User friendly. Fast and easy booking for vacation bundle.

It was hard to get a person on the phone to talk to about some parts of the reservation. Other than that all was fine.

BookIt charged around $650 extra for the kid which was supposed to be free as part of the resort package in Mexico (under 7 years old). Resort clearly told that they haven't received kid's amount. Totally disappointed overall!

Had to change hotels and spoke with the most helpful young man!! Got everything all changed and we are ready to go!!!

We had an excellent person helping us Tara. She was wonderful helping us book our hotel and helped with a show as well. She was fantastic. The of us were planning a Vegas trip and she helped us compare prices and events, made us aware of what was offered through BookIt.com and distinguished between prices and availability. Just refreshing.

Name wasn't days inn. Double beds, not king. Paid a deposit that wasn't in guidelines or agreement. Bathroom had holes and cracks. I don't believe we will be traveling through BookIt ever again.

Took a few minutes to look into booking our Summer vacation this past Sunday. Found a great hotel, offering an amazing deal and booked it in just a few clicks. Easy time booking, inexpensive option, and completely remodeled hotel right on Myrtle Beach. Couldn't have found a better option for our needs. Excited for vacation next month. :)

I have booked vacations with BookIt in the past and have turned out great! There is always customer support with a live person if any issues or questions arise.

My stay here was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and check in was a breeze. Parking was expensive.

I have always used Delta Vacations, but found a great deal with BookIt and decided to give them a try. Very easy site to use, found a great deal and received confirmations for hotel and flights right away. Our vacation isn't until January 2017, so I will update my BookIt review after our vacation.

This is the second time I have used BookIt.com and my experience was great. The prices were the best I found and the site is so easy to use. The prices are what surprised me the most. I bet I checked 7 other sites and they were all $200+ higher. I highly recommend to anyone.

Awful customer service!!! Error occurred so had to wait to call and the rates had then shot up meaning I had to stomach the increase. On the phone for over an hour, no apology, put on hold constantly with slow and inaccurate reps. Will never be using this company again!

This is my third booking thru Bookit.com and I am very happy with the competitive pricing compare to other sites.

I'm very happy with this service. The links/services are quite clearly labelled and there is very little fine print (basically, what you see is what you get). Booking was as easy as using the websites of much more well-known providers, while the available deals were of better caliber.

Room was great! Very clean! Beds were nice. The view of Mackinaw Island from the room was amazing. Breakfast was nice, though a second or even third waffle maker would be good. There was a long wait to get to the machine. Longer than necessary if another machine was added. Staff was nice. Hotel was very clean all over, including the pool. Wi-Fi was down which was a bummer for the kids after spending several days up by Lake Superior and not being able to "connect" to the outside world. But not a big deal for the adults. Overall, a great stay!

I was very please with the pick up and drop off the airport transportation provided by this company. What I liked most is that it's not crowded, but it's a very relaxing and comfortable ride to and from the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay at Secrets Los Cabos. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was great and the rooms are fantastic. I would definitely recommend this resort to my family and friends.

I am unhappy with my booking as I specifically asked for non-smoking rooms and my confirmation shows smoking rooms... When I called to have it corrected I was told there was 2 fees that I would need to pay. After a lengthy hold the fees were waived. This was an unnecessary inconvenience.

I had an error message with my package after I was fully billed for the trip. I called and the first girl I was on with for almost an hour couldn't even find me at all. After all that time she said "call back tomorrow when a manager is here." I called again and this time the lady found me but then she said the price of the trip went up so I didn't want to do it and the call got disconnected. I called back and they said it was my bank so I called my bank and they said it was BookIt. I called back cancelled my flight portion, went back online and rebooked and I got the same price I originally wanted, not some jacked up price they tried to charge me over the phone. 2 hours of my Friday night wasted. Terrible experience. I should have stuck to Expedia.

Wrong hotel and booking!!! This hotel switched over to a Days inn two years ago!

Called and spoke to Jared 3 times. All three times he was WONDERFUL!!! Definitely made my experience easier and he answered all my questions and was very helpful in processing payment. We made a hotel reservation in Vegas through Bookit, but Allegiant airways cancelled our flight causing our trip to delay one day. Some members of our party made their reservations directly with the hotel and were not penalized for the schedule change. We were charged a full night's stay plus tax and fees for the night. We missed because we made our reservation through Bookit. Bookit claims to save you money, but if something happens to change your schedule, you're much better off dealing directly with the hotel. Lesson learned.

My new wife and I booked our honeymoon through Bookit.com. This is not the first trip that we booked with them and up until this time we have had good experience. Well this trip turned into the worst trip we have had... The night before our trip we printed out our itinerary showing that our flight was to leave at 630am. We had arranged a limo service to and from the airport. We arrived at the airport 2 hours early like you are required to do only to find out that our flights were changed without us being notified and according to the airlines they were changed over 6 months prior. The flights we were on now left at 830am. Finally when we arrive at our destination it is 3 hours later than we originally booked. On the resort we meet with our representative to arrange our transport back to the airport from the hotel. We are advised that we are leaving at 930am and our flight is departing at 1230pm.

Great service, very easy to use and with the best rates. I would recommend to any person looking to travel in the united states. Many different hotels to choose from makes picking out the perfect hotel very enjoyable and pleasant. Will be using again.

Initially the online process was very easy. After booking trip an error occurred with a portion of the package. After calling customer service, who was extremely helpful and nice, the issue was resolved in minutes.

I did enjoy using your site to book our vacation. A concern would be to make it easier to go back and compare amenities and different rooms available. That was often frustrating. I loved the pictures, but feel you need to update more frequently. Make the purchaser excited to see what it is they are looking forward to. This is the first trip of this kind for me and the planning is a big part of the fun. Can't wait to be at our choice and enjoying it all. Will definitely use this site in the future.

I booked my honeymoon package with BookIt.com through the online portal. I had no problem finding the hotel and flights I wanted but ran into trouble when attempting to book the correct flights and seating. Each time I tried to book the preferred flight, the site defaulted my order to another flight each time. Not wanting to lose the room reservation, my fiance and I booked, thinking it would be no problem to change or upgrade the flights once initially booked. This is where BookIt.com really failed us.

Hotel looks great from outside. Room was Ok nothing fancy - no comforters on beds just sheets. WiFi was very spotty, elevators did not work. Had to carry luggage up 5 flights. Also door handle to room broke off in my hand.

This was about the worst booking experience I have ever experienced. If you will check your records you will see that everything was cancelled. All of the cancellations came with two nights the same Hotel same weekend with just myself. Interesting right? And only be topped by Spirit Airlines booking me 7 flights on the same flight same weekend and then your representative had the audacity to tell me it was my fault! Yes well why would I book 2 rooms on the same weekend? And why would I book six flights on the same flight really? I dealt with probably four different people at 2 hour increments. This was the biggest waste of time of my life! And I can assure you I have told everybody about what a nightmare it is to book with you. Let alone get a hold of you after I realized everything was screwed up. And maybe don't send me anymore "thank you for booking with us" because you didn't understand I didn't book with you right?

I am exhausted... Was searching web reading blog forums and reading comment after comment trying to pick the best resort for our special day. Once this was done shopping packages with reputable companies BookIt met my every requirement.

I would just like to say, that it's not every day you can connect with a service agent who truly look for the best deal for the customers. I'm speaking about Leslie. She was great. She not only got me a great price for an Vegas hotel. She help me plan a dream trip for my mother. She spend at least 30 minutes with me to secure the best deal. This site was a breeze to use. I would like the option of having more filters on the mobile site and the desktop version. Compared prices and options with other sites and this one was best the majority of the time. They offered hotels that CheapCaribbean didn't. One thing I did get frustrated at is the number of times we had to try to finalize the booking because the flights - times/prices - are constantly changing. We ended up with a great one though. Would recommend them to a friend. Here's to hoping the trip is just as easy.

I was told by a representative with BookIt.com that if I modified my trip on my own, online, there were no fees. I went in and changed the dates of my trip and later received emails from BookIt that they were charging me a $25 fee. The website also does not indicate anywhere when modifying the dates that there will be a charge for this. I am not happy. I have used BookIt.com for over 5 years when scheduling travel. I like the convenience of the pay delay. However, going forward I may just book through my travel agent and save myself the annoyance and surprise fees. This trip may be my last one booked through BookIt.

Could do better. Fees associated with booking, all the emails before you are actually booked.

First time user of BookIt.com and I must say I am very pleased. It was as easy as all other travel sites, but the price for the specific hotel/flight combo I wanted was cheaper! Placed my order this morning and am very happy with the communication from them thus far.

My experience with BookIt has been absolutely horrible! They are completely unprofessional and put you on hold for (at least) a half hour at a time because they have no clue what they're doing. They charged my card 4 times and it took over 3 hours to speak to a manager to fix it! 1 month prior to the trip our flights were changed with 8-hour layovers to and from our destination! Defeats the purpose of a vacation! Would not recommend to anyone ever unless you like wasting your time and money!

Las vegas booking - Well I signed up on your website and you guys sent me some promo codes and the promo code today try to use. Said that it was $150 off if you work 5 days or more but when I went to pay for my trip the promo code didn't work. I think that sucks. If you guys ever type something like that you should be able to use it when you book your trip so I'm not sure that I would use BookIt.com again.

Tamara was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made sure that all details were covered. I booked a vacation for 12 people with half of them coming in from another city. She was able to get us connected at the layover so we can fly into San Juan together. The only downside of this experience is that it took 2 1/2 hours on the phone to make it happen. To be fair, part of that was my fault as the children's birth dates between now and departure changed their ages and we had to go back through the entire process a lot of times. She gave me her extension # to ensure that I have can have contact in case of any problems that may arise or if I want to book excursions for the trip. Thank you Tamara!

BookIt was the best website that I could book my trips. From the staff are very nice and they try to help you out the best way they can to make sure you receive the best deals.

I was apprehensive to book because it was suggested by a travel agent never to book online. I had a few questions and called and the representative was very professional and answered all of my questions. The deal was the best out there as well and made it easy with an opportunity to put only $5 down to hold the reservation and stretched out over 4 installments. This was a great way to budget. When calling a travel agent they needed full payment. Thank you BookIt for this first time but not the last time opportunity.

I was very happy with booking until I found another booking site with the same offer for $235 less than what I paid. Taxes and everything. I was just assuming I was getting the best deal, turns out I didn't.

Booking was easy. Wish I would have be given more flight options over the phone instead of just the cheapest one. I would like to see ground transfers included in the cost like CheapCaribbean.com does. Spelled my husband's name wrong at booking so that was a mess but wasn't a terrible problem.

I received the lowest price at The Yalmakan hotel in Cancun Mexico. No other site was close in price. I have used BookIt before and we'll continue to use it.

Somewhat dissatisfied. Site kept kicking out and finally was able to book but price went from 98 dollars to 139 $. So now paying almost $100 more.
