One new tire is defective. It needs air all the time. Same problem from them. I have to take time to take tire back before going to work and the traction light was taken off by mechanic.

Worst experience ever, bought 4 new Good Year's tires. Woke up the next morning, all four tires were flat, call road service to put air in tires, so I could get back to Just Tires. They told me what the problem was and that they will fixed it, that was my first return. Before the day was over I was back again, they said something was wrong with the stems, it was leaking air, again they fixed it. I went a couple of days and I was back again, listening to another lie.

They said that the sensors in the tude was off, and of course, they fixed it. On Sunday morning, I was going to church and had to stop and put air in the tires. After church, I went back to Just Tires, they said that somebody had left the bar codes on the tires, and again they fixed it. I drove for about two weeks and early Wednesday morning (12/01/10) my light can on in my van to let me know that I needed air in my tires. I have a Family Day Care, how can I take care of my children if I am always at Just Tires.

The Manager Phyllis, told me that I should take my van to the dealer. I told her that the dealer didn't put the tires on my van for $816.28. So, why should I take my van to the dealer when I have spent that kind of money. The 4 Good Year's tires was put on my van on November 9, 2010, and I am still putting air in my tires.

Today is Thursday, 28th of April. We always joked; I always let you all do my service. This day, the guy said one hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited until about 3:55. I asked for the paper and the bill of sales. I know it was every bit of 2pm when I arrived. And the rest of the staff disappeared. I guess they went home. But one of the mechanics said, "I will look into your car." I went outside, and my car was just sitting in the bay. I saw people go and people come. That's not business. I was very dissatisfied with the service this day. They need help there bad.

I receied a coupon in the mail for an oil change. When I went to get the oil changed 1 day before the coupon expired 5/21/2009 I waited for an hour only for them to tell me that my oil filter wasn't available. I had to wait for them to put oil bakc in my vehicle and was almost late for work. I was told my options were to go to the nearest Pepboys or Auto Zone purchase a filter and they would put it on for me in which I felt wold have defeated the prupose of going there for a FREE oil change. Well the manager told me they would call me when the oil filter came in and even said he would ake a note of the situation in the computer. It's been 4 months. Well, needless to say I will NEVER go to Just Tires for anything free or not! They just don't seem to genuinely care about the coustomers. How do you offer a Free oil change and not hae all of the products for the completion of the job?

On 5/9/08, tire purchased cost $219.36 including alignment at 77,396 miles. On 10/28/08, alignment was done and paid for as warranty had expired. On 3/6/09, (Friday 8:27am), I took it in for alignment and was told alignment cannot be done as I needed two new tires. I purchased two P195/65R15 89S SL Eagle LS2 VSBRPTL plus alignment, a total of $271.35 at 89,590 miles. Over the weekend, the tires vibrated when I drove. So, in the morning of 3/10/09, I called and asked for Rocky who I dealt with. He was not there, per Josh, so I left a message that apparently the car needs the alignment rechecked and that I would bring it in on Friday 3/13/09.

On 3/13/09, I took the car in at 9:13 am. After Israel checked the tires, Rocky told me that there were bald spots on the two tires. I asked how can that be. I was just there the week before. I got the tires replaced at 89,590 and it was 89,889, a total of 299 miles. He called Joshua **, manager. Joshua told me that I have bald spots on two tires caused from stepping on the brakes, and he could not do anything for me. I told him that his reason for baldness of tires does not make sense and telling me that he cannot do anything for me is not acceptable. I told him I will take the matter further, and he told me he did not care what I did. I did not sign the work order and Joshua told Rocky to give me the phone number to call.

On 3/13/09, I called the Goodyear number on the invoice, spoke to Janie, and explained what had happened. She directed me to Mountain View Tire & Service with an authorization #** to seek help. On inspection, it was found that there were no bald spots on the tires. I called the number for feedback on 03/17/09 and requested a call back but got no response.

Worst experience ever, twice. Bought rims and tires from this location and have had nothing but problems.
Had rims and tires installed and alignment done. Alignment had to be redone, twice. Balance was bad and had to be redone. Tech told me the machine was to blame. Keep in mind, brand new tires and rims. Went back to have lug nuts torqued and tech slammed torque wrench into brand new rims like nascar. Manager gave me attitude when I complained. Went back to have rotation and balance done second time, tech didn't balance rims the way I asked. Tech told me that there would be a wobbly wheel if he static balanced them with pound on weights. Took the car and called the manager the next day. Mike (manager) told me that he has been in the buisness for 30 years, and that there are not pound on weights made for aluminum wheels. When I asked him to refund my money for the road hazard and lifetime rotation and balance, he told me that I have had the rims and tires for over two years. I bought them in nov. of '07. That makes them just over a year old with 5,000 miles on them. There are so many problems with this Just Tires location I don't have enough time to list them all. By the way, Mike told me that he owned the store when I asked to speak to his supervisor. When I asked him if he owned the store again he told me that he owned the inventory. When I asked him who owned the buisness and the building he then told my that Goodyear owned it and gave me the 1-800 number with much hesitation. Do yourself a favor and take your buisness elsewhere, it's not worth the aggravation. Having been brought up around cars all my life and working in the industry for years myself it is very hard to have a manager of a tire shop tell me that I don't know what I am talking about. By the way, I took both of my vehicles to the Big O tires a couple of doors down and the gladly took care of my issues without a problem.

I have been doing busines with this location for at least 10 years. Every time I go in there and have to talk with Mr. Janowski it always appears as if he is being 'bothered' with what he may consider to be too many questions.

I was in recently and asked about a few different tires as I needed to be educated on which tire is best for me , etc.

Mr. Janowski began making the 'sign of the cross' over himself as if he couldn't handle the questions any longer. He did this on more than one occasions. I witnessed him doing this with other customers as well. The straw that borke this camel's back is recently I went in there to look at another tire.

I then decided i would purchase that particular brand. I aske Mr Janowski about scheduling an appointment. I asked if he had a calendar and he didin't He said to simply give him a call when I was ready-fine. I then came back in and told him that my cell phone had a calendar and that I will set the appointment now.At that time i headr him mumble,JESUS CHRIST!.

I LOOKED UP AT HIM AND SAID ,. What did you say ? If I am bothering you just let me know ! I was totally upset at this time. He said, No , I didn't say anything etc.
This person should see a Psychiatrist. His body actions and nervousness is unacceptable and he always answers questions in a manner of TALKING-DOWN to the customer.

I would rather call the consumer complaint dept. to discuss this with someone but there doesn't seem to be any way to do this.

Just Tires Store Number 2352 Sales rep. orederd wrong tires 255 instead of the correct order that I called in which was tire size 225. I live an hour and 15 minutes away form the store when I was informed by my tire speacialist,(who were responsible for putting my new tires on) that the company had infact ordered, which were not the tires that I had requested. This resulted in me having to re-rent a-car which was supposed to be turned in today at 3p.m.

Now I am paying unexpected inspenses that could have been avoided had the store rep just ordered the right size tires in the beginning. I have had to hire someone to return the tires just to get a refund because I have to go to work and can't return the tires today in person myself. So needless to say my car is still undrivable because I still have no tires and my expenses have already gone over $300.00 because of the mistake made on Just Tires sales rep.'s mistake. When I spoke to the manager Jimmy he never even apologized about the mistake and was very blount in saying well when you give us our tires back, then I will refund yuor debit card, That's all I can do for you.

He was cold and showed no professionalism and I was hung up on by Mary, awho is a rep in the corporate office after requesting to speak with a supervisor. I have spent more gas in a day trying to resolve this than I normally use in a week! I have missed two appointments on my job, which just costed me $372.oo, trying to arrange how to get the wrong tires back to the Garner Just Tires Co. I mean these tire people have no idea the time, money, and inconvience that this has cost me!

This mistake has cost me over $450.00 and the company's rep. is to blame, yet their mistake is not only costing me more money, but I am mentally tired and frustrated by speaking with Mary, a worker who hung up on me and told me that their calls are not recorded, and the company needed to talk with other consumer's, as if my concern didn't matter at all. Her unprofessionalism has me outraged , because if Mary talks daily to consumers, I can imagine what type of experience they have. Where is the professionalism today? How did the tables turn that hard working Americans that have to spend their hard earned money end up paying for mistakes that a company made? It's not fair and I wonder how they would feel if they had to pay at someone else's carelessness. I'm a single parent and the money that this company's cost me isn't fair to my household or my daughter. I feel like I have been stolen from and no-one is doing anything to help, even though I know who stole from me.

My truck's right front passenger tire had a slow leak two months ago. I discovered the leak late in the evening and called Just Tires to see if they would fix the leak before they closed (it was around 8:30).

The gentleman on the phone said they would take it care of it, it wouldn't be a problem.

After I dropped my truck off the gentleman at the service desk informed me that I had a screw in my tire. It was almost to the point where they couldn't fix it. He said it was good I brought the truck in when I did.

I was informed the tire was fixed and everything was fine.

Fast forward to last week where I started experiencing the same problem with the same exact tire. I wasn't sure if I had another leak or what the problem was.

I brought the truck back to the same Just Tires location in Norristown. They checked out the tire and Leroy gave me a call back within 10 minutes. He informed me that the tire was plugged and it could not be repaired. I told him that I brought the truck to the same location, they plugged the tire. Leroy told me that it was impossible. Just Tires does not plug tires, they only patch.

I honestly don't know the difference between a plug and a patch (that's why I took it to Just Tires). I informed Leroy that the truck is only 7 months old, the only problem I had with it was the tire. He told me that they don't plug tires again. I didn't watch the guy fix the tire nor would I have known the difference. Leroy told me that there was nothing that they could do. I would have to buy a new tire ($200).

I offered to Leroy to take all 4 tires off and inspect them. No other tire has been patched, so it should be conclusive evidence for Just Tires that it is indeed the same tire they worked on. All four tires have the same wear (about 10,000 miles) on the treads.

On March 5, 2002, I took my 2000 GMC Yukon to your Just Tires Store at 2395 Welsh Road, Philadelphia, Pa. 19114. The reason for the visit was to have your staff remove and replace a damaged valve stem. It seems that three of my valve stems caps were stolen from my truck in front of my house and the forth was not taken because it could not be removed and was damaged. Rather than attempting to remove it because I did not want to damage my wheel, I brought it to Just Tires, rather than to the corner gas station, because of the equipment and expertise that an establishment of your kind has. I am meticulous about the condition of my entire vehicle.

The work was done but not inspected at Just Tires premises, but rather when I returned home. Upon examination of the wheel, it was obvious that there were gouges and scratches in the wheel that had not been there before I took my vehicle for repair. I returned to the store and the mechanic who worked on my car denied that he had caused the damage and alleged that the damage must have taken place at the time of the theft. Since I had examined my vehicle prior to bringing it to Just Tires, I am positive that there was no damage to the wheel before it was brought in for repair.

The very reason why I chose your establishment was because I wanted to be protective of the expensive wheels that were on the vehicle. I asked the employee why, if the damage was there before he did the work, did he not point it out to me, because they knew I was concerned about not damaging the wheels. His response was that if there is damage noticed at the time the work is done, it is noted on the receipt. I have a copy of the receipt and there is no such notation on my copy of this receipt - Invoice No. 082970.

I phoned Just Tires customer service line and spoke to an employee named Judy, who listened to my complaint, called the store, to hear their version and then called me back to inform me that the employee denied causing any damage to my wheel and therefore, any responsibility for the wheel.

These wheels were purchased in August, 2001. There were only 6,186 total miles on the truck (noted on your receipt) and not more than 2,000 miles since these wheels were purchased. I paid $350. Each for these wheels.

Physical Damage to wheel and emotional distress from being disrespected by the Just Tires Staff
