Our timeshare was causing us a lot of stress, and we were eager to get rid of it. That's when we sought assistance, and this firm was recommended to us. We initially thought they were idle, but we were completely mistaken. They were diligently working on our case all along. We're grateful to Consumer Consulting Group for their support.

I had three timeshares that remained unpaid. I was behind on all my payments, and CCG assured me they could resolve my timeshare issues. I had been attempting to recover my money from a company I had paid four months prior, who had been unresponsive. They managed to dissolve my timeshare agreements and helped me recover my funds from the fraudulent company. Thank you all so much!

The Consumer Consulting Group is unquestionably indispensable! They assisted me in getting rid of my pointless timeshare; their open communication was outstanding, and their directions were easy to follow. I would most likely still be stuck without them. While the crew did their magic, they kept me informed and reassured. The money was well spent, and I'm no longer stuck in that terrible timeshare.

I paid Consumer Consulting Group (based in Florida) $1,700 back around April 2022 to handle the exit process on my Sedona Pines timeshare. I was told it could take 18 months to 2 years, and I was OK with that. However, as it approached the two year mark they stopped communicating with me and I was no longer able to contact anyone to find out what was happening. I continued to contact the owner Mark Anderson on a regular basis, but he never responded. What a horrible scam, clearly was ignorant about this sort of company.

I wouldn’t have selected any stars based on my experience but it was required in order to submit this review. This company is a rip off. Paid money to have our timeshare maintenance fees canceled, it’s been three years, no final outcome. Maintenance fees are adding up as we were told not pay them last year. Multiple office staff turnovers and can’t speak to anyone on the phone. Today, phone numbers and email addresses are disconnected.

I paid them a ton of money and listen to their excuses for 4 years. They keep telling me they're getting close to resolving my timeshare case. But I never see anything that makes me actually think they're doing something for me. And now they won't answer their phones.

CCG has disconnected their phone lines, but still have a website up and still are taken innocent victim’s money. This is sad & not fair. They should all be brought to justice for fraud. Please be aware.
