Best way to book an expensive hotel: $5 down and then monthly payments preceding the visit using a VISA debit card from the checking account. Like layaway if you don't want to drop it all at once. Fantastic! Love it! Will always come back now!

I'm displeased with all the extra charges due to an error in your system. When I booked it was originally for May 7th, I got a confirmation for May 15th. Due to an error in your computer system I ended up being charged an extra $25 to change the date of my reservation to be the date I always wanted. The lady I spoke to on the phone the first time didn't disclose the amounts being charged to my card. And then she didn't put in the address properly so my card got declined & I was charged another $25 fee. The second lady I talked to was much more helpful & patient even though I was still very angry. I appreciate her help & patience but I know that I won't be using BookIt in the future.

BookIt.com appeared to be "too good to be true," and it seems that it was. The rate was incredible, but upon checkout, a "resort fee" appeared on the summary. Later, in reviewing this, I noticed that this was indeed written in very fine print; however it was not stated very clearly upfront. I still think the deal is OK, but it raised the price by $35/night, which puts a damper on the experience.

It was very simple and easy to book my hotel through Bookit.com. I was pleasantly surprised on the awesome deal that I got. I compared my quoted rate with others online and they were nowhere near as good as this. It makes my trip to Vegas even better knowing that I have a crazy cool hotel with the kind of pool I was hoping for. Thank you Bookit!

It was easy, but I wish it said smoking or non smoking on all the rooms. And it would have been nice to click on the room and see what else the hotel offers such as free club, casino, free buffet... etc. Other than that it was an easy experience.

I'm extremely upset as a consumer being charged $176 to cancel due to the fact I accidentally booked the wrong date. To better explain I had plans on booking a room from 5/28-5/30 but accidentally booked it from 4/30-5/01. I immediately realized the error and called BookIt.com reservation department. The dates I actually wanted wasn't available and every other date I selected wasn't available except for 5/01-5/03 but the rep advised me for the those dates the change would be an additional $628 on top of the approximate $350 I already spent bringing the total to almost $1,000 for 2 days. My only other option would be to cancel which I was charged $176 for. This was clearly just an error and I attempted to reschedule but the cost was drastically higher for every other date I chose.

This was a very easy process. We have been booking trips to Las Vegas for quite some time, and I must say, this was the easiest. Everything went smoothly and I had absolutely no problems whatsoever!

Trip to Las Vegas - My reservations were handled very well.

Very disappointed with booking my vacation with Bookit.com. When I was booking my room, it stated that the total cost of my vacation was a certain amount. I assumed it was the total cost. After booking with them and I get my itinerary, I then found out that was only the room cost not hotel cost. More fees were added. I couldn't cancel because I would have to pay for 1 night plus tax and fee. Never again.

Ivan did a great job of correcting an issue that I had. My issue was with the "4-star upscale mystery" booking in Panama City beach. After booking the resort that I was given was far from a four-star luxury resort, as a matter of fact, your users rated it 1.9. Also, the majority said they would not return. Someone in your marketing department should remove this resort for the 4-star mystery offer. That is very misleading! Ivan was able to get my reservation moved to a different property.

I was checked online with the pictures. I thought it was going to be a beautiful nice day from the pictures. When I got there it was holes in the carpet. It was very unsafe. I wasn't happy at all about my room. I was very upset and scared because there were all kind of people hanging out there like looking for Travelers and I feel like my life was in danger.

I called in to make changes to our hotel and thought it was going to be impossible, however the representative was very helpful and when I asked questions she was quick to respond without putting me on hold and making me wait. Not only did she help us make a change, she also helped us find airport transfers at a reasonable rate. Wish I had gotten her name. Hopefully someone will give her the credit she deserves! Thank you. We are at ease making our arrangements with such a customer-centered agency.

What started out as a simple and efficient booking process turned out to be my worst experience with online booking I've ever had. I booked a hotel about a month in advance, paid for it in full. The day of my trip I had a family emergency and could not in good conscience leave on a vacation. I called the airline and explained and they were kind enough to issue a credit for a future travel date. I then called BookIt.com and basically was told that even though the reason I could not travel was no fault of my own, they would not even issue a partial credit for the hotel stay I was not able to enjoy.

The deal was incredible! I talked to one agent who advised we could hold the room for $5 until I confirmed with my travel companion. The next agent answered a few questions about the flight portion, and helped us book the airport-to-hotel shuttle, and an optional tour. The third agent took payment in full, and as we used 2 cards, we're subject to a $35 fee--for which approval was obtained from a supervisor to waive! All three were pleasant, friendly, informative and competent--bravo, BookIt.com!!!

I like the discounts but the total lack of option to change your reservation without massive fees is pretty absurd. The $25 cancellation fee is advertised but not the accompanying necessary "manual assistance" fee.

Great deal with extras and discount prices and easy to book. There were a lot of choices and it was very easy to pick the one that interest us. So much easier than the other website. We booked both our airplane tickets and hotel room for one low rate.

I called last night to book my Florida trip and Jason was wonderful. It was like talking to a old friend. He gave me suggestions for my room. I do recommend that you give him a better computer system. So that he can do his job more efficiently and accurately.

I have been trying to contact a BookIt rep all morning after being transferred from the reservation line. My experience was good and I did receive my answer if I did or did not book ground transportation. The customer service rep was pleasant and willing to assist my travel needs. I will use BookIt for all my travel adventures.

I have been sick and throwing up with diarrhea. Needless to say I won't make my flight. I notified Travel Guard and spoke to Kao # **. She said claims is closed & to call them when they open. It was 6:00 a.m. Kao informed me to call claims after 7a.m.

The ad I got showed a mobile discount with the room for $128 per night. However after booking my credit card was charged $665.46 for 2 nights. I would never had paid this much for such hotel. I tried to get in touch with BookIt but was unsuccessful. Next time if I ever ever use BookIt, will make sure I am charged the advertised prize.

I made my reservation with BookIt.com. This about 10 hours ago. I recently got an email asking me to review BookIt.com, but they didn't ever send me the email with my booking confirmation/information. That seems like a sure fire way to get a mediocre review.

What started out as a possible vacation nightmare, turned out very well (I think). We were notified that our reservations at Riu Palace had been cancelled. I called BookIt.com and fortunately Rob ** answered. After 2 hours of diligent work, Rob not only came up with a viable option (nicer resort), but he was also able to save us a little money. If I owned a company, I definitely would want someone like Rob ** working for me. Very polite, understanding, sympathetic and most importantly for me, he was productive. I have always had good luck with BookIt.com. Unfortunately this was almost a traveler’s worst dream. Thanks Rob.

I haven't had a bad experience with this company yet. Customer service has always been able to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. I've even had to cancel a trip and rebook hotel and flights, all with ease and nice people.

This was the first time I used this site, and I can tell that I really like it! Best deal, and in my case, best round trip flight. The only down thing was the phone app, that froze a couple of times. But regarding the deals, I look forward to book through this company again.

The overall process is very easy. I entered a coupon and it did not take. I had to call to get help and they canceled the trip and rebooked it with the coupon. Only downside is you need to pay for the cancellations and rebooking. A bit frustrating.

I wish you would tell us this info BEFORE putting in the credit card details. The total amount I paid for hotel, exceeded my budget. Had I known that there will be another $33, I would have looked for a cheaper hotel.

After comparing to Travelocity, BookIt.com had significantly better prices and was quick and easy to use. Great filters as well! Also, conveniently showed hotels that where rooms were sold out, so I didn't have to waste time drilling into them only to have to go back and keep looking.

The whole process was so smooth and m representative by the name Theresa was exceptionally nice. She answered each and every question sometimes twice! Will never use another site. Best prices are always guaranteed and the best part is the pay delay.

The rate for my hotel was dropped by a $80 difference for the same exact room/date and BookIt would not honor and make an adjustment. All other travel sites would to a rate match in this case. I have never heard of this. The rep suggested that I modify the booking but would incur a fee. When I attempted to do that I received an error message that it needed to be done with a rep from BookIt.com! So basically they did not want to re-book for the lower publicized rate. That is just awful. I guess that is standard practice with BookIt.com. I would not recommend for anyone to ever book with this site again. The customer value is very poor. There is no real benefit for booking with this site instead of the hotel directly. At least if had booked with the hotel directly they would have the rate honored. So disappointing.

The bundle price for hotel, air fare, and a rental car was great. I was looking for a hotel in Denver or 10 to 20 miles out of Denver that did pay delay. The lady told me she found one and I booked it. When I got off the phone with the lady, I checked the hotel out and found it is a hour and a half away from Denver. I call to get a hotel closer and they told me I would have to pay 15% of the previous hotel to switch even though it was the lady’s said fault. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told I would be contacted within 3 hours. After 4 hours I called back and they didn't have any notes for this. So after explaining my situation again I was put on hold for more than a hour. Then was informed the hotel didn't want to waive the 15% fee and bookit.com would review my case. Not happy 1 bit. Just want a nice honeymoon.

Had to cancel a trip due to medical emergency. I had purchased travel insurance and that helped but the person who was going with me name was on one of the ticket and I paid for the trip. Bookit will not put the credit of the tickets in my name. They already are charging me $200.00 per ticket to use them but the other person will not be able to travel for the next 2 yrs if she will be able to travel at all. I WILL NOT USE BOOKIT.COM FOR ANY TRAVEL IN THE FUTURE. I have disputed this charge with American Express. Bookit.com is ripping people off. I understand they will issue credits for the tickets but they should issue the credits to the person who paid for them with their credit card not to whoever’s name is on the tickets.

I was happy with this individual reservation, however, I wanted to reserve 2 rooms and was unable to do that. I had to instead make 2 different reservations which were not linked. It would have been helpful to get different options for 2 rooms, rather than 2 separate reservations. Other travel sites allow for this, and your site should as well.

Overall ok... however I was disappointed that once I booked I found in agreement that I could be charged for parking as incidental. I booked the reservation because it showed hotel had parking. And nowhere in ad could I find where I could be charged. If we find out once we get there and if we're charged parking I'll never use this service again.

I absolutely loved every moment. We're actually thinking about coming back and bring the kids. It was the most beautiful place and the staff was very friendly. The condos were very clean and homey. Everything you needed was provided. All you really needed to buy was food and drinks everything else was included. I will be back!!!

We purchased tickets to a wedding in Jamaica that wound up not happening through BookIt.com and the airline tickets were through American Airlines... So naturally we tried to get the flights changed to go somewhere else to visit with family. We tried to call BookIt to get the flight changed or even the names on the tickets and were willing to pay a bit extra to have my parents come out to see us, and they wouldn't help us and told us to call the airline directly so we did. And the airline directed us back to BookIt to get the tickets transferred and they wanted to charge us almost $1,000 dollars more to a destination CLOSER than the original one. DO NOT GET TICKETS FROM HERE!!! They are rude and unhelpful. Customer comes first.

I booked to check in on the 22nd and check out the 23rd. You made my reservation for a day early!!! And I already had paid for a room that day the 21st...

Overall it was pretty easy to use to find a destination, but your BookIt app needs major improvement. It crashes all the time. So whoever your develops content iPad app needs to get on it. After the third time crashing in about an hour I just gave up on the app and went to the regular online website on my desktop and it worked fine.

Booked the Vegas MGM Grand. By far the best deal on the day! Also site quick and easy to navigate. Thanks BookIt.

The process was very easy to use and would recommend anyone to try it.

My special needs son and I were separated on the flight which of course I had to pay an extra fee so we could sit together. The hotel was horrible. Not one person to help with luggage or call a taxi when needed. I was told at the hotel there was an extra 22.50 per night service fee. Hotel policy. Our room had one bed when I requested a rollaway. They told me the room was too small. Again at an extra fee we were put into a room with one bed but the rollaway fit. Same room I'm sure. Never using BookIt again. No deal after all the upcharges.

I'm really glad I decided to book my family's vacation through BookIt.com.

Never will I go here again. Rooms were outdated. Food nasty. Girls unattractive. Was charged resort fees at the end of my stay that I was unaware of. Tons of homeless begging by the hotels. Maids were nice but otherwise it sucked. No more hooters for me. Howard Johnson was a better hotel. Pools were getting worked on. What about the rooms? Old wood, chipped furniture. OMG, never again. Worst money I've ever spend.

I would highly recommended BookIt.
