakeMyTrip provided with my trip to North India. First, let me share the one good experience that I had out there. The driver and car were absolutely fantastic, and I tipped him separately for the quality of service.
The bad? I was booked into the most unclean and disgusting hotels that I have ever experienced. I have traveled all over India and have experienced a range of hotels, but never as disgusting as this. I am talking about unclean bathrooms, vermin, and worse. In one instance, we were given ripped sheets. This is North India in winter! My wife and I slept with our coats on that night. When we got back to Mumbai, I threw out all my luggage and bought new suitcases. I did not want to bring bedbugs back to my home in the US. The single hotel that was decent was the one my nephew booked for me outside of this godforsaken package.
MakeMyTrip attracts customers by showing a cheap price for their package but not providing the ability to request the quality of the hotel, or which hotels can be booked at the time of payment. You are only allowed to accept whatever they give you for the package. It was very upsetting to be in this situation, and I have warned my daughter and her husband against using MakeMyTrip for their 5-year anniversary trip next year. I told them to book everything themselves. Save yourself the bedbug bites. Book the hotels yourself via TripAdvisor.

Makemytrip.com cannot be trusted as a provider of satisfactory tour packages…They screwed up by lying to us of 4 star accommodation and luxury transport,…instead gave us the worst after paying $5900.00 for extremely filthy places to stay, completely documented and photographed…even after immediately informing Ajay ** my contact from this ridiculous organization did not do nothing to investigate their supplier, Discover destination from Georgia, US….the contact being Srinivas. They promise you the world just rip you off if you are not smart….and screw you and your happiness and time…they are totally unfit to do business with…and have to dealt with legally as they are only a scam…scam..scam.

Except for our tour guide (Babu) who gets 5 stars, our experience with Make My Trip.com was unfortunately very poor. Hotel locations were very poor, except at Thekkady. House boat's so-called super deluxe rooms were pathetic. House boat service was horrible. Kerala Tourism Department should cancel licences of all these Allepy houseboat operations. Actually, company should personally apologize and return our money. Babu was the only savior!

Very poor customer experience. I was not provided seat assignment, and customer rep kept talking for more than 1 hour and billed my credit card for $ 5821 instead Rs 5821. When disputed I am being told it will take 12 days to process refund. I am not given seat assignment even after all this.

I booked my 5 days trip to Himachal Pradesh from Delhi with MMT. I am not an Indian resident and will be travelling with my sister only. I requested from day 1 to give us good experienced driver. Secondly, they charged me extra for guided tour for 2 placed. Total it cost me around 90 K including good hotels. A day before the trip our driver called and asked me " can he take his wife with him as she want to see the place too" I was shocked and scared as we ladies were travelling. The travel agent named was Guruji Travel. I called 4-5 times to my agent and the travel company office but no one picked the ph. We just said No to the driver.
The day our trip started it was so many unpleasant things happened that I do not wish to remember. There was no direct MMT customer number. The MMT agent named Pooja was just useless. The "guruji " travel agent called us during our trip to know how it was going. I told her I can not say much as we are travelling with this driver and I will report it once we reach Delhi.
When we reached Delhi I told the agency everything and still no one called from MMT. As I started reporting our isssue, a agent called and after couple of email she started arguing and stating that I am lying. I will lie for what?? I wanted to make this trip memorable with my sister but it became nightmare. MMT offered me gift voucher for couple of rupees for our next trip.. Seriously Next trip with MMT?
I want to end by saying after paying 90 K we were given the smallest broken car to travel. Never ever booking with MMT in my life and spreading my story to all my friends in California. Not only bad service but MMT cheated me saying guided tour. No guide was there and as we completed the tour they will not refund our guide tour money. It is a common sense that when we have gone to that place and how come we will not see it if they do not provide any guided tour. In HP there is nothing guide as such unless you do 2-3 days trek.

We (me and my wife with knee pain) booked a taxi (using MakeMyTrip phone app) to go to my town from Bengaluru Airport at 1:AM on May 24th. My mother and relatives waiting for me with father dead body to be cremated after my arrival to home. I paid an advance of Rs 1800+ to MakeMyTrip, the taxi did NOT come, and they did not inform me the cancellation. After waited for a long time on the customer service call and I was told that the taxi got cancelled with a blunt answer.

I wish I could post screenshots where they start refund process because their customer care forgot to inform that changing two airlines needs Indonesia Visa (does it make sense?) while pasenger was booked from Bali to Delhi. Then starts false and emails with lies - they never called or text but claimed they couldn't reach out to me. Though they were sending whatsapp messenger. After 4 hrs they send email - they couldn't reach out to me so they are closing refund process and with this they digested approx 350 CAD.

NEVER book ticket through MakeMyTrip.com. Recently I booked air ticket for AirIndigo & I had to cancel through airline. Airline refunded money to Makemytrip.com. but these people ate my money. Never refunded me. Every time when I call customer service they just create ticket. Eventually rejected. This company is suck cheater.

Zero stars! Worst experience rescheduling my return flight ticket. I reached out more than 3 weeks in advance to reschedule my flight and they told me they will reach out to the airline and get back within 2 business days. Today it is 3 days past my flight date and no response from MakeMyTrip. I am calling the customer case number it is going engage. I asked them to cancel my ticket and refund whatever - still no response. I had to book another ticket and still no response from MakeMyTrip. Please boycott this website and save your money, time and effort.

We took a houseboat by JCT on December 24, 2022. It was part of the package by Make My Trip. The package was very expensive as it was the prime time. It was the most terrible experience on the boat. The boat was basically one star, they never clean or mop the floors. The bedrooms are so dirty. The towels and sheets are of one star quality. Food was of horrible quality, served in pots and pans with broken handles. The boat was supposed to be Super Deluxe boat by JCT. There was no internet, no TV and no entertainment. Servers did not know, how to serve. They told us to buy your own sea food and it will be cooked according to your taste, we bought some fish and prawns, and the cook never even came to ask us how to prepare it. In fact, they cut the fish into small pieces and put it in hot oil and fried it til it was charcoal black.
I think Make My Trip hired this run-down boat and put all the people who bought the package from them, on this boat. Every single person on the boat could not wait to get out of the boat. Will never trust MMT again with my trips to India. It's better to take a three- or four-hour ride in the boat in back waters of Karela and go stay in a hotel. Boat is parked all night from 6:00 PM to 9:00AM in dirty water on the side with no place to walk outside or inside the boat. The boat was the most Terrible experience of the whole Kerala trip, as I trusted Make My Trip people. For rest of the package, I had picked my own hotels, after doing some research and we were staying in five-star hotels. Those properties were all very good.

Neither do they have a email to contact or a toll free to contact them and no chat either. They have only a India number to call to, where the person is not very patient to hear you out. My case was closed without resolution. I was promised to be called back but none called me back.

3) Drove on the wrong side of highway at night for 2 KM.
4) Refused to take us to Chittorgarh which was on the itinerary, later resolved by making phone calls and getting frustrated for an hour.
5) Left us at the hotel a day early and refused to come back to take us to the airport. Again, refused to take us anywhere locally.
6) The complaint department says, "Sorry for your inconvenience, we will ensure such incidents does not happen in the future." How is that statement going to help me?
I don’t know if Make My Trip can do something for me to get rid of my frustration, but will recommend you not to book transfers with MMT, Rajasthan routes & trails was their vendor which outsourced it to someone else. They book the cheapest they get and do not think of customers’ convenience. Btw, the hotels were good.

This is UZAIR. Here is my Order Number: **. Here is my booking Number:**. I purchased a ticket from mytrip.com on 29th Oct 2022. My confirmed flight was on 6th Nov 2022. I had cancel my flight by contacted mytrip.com customer support on 30th Oct 2022 due to an unexpected of my mother's health condition was not well and I am the only son who takes care of my mother. Before 1 week of departure of my flight, mytrip.com canceled my flight ticket on 30th Oct 2022 and make sure they will refund my money $275 into the charge method within first week of Nov 2022 but still, 2 months have gone and still mytrip.com not refund my money It’s too disappointing and painful for me.
Furthermore, I am a YouTuber who travels around the world and uploads travel vlogs on a daily basis. I have 2 million subscribers on youtube, 600K followers on Facebook, and 400K followers on Instagram. If mytrip.com will not refund my $275 amount into my charge method then I will expose mytrip.com on my youtube channel, and all other social media platform including youtube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and I will never ever recommend anyone on my youtube audience who travel and purchase a ticket from mytrip.com time to time and travel all over the world apart my audience will not purchase any ticket from mytrip.com because they are scam fraud and not refund my $275 hard earned amount.
This is my first and last worst experience to buy a mytrip.com ticket. I will never ever purchase any ticket from mytrip.com. I have all the evidence screenshots with proof of those persons, victims who had basically purchased a ticket from mytrip.com and got a scam and mytrip.com didn't give tickets to those affected. What's the hell going on mytrip.com is a ** fraud scam website. Now I am going to contact directly mytrip.com chief Executive Officer CEO 'Rajesh Magow' via linkedin and highlight my refund amount $275 directly with them then all the consequences will be responsible only mytrip.com negligence staff.

Due to technical issues, my flight was delayed 15+ hours by Singapore Airlines, disrupting my entire travel plans. Called MakeMyTrip service center to cancel the entire booking and refund my payment on Nov 18th (before the scheduled departure of the canceled flight). Thereafter my nightmare experience with MakeMyTrip customer service began:
(2) They apologize on behalf of Singapore Airlines, hinting they are not responsible for a refund.
(3) They silently drop the calls when I ask them to connect with a supervisor (multiple times).
(4) They open new incidence tickets, mark them as escalated, and then cancel them because they are duplicate.
(5) They promise to call back with a status update within 48 hours, but never call back.(6) You can’t call the CS number and get hold of the same agent again. So no single agent or supervisor takes the responsibility for resolving the issue.
(7) They don’t respond to e-mail or WhatsApp messages.
(8) Singapore Airlines, meanwhile refuse to process the refund as the booking was done through MakeMyTrip.

We reached out to MMT to book our travel package around mid-September. Staff that helped us to book the package were not very experienced and was rushing us to book the ticket that night. He told us that the cancellation fee was only INR 15K if we would have decided to cancel, although the confirmation has INR 70K+ cancellation fees. We asked him to reconfirm the cancellation amount of INR 15K and he said to ignore what's on paper. He managed to book the tickets for us after great difficulty and several back and forth to confirm information on his side. Within a week, we were informed of our flight cancellation. We tried to call MMT to see if they are going to rebook ticket for us. After several calls and several call transfers to different divisions, MMT finally responded to call the Go first airlines directly to re-plan the flight tickets.
It was ridiculous, we booked package from MMT (including flight tickets) but they asked us to call and deal directly with flight team. After few calls to the flight team, they told us no flights are available to Kerala. We were shocked as MMT booked tickets on a canceled flight. We started reviewing online reviews and got so worried which echos same experiences we went through. We were surprised to see, how can such a so-called big company can fraud people. After several communications, flight team agreed to return our flight charges (both ways) but they would return it to MMT and MMT does not agree to refund the same to us.
We also filed several consumer alert grievances, to that each time we get same communication from MMT in different write up that we owe them more money in order to refund the flight charges. We got so frustrated with this whole process. We are located in USA, not in MARs, they claim they couldn't reach us on the phone. September thru November, so many lies, so much of fraud, very irresponsible staff, not at all reliable. We got so frustrated that we were ready to lose our deposit and just avoid further pursuing to travel with this agency. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE and pray that someone who can influence should RED list MMT to avoid further loss to customers like several of us.

It happened since August month, today it is October. I didn't get my money back and they don't even reply my mails and calls.. I tried thousand of time to have conversation with executive but they don't reply..Never go with MakeMyTrip.. Worst experience ever.

I have had the worst experience with MMT and its package that I will never ever book any holiday with them. It's a utter waste of time and money. They give zero thought when preparing a package and zero consideration for the money and time spent by the customer. If booking hotels is alone what drive their business then they are foolish because hotel booking can be done using Booking.com and other websites.
I booked a holiday to Uttarakhand with a trip starting from Jim Corbett:1. One night stay at Jim Corbett and Safari in the morning
2. Nainital drive from Jim Corbett and 2 nights stay in Nainital
3. Drop back to Pantnagar airport from Nainital
1, On day one there was complete reluctance on the part of driver to take show us any place even if I was ready to pay him above and beyond what was paid since he says MMT didn't have anything on the itinerary. His reluctance was understandable - he had to drive 7hrs from Delhi. Couldn't understand a company like MMT couldn't find a cab service which was local. They billed me for the drive from Delhi with no apparent benefit for me (customer). I ended up paying more to the driver than I paid to MMT.
They completely fleeced me on the safari. They actually fed me to the vendor despite knowing that Corbett was not open till Oct 15. They made me book a safari and end of it in the name of safari I was taken to a reserve which is not even part of Jim Corbett (Sitabani). It was blatant loot by both the safari vendor and MMT. This alone is enough reason for me to never go with MMT again. The hotel they booked was ok but if I wanted to book stay alone I would have used Booking.com or Agoda - why would I come to MMT?
2. After we reached Nainital I was informed by the driver that he won't be showing us 9 places and those will have to be seen using local cabs for which I again had to shell out more. This was never informed to us and came as a surprise. End of it only once the driver took us out in 3 days in Nainital and rest of the time he was sleeping in his car. Not sure why I paid for his trip from Delhi for him to sleep in Nainital. The hotel booked in Nainital was pathetic - don't even want to write about it.
3. The only thing good in the whole package which went thru without any issues was the drop back to Pantnagar Airport.
MMT should not even be the last resort for holiday package bookings.

I booked a ticket to Coimbatore from Velankanni Tamilnadu. I need to rush very urgently. I paid the ticket fare for my seat and they sent me the ticket to my mail and the invoice also was received. Today am suppose to board my bus. When I reached to the pick up point near Universal travels which was mentioned in the ticket this agency person is so rude and he is telling me no bus, it's cancelled. He treated me like some beggar. My actual time was at 12:40PM. After few minutes am getting one more paid invoice same copy to my mail. Please. I had a very bad experience. Not able to talk to this people nor the universal agency.

Day by day, MMT is graduating from bad to worse. I used MMT for booking my stay at Residence Inn Marriot at Phoenix AZ, I got confirmation for the booking so I flew to Phoenix considering that I have a place to stay, once I reached property I asked for the room, to my surprise Hotel said that my booking was cancelled by my provider(i.e. MMT). I was shocked because I was in a different country and I don’t even know the place and I don’t have a place to stay (you can imagine the ordeal). I asked Hotel for a reason why the booking was cancelled and they suggested that they don’t have a reason because it was done by the portal that I booked the hotel and only option I have is to check with them.
It was 15th Sep around 4:00 PM local time and my disaster started from here, I called MMT customer service (1-800-463-4210), I spoke to Vikash on first call, he took all my details and asked to wait for 30 minutes and assured me that someone from their relevant team will call me back at my US number and provide resolution. I waited for almost an hour standing outside the hotel but never got a call, I called them again. This time I spoke to Rajat, He again took all the details and said he do not have an information what happened previously and he will make sure I get a call back from team concerned in next 15-20 minutes.
I again waited for almost 40 minutes, no call was received, I called again and spoke to Rahul (for that matter I realized they have 3 different Rahuls) and he immediately understood my concerned and suggested me to wait for another 30 minutes and also promised me that he will call me back in 30 minutes to check if I got a call or not, I was a fool to trust them, neither of them called. I reached out to MMTC again and spoke to Sujit, he said nothing is in his hand and has to have a team concerned call me back, I suggested if he can transfer the call because it's been 3 hours and I have been standing on road with luggage and nowhere to go but he did not listen and kept saying he doesn’t have any means to get me connect to anyone.
I thought I will give one more try (I didn’t have a choice. I was at MMTC mercy), I agreed to another fake promise of a call back, meanwhile, I started checking nearby hotel availability because by this time I was sure MMTC will not call me back (exactly what happened). I tried to find in available properties at around 8 evening, To my utter shock & disbelief there was no availability for 15th Sep night, I was left stranded on the road in a different country and no other place to go. The place also didn’t look secured, My phone’s battery was almost dying and I had no place to go.
I went to a café nearby with all my luggage and no place to stay and charged my phone and tried to call MMTC again, what a pain, I spoke to Vikash now and he said exactly the same thing, he will escalate and get me a call in 30 minutes, I requested him and pleaded him that I have been waiting for almost 5 hours already, he said he don’t have any information from my previous conversation and has to treat it as new case, he assured me that he himself will call me in 30 minutes to check if I got a call or not. I had no choice except to wait, meanwhile, because it was getting way too late, I had to take up an accommodation which costed me more than $200 per night. I anticipated that I will get a call from MMTC but I never did, I kept calling them after every hour and spoke to a different person and was been promised a call in 10-15 minutes because everyone highlighted the case on priority.
It is strange that they don’t have authority and they never have a supervisor to talk to on the floor. Every time I asked for a supervisor I got exactly same answer that supervisor is not available, I was promised supervisor call as well but I never received, meanwhile, I got an email from MMTC stating that they tried to reach out to me, I immediately replied to them but never got a revert and I have replied to that email 7 times already in last 2 days but yet to get any response, email is from Mou **. I am seriously disappointed by the kind of services I received from MMTC and has left a bitter taste in mouth and will never use the services again and make sure I let my network know what really happened. I am sure this email also will fall into deaf ears but I am going to share my views wherever I can.

I normally don't review services or believe the reviews I read as I often think it's not real or exaggerated. However in this case I was the victim of Makemytrip.com. I booked a flight on their website for myself and my wife. Hours later I receive two calls from the fraud dept asking if I made the purchase which I responded yes. They sent me an email asking for my card front and back and photo ID. They called again and I didn't answer, pressuring me to hurry and send. Then they tried calling my other number from public records and asked my previous wife if she knows where I am saying they trying to get thru to me about a flight I booked for me and someone else. She told them she doesn't know where I am. When I reached the airport the flight was voided. They voided the ticket and didn't send me any emails. I suggest you never book with them. Your confirmed flight is never actually confirmed. You don't get a peace of mind at all.

Day by day, MMT is graduating from bad to worse. I used MMT for booking my stay at a beach house in Kannur. Kannur not being a tourist centric town, I chose the best accommodation in the best available property for a 2 nights’ stay. The property is in a village & after reading the description and facilities, I was quite surprised that such a place can exist in a small village in Kannur. I even confirmed the details by talking over the phone with MMT support & the property owner.
To my utter shock & disbelief, out of 28 promised facilities, 20 were absent, 2 I didn’t require. Most importantly, there was no security, neither for the guests (any outsider could come & go at their own free will), nor for the law enforcement (Our IDs were not checked, any person can stay claiming someone else’s identity). The accommodation was filthy, broken floors & full of jumbo sized cockroaches.
And when these were brought to the notice of MMT, the response came that they will resolve this by 48 hours, i.e. 24 hours beyond my stay at the property.Finally, their resolution was to issue a voucher to me with a definite expiry period. It means, for the resolution to be effective, I would need to avail the MMT services again Once beaten, twice shy. NEVER AGAIN.

I wanted to book flight for 27th Aug, however accidentally selected 26th Aug and booked the flight. So I called within 10 mins to MakeMyTrip and asked to reschedule my flight but they said you have to pay complete amount again, even I asked them to fine 1000-2000 rupees but please reschedule it but they said no you have to pay complete charge around 8000 again. I have to go to Bangalore from Delhi very urgent due to illness to my family member but they didn't helped me. Very pathetic experience. I will never book flight from MakeMyTrip.

Horrible experience, tried to change my ticket dates and the agent send me a link that I could only pay with an Indian card, finally found someone with Indian card and we were not able to pay as the link was corrupted, we tried with multiple cards is like the bank knew it was a fraud, after few hrs. the agent told me that if I did not show up I need to pay, how I will pay if I could not charge the flight because of the alternative options of the application (the corrupted link). I went to the office in Dubai and it looks abandoned, the security said everyday 10 people go to the office and find not response. I truly believe this application is a fraud.

I want all people know about your bad business from online payment as I booked a flight ticket from your website with a good price and after I paid by credit card. They have informed me that the ticket has been canceled as the airline didn't accept the ticket and prices then they refunded the amount in one week but not the total amount which they took from my account.
This is a bad business when they confirm something then cancel it then I couldn't receive my total payment and lost my flight and prices has been increased. And the customer service is so bad, rude, and unprofessional. I hate dealing with you.

Guys, do not use Makemytrip unless unavoidable! I recently used this company for a 4-night/5-day stay in Kashmir. I have the following observations: Booking the trip till finalization is a very frustrating experience. It is very difficult to contact their person doing the booking. No tel. No, only an email is given which is not responded to for over 24 hours. I spent 5 or 6 very frustrating days doing my bookings and thereafter trying to make some changes. As many as 3 different persons were contacting me at various stages, although I was told that the first person would be my go-to person from start to finish. I kept getting handed over from person to person. is only much nearer to the date of travel that I was given contact tel. Nos.
Their pricing policy is totally opaque. You are just given one final figure, take it or leave it. Not that they are necessarily very costly, it is just that they are not at all transparent regarding the break-up of pricing. I found that they are totally resistant to any change once they quote an overall figure. After doing the bookings, which were for Pahalgam, Srinagar and Gulmarg, I decided to cancel the day trip to Gulmarg. No refund was given to me for not undertaking the 60 kms to and fro ride in an Innova from Srinagar to Gulmarg and back! They just refused to entertain this, although I asked well in time. The only refund they agreed to was the refund of the gondola ride tickets at Gulmarg, that too after requesting repeatedly.
There is no follow-up or attention to detail on the ground. They have sub-contracted the local excursions to the travel company providing the transport at Srinagar. Due to a total lack of coordination, our the vehicle driver (who was supposed to pay the union driver who took us Betaab and Chandanwadi, as also the Shikara ride on the Nageen lake) refused to pay and we had to face unpleasantness for half an hour in the hot sun with the two parties shouting and fighting. Even my calling the local rep of the company needed some more time for him to sort it out with the travel company.
The local driver refused to wear a mask despite my personally providing him with a new mask each day, which he would remove at the first opportunity. They have their regular tie-ups with shopkeepers. The driver blatantly asked for his cut from the shopkeeper in our presence and was given a packet of dry fruits! I was fed up withing the first 2-3 days of contacting this company, but persisted with them since it was difficult to make alternate arrangements due to the heavy tourist rush at this time (June) to Kashmir.

Never use this company!! Worst company ever! Customer service agents are not knowledgeable at all. Supervisor will promise you a full refund all written in an email. Then you will receive another email a day after from another agent saying otherwise. Describing them as unprofessional and unreliable is an understatement.

I purchased Kashmir vacation by paying premium price for hotels (4 Star) and ground car (SUV). But what I got was substandard service. I am so disappointed with their service. My family fell sick during vacation there. Our vacation plan was day 1 after we reach Srinagar, we get Shikara ride (they never say it's a min priced service they sell) just an hour ride. Not enough cause the counter starts when you reach Ghat 09.
I paid premium for 4 star hotel, and what I got was 10X10 hotel with one bed for 3 people. When you charge for 3 people make sure everyone can sleep. I had to sleep on chair as the bed provided was queen. Extra bed can be arranged but they are close to toilet. It stinks as hotels are not clean. After eating food in hotel our family was food poisoned. Day 2 to Gulmarg, I categorically asked for good SUV car with AC and what I got was savage car. Does not even work fine.
The hotel at Gulmarg (Heavan retreat) so called 4 star is a so small. MMT charges huge price for that hotel does not have AC. Remember summer time you need AC in Kashmir as it gets really hot. I reached out to MMT but no use. Their customer care does not CARE. While selling package they promise the world but in reality the service is pathetic. My sales lady was Dolan **. I literally begged when I was stranded in the streets of Gulmarg when the car broken down on our way to Pahalgam. The whole family when suffering from heat, continuously vomiting. The car was down for 3 hours. The replacement car condition was even worse. MMT did not do anything.
MMT does not even pay well or pay even to the ground car services. The driver was cursing MMT as they take service and don't even pay. After reaching Pahalgam I realized the room condition is same so called 4 star but 10X10 non ac will not serve well. I had to pay extra Rs.5000 to upgrade. On our way back to Srinagar similar situation, the hotel 4star Montreal 10X10 non ac and I have to pay extra Rs.1000 upgrade for a decent room. Feedback from all hotels MMT does this with every single consumer. They charge high and do not provide good rooms. They choose the basic rooms for these trips.
The flight connections from Bangalore to Srinagar in Go air was pathetic. Longer transit time, indicates the sales rep has no clue how the wait time could play. It's furstrating. Overall I had bad experience with MMT as they primarily cheated me on CAR and Hotels. Avoid them, they do not care about customers. At the end they ask you for proof image. I sent them the car pictures. They will next ask for Hotel staff names and maybe hotel room pictures, I told them, "When my family was struggling with food poisoning you expect me to take pictures."

Worst experience in terms of property, hygiene and food. I had booked Deluxe package for Leh Ladakh in 2nd week of June 2022 through MakeMyTrip. This was a dream destination for us. But the hotel property provided was worst. The property and experience in Tsomiriri, Pangong lake, Leh were like slum areas. Although multiple options for hotel were presented during booking, but the worst property was provided during the stay. The food, bedding and hygiene were worst. Food (with minimal variety available) was very tasteless, basic and on top of it cold. There were other good properties options available but the worst were allocated. Same category hotel provided to Standard package co-passengers. The on-ground relationship managers kept on telling us to expect the minimum facilities.
If MMT wanted us to expect the minimal then why too high package cost was charged to us? MMT should have also changed the minimal, if they wanted us to expect the minimal. People who had booked packages from other agencies thoroughly enjoyed the stay as they got good facilities, this was quite evident just by looking around. Me and my family had wasted our valuable time, money for our dream holiday destination.

I informed customer service. Spoke to Ms. **, who assured me she do not find any Booking and refund initiated. As my Flight Booking was urgent and I need to book immediately as per situation was emergency,proceeded with different ticket of same airline and proceeded. Now Main Drama comes,they call from. Some VOIP no, which gets disconnected ubruptly and they emailed me one more ticket which same day morning claimed to be not booked.
Today morning given I bothered to all on call center some one Ms vani received call and informed me I need to pay cancellation which was 445 aed. I am paying this for no mistake of mine which was occurred due to server error which I have quoted above. Request you all to please do not go with these TPA companies please book direct with airlines as I believe now the service of make my trip is not as it was before, their representatives do not bother the pain which Customers are facing. Worst Holiday package ever. I came from all the way from Canada to enjoy this trip with my family, was not worth it at all. Took the 4N in Kerala package with my whole family of 5 members, and not once did it feel like we were on vacation, it felt more like it was their vacation and we were there to pay them. Lies about hotels being 5 stars. On the app it says 5 star hotel, but on the reception, the staff clearly states that the hotel is either 3 or 4 stars at max. Even so, the conditions of the hotels were horrible. Toilet seats were broken, towels were filthy, room service was abysmal, food was so bad that even the restaurant staff agreed that it was a mistake from their side.
The whole trip felt like they were playing games with us because we had already paid in full. Even the Taxi driver assigned couldn't care less about our well being. We were three women, and the first restaurant the driver took us to, right after the flight, had unbelievably disgusting washrooms. There was poop on floor and everything was soiled. Our first step in Kerala was a very disgusting image. We specifically asked him to take us some place better, and he said, "No, you have to eat here." It felt like everything was planned to make our trip as bad as possible.
My family was visiting the coast for the first time, and we asked the driver to take us to the beach so we can watch the sunrise, the driver yelled at us and told us to let him sleep. Then we went on to finding an auto-rickshaw that would take us. By that time we were simply praying for the trip to end. I am sure Kerala is a beautiful place, but nothing about this trip made our experience pleasant. It is this travel agency who are doing their best to make these experiences the worst for us. It was my first time to use Makemytrip to book my employees tickets and it would be the only time, I will not use nor recommend this to anyone. It is the worst experience I have ever had. I booked an urgent flight for my employee last night 2nd June 2022 and paid using my card but did not get the e-ticket. I checked customer support and it is only opened 9am-9pm so I waited next day. But instead of getting Itinerary, I got a cancellation email. I called CS a LOT OF TIMES. and the 3 persons I got to talk to had a different thing to say. The email I got said, the refund will be full But they did not refund the full amount I paid. And refund will be from 30 June to 11 July 2022. More than 1 month from the day I paid the total. So to cut this short, The company is a scam! The people working there are liars. Instead of makemytrip, it should be takemytrip because they will take the trip from you.

I have tried to book the bus ticket booking on MMT.com, It takes all details . Also payment get deducted from bank account but ticket is not generated. I have tried to contact MMT.com, but MMT team never respond to calls, mails. Neither MMT.com refund the money as booking is not done. Really a very pathetic, miserable, Non professional service provider. Informs to all customers never goes for MMT.com for any kind of bookings as they have no proper authorized, guided service support system. MMT.com is just interested to get the money from customers. They never turn back with proper customer gesture. No valid email id, customer care Nos. Even if you send the repeated mails, never respond to any mails and calls. Really a good example of fraud & cheating company. A really Hopeless, senseless, baseless, Non sense, shameless, useless, Non professional organization.

It amazes me how these kind of companies still operate in India. We booked for a holiday with MakeMyTrip for Kashmir. 6 nights stay and all travel/sightseeing included. For stay at Srinagar & Gulmarg they have 2 star hotels as a 4 star. Regenta & Heevan Retreat hotel, both crampy rooms, just will pass for a town hotel. MMT says these are 4 star properties based on trip advisor rating. Restaurant & staff member at Heevan was good.
MakeMyTrip agents cheat and give false information to the customer just to convince them to purchase their Holiday Package. We made a booking for 7 guests about 3 months before travel to Kashmir. To ensure everything is confirmed, I followed up mutiple times with my travel consultant Shaifali ** and travel representative Ishant ** and every time they confirmed that everything is pre-booked and please contact us 3 days prior only for the voucher. However, when I reached Kashmir along with my group we had terrible experience from day-1.
Every time I had to talk to the local vendors at Kashmir to pre-book the activities included in my package. Sikhara ride was not provided to us on Day-1, somehow we managed to get the ride on last day of our trip after multiple follow-ups. In addition, our whole purpose to visit Gulmarg went on a toss. We were suppose to go for a Gondola ride phase-2 in Gulmarg which was confirmed by MMT about three months advance, yet we couldn’t avail the activity. When I contacted local vendor from the MMT side, the person was simply surprised to know we have a confirmed ticket for Gondola ride.
I spent my entire day talking to my travel consultant Shaifali ** and local vendor Santosh from MMT. Also, I want to highlight that assistant manager Shaifali ** was not prompt, arrogant and have a reckless attitude towards her work. The entire 2 days at Gulmarg was complete waste for all of us. In return, I received a token of apology and refund for Gondola ride.
They make false representation just to make money from people. It's the customer who suffers in the end. We paid double the amout for this package, so that everything goes butter smooth but such a shame that we didn’t receive any support from MMT. I cannot imagine that was not end of the tragedy. When we travelled back to Srinagar on day 6 and arrived at the hotel Regenta, the hotel person was astounded to hear that I had booked 3 rooms at their hotel. And they were sold out completely.
The Hotel manager informed that they have never confirmed MMT about room availability. He informed, it’s a frequent issue with MMT online hotel booking; their portal shows that booking is successful for a customer but actually it doesn’t happen, and the customer is in complete shock and despair when he knows from the hotel staff that no room is available.
After 90 minutes of discussion with the hotel and MMT, we were provided rooms which are officially allocated to staff members for emergency. All the 3 rooms allocated to us had some or the other issues. The main doors were not completely functional, wash basin was not installed in one of the room and basic hygiene was not maintained. After all that happened, Shaifali ** has refused for refund and stopped answering my phone calls. I literally don’t have any point of contact to discuss my concern and request for refund.

I am a very busy doc working from 6.00 am to 12.30 night. I had a booking for Thailand on 28-05-2022. They send so many messages for their products sales, insurance sales, other completion of searched products, etc. I could not board the flight because there was no intimation of issuing a Thai pass from our side, which is needed for boarding the flights. The airport authority didn't allow us to board the flights. We lost the flight money, at night we had to book a hotel at double the rates and come back home. We lost our hotel bookings, the itinerary booking amounts too. I have already stopped booking anything from MakeMyTrip. I know they are not bothered, but a post can make difference.

2. Paid for 3-star category hotel but they provided a poor quality hotel, when complained, they observe silence without any response.
3. MMT departments works in silos talking about their roles & responsibilities but never gives any value for the customer concerns.
4. Customer feedback will not be entertained by presales and they push it to post sales. Post sales people will say that they sent it to the concerned who in turn will get in touch with us. When we try to speak to call center, they responded that I should speak to the Relationship Manager. Relationship Manager will never ever respond to our calls or messages except observing silence.
5. As a last resort posted my concerns in their website itself for which I received an auto generated response that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours but it is more that 10 days but neither I received any response addressing my concern nor anyone called me.
6. In summary, there is no one who will hear customer concerns in Makemytrip and their workflow defined also will ensure that no customer with constructive feedback can reach out to them. It appears, their business model is to have one time customer only but they are not bothered about the repeated business. Hence, I have decided neither to use Makemytrip services for my future requirements nor I will recommend to anyone. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.

I asked for refund, they initiated at that very moment, however it's been 2 months Make My Trip is keeping my money and not refunding... Whenever I call them, they say, "You will get in 48 hours." I booked a cab from Ahmedabad junction railway station to Gandhidham, the pickup time was 1:30. The driver...Bhargav **..phone number ** a total crook took note of our 7 baggages...Only one of which was large baggage and 6 small ones could have easily fit in the back of the ertiga...He made us wait beyond 1:30 For some bogus confirmation from his boss...He knew that I will not get cancelation refund if I cancel post 1:30. He refused me..My wife and kids entry into his cab...We were made to stand outside for 10 mins km sweltering heat!!! And as soon as the clock struck 1:30....He denied us the cab!!!! Bogus culture and no help provided by make my trip at all!!!! They just stuck to the 3 baggage limit excuse and they didn't even refund my booking amount INR 1100!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER opt for Make My Trip...Worst ever org ethos!! I will fight tooth and nail to get my money back!!!

Visa has been a part of my package since day 1. Initially I booked holiday package and planned for Dubai, due to your carelessness and irresponsible behavior the glitch is in their system first three days I didn't shown trip after a complaint trip was showed but visa didn't shown and I call customer care and they say visa is coming in 2-3 days and visa not coming in. And in last day of my flight they say visa is not a part of your package and after the complaint I say my plan has to be delayed then I have assured of not paying a single amount over it for extending my dates, and if tickets have to be cancelled my whole paid amount should be reimbursed respectively, and they didn't respond properly. MMT assures that they will get the test done through Dr Lal or SRL. I ticked the call back option of the labs at the time of booking my flight through MMT, talked to a MMT representative (after a super long wait on the phone) and was assured a call back by BOTH the labs. Neither called. MMT assures that both the labs give the RTPCR test reports within 12 hours. A call to the labs will prove that both of them take about 24 hours! Why assure if you can’t deliver?

2. There is no customer service for Cqb Support, I called them three times and those support people asked me to call this 18001025509 for cab and shockingly enough, it doesn't work... amazing.
3. I got the cab details at 1.31 and I simply kept waiting at airport.
4. The cab was smelly and not clean at all. Just very average. If I have to get a cab like that, why would I pay a premium to MMTC who guarantee hygiene and cleanliness.
5. The final bill sent from MMTC is not acceptable by driver and vendor as their tie-up is with some GoZo who sent a different amount. So vendor has one amount, Gozo has another one and MMTC got a third one.
6. Eventually early morning hours I'm arguing with vendor and Gozo and settle it out with great difficulty and after assuring multiple times that if I'm at fault I'll compensate.
7. The billing details says Airport Parking is paid in the invoice but Driver insists that I have to pay parking and I ended up paying 150.
8. During trip end the driver adds toll charges as well and I had to push back showing bill copy twice.
9. In the midst of all this, the customer service is not reachable and even a guy like Kaushik, picks up they say they are there to assist with airline stuff only.
Horrible horrible & horrible. NEVER book a cab from them...and by the way...this was second experience. The first one was little better but the same issue...smelly unclean cab with delay.

Makemytrip helped me buy a round-trip ticket for my friend from Delhi to Pune. We had to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. After that, I contacted a customer service representative via the customer service hotline to do the same. Initially, they stated that they would repay us rupees 5549 in exchange for our 9700. However, someone else took up the phone and provided further information. Due to a technical difficulty with my phone, I emailed them and requested that they call my friend directly. They didn't provide him all of the details concerning the return at the moment, and instead stated, "Can we cancel your tickets as discussed?" He confirmed to annul that, keeping in mind the 5549 rupee reimbursement.
When I contacted them after 2 or 4 days to ask for the final amount to be refunded and the time it would take to refund the money, they started playing a blame game and stated they would trace the conversation. We have not gotten any confirmation on the reimbursement details in about a month, and whenever we call them, they say that it is an open case mean that they are still tracking. They aren't telling us when it will be completed. We said explicitly that everything happened as a result of miscommunication, and we take this into account. As a result, either supply us with the reimbursement that your executive indicated or return our ticket. Despite this, we have not received any information on the subject. So I'm quite upset when I contact them and they never pick up the phone and don't answer. I am really dissatisfied with MMT and would never recommend this platform to anyone.

I have been using MakeMyTrip for almost 12 years for all flight, hotel and holiday package bookings. And If I am taking my time to write below detailed review, readers would understand the deterioated customer committment from MakeMyTrip over the years ending with the last experience that I am detailing below. I have booked Andaman holiday package on March. All selections were premium and Salesperson (Teena from the screenshots) was super Supportive. For the island transfers, I checked with the MMT vendor Makruz and found that they have royal class seats (8 in total, in a separate cabin).
Since we are living in a post covid world and I have a 3 year old, I checked with sales, if they can provide me Royal class seats on ferry to reduce the exposure. They checked and confirmed yes (all WhatsApp and email confirmations from MMT are attached) and based on the confirmation (which included 12000K extra payment for booking royal class ferry seats), I paid around 1,25,000 INR for the 4N/5 days holiday package.
Please note that I have this sales discussion almost a month before the trip and made whole payments 3 weeks before so that they can do the actual bookings. I was told that I will be given actual tickets only a week before the travel. I trusted on MMT sales and operations executive (Prachi) and waited. On 23rd March, I was given the tickets. All was fine, except for the Ferry tickets, which were 'Premium Class', which is the default lower deck ticket. I had paid for Royal class (Premium (lower deck), Deluxe (Upperdeck), Royal (upper deck, private room with 8 seats)).
From that day to my last ferry transfer, I had my brains eaten by following up for something, for which I paid upfront, I was committed upfront and based on the commitments, I choose to choose MMT for the holiday. I finally traveled in premium class, because of wrong booking by MMT. Still, they kept on assuring me as if I am idiot till the actual ferry transfer that they are working on booking the correct ticket.
They don't have tele customer care. The emails and whatsapp screenshots will tell you a clearer story, if it can be shared in this platform. I am deleting my MMT account after 12 years or so. Its time to find a better travel partner. And after all these, they just refunded the excess amount, that too after multiple followups. Way to treat customer!!

Most terrible, awful customer service experience ever in my life …MMT is the most fraudulent company…Please check carefully & untick the already ticked travel insurance option. You all are real rogues. They attached a travel care insurance policy along with booking of a international flight and charged ₹975/- & did not deliver the policy with Covid cover which is mandatory these days for international travel. And on contacting them (which was so very difficult) they asked to send the details for reissue of the policy but did not reissue the correct policy till the date of travel & I had to spend another ₹1400/- to buy a new travel policy.

They changed flight time to Chandigarh at last moment and car to Manali takes 8 hours so it does not make sense to spend whole night in car, see Manali in 1 day and then come back again next day, spending 38000 for such waste. They were not even willing to give full refund or reschedule trip. it was my first gift to my retired parents, and MMT made it the worst experience ever.

Booked a hotel in Mumbai, wanted to modify my booking just by reducing one day when you go to do that via app, it says verify availability and when you do that it shows that the hotel is booked including the days you had booked, so you know that a day can be reduced by me but Make My Trip automated voice keeps giving you automated options and again and again sending you links but now you cannot tell a bird that noooooo it is not happening the way you are forcing me to do, so to reduce your expenses and get business on automated mode you have no call centres but plsss I need someone to hear what the problem your automation is giving....

How Irresponsible Can Be MakeMyTrip. I have booked a bus on 10 April at 3AM from Barasat Bus Stand To Mandarmoni scheduled at 5:50AM. I was present at the place from 5:30AM on that day. At 5:50AM the bus came and denied to pick me up as bus operator find no booking for me and denied to enter in Bus.... What type of arrangement is this? Scam???? Now makemytrip is telling me that I was absent at 5:50 AM at bus stand which is totally silly lie. Now Bus operator is lying. So What should I do? I want my response.... I don't know bus operator. I know MakeMyTrip... I was present at the time of picking and Bus operator denied me to pick me up.

We fourteen of us booked the trip through Mmtrip. This was a spiritual trip to most holy cities in India. Our experience is shared below, 1. When we landed in Prayagraj, we were provided with an old 14 seater tempo traveller, the maximum speed it could go was 50 km/ hour. We complained to our tour coordinator, he told that they will change vehicle. Finally they changed vehicle a day after we reached Kashi. 2. At Kashi, the vehicle was of no use as driver would travel only about 2 kms and stop siting traffic and small roads. From there we were forced to hire auto by paying whatever money the taxi drivers were asking. At the end of it we ended up spending about rs 20000/- on autos for our 4 days stay at Kashi.
3. I am surprised to see how MakeMyTrip gave us a 14 seater TT by charging about Rs 20000+ per day but the same was not usable at Kashi at all!!! Why they did not give us smaller cars or even they could have arranged local autos?? 4. From there we went to Gaya. As some were sick, they prefered to sit in the TT, but the driver used to switch off the A/c !! For two days, we used to complain to MakeMyTrip officer, he used to say it won't be repeated, but unfortunately, the driver always used to switch off the ac saying MakeMyTrip pays him by km travelled ! It became a ritual to plead and fight but all in vain.
5. No guides were provided any where nor any guidance was there from MakeMyTrip. 6. In nutshell, I feel as a tour operator MakeMyTrip is a an useless company. If one believe in paying money and not expecting service, this tour operator MakeMyTrip is okay. I am stopping my review at this only as I am just visited holy places and do not want to spoil my mind.

The bus didn't came on pickup point. Same thing happened with one of my sister also. I am really disappointed as I was having my important medical appointment so, I had to cancelled my appointment.

Please note I do booking for one day in Ibis hotel then I called your customer service to try to change the booking date from 2-3/04/2022 to 1-2/04/2022. Then at 3:00pm they keep me on hold for long time with no response and they confirm they will call me back with no call received, however I repeat call at 8:00 they hold me on call for 30 minutes then they hand up the call with no response. When I ask driver to turn AC, he denied and and argued that AC wouldn't work on hill road. I have made a holiday booking using Makemytrip app in the month of October for Jan travel (Andaman tour) and paid 50% of the amount around 53k. Due to the Covid issues I had to cancel the trip in the month of January. I am still awaiting for my refund from past 5 months and there is no one to help me with the refund issue. I have been trying to connect with the relationship officer, to the MMT team via emails, phone calls but no luck. It’s ridiculous App and would not recommend anyone making any bookings. I had a booking in Make My Trip website, flight for 2 persons, after 1 month I received a cancellation message on my what app number for 1 person without the other. I tried to call customer service multiple time, they answers and I explained the issue for them which is how one of them can go without the other, then I have requested for the supervisor, they promised they will call within 2hrs, and I haven't receive any call from them.
I was tried to call again, around 6-7 time, they answered with different employee, each one saying "Tell me the problem" and asking for booking number, so I have to tell the whole story again and again, for each call I spent around 25-30 min and each employee telling me supervisor will contact you within 2hrs and again I didn't receive any call back. At the end I was stuck with no answer from them and I changed both tickets to new date which was more expensive. It's very bad company. I don't recommend anyone to book from their company.

My Overall experience from worst. We booked one hotel from MyBiz Assured and I had the booking voucher with me when I reached the hotel, the hotel manager informed me that your booking has been cancelled and you have to take the room on actual price which was almost a double amount. It was midnight and I have no other option to take hotel room at hotel price. No booking cancellation or call came to me before I reached to hotel. What is meaning of confirmed booking and MYBiz assures if there is a chance of booking cancellation when you reached hotel with your confirmed booking. Just because of MakeMyTrip I was tortured by hotel to pay the the actual amount or go to other hotel at 03:30 am in the morning. Makemytrip is a ** website and have worst customer support.

Booked a flight from Bangalore to Jaipur a month ago. Today received a message stating flight is cancelled due to operational reasons; claim refund. I claimed for refund. If I have to do a new booking now, I am suppose to pay double the rate which is not feasible and too expensive. On contacting customer care to help me with another flight on the same day, with some better pricing, they outrightly refused. If I book a flight through this portal, there should be some provision that if I flight cancels the portal should reschedule or provide me with some better pricing. Makes no sense in paying double the price. No empathy the customer service has.

I have been a regular client of Make My Trip for most of my flight bookings, for flight bookings they are extremely prompt. But I had to cancel a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai dated 06/12/22, due to a family emergency. The claim was raised by Make My Trip on 11/12/21, I have the related document to prove it, but despite numerous calls and emails, I have yet to receive any form of refund for my cancelled ticket. There is also a lot of ambiguity regarding the amount that will be refunded as different customer care executives quote a different amount. Very poor after sales service!!! Will never book through Make My Trip again!!!

First they will talk nice when you are doing booking. But by any chance something happens and you want to cancel the ticket, they will allow you to cancel. Main problem comes here. They will not give refund amount even after deducting cancellation fee. For us cancellation was done amount or gift card didn't get in wallet or bank account. Then we reached out to relationship manager, she said not to call her as she is not getting response from higher management. What kind of organisation is this where their own employees will not get response. If they say that, what should customers say. 2 part is customers care service is worst. All the ticket raised will get closed with auto response.
3rd part we posted in all social media, dropped several mails for about 3 weeks. Then a person responded and provided gift card details where they added our refund. When we checked gift card it had only half of refund amount. When we mentioned this that gift card was taken back and nothing was given to us. We were wanted to book flights for travel purpose, so we asked again for details, nothing happened. Flight cost went high and also we didn't get refund amount. So better not to go with this travel agency. Because of this for us it's difficult to trust any travel booking agency now.

Booking ID's # ** and **. With reference to mention booking ID's from Mumbai to Mauritius and return dated 22nd May to 29th May 2020, I had requested for refund to my bank account as I can see the Mauritius tourism is not going to open and I can book vacation this summer. I spoke to customer care on 9th Feb 2022 (Shruti **) and this was agreed. MMT did a partial refund for one of the booking ID's into the MMT wallet instead of my bank account. Later on the MMT wallet transaction was reversed. I raised a query regarding the same, the backend team contacted me asking for my bank details. To date I haven't received any money. The backend team keeps calling me every evening repeating the same information. This is like a harassment as if I owe them the money. As a professional tourism organization, I request MMT higher management to look into matter and refund my money into the bank details I have already shared.

I was revising my rating from 4 star to 1 star. Booking tickets was easy, very easy. But when something goes wrong like a flight cancellation, MakeMyTrip has disappointed me like nothing else. They have made so very difficult to reach customer care personnel to complain about not having received a full refund. This is what happened:
I had booked a flight from Ahmedabad to Dehradun via Delhi. The Airline GoFirst cancelled the Delhi to Dehradun leg. So I cancelled the whole journey and rebooked using another airline (Indigo), and requested a refund. The cancellation part was difficult due to confusing language used by MakeMyTrip. So to follow up I called Customer Care. The lady assured me that I will get a full refund of both the legs of the journey. However, when the refund did come, they refunded me ONLY Delhi to Dehradun part!!!! And NOW there is NO WAY to reach the customer care people or anybody else!!! The numbers listed on the web are WRONG. One of them has changed, but there is a recording to call another number. Upon calling that number, I got NO OPTION to reach a customer service representative unless I had a current reservation!!!!
If MakeMyTrip is reading this, please contact me and let me know how to reach you to resolve this issue. Booking ID ending in ** Ahmadabad to Dehradun on Feb 22. If you resolve this issue and give me a full refund (Ahmedabad to Delhi part) I will revise my review and become a life long customer. But otherwise I may be only a drop in the bucket for you, but remember drop by drop.... bucket will continue to leak....

I booked ticket for my 5 family members from Sgr to Sharjah through MakeMyTrip and 2 days before when I tried to do ok to board for them I found airlines have cancelled the flight. Then I called MakeMyTrip call center and checked the status. They said it is cancelled. MakeMyTrip didn't inform me anything about flight cancellation and one of their representative said it is not their duty to inform customers about this…After all this inconvenience they deduct 325 UAE dirhams from my amount which I paid for booking flights as convenience charges..Without giving me any service and not even informed me about cancellation before I reached them they charged me so called Convenience fees ….MakeMyTrip gave me worst experience ever and I would like to give them Zero rating. In fact if there is option for negative rating I would love to give that.

It is been more than a month but still nothing has been done to refund my brother's amount. My brother had paid this fraud company Rs.2020 on behalf of me to travel from Bangalore to Ujjain on 07th Jan 2022. I raised a complaint by calling them several times in their customer care number to which they replied that refund would be done within 5-7 working days. And then after 20 days when I tried reaching them out, hardly I got a person (a lady) somehow connected through IVR and after listening to my complaint she just abruptly disconnected the call. That's how manner-less & rude 'customer care representatives' are.
I've even got their mail regarding 'Refund Confirmation' (MakeMyTrip Booking ID **) from this fraudsters but still nothing has been done so far. Such a low-grade activity they've done that they don't connect with you even through IVR once they know that it is a 'Complaint' and upon everything, nobody can find a 'raise an issue/complaint/support tab' anywhere in their WEBSITE.

I had booked my honeymoon tour via MakeMyTrip.com, in my itinerary I had 10 Places to visit hardly 4 places were covered. When I informed my issue to MMT they didn’t bother to assist and the relationship manager Rupini switched off her mobile and other girl named Akanksha was giving me lame reasons for not assisting me. This gentleman named Akshay calls me and says mail, "Please mail us your issue. We will assist you immediately," and he is missing later.
When we were booking our travel they called us like 10 times but when we had issue no one bothered. And on top of this driver stopped by expensive places for food, or even for dresses that we had to hire for Shimla and Manali points. He knew people and he wasn’t ready to take us anywhere else. He stopped by to purchase vegetables but when we wanted to click a pic he was like "Abhi nai badme karlena." “Atrocious behaviour” Guys please don’t book via makemytrip they are just looting people.

I had booked a cab on the 13th from Howrah Junction to Kolkata Airport at 730 pm. The train was running late and I tried to modify the booking but the link was not working. The driver cancelled my cab without informing me even though I had mentioned to him that the train is running late. This is not what I expected from Makemytrip. I had to scramble to get another taxi with my family to reach the airport on time.
I immediately submitted feedback using the link sent on WhatsApp but there was no resolution. I tried calling the Makemytrip customer care but could not get an agent for 20 mins. I had to drop off to check in at the airport. After that, I tried calling the customer care next day but they mentioned that the money could not be refunded. I asked for the issue to be escalated but did not get a callback within the time I asked. When I did get the call back, I was in an office call and asked that the person to call me in 20 mins. However, I did not get a call back and later when I tried calling customer care again, I get an automated response that these queries can be resolved through the links provided in whatsapp message. That was not working earlier as well. Disgusted with the service. You just can't reach an agent easily on the customer care. Fed up listening to only automated responses.

I had a booking from Chandigarh to Vadodara was traveling with infant through MakeMyTrip and they made 2 different airlines connecting flight due to delay of one flight I missed my another but nobody took the responsibility. Neither MakeMyTrip or airlines. My delay flight was from Air India and when I asked them to book a ticket or do adjustments they said no seat is available you can book business class (rs 20000) and when I approached third party they said ticket is available and a lot my ticket of rs 9800. Because of air India and MakeMyTrip, I suffered and even paid hefty amount though I was traveling with infant.. None took the responsibility.. Just looting the innocent customers.

Refund request raised 45 days back and no sign of money till now. It takes them 15 days for each step and have every trick in the book to block your return. Never again. Do not get happy with the price listed by Aloft in MakeMyTrip. I booked for 3 adults. Though the price summary says for 3 adults / night somewhere in the footer they mentioned the price is for two adults. Wondering why MakemyTrip encouraging such practice. Per night price per adult should be mentioned in the price summary page not on footer section of the voucher. For others terms and conditions/rules like extra bed, etc. it is fine to put in footer but not for the room price for extra adult.

We checked in on 1st Jan22 at around 3pm in afternoon for 2 nights (for relaxation and celebration in Orchid Kasauli Hotel in Kasauli, which is 2km away from Kasauli Market) and checked out at 1st Jan 22 at 7:30 pm reason being abusive language delivered by owner on demand of 1 cigarette. The staff is very egoistic. They don't even care about customers requirement, in return the owner proudly confirm that he owns a property of Rs 2 crores and have a car, and do not need customers like us. We have paid Rs. 7000/- for 2 nights, on the contrary, if they cannot provide facilities and also use abusive language in return, one should not stay in these type of hotels where they don't have views from the balcony, don't have options in food menu, hotel is 2km away from market. So why should one book this type of hotel.
Neither MMT is supporting us to solve the issue, they are neither refunding our money not they are providing any alternative hotel in return. We are from Delhi and are standing on road this time at 8:30 pm. Request you not to book these type of hotels.

I was supposed to travel a return trip to Goa from Delhi on 27th Dec 21 and my tickets through Makemytrip booking ID being **. There were supposed to be 8 passengers traveling from Spicejet but due to rising cases of Corona we have to cancel the tickets because we had kids along. I booked the tickets late night 11:50 PM on the 19th Dec. But I canceled partial tickets on the 20th afternoon by conversing with Ms. ** and later canceled the partial tickets on the 20th evening after conversation with Mr **.
My apprehension is that when I conversed with Mr ** on 20th evening, I persuaded him not to levy any cancellation charges as I canceled the tickets before 24 hrs to which after a long conversation of one and a half hour, he accepted that they won't be charging me any amount and that I will get a full refund. This was on the 20th and before 24 hours of booking the tickets, you can check in your records too.
But to my surprise, even after talking with me for a long hour with Mr ** and accepting the fact the tickets still showed uncancelled till the 26Th Dec evening. In the meanwhile, I was constantly contacting you people for the status not being shown as cancel. I had a talk with Mr ** and Mr ** where they repeatedly assured me about the same that Mr ** told me. But at last after so much of continuation with Makemytrip staff, I failed bcos after my long conversation again with Mr ** I had to cancel them because he denied me saying that they would take the cancellation charges as it was still not showing canceled.

I hired a cab service for Outstation from MMT on 21.12.2021. It was a very dramatic trip all over. First of all driver denied the pick up for one of my friend on the way. Then he was not ready for any other stoppage whether it is for a breather on Food or something else. When we requested, He stopped the car mid highway and started argument. We were 3 women only and he got short tempered all sudden and became violent too. We were so scared. This could have been taken any kind of crime too. So I would highly derecommend the MMT cab service for any kind of single passenger specially women. The drivers are not literate and they don't come with verification. They might be very risky.
MMT I would like to take a strict action against this case to the judicial as well. It was a very danger man and if something could have been taken place, That's a way no longer for anything. So I will get back to you with something serious so that you can really go for verification step at least before you provide any service to your customer on priority. I don't want this happen to with anybody else. Specially when women are not safe here in our country. Thanks.

I done the online holiday booking with Make My Trip for Bali destination in Jan 2020. My travelling date were in April 2020 however due to pandemic we need to moved to September 2020. But till Sep 2020 there is no any improvement and concrete updates for international flits hence my booking got on hold for unpredictable duration.
So it's being almost 2 years I don't have any response from MMT even I could tried too many ways to contact them but they are so ridiculous with customer. The worst service I experienced with Make my trip in my life.
I am still struggling to get my booking status even I ready to get my refund with 15% deduction. They had such email chain with options to opt for reschedule booking and refund so I selected refund options but after that there is no any communication for the same and no refund got processed. Conclusively make my trip is not trustworthy organisation so I would request government to suspend their business license until and unless they clear their due with customers.

We had demanded a refund and accepted to Makemytrip's condition of a 15% deduction on the total package price. It's been about two years, and we've been following up on them on a regular basis, but they have yet to respond. Even if we try to call the customer service number, as soon as you select the refund option, the call will be instantly stopped. All of the other numbers are fictitious. We'll need some help to get the money back as soon as possible. We had taken out a personal loan to cover the cost of the package.

Worst service. Worst team to handle genuine consumer complaints. First they gave a very bad hotel which was completely unhygienic. There was no one at the hotel to vent grievance. Upon informing the customer service team got rude and without informing me closed the complaint. I have stopped using MakeMyTrip.

I booked a honeymoon trip to Sri Lanka for 7 days and it has just been a disaster. It’s our day 4. We have moved to Bentota and reached the hotel which MMT has allotted for the 2 days from today. ’Beruwala Panorama Hotel’ is not a HOTEL. It’s a local LODGE where there are labours drinking and there are lizards in the room.
Me and my husband have been calling here and there for help but have achieved nothing. As always the RO Deny ** (Speaks pathetically and has no customer service standards) has told us, "We cannot help it. You either stay there or look for an accommodation on your own at 6.30pm where the streets are pitch dark." We have been told to manage things on our own. She’s a female and I thought she would understand how unsafe this place can be for a female to live even for a night. MMT IS THIS HOW YOU'LL TREAT THE CUSTOMERS. Providing such hotel (Lodges). If anything goes wrong with us here it’s MMT that’ll be held responsible for. Kindly provide a good accommodation on top priority. We are standing on the street. There are no hotels nearby here.

I had a booking for 10 Dec 2021 and wanted to cancel booking and get refund since some sudden health issue came up. The RO assigned to me is not at all aware of any of the policy for medical issues, she keeps on repeating just a single line like a bot, also I tried contacting through Twitter and they just keep on saying customer care/holiday team will contact me. The trip is scheduled for tomorrow and still there is no response from them. MakeMyTrip is fraud, never ever gonna use it again.

Hi, I had booked package for Andaman. I was assigned a RO. Who was not aware of my flight & booking. And when I call her she just not answers call and hung up the call mostly. Before a journey day I just checked if all is good or not.. I get to know that all my flights are being cancelled or rescheduled. And my RO does not know about it... What kind of RO is this..who does not know about customer flight cancellation or rescheduling. When I ask her anything she says, "My shift is over." Her name is Vinita **, worst nightmare of my life. I urge everyone not to book anything from MakeMyTrip.com as they won't provide customer service in case of emergency. Also I demand full refund of my travel package. Make My Trip is fraud and fooling innocent customers. I have recordings and chat screenshots of RO. Please help.

Was trying to book for day flight, showed 2-3 times system error because of fare hike (which I understood after going back to the website) but it got booked to night flight (I will reach 12 in the night and have to travel back to city alone from far away Airport) without giving me any hint. Reached out to customer service. Casually the person told me just (for them Rs. 299/- is Just) Rs. 299/- "will be deducted and we will cancel the booking". You make a new booking with the fare hike. Support agent wants me to pay additional convenience fee and do new booking with fare increase. Agent was just give me recorder solution and was asking me for screenshot of system error. So foolish and annoying. I wish I could have recorded the conversation. Now I have to travel alone in the middle of the night to reach my destination in a new city.

On 17th Nov 2021, it was heavily raining in Bangalore. MakeMyTrip portal was on and off many times. It took 1 hour for each booking and there were about 7 bookings. In 2 such bookings, even though I had selected Indigo while booking, it had gone to default selection to Air Asia and Go Air after 1 hour when I was ready to make payment. I had to cancel and rebook in Indigo again. By doing so I lost Rs. 19,637 for no fault of mine. Even though Go Air and AirAsia have processed refund, I have not got them even after 17 days. Air Asia has processed a refund of Rs. 2,128 against ** and Go Air have processed refund of Rs. 3,492 against ** and Rs. 1,481 against **. They have mentioned that the refund will be done to original mode of payment. I had paid through Net Banking using SBI account. I have not received these refunds.

I did a booking in Make My Trip with my international credit card and due to covid 19 the flight was canceled by the operator. I request for cancelation on May 10th and they didn't respond. Nov 21st again I raised the request and make call also to the customer care. I didnt get good response and after several reminders they transfer the money to my make my trip Wallet and I am trying to transfer the money from last 6 days. Nothing is happening. They are keep postponing.

It was pathetic experience ever. The Ac kept on dropping full night and they were expecting us to inform them in mid of the night. We were with our child and shifting in middle of the night was not an option for us. However we were not even compensated on room and stay. They charged us exorbitantly high and the images of the swimming pool were not exactly the way actually it is. It is quite small. So also the room service was not even ready to make Maggi for the child. We had to really compromise a lot in spite of paying full. I also have the video of the dripping which caused water accumulation in the room and it was extremely disturbing to hear the dripping all night through. At Le Papillon, Lonavala.

I regret informing that I booked a hotel on Make My Trip on 19.11.21 for the date 20.11.21. When I checked into hotel on 20.11.21, the hotel told they have already cancelled the booking. But Make My Trip app didn't notify me regarding the cancellation. Later on I tried to connect to customer support. I was made to wait 2 hours on call and after that too the support could not book any hotel. So, I had to ask for a refund. Now after all this harassment, I am about to receive only a partial refund not the full money I have paid. As being a prey of awful support and assistance and a fraudulent company, I want to lodge a complaint for fooling customers.

I booked resort in Gokarna. Charges which resort was asking is 15000 but MakeMyTrip charged me 23000 and that too they have not given enough option for dinner. Chapati, 2 subji, 1 type of rice and dal. This was menu of hotel. Once asked MakeMyTrip they have no answer why they have charged 8000 extra. I am feeling looted.

I have booked Rajasthan trip with family of seven. Due to emergency I have requested for rescheduling trip for any other dates. I have intimated 50 days before trip starts and non season days. But they don't have option to change dates, I had to go with only cancelation. Had to lose around one lakh. Customer care number also doesn't work. They have automated call center to contact Relationship Manager. Relationship Manager doesn't pick calls and won't respond to Whats App messages. After continuously calling 5p times and she said I have to pay same amount of cancelation for reschedule as well. That means have to pay one lakh extra. Worst travels, worst customer care, worst service and worst staff. Never ever go with Make My Trip and Don't believe their advertisement. Advertisement says free cancelation and free date change. All bogus. How to put a case on this.

I have booked a cottage in resort (Kaduhithlu) in Sakleshpur. But when I reached there along with my family including kids I was surprised to hear from resort owner that they have not taken any booking from MMT. Later I called Customer care many times and they were giving apology. My entire trip got spoiled and wasted my money for travelling all the way from Bangalore. And luckily it was daytime otherwise it is very difficult to travel during night. Finally I asked for compensation for my failed trip due to MMT but still they are not responding so I am going to file cheating case against MMT since this ruthless app agency cheating everyone by simply collecting money without confirmation from the concerned authorities. Please be careful. Never use MMT. We have to file to keep this agency blacklisted.

After booking a ticket for Rs. 6633 I got cancellation refund of Rs.975+835 and again second time after booking of Rs. 6522 tickets I have received Rs. 724 after cancellation so goodbye MakeMyTrip. No more bookings. It's been more than a decade. I've been loyal to you but I think you just want to suck people's money by any means to cover up your losses due to covid. Thank you very much.

I have book room in Ashoka hotel near Nikki lake Mount Abu but they said hotel property in damage condition and also providing service and without any permission directly our room handover to other guest. In room premises horrible conditions hence Make my trip is not provide any service and arrange default property and spoil innocent people tour. Therefore humble request to people don't install make my trip application. If you're going through make my trip app hence you're suffering huge and also may be spoiled your tour.

Totally spoiled my holiday. Gave us a resort that needs domestic flight from male airport, flight wZ at 5.40 and we were told if we reach earlier we can even catch earlier domestic flight, on reaching found out no domestic flights for last few days, made to wait in lounge since 4 pm till 11 pm. Will reach resort by 1 am so out of four nights that I paid for getting only 3 nights and MMT not informed us earlier or got booking changed to a nearby resort after informing us nor getting us any compensation or complimentary services to compensate for this one day loss of both time and money, never make your booking from mmt if you wanna make your booking and not unmake.

I had reserved hotel in Switzerland and had good discount on Citi card on booking via MMT. On reaching at hotel I came to know mmt did not reserve my room and that too after hours of communication with customer service from Switzerland to India. The reason I got from mmt was Citibank declined payment, whereas Citibank clearly stated there was no payment request made by mmt. Even after complaining mmt, they couldn’t not provide the transaction ID to support their side of decline in payment by Citibank.
After multiple follow ups mmt stopped responding my email. I had to bear extra hotel cost as I had to make spontaneous reservation. I had booked 2 months early, which mmt did not honour. For booking at 4 other countries I found the hotel spot booking rate was cheaper than mmt, but mmt did not cancel those bookings. They only canceled the one where spot rate was higher. Mmt is cheat company. Go for Bookings.com who can be trusted. BOYCOTT MAKE MY TRIP.

I had booked a room through MakeMyTrip in Hotel Shreemaya, Indore, for three guest and had paid the rent in advance, for the period 24/9/21 to 28/9/21. The hotel charged me Rs. 5200/- for the third bed (kot). I approached MakeMyTrip to refund Rs. 5200/- by sending an email. MakeMyTrip did not respond even after sending them three reminders.

I think I've made the biggest mistake of my life. I booked my air ticket from MMT and took baggage insurance as well. I paid an extra amount of baggage insurance but I didn't receive the insurance policy, only it was mentioned in the invoice attached for your reference. Now my 1 bag was lost by the airport/airlines authority and I need to claim my insurance but I couldn't get proper assistance from any of you. The MMT team is saying that we are dealing only in bookings, we are not responsible for insurance claims and the insurance team is saying we cannot proceed further without an insurance policy.
You both are entertaining the customer and just passing the parcel in another's court, no one is damn serious to resolve the issue. Do you all think that customer is a fool, this is the customer service that you are providing? It has been almost 21 days since my baggage was lost and I still couldn't claim my insurance. You guys have not sent me the Policy. Is this my fault? You couldn't take it out from the system or else you don't wanna do it? I am never ever going to book and suggest anybody to book a ticket from MMT and pay an additional amount for baggage insurance because in the end this is all fake, no is going to resolve the matter.

The verification of MMT is totally humbug. No verification is done. My recent stay at greater Noida at Ooak hotel on recommendation of MMT booked through their website. The issues were raised and attended by their executive. But surprisingly the hotel owner blamed me to be lying. Customer is God and why false complaint will be lodged. MMT executive offered 20% refund of my booking amount but are we beggars to ask for refund? I believe that MMT is not the same as 15 years back. I would advise customers not to believe the seal of trust of MMT. Their selected hotels and their owners are **. It's courtesy industry.
I being 65 years ordered food at 8.15 pm and after several reminders to hotel reception did not receive dinner up to 9.45 pm. Finally they brought it at 10 pm up to that time I lost my appetite and slept without dinner and also refrained from complimentary breakfast. It could have cost me life as I am diabetic. But their selected hoteliers along with MMT officials are only there to cheat customer, blame them and if any mishap happens then it's no issue for them. It's my experience advice to people going for booking to MMT website.

We booked a ticket to the US for our son thru MMT in Feb '21 and due to rescheduling of a flight when we said we could not accept the reschedule, MMT went ahead and cancelled our ticket. Initially they said they have to get the refund from Airline and till date nothing is done and we firmly believe they are fooling us. I booked outstation can from Moradabad to Dehradun on **. There was change in the cab no. and driver. Makemytrip didn't bother to inform about it. When it was brought to their notice even then they did not confirm whether the changed vehicle is sent by them. Extremely poor service. Quality of cab and driver is also very poor. They just do booking charging heavily and providing the service without any professionalism. May God help makemytrip.

I booked a hotel in Hyderabad on Makemytrip. When we went there, the information provided on the website is not accurate. When we mentioned the same to Makemytrip, they said they can’t refund as the hotel guy is not agreeing for their refund. Their personnel couldn’t resolve our issue for 4 hours or so, and we had to book another hotel. In the whole episode, the support from MakeMytrip is worst.

My daughter had booked a return ticket through Make My Trip from New Delhi to New York and back on Air India. The booking ID was **, ticket no **, application no ** costing Rs 1,10,000. Due to the US ban which came into effect from 04 May, she had to cancel the ticket and asked for immediate refund. On contacting Make my Trip a large no of times, the standard reply through the website is that it will take 181-184 days to refund the amount subject to airline approval. This is absolutely an attempt by Make my Trip to block the money of the passenger especially taking advantage of the covid times. This needs to be immediately conveyed to Make My trip to immediately refund the amount as they must be doing the same with all passengers in an attempt to block the money.

Such a pathetic service provided to an international traveller. I have been trying to connect MakeMyTrip (~50 calls) from the last 14 hours to reschedule my flight from Toronto to Ottawa. Every time I got transferred to an automated answering machine that asked for my Indian mobile number (which obviously is not working here) and hang up.
Context: I have booked a return ticket from Ottawa-Delhi via Toronto, I reached out to both the airlines with whom I had to fly but each airline is putting the responsibility on each other as the ticket had been issued via MMT(makemytrip). So, I choose another path, make a new booking, so that I can speak to a real person who assured me to arrange a callback within an hour; however, I didn't get any callback. I would highly recommend booking tickets from the airline portal what may come.

I am having issue with Make My Trip for getting my flight tickets money (Rs 4994) getting refunded. The flight tickets were booked for last year. Due to corona the flights got cancelled and when asking for the refund they are asking for bank details. After that MMT is telling that due to wrong bank details provided by me they are not able to refund the amount. I had provided them four different bank details in repeated occasions. All the details they are saying the bank details are wrong. How's that possible when one of the account is my salary account and couple of them are my regular transaction accounts in which transaction happens daily.
I seriously don't know what type of scam are they doing. The airlines are telling they have sent the amount to the agent and then why agent is not providing us the amount. There is no customer care support also for MMT with whom we can talk to and complain. Email id is also not working. Really such a pathetic service by MMT I have not seen anywhere.

Makemytrip finally gave refund after a year for my international flight cancellation. They kept money on wallet, I have been requesting them to credit to different bank account from one I used for booking. I used credit card to book, I settled it a year back. Now when I ask them to credit to different bank account they are saying, "We can’t do it." Absolutely worst experience with Makemytrip and I was following up for a year for my refund but now I can’t use the refund until I plan for my next international travel. During COVID times, Makemytrip is looting people money. I don’t recommend this platform to book any of your flights. When you want use your own money, absolutely no way to do that in Makemytrip.

I booked online for my dad - hotel to stay in Coimbatore. My money is taken out on Feb 17, 2021 for the amount of Rs 7534. I do not see the booking in my account. I also called the hotel front desk to check my reservation, it did not go through at all. I tried to call customer support / email support, No phone calls picked. Any page I click to write a complain in MMT page, it is taking me to booking page. DO NOT USE MMT.

HI Friends, In January 14 2021, we booked Dubai family package and this is was my biggest mistake to book from MMT, We booked package for high rate as timings are very much good but later on flight timings got changed and due to we lost our complete one day, We just spent ist day to just to complete sleep over, Hotel rooms are good but shower and toilet jet are not working so it caused inconvenience to family members too, RM appointed to me was the worst RM, she didn't provide any information on time, My flight PNR changed and while coming back to India, she didn't inform me, when I asked her then she resolved my issue, Only pick team and "dubai" onsite support team were very nice and supportive, but India support was poorest. We booked Dhow Marina cruise and sorry to it was very very average and food was worst. I paid high for marina cruise activity and I got the worst. Please go with KLOOK app to book your all activities at cheaper rate. I used it and was much happy than MMT.

WORST AND LAST EXPERIENCE. On Tuesday 15th of December 2020, for the first time, I downloaded the ‘MakeMyTrip’ mobile-app and made two-bookings (under the reference number **) for a 1-night stay in Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah Hotel (UAE). Both of my bookings were for “Suite, 2 Bedrooms, Sea View, King Beds, Room Size 1507 sq. ft”, for which I paid AED 2,300/- (INR 45,852/-) each, a total of AED 4,600/- (INR 91,705/-).
On the day of the check-in, we were given two-regular/basic rooms and upon confronting the hotel, they said that, “we had informed MakeMyTrip over eMail that we do not have 2-bedroom sea view suites available, please inform the customer so they can amend their booking(s) and do not charge them AED 2,300 since we do have the suites available.” Yet, MakeMyTrip charged us wrongly and made us pay 10x for a regular room.
Upon confronting MakeMyTrip customer service team, they said that “we will investigate and get back to you.” However, today it has been about a month and all they have done so far is send automated eMails every week with the status “we are investigating and will get back to you soon”. I would highly-highly-highly recommend all of you to please delete the app or do not make any future bookings via MakeMyTrip as their basic business ethics are not in the right place. Additionally, their concern towards a customer complaint is ZERO and certainly didn't ‘MakeMyTrip’ rather ‘DestroyedMyTrip’.

I bought a a night package through MMT but there was some glitch in their site that my package shows different once I got the confirmation. I did sent them an email and even tried calling them but not able to get in touch with their customer services. No email from their end too. So my experience is worst and I really repenting my decision of selecting MAKE MY TRIP instead of GOIBIBO for just like saving few 100s in it. I will try not to use MMT anymore.

I've booked a flight from VNS to HYD through Goair, Go air has cancelled the flight due to non operation issues, they rescheduled the booking for other date, 2 days before the journey they again cancelled the flight. I've asked them to refund the money and cancel the booking. They have cancelled the refund and initiated the refund. It's been over a month and I didn't get the money refunded to my account. I've contacted the Goair, they said that they have initiated the refund to Make my trip so I need to reach out to them. Unfortunately I only get the option to chat with auto response which is not at all helpful.
I'm following with the bank and they are asking me to get the reference number and the mode by which make my trip has initiated the refund. Unfortunately I'm not able to get these details such as reference number and payment mode through which they have initiated the refund. Due to which bank is not able to help me. I'm following with everyone to get my own money of Rs 10K, and it's been more than a month. Extremely dissatisfied with the support from Goair, Goibibo, and makemytrip and bank.

This is regarding the MakeMyTrip Kerala trip package '**'. The package included booking of a 4 star hotel 'The Lake View resort' Munnar for 2 nights (25th & 26th Dec). This hotel was suggested by a MakeMyTrip agent only (namely Neha), who helped with various quotations and booking. The hotel was sold out and unavailable, which the hotel sales agent communicated to MakeMyTrip on the next day 22nd Dec morning itself. MakeMyTrip missed the communication from the hotel and didn't let us know on the same. As a result we were denied check-in, after arriving at the resort on 25th Dec evening 6:00 pm. We then reached out to the assigned Relationship Officer (namely Vijayalakshmi), who then in coordination with MakeMyTrip backend team took 2 hours to book another hotel (Hill View), but a 3 star one. Next day we need to check out from there too, and after follow-up again with Vijayalakshmi, the next 2 star hotel (Emerald Inn) was booked.
For both days, we were charged for a 4 star hotel, and were degraded to 3 star and 2 star hotel. The MakeMyTrip Relationship Officer and team were fully incompetent, unprofessional and mismanaged in supporting the issues and we have to constantly follow-up with them, instead of they proactively taking care of our trip and issues with hotel booking. Because of this we lost time and it ruined our honeymoon stay at Munnar.
Another guy called Akshay from MakeMyTrip called us during these issues with our Munnar stay, but instead of supporting us he was nagging with his own MakeMyTrip issues and charges. No break-up of costs provided, and charged us higher (for 4 star) for hotels booked for 3 star and 2 star. No refunds initiated. We are very disappointed, completely unhappy and unsatisfied with the services and support provided by MakeMyTrip, and won't recommend anyone to avail MakeMyTrip travel package.

I planned for an holiday to Andaman for my family from 13th to 18th January 2021. The package comes with fixed flight and hotels etc. I probably booked on 5th Dec (not sure on date) and paid 30k while booking and another 30k on 16th Dec 2020 as per MMT payment schedule. Balance 70k on 3rd Jan 2021. On 25th I received an message from airlines that the flight on 13th Jan is cancelled. MMT is responsible to arrange the alternative flight because MMT gave me an package which I agreed but MMT is asking me to pay an additional 10k for alternative flight that too in odd hours flight which am not comfortable. So I asked them to cancel but MMT is deducting 30k as cancellation policy, I don't know what part is my mistake. I feel like cheated by MMT. Why should I pay 30k, I asked MMT to cancel the booking and credit the funds in wallet so that I can use the funds for hotel booking on alternative location on same period.

I’ve been using MakeMyTrip for past many years and probably it’s my last time. I booked my tickets and found some error at the last page however money has been deducted from my bank account, have received few messages from the airline (SpiceJet) to complete your booking, when tried to speak Makemytrip no response and money deducted from the phone provider, again checking with SpiceJet what to complete ?. Highly pathetic service and would not recommend anyone to use them as if you are stuck then only god can save you but makemytrip.

I had recently booked tickets from MakeMyTrip and to be honest, I am extremely disappointed with their service. I had received confirmation of the booking, and when I called the hotel for reconfirmation, they said they hadn't received any booking in my name. I had also tried contacting their customer service, and frankly, they are of no help. There are no proper numbers for contacting customer service. Many just dismissed the call in between of the conversation. The same hotel which I have booked is displayed on their website with increased price too. I am in no condition to book a new hotel as many are full, and the available ones are very expensive. When asked for compensation by finding us another stay, they are asking double the price from which I had originally booked. It just shows how inefficient and fraudulent this company is. Unmake my trip. I have had a terrible experience with MakeMyTrip. I had to travel from Bengaluru to NY and booked my tickets thru make-my trip. Planned to travel on Nov 22 -2020. On Nov 13th, I get a message from you saying my flight (BA flight) is cancelled. And I must have called 15 times over the next 2 weeks -- no way to get in touch. And your on-line "modify reservation" would not work and directed me to British Airways. And no-way to get in touch with BA either... they don't answer phones. I would not give even a single star to MakeMyTrip. I booked a round trip for my mother-in-law flight from Ahmedabad to Canada and Canada to Ahmedabad in Jan 2020. Her return flight was on 8th Sep 2020 and got auto-cancelled because of COVID-19. When I reached out to MMT Customer Support earlier via email, they told that I have to book a return ticket before Jan 2021. Now, I am trying to book a return ticket since Sep 2020 and now it's Dec 2020 but there is no way to re-book a ticket. No option on MMT website. It shows my booking as a Completed Trip even though it's not completed.
I reached out to MMT through Raise a request web form, through Live Chat, through Twitter, through email but they are not responding to any one of them. I just sent an email to them today and again I got an auto response to reach them out to Live Chat and when I will try to reach out through Live Chat, it will transfer me to web form and when I submit a web form, I will not get a reply back so this is a circle which never ends. I hope writing a review here will help me and they will reach out to me.

MMT is a horrible service provider. Their website and customer service are extremely bad - and they do not respond after collecting payment. I was due to travel with an airlines on an international flight, but the airline cancelled my flight and asked me to reach out to MMT for a refund. Apparently, MMT does not pay the airline until the flight is completed, and therefore they haven't received any payment from MMT as of now. MMT is unresponsive, and their in-app option to request refund for flight cancellation by the airline doesn't work either. This is a fairly expensive ticket, and this lack of responsiveness is absolutely unforgiveable. I strongly suggest other users to avoid platforms like MMT or Goibibo and stick to official airlines website instead.

We had Lufthansa flight in July from Chicago to Mumbai. I tried to contact MakeMyTrip multiple times to make my tickets open as there were no flights due to Covid-19 restrictions. Despite making many long-distance calls MMT canceled my tickets and now even after more than 3 months, there is sign of any refund. Although, airline has confirmed that they have refunded the ticket amount to MMT on Oct 2, 2020. There is no response to the emails sent to the CEO and COO of MMT.
The vendor is not geared to handle the situation and in turn, we had to shell out extra money to book return tickets through another airline for Nov 2020. There’s no customer care number. There’s no email to correspond and of course there’s no refund. To save a couple of hundred rupees, we patronized the likes of MMT and now paying DEARLY for that SIN. Going forward, will get it done directly with the Airline to save from being swindled by some CROOKED intermediary like Make-My-Trip....!!

I made a booking for Bangalore to Delhi from MakeMyTrip app for Premium Standard. After the booking I did not get my ticket for the same class. Regarding the same, I made at least three phone calls and sent an email to three of Makemytrip depts. One of the customer care executive kept calling me for more than four times, saying, "Give us 72 hours to sort the issue." By then my trip will be complete. Today she called me and said, the amount was paid for Premium Standard but since the ticket was unavailable, they have changed it. But I have paid for the above class and got a different class. So far no change was made. Please don't use this app. Book directly from the airline app so that no one will pass the buck on others.

On 9th of October 2020, I have done a booking from BOM to CCU in flight no. I5-317 scheduled on 31st October at 01:55 and the flight is direct flight, to complete its journey within 2 hr 50 min. On 15th Oct I was informed about the cancellation of the flight for which I don't have any prob with. My issue is that these guys have re-accommodated my flight on I5-942/592, which ( BOM-BLR-CCU) is not direct flight and will take more than 12 hrs to complete the journey. They should first consult with me whether I am comfortable with this changes in my flight or not. And the other thing is if I have done booking for direct flight, means I don't want any connecting flight. I have complained them through email, and tried several ways contacting them. #Makemytrip sucks.

I had booked a return ticket Chennai - Chicago - Chennai through MakeMyTrip.com, India and flown from Chennai on 29th November 2019 by British Airways, reaching Chicago after spending a few days in Amsterdam. The return journey was planned for 23rd July 2020. However, due to Covid-19 the return, the scheduled flight on 23rd flight back from Chicago didn't go.
We contacted British Airways to keep the ticket valid till 28th November 2020. However, now we wanted to cancel the unutilized return journey ticket (that is kept valid till 28th November 2020) and get back the refund. British Airways says the cancellation has to be done through the Agent only, i.e., MakeMyTrip.com. However, MakeMyTrip.com website does not give any provision to cancel the booking. Surprisingly, their website doesn't even show that my booking done through them still exists.
We are unable to contact MakeMyTrip.com over phone, as they put us on hold for hours together, only to be disconnected ultimately. Thus, we are not able to contact MakeMyTrip.com either through their website or through their phone. We are concerned about our money spent on the return ticket as the date for our return journey is nearing by. What should we do? We have tried at least thrice during the last one month to get in touch with MakeMyTrip.com. It appears they avoid any kind of contact regarding existing booking.

I made a booking on MMT to travel on 18th of March 2020, but had to cancel the flight due to Covid 19 Pandemic. I was Offered just about 10% of the total booking amount as refund, was also told if I want to refund in my bank a/c there will be further deduction, but if I keep in MMT wallet there will no further deduction of the 10% refund Offred. I categorically asked if the refund will expire and was confirmed that it will not. Today on 30th Sept 2020, when I want to travel again and went to booking my flight on MMT site, I am not allowed to use the refund, the wallet only shows a tiny fraction of total refund that I can utilize.
I tried tried to seek help from their Myra (automated customer service agent). I only got formatted reply which didn't answer my query, I tried to call the customer service and there is auto response that I must contact through MMT website help desk. I do not think there is any clearer example of fraud that one can give. There are hundreds of complain against this company on several web platform yet to my surprise there is no legal action taken against this company by any authority.

Once I received confirmation from AirAsia airlines that the flight has been cancelled and I can raise a request for refund I reached out to MMT. I booked my flight through mmt. But it has been 2 months now and I have not received my money back. Great inconvenience faced from customer service team of Make My Trip team. As you can see from attached ticket that we booked a return family air ticket from Ahmedabad to Bangkok through make my trip (Flight operator Air Asia) and government has now suspended all the international flight operations till further notice.
With deep regrets, I would like to inform you that my family is badly chasing makemytip team since last few weeks to arrange a Refund/Credit Voucher against the government decision of flights suspension due to the ongoing Covid situation. Our travel duration was 22nd May - 31st May and we have applied for a refund/credit voucher to make my trip. Despite of the frequent emails and almost daily phone calls with your team, we are yet to hear a responsible answer from your end. Hitting more at our sentiments, this morning we had been informed by your customer care executive that Air Asia had officially denied for any credit against this booking, this is really unacceptable to any customer.
Given the circumstances, we are left with no option other than approaching you to look into this. Failing to an acceptable solution, we are irritated enough to go dirty on social media about this incident and last but not least option thought is to approach competent authority of law. Additionally, we would like to complement your rivals Goibibo and EaseMyTrip. We booked our hotels and internal flights in Thailand through them and they settled everything within one week's time.

I have booked 2 tickets from Bdq to Blr using this agency and they have deducted and amount of rs 8224.67 more than the invoice raised by the airline. When this has been checked with the customer care rep they have no clues about the refund and playing games with me till date. I have repeatedly asked the concerned for escalating the issues to further authorities hence they did nothing rather sending an email on the consecutive date that the issue is solved without looking into the issue. I had initiated flight booking with MakeMyTrip.com through its website. With filling all the details and procedure I chose to pay with upi or vpa gateway. After entering my upi id it asked me to pay the sum and I did paid via Google pay. Money got deducted instantly but I noticed the website page was still same looking for payment. But I did paid them, now what should I do. They didn't mailed any ticket or any messages to WhatsApp or anywhere about tickets. I began to search their customer care number, I got 2 to 3 but when I dialed it was all robotic and asking for my booking id... Which I didn't received yet. Now the calling option end, arrives mailing id.
I searched for their respective IDs and mailed them the details and the issue I mentioned above. No such reply about any payment. Instead of helping via email they said, "Please use chatbots for further assistance." I felt it's all over with giving me new lesson to not book any ticket with any medium. I am one of the regular "Make My Trip" app user, I face very bad experience with this app, I book ticket from this app however due to covid 19, I will like to change the date of my travel, I do some research with the airline for the change of time, the airline clearly mention that we can change the date of travel but when I try to make changes as I book the ticket from this MMT app, I can't change my date, they ask me to cancel the ticket and re-book the ticket again, which I cannot as I have spent lot of money with my tickets. I booked a flight from Surat to Bengaluru through MMT for 23 May 2020. As the flight wasn't permitted to operate due to COVID 19 guidelines, I cancelled my tickets well in advance through INDIGO Airlines. I got a Credit Note also from the Airlines for the amount I paid deducting the convenience charges (Rs. 300/-). In turn, MMT refunded me some pennies deducting/imposing a huge amount (Rs. 3000/-) as Cancellation charges for a flight which didn't operate. I spent hours and hours writing emails, chatting on App, getting number of assurances from MMT that the calculation error incurred will be rectified. It's been a month but all efforts in vain. I lost money and I lost trust on MMT. Would advice everyone reading my experience that please don't make any bookings with MMT. They are cheaters.

I booked a flight (date of journey: 26th April, 2020) from Bombay to Bagdogra which was impacted by COVID-19 outbreak. I received messages that the booking amount can be used in future. But on "my trips" page, the flight is listed as "completed" with no option to use the amount for any other booking. Being a reputed company, MMT should have some clarity regarding its policies. Instead of being forced some unwanted journey on new dates, I would've preferred a full refund, which should have been the norm of fair dealing. I have been an old customer of MMT and so far I was of the impression that the company was giving better service. However like a lightning strike I got jolt in this month about their insensitivity towards customer when they started to ignore my repeated emails to cancel my tickets to Japan via Singapore due to pandemic. They said, "Money refund can't be guaranteed," and told me to change the date. After I put my foot down, they told they are in talks with Singapore Airlines and the refund amount if any will be put to my MMT wallet and to be claimed for some other trip within one year :(.
When I told them that I want my money back in my bank account, they stopped replying to me. How cool is that!!! Now for several days there is absolutely no reply to my mails by MMT. This behavior of MMT must be taken very seriously because they feel indifferent to customers. I have promised to my self that I will never ever ever again put my money in risk with MMT. I rate any company based on how sensitive they are when customers in dire need of their help. I got to learn from them their real avatar. Thanks to the lockdown for unmasking MMTs real nature. Either they don't pick up or after picking up wait time was 48 minutes followed by no response. Really felt hassled. Don't know if money will finally be refunded. Really a irresponsible agent. Keep on giving the reasons of high call volumes for all the responsibilities. I mailed twice they are nit ever responding the mails. Don't know even they are serving a few also in this so called "high call volume".

Booked a Flight which got cancelled because of the present Travel restrictions. So ideally I should have got full refund. But no, they are not. Instead they are asking to reschedule on the SAME SECTOR and SAME AIRLINE at a later date (which I do not need) and by paying the difference of fare if applicable! On the other hand if WE CANCEL they will deduct ALL THEIR DUES (Airline fare, COnv Charges, promotional discount etc...) and return you FEW PENNIES into your account. How injustice and looting the public. :(

Updated on 03/24/2021: Last year I booked a holiday package from MMT for 10 days in Kerala. As I reached there it was locked down so members of the MMT compelled me to return and agreed to refund me so I returned the second day. Now they have given a gift card of 24000 INR. I have paid 58000 INR. My booking id is **. I have lost my job in this corona. Please help me.
Original Review: I booked Kerala tour for 10 days, due to coronavirus they cancelled my trip and committed that they will give me refund. But till now I did not get single penny. Highly disappointed with MMT and worst experience of my life.

I had made a booking from MakeMyTrip.com... Please find the booking details attached to the mail. When I got to the hotel, hotel guys said...as they have some problem with OYO related to on-line payment... they can't give me stay here. I had to make few calls to OYO. They arrange another hotel name Uruvele International. Please check the condition of the hotel (a few pics). The room number was 102.
# Bed sheet couldn't cover the mattress. Mosquito machine didn't have the cartridge. Dead mosquito were there on table. No chair was there. Room was so dirty. Dirty spots on pillow covers. Comforter's covers had specks of dirt on them. Restroom was dirty. Broken electric board. No room service as there was no communication facility there. Dirty table/very unhygienic... you name one - you see there...
I ask for tea in the morning, got tea in a steel cup / got breakfast (Indian puri - chole / fried bread with chickpeas... Didn't get the option for bread - butter or something non-oily or non-spicy...) Water Geyser was not switched on so couldn't get the hot water for several hours. Complained to staff. They found the switch was off from mainboard.
Didn't get the breakfast on the second day. ( I was told - I would get the breakfast in room...so I waited in the room. No one showed up. I asked the staff members... they said breakfast is finished.) Though there is a designated place for food but didn't see any food there as there was some meeting ( gatherings ) was going on... I got the fever day when I checked out because of the infection. Horrible terrible experience. What are you guys going to do about this??? I emailed them many times with pictures but no reply from them so far. Terrible experience staying in a hotel.

Updated on 05/25/2020: I wanted to bring to notice the irresponsible and negative opportunistic behavior of this company. I had booked my ticket to Paris for 30th March 2020 through Qatar Airways. Due to corona Virus I wanted to cancel the flight.. Before my cancelling the flight the airlines itself cancelled the flight with an assurance that full money will be refunded through the site through which it was booked.
After that I have being trying to contact the airlines each time hanging on the call for roughly half an hour with either no response from customer care or an empty message that my request is under process. Their auto response app is also useless with pre fixed answers and none of the time did they call back to sort the matter. Rather than refunding the money, they happily credited the money deducting the cancellation charges (Mind you the cancellation was from their side). I don't recommend this site to anyone.. Everyone booking through the site should be do at their risk. I just hope they will in future at least allow me to use the remaining fees that they have credited.

Poorest customer service I have ever experienced from any company. Will never book from Make My Trip and suggest same to everyone. I booked a trip from New Delhi to Toronto and I received email from make my trip that my flight is impacted/rescheduled, someone will call me to inform on this but I didn’t received any call and I tried to call them 10 times, they always ask me to be on hold ("We are transferring your call.") and then after 30 to 33 minutes hold they disconnect my phone .. no clear information is given by them. ** service.. I'm frustrated now, at least let me know that my flight is cancel or what. I don’t know that I will be flying or not!! I'm losing myself now..

We booked our airline ticket for Japan and wanted to cancel/reschedule due to outbreak of COVID-19. We are hunting like a mad dog for getting customer support on account of COVID-19 outbreak. We want to rescheduling the Singapore Airlines ticket booked with this agency Makemytrip.com online. They do not have any live customer support e-mail or helpline number to connect to any passengers. Their website does not reflect for any changed rules of Singapore Airlines cancellation or reschedule due to the pandemic COVID-19 outbreak.They keep providing false web links and fake emails which never work. I am extremely unhappy with this company. They are careless people. They care for the money received to them through their customers and have forgotten about the services and customer care. I feel sorry. All the airline passengers must make a note of this while doing any booking on this site.

I book ticket in make my trip from Chennai to Dubai, and I want to change date due to Covid 19, there is no option at all, simply steal my money, I wonder how a site can openly steal money and I am very sure we can't do anything, the value of ticket is 8900 INR. But I usually give 100 rupees if I see a beggar, I was convinced my self of giving 100 to all employees and managers beggar of 89 people's in MMT. No one shall say worst than this. Good thing is that I have a community wats app group which have 890 person. I forwarded the details and advised not to book in. Make my trip the worst worst ever.

Hi guys, Please do not book for your holidays in MakeMyTrip. I have had the worst experience with it. They stoop down to any level, to do their business even at the cost of putting people’s lives in danger. I had booked my holiday in MakeMyTrip for Bali from 30th March 2020 for 7days. I had paid 47k in advance, but now unfortunately due to National emergency (Coronavirus) it is not advised to travel, I had to cancel my trip. But these people are not ready to refund even some amount of money for cancellation. I do agree they cannot give 100% but then as we are cancelling prior they can return at-least some amount of it.
They are not even responding properly to my mails or call. The worse part is when the whole world is advising you to not travel and stay safe, the make my trip executives lie through their teeth. They tell you it’s perfectly safe to travel even though you see coronavirus cases spiking at different places there. I sincerely hope that this disgusting attitude of theirs change.

Reschedule tickets due to Coronavirus. I booked my flight tickets through MakemyTrip and struggling from so many days for rescheduling my tickets. They do not pick up calls and we have to wait for 30 mins before you can get through to someone and every time you have to repeat the same story again and again. Service is pathetic, they do not understand the pain of travellers. They take so much money and want us to lose money. They are cheating the public. My booking number is **.
