I called Consumer Consulting to ask about a company that I was suspecting was a fraud, which it was, and the rep gave me some pointers on what to do with them. I talked with him and decided to go with him to get rid of my timeshare. He told me how things work and how to deal with the other people. Not long after that, they sent me some paperwork and went from there. I haven't closed out everything yet, but I'd recommend Consumer Consulting.

Consumer Consulting Group was reasonably priced and seemed to understand what they were doing. The reps explained everything very well and the communication was excellent. We're just starting the process and I just finished all the paperwork. I got everything notarized. Up to this point, their follow-up is good but now we're gonna get into the meat of it.
James thank you for the review. We work towards have a straightforward enrollment process. We have a handful of documents needed to begin our service. However, once w have them then your hands off and we will take it form there. We are honored to be bale to help you get out of your timeshare.

It took two months just to get the beginning stuff from them. We started at the end of August and my first email from The Timeshare Solution place was on September 1. I didn't hear from the Consumer Consultants Group people until October 10th and they were telling me that they would send me this and that. Whatever they're saying when they email me stuff is not coming through though they emailed me to tell me that the mail was coming.
I never got it until I got a package in the mail. Then, I filled out the paperwork and sent it back. I don't know if it's miscommunication on someone's part but I'm not hearing from them when I should. I emailed one of the reps yesterday and I haven't heard back. It's only been a day, but it would be nice to find out if they at least have my paperwork.
