This was my first time planning an all inclusive trip. Bookit.com made it really easy and everything I needed was in one place. My flight AND my hotel accommodations. Plus I got a really good deal. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have been using the app 2 years now. Makes it very easy to book hotels at the last minute. I never worry about finding a hotel at the last minute using the app. When I had an issue with being double-billed by a hotel, the rep at Booking.com called the hotel on my behalf and got my money back, and I got an apology from the hotel.

I confirmed booking; it came back with a problem. Called & spoke with Lynne (I think) and she put me on hold for 35 min. & never came back. Hung up and called back -- spoke with Revine and she was extremely helpful and stayed on line with me the whole time as I told her how upset I was. Did not get in Embassy Suites as we would have liked but did book.

The person I talked to was very rude and didn't let me explain anything or ask questions. When I asked to talk to a supervisor they hung up on me. I will never use this site again.

Zika virus ruined our anniversary trip. The amazing BookIt lady took care of everything and found us a new destination. She was super patient, friendly and understanding. So glad that I got her when I called this time! You're the best!!!

I booked a group trip online, VERY EASY!! Then had to add another person. They were very helpful with rebooking to add another person!! On the downside it did cost $25 p/p but it was necessary!! Also great booking our transfers. Hoping that the trip goes smoothly.

We decided to change our trip at the last minute and had to cancel our original booking and rebook. It was seamless and we were refunded the original trip immediately. The agent was super friendly and accommodating. Would use Bookit again.

I've used Bookit many times and love the ease. BUT DO NOT get the insurance. I had a trip planned, got insurance, my husband passed away unexpectedly and I'm fighting them for my money.

Our booking agent, Genevieve was extremely professional and most helpful with our request to book a spring break all inclusive resort. All questions were answered and the booking was done in a matter of minutes. BookIt should be proud of this efficient, personable agent who provided all of the information we needed.

Easy flowing experience booking my package. Website was easy to navigate and offered many selections. I loved the additional options offered once package was selected, like airport transfer and other activities. Hi. When it came time of booking it wouldn't allow me to put in coupon code for the $100 off and today you are advertising the resort for $70 off so a bit disappointed as $100 USD is $135 Australian dollars. I also need to book other accommodation for my trip. The service was good but disappointed to see jade now is even cheaper today. Also there is no option for international guests to email for help or a live chat.

The Holiday Inn hotel is located at the best place of the island. Close to restaurants and night clubs. The room was clean and the staff was great and very kind. We spend a long weekend and we are ready to spend another one soon!!! Very recommended to couples and family.

All went well but I'd really like to have been able to choose a room. No choices by Bookit but the price was great so I guess I shouldn't be picky but...

So far so good. This is our first real vacation and looking forward for week in Key West Florida. The experience was good on the computer and the booking was easy and simple. I little concerned about the seating on the plane since I am handicapped, and little worried about the seating. I am excited about going, I am 63 and ready for real vacation.

I always book all my getaways through bookit. This was the first time I was actually pretty disappointed. The hotel I booked is having their main pool up bar pool closed for the days I will be there. Bookit did not notify me. It wasn't until I called the actual hotel to confirm my booking that I found out. I then called bookit and they said there was nothing they could do, the lady I spoke to had a horrible attitude. I was not expecting anything. Just a simple explanation given that they are a booking agency that should provide this information.

So we get to the airport to find our flight was changed with no notification, then get an email after we get to the resort telling us to check 12 hours before the flight. We booked a transfer through BookIt get there and they do not have us on the list. So now it is a scramble for them to find us a ride only because I have a printed receipt! User beware!!!

It was simple and easy to book and we got a fantastic deal. However, a HUGE detail was left out! We received a call the next day informing us that we needed transportation from the airport to the resort (a two hour drive). When we called back we were informed that Bookit does not assist with this and that the resort did not provide the service which turned out to be incorrect. It was provided to the tune of $475!!! By this time it was too late to cancel and we had to book the service. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of details and the inability to assist, however they did at least inform us the next day.

Fantastic prices offering premium room types that were not available on other sites at the time. Simple and easy to book with payment options. Looking forward towards our upcoming trip.

Booked within minutes, even decided a few days later to switch resorts due to activities wanted. The person I contacted online was very helpful and had me cancelled in just a couple of minutes, then we rebooked at another resort. Very happy with our reservations.

My experience with booking with BookIt.com was very good! The representative was very informative and patient, answering all of my questions - and I had many. They also price match, another benefit of using Bookit.com.

We got the most bang for our buck at BookIt.com and when I signed up for the mailing list, we saved another $150 off the already cheap price! We shopped around and BookIt.com had the best price available for the five-star, all-inclusive resort we chose!

I booked a motel with BookIt and found the same room much cheaper. I talked to a rep about it because you guarantee the lowest rate. She was rude. She kept me on hold for a very long time! She came back with no apology and said the rooms were not the same (but they were) so she could not do anything about it. Also, I would have to pay a $25 cancellation fee. I cancelled the room, paid my fee, and rebooked with hotels.com. They were very friendly and accommodating. If I need to cancel they would not charge a fee. I am very disappointed with BookIt. I am a senior and don't appreciate being treated so disrespectfully! The girl that spoke with me should be reprimanded. My $25 fee should be refunded.

We had such a good trip and enjoyed ourselves. The only 2 negative things were that our air condition unit was not working well and that the bars closed at 12 am. (We worked around that though by loading up. Lol)

We both would love to thank her for helping us choose the perfect resort for our vacation. We will definitely be going back to the Secrets Silversands Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico! I recently took a summer trip to New Orleans and stayed at the St. Marie Hotel. The staff was very friendly and comforting. Room was very clean and neat. Room was in excellent vicinity to Bourbon Street. Pool was awesome this summer. I will visit again.

It's been really easy to book our trip thru BookIt. After I book our flight this website gave me the option to book a hotel too which was very convenient and was even cheaper than doing it separate. You can do your reservation quick, easy and BookIt has good deals, so I am happy I did it thru this website.

I made a reservation for Oct. 7th at The Terrace at Pelican Beach. I canceled it Aug 19th, more than 20 days have past and I still have not received my full refund. I have attempted to reach the resort via email x 3 with no reply and no refund even though I canceled my reservation well before the allowable timeline.

I was unable to complete my booking online. I kept getting an error message that my city/state/zip were not filled out, although they clearly were. I used the 800- number and received great assistance from the person on the other end, and he was able to help me tremendously with my booking.

This is the fourth or fifth trip I've booked with BookIt. They have always given wonderful customer service, even when there is a problem. A few years ago I had a trip booked to NYC and the weather delayed it. BookIt's customer service took care of rebooking without charging me anything. Also, the hotels they recommend have always been good.

All the reservation worked out fine, had an easy experience surfing the checkout process, and with a good price after all. I have just a couple of comments: 1) When searching the hotel the main link of the image said "From $66", but when I clicked it, there was no $66. There's a month view which is great because I can see all the prices by day and decide better, and I could not find that rate. 2) After deciding and selecting the dates, before entering the CC info I noticed the tax was not part of the daily rate selected, so the total got inflated because of this. No harm here, at least I saw the total before the checkout but, in comparison to the hotel website, the rate there includes this, so there is no unexpected addition during checkout.

My experience with bookit.com was very good. Everyone was kind and very helpful in getting all of my questions answered and courteous when booking my resort. In all it was a great experience.

I called to obtain the rate listed on the website. I was hung up on the first time I called as I had questions about distance to the airport. I then did my own research and called back with my hotel ID and I was able to make a booking. Be aware that the operators just want to take a booking, they do not want to answer other questions so do your research ahead of time and book online if you can. The booking process was slow and the operator was not particularly effusive. She booked my trip but the flights changed mid booking and we could not complete it. She called the airline after putting me on hold for a while and then came back and told me we would need to rebook flights and cancel the original flight request (7 to 10 days to go back on my cc).

Best value on the internet. Easy booking website. Follow up emails came quickly. I will use this website again for all my travel needs. First time user discount was great.

We paid for our tickets and they emailed them but when we went to print them off tonight we no longer had the email. I tried using the booking id to find it but the page that pops up says it no longer exists. The time for our flight is a week away so if there is a way you can help we would appreciate it.

BookIt.com made it easy to look at prices for every hotel in Las Vegas. The only thing I would recommend is that BookIt.com should let the hotel guest agents see your entire itinerary of fees, so the guests of the hotels do not get double charged.

We booked our hotel via BookIt.com. The photos that were on Bookit.com were absolutely fraudulent. When we arrived at the hotel we were blown away by the misrepresentation of the beach portion of the photos. I spoke to the manager and she didn't seem to be very concerned. She told me that those look like photos that were taken before the hurricane of two years ago!

I called Bookit to plan an all-inclusive trip to Jamaica. I talked with Jared. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me all the information I needed. He was especially helpful with the airline booking. When I complained that combined layovers totaled almost 10 hours, he suggested another airport. The flight would be a direct one to and from Jamaica, and we had only a 1-1/2 hour drive. He was really on top of everything. I will continue to use Bookit for my vacation needs.

I'm so glad I called to book my all-inclusive trip rather than booking it online. The person I spoke with was incredibly friendly and informative. She even helped me with getting an extra discount because I was having trouble using my coupon as a solo traveler.

In the SMALLEST PRINT you have it stating all prices in US dollars. Nothing about an exchange rate fee or anything if booking from Canada. I will spread the word on social media. :)

Good morning, I recently used BookIt.com to book my honeymoon. When I found your site, I recommended it to engaged friends and they used the site to book their Sandals vacation as well. My experience was SO BAD that I greatly regret using and referring BookIt.com. The sales employee misentered our information so we did not receive any details regarding confirmation. Even worse, he had our accurate email since we emailed him and he set our account up with the wrong information so we had no access to our trip details. We called in and they did NOT HELP us, only referred us online to the customer lounge (which we could not access due to employee error).

I made a initial booking with Shamika and she lied to me. I had to call back and rebook my vacation with someone else so I can get what I wanted but it cost me more money. So I am not happy because when I booked it the first time it was cheaper. Very easy process to book your vacation. Please pay attention when you book your hotel. Not all resorts are all inclusive. I just realized that after booking my trip. Of course I wanted all inclusive and booked one that isn't. Hotel does not refund cancellations!

There are no secret BookIt charges and all potential costs and taxes are shown on the right hand side of the screen. Very good prices for Aruba and flight, however it said the car rental was included and then after booking there was an amount due above and beyond the quoted cost. I will have to wait and see when I arrive what that fee is all about.

The no refund almost became a problem due to the fact my company almost changed the dates and I almost lost my money. I do believe that can be a little more flexible. Other than that, a great experience.

It seems you don't have all hotels, some other website have different ones. And sometimes when I review your site may offer 1 type of room but other sites will have the upper level rooms which I prefer.

Website is easy to use. I like you are able to use more than one card to pay for trip. Price point is a good deal. I made an error in my BookIt and I am very unhappy that changes can't be made to flight or hotel after you pay. I spend over an 20 mins on hold waiting for a rep to answer the phone then another 15 mins for the flights department. Only to be told I couldn't make changes and would have to wait 3-10 business days for a refund. Cancel and pay again was my only option. This needs to be corrected. I would be okay with a credit and it could be applied to my new BookIt over waiting 10 business days for me to book again.

Pro: The price was fair. Airport transportation was set up round trip with no problem. Hotel stay was also good - picture perfect view. Room was clear up and restock daily. Unlimited food all day. Courtesy Tourist bus was available for shopping and touring different places. Overall great vacation. I will definitely recommend Jamaica all-inclusive vacation through BookIt.com. Con: BookIt needs a waiting lounge at the airport. We arrived at Holiday Inn after 9 am and had to wait after 3 pm to be check in. There should be early courtesy check in at least one or two hours for International tourist.

Customer service is very poor. The associate was not knowledgeable. Sales skills were lacking. I asked if there were any other options on the reservation, "I don't think so" is not an appropriate answer. Prices are good but I would not go through your services again. Thanks.

Not good at all. The rep was clueless and kept giving me the wrong information. First she told me the hotel I wanted was not available. When I gave her a reference number she didn't even apologized. Then she told me the hotel I liked didn't have a pool. Is not first time I used BookIt, but this was very disappointing. I ended up booking online, myself.

I had problems with completing my transaction online and needed to contact a representative. The representative was very helpful in completing my transaction. I was trying to use my debit card in making the transaction and it kept getting denied.

My whole experience was horrible. The person helping was good explaining things to me. The fact that I was told I couldnt cancel less than 10 minutes after I booked and realized the mistake will make me very apprehensive in using your services again. To tell the customer to wait 24 hours to change the air part of the trip and be charged to do it is silly especially if the person caught the mistake immediately.

Bookit.com is great! The Customer service and their prices were wonderful. The only issue I had, and it's a small issue, is my transportation to and from the airport. I booked a trip to Punta Cana and on the website it didn't give an option for airport to hotel transfers. So I called and they said that it was too early to book my transfer, but I could call back in a couple months set it up when it's available. That was cool with me, but I think that the transfer not being available at the present time and what actions to take should be on the website while you're booking. Other than that, Bookit gets my vote!!

The agent was courteous and very professional. She listened to my requests and worked toward accommodating us. These are the things booking agents should strive for, the satisfaction of the customer without being too pushy. Excellent job.

This is my 4th booking with BookIt. Every time great pricing and helpful customer service if I need it. They always try and make everything work for me.

Everything was as I expected. Very nice.

The first lady I contacted never returned my calls or messages or answered any E-Mails. I contacted a 2nd Clive and he was available & very helpful in changing to one of your different hotels. If it was not for Clive I would have Cancelled & booked with someone else.

Easy to use. Great prices. Many hotel options. I'd definitely use it again.
