They will answer your call right away when you are booking. But if you have any questions or concerns after booking you have to call another number and then you will be on hold 30 minutes and then they answer and hang up with you. You call back and they answer 45 minutes later then they want to charge you to answer any questions. I will never ever use this website again!!!

Charged an extra 135.00 on arrival for extra fees. Would not refund our money and had us stay in their hotel across street. It was in very rough condition. Hole and sagging ceiling, tub would not drain, peeling walls plus more. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I called the 1-800 number to book our trip b/c we had to reserve 2 separate rooms and 4 plane tickets. Our BookIt representative was patient, and sooooo helpful. I have used BookIt three different times now, and the service has always been top notch! Bravo BookIt!

I am going to Texas for Air Force graduation. Their itinerary has changed. I was trying to change my return time. Not day, just the time. I can't believe that you want to charge $200 per passenger to make the change. I don't see what the difference is. I can understand cancelling, changing day, etc. but the time. Very unhappy!!!

Bookit.com was the only travel site that I could find where I could book my travel with PayPal credit. It is frustrating not to be able to book a trip because of the credit limit being low or being declined when trying to apply for a travel card. I am so glad and grateful and happy with the experience. Also I was able to get $10 off which was super cool. Everything was quick and simple.

I called the toll free number because the coupon code that was online was not working. I met all the requirements and got a BS excuse saying my hotel wasn't eligible. Poor customer service and issue was not resolved.

Very PISSED! The agent totally lied. Me and 7 others booked rooms with BookIt. We all wanted ocean fronts rooms. It's my husband birthday. She told me we was getting an ocean front rooms, even called everyone individually to make the reservations. ALL 7 will be cancelling today due to your agent at ext.** lying about rooms, we all got booked for CITY VIEWS!!!
Who wouldn't want to see the beautiful ocean on their first visit to MIAMI. I NEVER WANTED TO VIEW THE CITY then charged me a cancellation FEE!!! Pull the call please. Your agent misleading customers is unethical and is a major violation. First time using BookIt, never again. You just lost value. Very upset how wicked this company is. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Booking process was a nightmare and staff was not helpful in the slightest. When making payment installments payments weren't processed even though money was available and constant fees add up even after reaching out to company. Have lost nearly 600 dollars because of this terrible excuse for a company.

It has been very disappointing to work with BookIt. We saw a price quoted online and tried to "bookit". It kept telling me the flight was changing. I called to arrange it with a person and they told me the rate had jumped 200.00 per person in 2 minutes (bait and switch?). We ended up going with a different resort. Then I looked at the email of my itinerary and two of my children didn't get booked on our flights at all. When I called again they couldn't get my children on our flight and I had to get a hold of the airline to try to find the same flights. They have to leave on a different flight and meet up with us at the next airport! All I got was a sorry. No discount or anything. Very disappointing and very angry.

First time ever using BookIt.com and experience was not good. Resort fees were not obviously stated as like other sites. Then one customer service person confirmed there were no cleaning fees and then the next day another customer service person said there was cleaning fees and sorry for being misinformed the first time. Even though they have permanent notes clearly stating one of their customer service people told me there would be no cleaning fees. At this point not trusting anything they say.

The customer service agent Joanna was incredibly rude, spent 2/3 of the phone call on hold. She swore up and down. My card wasn't charged but if it was it would be refunded. It's been almost 3 weeks. My card was charged 3 one dollar fee and a cancellation fee, something she guaranteed I didn't get charged for and if I did it would be refunded.

It was with great ease to view the venues for my trip. I was able to view the pictures of the resorts, look at the star ratings and also the customer ratings and the flights and the cost! Everything! Sheila is extremely patient and knowledgeable regarding the various resorts, flights, etc. She coordinated flights and the resort accommodations for my family members that are all traveling to Jamaica from different cities and states within the USA. I have a BookIt.com account and travel annually with my family. Again, Sheila was awesome and deserves a promotion immediately, so that she'll be in a position to train other agents on how to deliver customer service with patience and diligence.

I booked a package for 2, then I modified it from two guests to 4. But it charged me for 130 dollars for the cancellation fee. This is not the end of the story. I find it only modified the hotel not the flight. I have to contact the airlines to pay for the other two people's flight although it had already charged me 761 dollars. Overall, I paid 132 dollars more for each person than the normal package.

I booked a two-night stay at Caesar's in Vegas and it was very easy. I accidentally put the wrong email address and someone from BookIt.com actually called to make a correction, awesome. After booking, I went back to the site and noticed the rate had dropped below what I paid. Customer service was able to refund my entire original amount and I was able to rebook at the cheaper rate. Excellent. I will definitely be using this service again. I only wish they had a price watch to avoid the rebooking in the future.

I am very upset because my reservation is incorrect. Your agent Elizabeth (phone number 1-877-742-9879 ext. **) made reservations for me on April 13, 2016. I am flying from Memphis, TN to Las Vegas, NV. My trip is August 2-7, 2016. I verified this date 4 times, at least, that this was the correct date of my vacation. I also received a confirmation email from BookIt. However, on this confirmation email it has NY check out date being August 6 instead of our confirmed date of August 7. The room accommodations were for a non-smoking room with 2 beds and free cancellation. The shuttle fee from the airport to the hotel was to be $12. The total cost of this trip was $817, without the cost of insurance. The issue arises is because my check out is wrong, even after verifying it several times with the travel agent. I have tried to call Elizabeth 6 times today (August 14), however I have yet to been able to get in contact with her.

BookIt.com is literally the worst traveling agency I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service is horrible and I would never recommended their travel agency to anyone. Once they have your money, you can forget trying to get someone on the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes just to speak to a representative. Then when I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold multiple times, still without reaching the manager. An hour on the phone we were disconnected or they hung up - still unsure about that. They didn't even bother to call me back! I spent hours out of my day trying contact this company, only to end up speaking with 5 different reps who all gave me different information with no resolution to my simple request. I can't believe anyone uses this company.

I am more disappointed with the hotel than BookIt.com. Our reservations stated that we would stay in a King Deluxe Suite at the Carillon Hotel, but when we arrived they booked us in a King Suite. The desk clerks claimed that when we book through a secondary source, that they will not honor the Deluxe upgrade. The only way they said you can book a Deluxe is through their own website. The room we were in was run down, filthy and not what we expected. I appreciated the price, but regret booking for that specific hotel. We will never stay there again.

This was my first time using BookIt.com and it was truly a pleasure. The representative that helped me book my vacation to Cancun was very helpful and accommodating. She helped me not only decide on which hotel to go to with my girlfriend but even added a promotional code for me to get the best deal. I've looked online at other travel agency websites to see if the deal that I got could have been cheaper elsewhere, and since she helped me find a flight that fight my time schedule along with the hotel, it just seemed to be the best deal that I was able to find with everything included. She even set up transportation from the airport to the hotel and back for a very reasonable price which was appreciated as well. I told the representative over the phone that I would be more than happy to refer her directly to friends and family. She even went as far as emailing me afterwards because she was interested in hearing how my vacation went.

Once we decided on our destination, I was directed to check out. Checkout offered a 6 payment option. I chose this option but the full amount was debited from my account in one payment. I called customer service and the lady was absolutely no help. No clue about the website or the offers that exist. She could not help with check out debacle. She did however try to charge me a higher price than what was offered on site. Not sure I will ever use BookIt.com again.

Leslie was very helpful with entire booking. She explained about the Luxury Tax. It seems liked the airline's baggage tax. Why don't be upfront and incorporated into the room rate. We the consumer are being taxed to death. If I did not have a meeting scheduled I would not be going to get ripped off by the hotel industry.

I'd been keeping an eye on prices for a high-end hotel in Vegas for a weekend, including on other travel sites and the hotel site. The hotel site just for the room, was $1680 and had a "low rate guarantee". Bookit for the same room/dates was $1182 and it included flights and airport transfers. Amazing!! Even if the hotel honors the 25% off low rate guarantee, BookIt was still way less $$!

After checking so many sites and comparing prices for the best deal, I ended up booking my family trip with BookIt. Not only were they the best price, their customer service was amazing! I received assistance with completing my package over the phone and also selecting the seats with the airline so that my family and I can all sit together. Yes the mistake was my responsibility. With that said, the customer service representative was very professional and helped me as much as possible. My issue is being penalized a day's rate for a room. When I realized my mistake I called right away. Within 2 min. yes I cancelled the original room then immediately booked a room that fit my needs. When booking first room they pressure you, "Only 5 rooms left. Better hurry." Needless to say I am not happy. I will no longer use this service. Some have no cancellation fees. A day's room rate is extreme. I could accept a small fee 140.00 dollars is extreme.

I have had multiple poor experiences with BookIt in the past 6 months... From my room not being confirmed nor booked when I was out of the country to being charged more for a transaction than I was quoted and the cost only identified after I submitted pay. I called myself giving them a second chance and here another problem. I truly am saying this is my last time using BookIt. Service has gone downhill and I have utilized BookIt for a very long time.

I had reserved a room for 4 nights online and later found out the resort was not pet-friendly and unfortunately had to cancel my reservation. In the terms it states there's a $25 fee to cancel and a $25 fee if you get a representative to book or cancel. There was an error and would not let me cancel online and said I would have to call in. I called 5 times before I was able to actually talk to someone but he was very nice and only charged me one of the $25 fees. He said, "Normally it takes 7 to 10 business days for your refund to show back up on your credit/debit card" but mine was on my card in 3 days. It was a very long frustrating ordeal trying to cancel my reservation but thanks to the ENGLISH SPEAKING representative that went the extra mile to get everything resolved it all turned out good and I was very pleased with the end results.

We are aware that we gave your booking agent a challenge... Not easy dealing with individuals with exactly the same name as my wife and daughter to book a complete trip. I expect from now on you will have, at least, a guide/procedure to deal with this situation. It should be open for later add the passport number or DOB. But, overall an above than average experience. I am a long term user of this website and have never had a problem before. I am trying to change my travel dates, that I just set a couple hours prior. But according to your "policy" I can't simply change the dates, I must cancel and then rebook and pay 275 dollars in the process. I don't see how this is even reasonable in any way, especially since I just booked this today. The flights are available, and there is no inconveniences in regards to space on plane, only a $275 fee for a simple change in dates. Horrible service. Terrible "policy". I won't be using your services ever again.

The BookIt.com prices did not include the additional fees added by the hotel. Other sites include the fees. BookIt.com had the fees in small print that I unfortunately did not see and found out about only after booking. One of your competitors was $136 cheaper but BookIt would not match because it was not a hotel only booking. It is not clearly stated in your guidelines that it needs to be hotel only booking.

Have used BookIt.com many times. Nice and easy to research and select a travel package that fits our need. A bit disappointed that your "price match" does not include all-inclusive packages like your competitors. We did not realize this until after we booked that it matches hotels only and not packages. So I waited for about 3 hours for customer service, customer service at its worst, even after have spoken with the supervisor, who never contacted me back as she claimed she would. However I must say, when I finally was in contact with an agent after 3 separate times -- I spoke to an agent named Sheryl -- she was on point and was understanding to my issue. Sheryl remained on the line with me contacting the hotel directly to resolve the issue I previously had. She was competent and apologetic to the hold time while helping me out. I thank you so much. After booking I was informed of an $18 per day 'resort fee'. This made the entire transaction not worth the time and effort to book. The hotel's website had the same price, but at least they informed you of the fees FIRST, not after booking.

Great customer service and pricing. Everything was looking good until I looked at Spirit's price for baggage and seating. To check in bags and pick seating (cheapest price) it will cost me an extra $450... I wasn't expecting to have to pay that much for bags and I guess my family and I will just let the airline pick our seating since it's so expensive. I'll still be stuck with the $26/bag/person x 4 will be $208 which is expected but not able to select seating.

The cost mentioned a resort fee the hotel may impose. The total cost was about $40 more than the two night stay. I erroneously assumed the fee was included and clicked BookIt. The final page acknowledge my booking and also mentioned that I might be charged over $30 more on arrival. I tried to back up a page to reconsider my booking using the page back arrow and it tossed me off your site. Any valuable customer would be provided full info amassed together before they commit to the fee. BYE.

Last night April 9th my husband and I tried to book a vacation. We found airfare and the hotel we wanted at a price within our budget. We paid with PayPal and hit the BookIt button. We instantly received an error message saying to call them, which we did straight away. I was told the error was because my husband and son have the same first and last name but different initials. The agent told me the booking didn't go through and that I should rebook putting their first and middle names in the first name spot. I thought that was odd since messing up names can possibly prevent you from getting on a flight.
It turns out that even though the booking didn't go through on their end the money was still pending in PayPal! We called again asking to speak to a manager and was told no! Now the flight I wanted is gone and the price went up exponentially... Zero help from customer service and was told they will not do anything to make it right! Unbelievable!

I am extremely disappointed with BookIt. My friends and I purchased a package from BookIt.com November 26, 2015 at 2:35pm. My friend is turning 30 and wanted to celebrate in a big way. Friday, April 1, 2016 my friend's sister received an email stating that her and her companion have been relocated to another hotel. She called BookIt twice. The first customer service representative was extremely rude and told her that she and her companion each had to pay an additional $1,000 to stay in another hotel. I received an email the following week stating my companion and I have been relocated as well. I called Iberostar and they blamed BookIt. I called Bookit and they blamed Iberostar. I feel really upset and stressed this is happening two weeks before the trip. According to BookIt, Iberostar reneged on their contract with them.
My sister decided to speak to another representative. The second representative was really helpful and she found a 3-star hotel for us to stay at. I was disappointed we went from a 4-star hotel to a 3-star hotel. In addition, my companion and I paid additional money for a room with an ocean view at Iberostar in the new hotel that was assigned our room is standard. When I asked why we weren't getting an ocean view BookIt said it's because they need to pay additional money towards the new hotel we have been assigned to. I wanted to cancel the trip, but BookIt refused to give us our money back for the flight. I feel my trip is ruined and honestly I would not book a trip with BookIt again. I felt this was unprofessional on their part.

When I started my booking online I entered that day's date (3/23/16) as my check-in date, for a 1-night stay. Check out 3/24/16 to book Paris hotel in Las Vegas... Their system changed dates on me. So I asked to please waive any fees due to their switching of my original dates I wanted and entered. Tricky how their cancellation reasons do not include error on their part. All choices were guest error, etc. I'm considering contacting PayPal for assistance. Beware!

The first time I contacted a live agent it was confirmed that much of the info regarding the property was incorrect, and she told me she would get back to me with updated info that same evening. I did not receive a call so called again several times over the next couple of days to the agent and never received a return call. I called again yesterday and decided that even though the info in the property had not changed, I could still book and guide them through the errors that were not correct to get the booking right. This still took two hours, and I am not convinced I am going to get what I booked and that BookIt will honor the hotel policies and fees when we arrive. The price quoted, and then the bill I received had a $240 difference in taxes/fees, but they said it was a glitch in the system.

There was an extra 30.00 resort fee charged at check in. We would not have paid that much for this place had we realized there were going to be additional charges.

The initial room cost page gives one rate, then a much higher rate when you go to book. Not to mention, the resort fee that is to be charged is not mentioned until AFTER you book and cannot cancel booking without paying the $25 cancellation fee.

Fees shouldn't be hidden in the terms and conditions. We booked our stay and then we were sent an email with the other fees. Phone lines to BookIt are horrific! Total of 4 hours spent on phone (mostly on hold) trying to fix issues. Will never use BookIt.com again. We get to our hotel and have to leave and go to another hotel to check in. Finally make it to our room to find it being the filthiest I've ever seen. Furniture ripped, stains on bed, couch, and carpet. We have to leave and drive back to place we checked in at and were given another room. We get back to our new room to find someone else was already in it!! Needless to say, it took an act of congress to get our refund!! Lesson learned.

We stayed at Sleep Inn, Six Flags and it was terrible. The room was filthy. The bed and bedding was so dirty we could not sleep on it. I took it to the front desk and was told to just leave it. After housekeeping came by I had to clean the floor, so they gave me a broom and dustpan. The breakfast bar juice dispenser was sour. The room was supposed to be smoke-free but all you could smell was smoke. Do not have elevators for the elderly and disabled. Not worth the money.
