I'm glad I chose this resort to bring in my birthday. The workers and people there are all amazing. Shoutout to Nelle, Samuel and Nida for taking care of us. The food is great. Makdeon (bartender) great service. Every night there is a theme event. "All white party", "blue party". Come prepared to drink and party. Jason at Sharkies Bar- amazing personality. The sun is very HOT. Please pack lots of sunscreen. The pool and beach was amazing. I have no complaints. I can't wait for next year and I will be staying longer this time.

I booked my hotel on May 31st and cancelled that same day! It said I would be charged $25... I read it a few times! The company I paid $537 initially, and they only refunded me like $325. I am furious, worst company ever! They will not give me back my money!!! Next time I will book directly with the hotel! Definitely will warn everyone about this!

When renting a car there was a system glitch that did not calculate the driver's age correctly. I called the trip in and it was taken care of by a BookIt representative. Great service. Very good price with flights.

Yes! Oceanfront may cost a little more but it is sooo worth it! We loved waking up to the sounds of the water and the beautiful view and would only stay at Oceanfront when we visit again. Compass Cove is an excellent hotel with more amenities that you could ask for. The kids loved the lazy river and the water slides. Even I love the water slides and gives me enough of a water park that I can handle being that I don't like water slides that much. The rooms were spacious enough and clean. The staff was very friendly. This is the second time we have stayed at Compass Cove and have enjoyed our stay both times. I will always book a hotel with Compass Cove when we visit the beach. Book your room with them and make sure you get Oceanfront if you although Ocean view isn't bad either. Happy Staying!

We received our BookIt trip to New Orleans from our family as a wedding gift. We stayed at the Maison Dupuy for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff of Maison Dupuy were all very nice and pleasant. They let us check-in a few hours early because our flight was early in the day. So by them doing that we did not have to carry our luggage around for 4 hours. The hotel was so clean and inviting and the front desk was so nice and gave us a different room with a better view at no extra charge to us. The Bistreaux restaurant inside the hotel was a nice little café. There was one person that stood out above the rest, was one of the bartenders by the name of Mark. He was extremely attentive and very personable. We ended up sitting at his bar for a couple of hours listening to his different stories about New Orleans. He was an excellent example of how a bartender should be.

Website locked up, not confirming reservation - I didn't think I'd had a reservation, so I made alternative plans. Then l received a delayed email confirmation. I cancelled the BookIt reservation, for a 25$ charge and have the cancellation email. After a month, I have not received a credit or the cancellation charge.

I was very pleased with my experience on the phone with Jackie from BookIt.com. She was very helpful and courteous. She took great care of me and it didn't take much time to get my vacation exactly right. She took the time to go over everything before finalizing my vacation.

Mostly good experience, just got stuck a bit on the steps to re-set my password for Bookit.com. I received the email with the temporary password but then was not clear on whether I had to use the first screen (sign-up) or the second screen to change password. I thought it was the change password screen but kept getting an error message that my last name was invalid? Later after I realized I had to use the green button on top right to sign in with temporary password I looked at my profile and saw that my last name was not entered (explains error message). Also, the box for the change password on main page displays "temporary password" but does not allow any entry. Once got past these issues things went well. Thank you for allowing me to explain and hope it made sense.

My husband and I are taking our first International Trip as he has ALS and this is a wish list item for him. Since he has special needs, we consulted a travel agent and secured one option for travel to the destination we requested. However, through BookIt.com we were given multiple options for flights, resorts, rooms and excursions. Furthermore, we were able to secure travel insurance, hotel transfers and special discounts through BookIt. WE SAVED OVER $1000 by making our travel plans through BOOKIT!

So I go to the website and find a package, flight and hotel. I pay for it then turns out the flight monies didn't go through, so I'm paying the cost of the package for the hotel and now I have to book a flight, and pay for it. Tried calling - the worst customer service. Took 4 attempts but finally got someone. He said sometimes mistakes are made so book the flight myself. He added that the airline monies would drop off my credit card in a few days. I asked about the website and the price for the package and he said things change. I said "correct your website." He didn't waver. I told him it was false advertising. He denied it saying again that mistakes are made. So now to book the airline. Probably will be paying more. Goodbye BookIt!

It's our anniversary and I needed to do something quick. So I called the hotel (Myrtle Beach area) and got a quote rate 3 times higher than BookIt. When I got their quote I was excited and quickly made my reservations. I hope my stay in the hotel is as pleasant. Quick response and no hassles.

So far I am not very satisfied. Ricardo booked my week long stay in Jamaica. Nothing seems to be right. He told me to make up a birthdate for Daniel ** airfare. Dan called in only to receive a voicemail. I received no confirmation of the 11/3/1980 birthdate change. Now I must call the airport to confirm the change. I also, paid for these 4 airport transfer fees, yet it is not on my receipt anywhere. Lastly, Ricardo told me he was saving me extra money at the hotel. I then discovered he had placed all 4 adults in 1 room. It then cost me over $100.00 more to get this fixed. I think this has not been a pleasant booking. Purchasers beware and be sure to read your paperwork.

I will say that my interaction with BookIt.com was well worth the time. I was trying to book a specific condo. The representative was very personable and professional. We are traveling with a group of 23 people and our representative Drew was fantastic. He worked and got us on same flights, helped us use our coupons, requested ocean view room etc. I've have traveled over 20 times to the Caribbean and used BookIt several times in the past and have always been super satisfied. I do extensive searches and BookIt is always one of the best prices around. I will use them for sure in the future.

I reserved a room through BookIt for one night at Bally's Las Vegas. It was Memorial day weekend so premium pricing was consistent with the hotels. The emailed receipt disclosed only the paid room rate plus tax and service fees. Below that was a disclosure stating Additional Room Service and Fees with a link for Resort Fees. Only problem was that the link doesn't work so it's easy to get confused that what you paid (as disclosed on the receipt) will be the final amount. Buyer beware! The hotel will also charge you a resort fee after you check out. I will never use BookIt again.

The BookIt.com website is not clear as to when a coupon may be applied to a booking. Once the trip is booked, there is no way to correct the failure to apply a coupon to the cost of the trip, and the company will not allow for a correction to be made. Very poor customer service. I will use another booking website in the future.

Had been searching for a specific hotel on the Las Vegas strip. BookIt had great weekend sale. Totally refundable ($25 processing fee) until 2 days before trip. Had to call customer service for a question and they were customer-focused and friendly.

Great rate for a good hotel.

It went okay. The first time on the page, it kept resetting the flights or the room and we couldn't book. Later when we went back, the website worked and we booked it. However, the price went up slightly, and if I was paying attention, I probably would have booked it through one of the other websites, as the price was now the same but the perks on BookIt.com were a lesser value ($150 resort credit, instead of $300).

I'm not especially computer literate and I found your site both easy and useful. The searches were easy to create and the bookings were a breeze. The paperwork was emailed as promised and they saved me nearly $200. I look forward to booking with them again in the future.

It was a very simple process. I picked out the dates, hotel and just had to change from Spirit airlines to Sun Country because the "cheap airfare" is not so cheap after all add ins are calculated. I also booked the shuttle and am ready to go. I have used Bookit before. They have the best prices on packages.

I made reservation on-line, which was my first mistake. Since it is not my first time making such reservations, I looked for hidden fees, there was no mentioning anywhere that there might be resort fee added later, so I booked it. After my credit card went through, I got a disclaimer that this resort imposes $145 fees to be paid at check-in. With that fee, it would be more expensive for me to book through them than directly with hotel! I called right away to cancel. On their website it states before certain day it is $25 to cancel, but on a phone I was told there is additional $25, so, total $50! I would not recommend this company, although I thank them for the lesson - better to book with live person and ask about any potential fees.

BookIt made planning our vacation was very easy. I would recommend reading all the fine print before hitting the final button. I needed to have adjoining rooms & had put it in the special request section. Down in the fine print, the hotel had listed "you needed the deluxe room in order to make this happen." If I hadn't read the fine print, I would not have realized this until we arrived at our hotel.

My customer service representative (Doug ext. **) was very helpful and attentive. He was also very friendly and courteous. I did recommend him to my friend to book her package as well.

The room options kept moving. It was difficult to make a choice.

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The first two days was amazing. The third day 90% of the staff went on strike and this made us very uncomfortable, food and drinks was extremely hard to get. The 3rd day I was very disappointed. :(

We stayed for three days two nights and we have no complaint. The hotel is immaculate, staff is polite and helpful. Kudos to the front desk staff at time of check. I feel that the previous care attendant that I spoke with not as knowledgeable about what I needed done. Was to reserve the character breakfast for the length of my stay, and of course he was able to reserve one day. Also I was not aware that one of the dates were cancelled until I called in. I was very disappointed because I was not notified.

Our vacation experience using BookIt.com at Catalonia Resort in Playa Del Carmen was extremely disappointing and we will definitely NEVER stay there again nor likely use this booking site after this experience. When we spoke to BookIt.com about our experience, they didn't seem to really care, so I emailed customer service and never received even a response. My fiancé and I booked a week long trip for our honeymoon to the Riviera Maya. What should have been one of the most memorable experiences of our lives ended up being a stay we may never forget but for all the wrong reasons.

I with my Pregnant wife stayed at Grand Sunset Princess resort from May 23-30. This was by far one of the worst experience we had to go through. We checked in on 23rd with a 2 king bed room wherein we mentioned that we are married couple. After following up multiple times, they gave us a room the next day. Everything went fine for 2 days. The last 3 days was horrible as the staffs at the resort decided to go on a STRIKE.

Price for package was cheaper than Expedia, Travelocity, and booking separately through airline and hotel.

No confirmation email was sent or received by me for this transaction. Additionally, there was no option to send an electronic receipt that I could find on the web page. But you sure do send a lot of meaningless emails trying to get feedback, don't you? Please.

It took me over two hours to change my itinerary. I will never use them again. I got passed to different people and held in between each one. What I could of done with a airline in less than 20 min. I will never use them again.

This is the second time to use BookIt.com! Our last experience was wonderful. I knew what I wanted for this trip and Shawn patiently helped me find and book my trip to Cancun!

I have to call 5 times to try to get a match price. The first time, the representative told me she will send some information via email, she never did. The second one put me on hold and never got back to the phone. The third one never found my search even after giving her the search number, a oriental sound like lady, that couldn't understands what I say. The fourth one wanted I send her copy of the other website showing the cheaper price. Finally, the fifth one was able to help after putting me on hold for more than 20 minutes. I used to greatly enjoyed book all my trips with BookIt.com, but after today experience, I will start to look for another booking site. I got the price match but didn't got the 10% coupon as promised in the website. Just false advertisement.

We booked a vacation to Cancun with BookIt on March 13. They advertised on their website that paying by using PayPal, you'll have 18 months interest free to pay off your balance, FALSE. We spent endless hours on the phone with PayPal and the problem was never resolved. Today (05/27/16), we received a phone call from BookIt regarding our reservation, guess what: the hotel we originally booked is no longer available and the customer service person told me that I have two options, I either take the option he is offering or I will have to pay for a different hotel from my pocket. The current offer is a hotel located in Playa del Carmen, which I'm not interested on at all. He was rude and unhelpful. I'm very dissatisfied with BookIt and will strongly encourage others to never use it.

Although me and my grandson didn't get a chance to use the pool and play area it was beautiful. The service was excellent, the suite was kept clean, my suite had a beautiful view, the food good. 2 complaints: need to extend your bus service and include airport transportation.

I received an email stating a vacation I planned was canceled. I never planned a vacation. So I called BookIt to see what it was about. The customer service was extremely poor. I told the lady I received an email and was confused. I never booked a vacation. She looked it all up - did my name was on it. I said I never booked one and if I did why would I cancel a few hours before it says we were to fly out?

Unable to add 1 person to my 2 room ocean front suite which booked for only 3 people. BookIt policy to cancel my reservation, for both rooms to rebook in a lower grade room because my room type isn't available even though I have them booked paid in full. And if I cancel can't rebook same room type. Yea...insane crap. My first and last time using this site.

BookIt never allocated my money to the hotel so I arrived in Mexico to find out my reservation was cancelled. BookIt blamed the resort saying they had my cc # which I hope is not true as that is not supposed to be shared. 4 hours on the phone trying to get everything figured out as the resort I was supposed to stay was full.

Found the site easy to use, many options for air & hotels and prices were great with many payment methods to book my vacation to Jamaica this August. I'm looking forward to see the deals in the future on BookIt.com for airfares & hotels.

It was a great time at Hyatt Ziva. But you have to recommend to your clients that waiter and bartender at the pools are expecting tips. I know you have to give them a gratuity but not as a command. And one day the cleaning lady didn't do the room, we had to call at 7 pm to made it.

On the same booking confirmation page, BookIt indicates the resort fee is $60 for the hotel and further below, it indicates the resort fee as $12. This is completely inconsistent and a significant deviation. Also, when I searched for a particular hotel (Marco Polo) it indicated the hotel had a free cancellation policy. When I modified my reservation package, I was still charged an $82+ fee for the modification. This modification charge was unexpected and as a BookIt customer, I would not want to subject myself to a similar charge in the future by booking through BookIt. The modification I made was within a few hours of the initial booking. Given the charge, again, I would not consider using BookIt again.

They are wonderful, very helpful in finding the perfect destination for your perfect getaway! I love it!

I booked this trip for my parents and my family (on another booking ID). I had trouble booking the flights for six people all together for the package deals online. I called the customer care and Victoria was very patient and really put in time and effort to help me get everything booked. I am very happy with the service that Victoria provided us. I would definitely book our future trips via BookIt because of the good rates and most importantly excellent customer service.

I spoke with Vanessa regarding a change in my plans and she went above and beyond helping me to reschedule and recoup ALL of my $ to use on the new trip. I really appreciate her taking the time to help by calling the hotel and the airlines to ensure that I would be able to do so.
