    I don't know about the entire process, as haven't left on trip yet, however, I just called the Hertz Customer Service phone number and spoke directly with the "AI Agent". She not only had a pleasant voice, but I was completely AMAZED when she thoroughly answered every question I asked, from confirmation to flight possibly arriving too late for pick up (after kiosk closes). It was the FIRST & ONLY time I've ever had that happen. I didn't need to speak with a human!! That NEVER happens!! She not only answered my questions, but also offered more complete details and even offered more assistance if kiosk is closed when we arrive. Unbelievable!!!!

    After being passed along to several representatives, we were finally connected with Tywanna—and that changed everything. She was absolutely amazing: helpful, understanding, and resourceful. She patiently walked us through the process and provided solutions that allowed us to rent the car. Most importantly, she took the time to ensure we wouldn’t be stranded—with kids—in a state where we had no family or anyone to turn to for help. Tywanna demonstrated outstanding customer service, empathy, and professionalism. She truly went above and beyond, and I want to thank her for making a very stressful situation manageable.       I need to speak about yolanda who works at the West Waco drive store. I was in a car accident shortly after being diagnosed with state 4a throat cancer. I have doctors appointments every day of the week for the last 2 months. I am in the fight for my life and the last thing I needed to worry about was how to get to the doctors. I drive from Waco to Dallas every week. parts of my treatment were not offered in Waco.

      I came into the office in Waco in tears. My wife had never had to rent a car and understood nothing about car rental in insurance coverage. Yolanda took control of the situation and has made it so easy for us to rent this car during treatment. I am so sick I can not even look a new car to buy. Yolanda has jumped through hoops to give me time to get through treatment. I finished my 5th round of chemo today. I have one more to go next week. I could not have done this without Hertz rental and their staff. Thank you.

      So, when I rented the car and drove it off the lot it was really loud in the front end. I called the number for roadside service and they could hear how loud it was in the background of the phone call. She was awesome and set me up with the airport to go back, and get a different vehicle. It wasn't where I got it and was an hour out of my way...but worth it to get a different vehicle. The gentleman on that end of returning and getting a new car was incredible.

      The car was much better than the first and my trip went awesome. It is after my trip that I want to complain about. I always take my own EZPass with me and on my credit card bill there was several Hertztoll charges on there? I do not know why?? There shouldn't be any and this is why I take my own EZpass?! I would like someone to get ahold of me regarding this, because I have tried several times to call and email with no luck. I am getting ready to rent a car again and this will make the difference of where I rent from. Thank you!

      All I can say is day one, or one day! On day one of me switching over to Hertz-Clermont, Florida for my travel needs, be it business or personal the customer service has been spectacular. No Quality of cars, car selection, and cleanliness have all been 1st class. For me it’s all about the service. The staff has always been there to support my family and I. From Jacob to Sierra to Nathan they have always put the customer first. Being in the Vacation/Hospitality Industry I just want to say, I would hire anyone of them to work for me. Thank you to all three of them and Hertz! Happy customer with consistent 5 stars!

      The policy of providing a credit card by the renter is understood. But if the renter does not have one why can’t they accept a spouse card since that is the card used to pay for the car? The other issue that prevents the renter from using their debit card is the requirement of using it one day in advance. Why can’t you just get approval for the anticipated charges and refund any unused portion? This is a money pit. Charging $60 for a second driver when there is none but have to do so to use their credit card.

      Poor customer support. They make it difficult instead of streamlining the process. I just needed to change a payment method as I prefer to have all similar charges on one card. The app is down, and customer support is terrible. I think it may be time to cancel my business with them and look elsewhere, but unfortunately, they are all basically the same.

      I just rented a car with Hertz in North Bend OR. I do believe the customer service is lacking. Definitely the agent needs an attitude adjustment. They made a poor representation for the company. I have no complaints about the company itself.

      Hertz was so patient and helpful!!! It took a while but got a fair price and even was able to obtain seating for a senior traveler, which is very helpful! He was able to find alternate dates if needed and of course, upsold for your company: travel assistance and blue ribbon baggage mahalo!

      If I could give Hertz less than one star I most certainly would. My sister and I rented a car from Manager Tony on 103rd and the tire light came on. We missed our trip because of this. HORRIBLE experience
