Mark Anderson is a scammer along with his employees. I paid almost 7K and have been trying to reach them for months after receiving a letter stating my timeshare is not going to be canceled. The contract I signed clearly states if unable to cancel the timeshare they'll refund the money. Mark Anderson fled Florida. According to his new number he may be in Texas. I have filed an FTC, BBB and Florida attorney General complaint for fraud.

I started with this company in April 2022. My contract stated they would get my contract cancelled with Branson Nantucket within three years or I would receive a 100% refund. They never got my contract cancelled and when I last was able to speak with someone from there was September 11, 2024 at which time I had received an important letter from Branson Nantucket which I had emailed to them. I was told my worker would respond and get back to me. At this point they were telling me they had escalated my case and still were saying they would get my contract cancelled with Branson Nantucket. I never heard back from anyone and in November, 2024 I tried calling them at all the numbers they had given me and none of them were working numbers, not even the number for Mark Anderson, the so called CEO who had originally signed me up for their program.
Since November I have tried calling them and messaging them and have been unable to establish any contact with anyone. Google shows the business closed. They took over $5000 from me and strung me along for almost three years and now when it seems they were not going to get my contract cancelled and would be required to refund my money they have apparently gone out of business!!

It's has a busy signal then you email them and no response to your email. I knew I should have went went the other company, this company is a scam and a fraud.

Scam company!! Google them. They are now permanently closed and stole many many people's money. Mark ** needs to be reported to the police. They did absolutely nothing to get me out of my timeshare but shuffle papers. I contacted my timeshare myself and am now in the process of exiting on my own. This company stole my money.

After me constantly badgering them, they are now permanently closed, new number in Texas send you to leave a voicemail that no one ever calls you back. Contacted them on social media, now I’m blocked. I’ve paid 3,000 towards a complete scam! Run very very far away!

The CCL team's dedication to our achievement and aptitude for producing favorable results set them apart. They created a special plan just for our timeshare. We were able to sell it quickly because of their innovative strategy.

My wife and I purchased a timeshare, never used it, and decided to use Consumer Consulting Group. They kept their promise, got us out of the timeshare, saving us thousands of dollars, and we are extremely happy with their work. Everything they promised was done.

We did a research, read reviews, and it looked like this was going to be a positive outcome in our favor. In the end it cost us $** out of pocket and what they promised was not really delivered. On top of that we still have a timeshare that we got stuck with.
Reviewed Feb. 16, 2024
Their promises are empty, and after continuous payments, no results were delivered. Attempts to get a refund were ignored, and they resorted to hiring a law firm to intimidate. A clear-cut scam – approach with extreme caution!

Consumer Consulting Group Jessica **. I have set up many appointments and have left many voicemails with this company about the exiting of my timeshare, to which I have paid them to handle over 9 months ago, and still no word. I have received a membership release form from my timeshare that requires some of the money that I sent this invisible company. It appears that I am going to have to get my lawyers involved. The wait is over.

They auto charge after you cancel. They have a weird way to swindle more money out you when you cancel. The rep keeps talking like a robot tryna get you to stay and ignores your problem. 0 stars. Don’t put your card on file. Unhelpful is an understatement.

Consumer Consulting let me know everything that was gonna happen. My initial experience was good and the paperwork was easy. They told me they could get things done. They told me not to pay anymore, and they froze my credit. The only thing is my wife's credit is getting messed up as well. I called a little while ago to try to get that resolved, too. I thought the timeshare was just under my name, and it’s under both of our names. So right now, my credit dropped, and her credit dropped. They brought mine back up but they still haven't brought hers back up. So, her credit dropped about 200 points.

They went over with me one claim at a time and sent me email documentation of what was discussed. But I'm still waiting if they can get me out of the timeshare. All I want is my name off of it so I don't have to pay the taxes because I can't use it. I liked the way they talked to me and got back to me when I had questions. I also liked the way they helped me get things done. I'm happy with the experience so far. Talk to them and see what they can do for you.

Faye we greatly appreciate you sharing your experience review. We are honored to help you in getting out of this timeshare!

Consumer Consulting told me that they can handle any company and they had 90 percent success rate. Whoever called me told me that if they don't resolve my issue within a certain period of time, I'll get my money back. But it's been more than that already and my issue hasn't been resolved. It's been two years now, and I'm still receiving letters for the timeshare. I don't know what's really going on. I called Consumer Consulting and they told me, "Yeah, I spoke to my manager and they'll give you a call back." But they never called me back.
They send me emails telling me that they're sending letters to the time-share, and how to explain to them to try to get rid it. But the timeshare is not getting rid of it. I'm still being billed by that timeshare every month. Also, Consumer Consulting told me to stop making the payment to the time-share and that they would handle it for me with the credit bureau. So I stopped paying, but now, I got a negative account on my credit score because of that.

Most of Consumer Consulting's reps were pretty good. The first guy I worked with seemed to know what was going on. They had to check and see what was going on. There was nothing going on. For a long time, nothing went on. Finally, towards the end, I worked with Tikki. I especially liked her. She was really good about keeping me up on things. Overall, I knew they were gonna finish the process, but I just didn't think it would take that long. Sometimes, things take longer than others because of the non-cooperative group of people you're dealing with.

The process has not been going well. We gave them money two and a half years ago and we're still getting calls from the timeshares that they were supposed to be helping us get out of. I've had some collections and I'm constantly having to contact them to fix all of that. We have not been happy. They took our money and as far as we know, they have not done anything. They do not contact us or let us know what's going on.

Once I contacted Consumer Consulting Group and they told me there was that one fee and I would get the deed back, the timeshare people would take the deed back. We still had quite a bit of a balance. Consumer Consulting Group did what they said they were going to do and did it on time and that ends the story with the timeshare. It was a huge relief. They had me send them the information on the agreement that they had assigned during that hoopla, "This is what you're gonna get." They said there was a loophole in there that they didn't disclose certain entities or facts about the upgrade and transfer. They found those loopholes and entities that they did not disclose, and then they served a summons on the mortgage company and, as a result of that, the lending company honored the deed back.

Maryanne is great for you to share your experience. It is always a great feeling when the timeshare case is over. We are honored to help you, and will always be available should you need us.

I tried to call an old company that was working with me that went defunct and somehow that number came up and I got a certain Marc's number. He was with Consumer Consulting. We talked and I felt that they would protect me and help me get through my problem. We discussed what they would do and the fee and I agreed to it. They would be contacting the company that I was having a problem with and that they would take care of things. At this point, I'm not receiving any materials or any kind of information from the company that I was having a problem with. We're on the tail end of this thing. The only negative is sometimes Mark would not return calls. Also, sometimes if there's a certain person that I want to talk to and I ask for a callback, Consumer Consulting is lacking on that end. That's something that could be improved.

My experience with Consumer Consulting Group has been okay. I'm getting rid of the timeshare and they said that it would be handled within six months and that it was going to cost this much money. But one of the things that have slowed it down is that I did not sign one of the documents. I'm not dissatisfied with anything except that I've been waiting five days for an email.

The reps from Consumer Consulting Group communicated with me. One time, I had a little problem getting in contact with them but other than that, they were very helpful. They told me it could take up to nine months to go through the whole process, but they had a good Better Business Bureau rating. They’ve done what they’re supposed to do. So far, so good.

Thank you for the review. Sharing your experience is greatly appreciated.

The reps at Consumer Consulting are very good. Their communication is okay. I had to call a couple of times but otherwise, they did well. I'd like to see a little more results a lot faster but I know that it takes time. They sent the timeshare people a letter and I have not heard anything from the timeshare other than they want money.

Done. This process does take time but we will have success. Timeshare developers are fast to sign new members but slow to resolve their issues. We turn up the pressure more and more through out the process. However, if there is no damage to your credit report, you aren’t paying them anymore money, and they are not harassing you many people call that a win.
Long as you are forwarding the letters and any communication the timeshare developer is conducting with you or attempting to conduct with you our process finishes typically within 9-14 months. Some do finish sooner and some do last longer. But when we are done thousands of dollars are saved and credit reports a stronger than ever.

The rep from Consumer Consulting Group was very nice, giving me the information. And when I asked him questions, he answered it. I felt very secure because nowadays, you don't know who's telling the truth and who's not. First, he told me he has to see if we qualify and that they don't take all of the cases. He explained everything. So I felt comfortable and we decided to do it. He was very helpful and took his time because I was asking so much questions. It’s nice that you can talk to someone when you go into a situation and you don't know what to do or you don't know what’s gonna happen. You know that even though you're going through a situation, there's always a way out, but you just have to know how to do it and do the process. The experience with Consumer Consulting Group was amazing, pleasant, reliable and exceptional.

Thank you for sharing your experience it is greatly appreciated. This allows for others who are searching for help to find quality companies that can provide the service they need. Thank you.

The rep from Consumer Consulting made it sound like he was able to help me out with getting the timeshare off my credit and that was my main focus because it was something that wasn't mine. They made me kind of feel like they were able to take care of the issue. They're still working through it. I just feel like I can receive more phone calls so I can have better updates because I haven't been getting many phone calls. We have to call them.

When is comes down to Consumer credit reports we are up against 4 independent rating companies. We have Experian, Equifax, Transunion and Innovis. These company’s can delete accounts, add them, suspend them, and cause a head ache. This happens a lot resulting in them being sued many times settlemnt millions of dollars each year for violating the laws put in place to protect you and me.
When a client onboards with us and their credit is audited the first set of disputes are sent out. Curr we remove 73% of negative accounts the first 30-60 days.
Throughout the program we are monitoring your credit to protect our clients the most possible. You have 24/7 access to your client portal. The portal provides your credit scores, reports, and accounts. There is also a direct messaging tool in the top left to send lot any team member.
You should be receiving updates they come via, email, portal, and phone. You will also receive the credit disputes results directly from the credit bureau.
Your timeshare e account will be removed soon. The whole process on average takes 9-14 months. Please be patient for when we are all done there will no timeshare reporting or damaging.

We had tried a previous company to handle our case and nothing happened. Consumer Consulting called me and told me what they can do and guaranteed that they can take care of my case and probably even get my money back. We've been paying and nothing has happened yet. I'm kind of getting tired. If it doesn't work, I'm going to request that my money be refunded and I'm just gonna take my business elsewhere.

Our clients have to remain in communication and allow us to activate certain part to our program. If we cannot have a clients credit monitoring turned on it is difficult to manage and protect it. If responses from our menad are not forward to us. We will not end another letter out due to the risk of improper disputes may cause uncary damage. We encourgae all our clients to return call and remilad so we can expedite this service and obtain the bet results as fast as possible.

I've been working with them for about three weeks and I'm expecting it could take a while.

It was a pleasure speaking wigth you today. I hope I was able to clear up any confusion that you had in regards to the onboarding process.
