I purchased my car NEW December 2018 from Browns Toyota. I have the Bridgestone Turanza tires, it's a GREAT tire! I have read the reviews and I disagree that the Bridgestone tires are junk. I wonder if the consumers were following the preventive maintenance, you MUST rotate and balance your tires at 5,000 to obtain maximum wear & tear. I read some reviews that stated rubber falling out, were these used cars? If so, you do not know what former owners have or not have done as far as maintaining the vehicle, sounds like dry rotted tires to me!

I purchased a set of sr22 tires for my motorcycle and got the rebate. During the pandemic I lost the card. When I found it it had expired. I called the rebate center. First rep, "No problem. I'll put you on with that department. They can issue a new one." Second rep, "No we will not. It's expired. You lost your money." So I emailed Bridgestone and asked, "Are you just keeping my money?" "No we will take care of it." Great! Then starts the circle of emails "Where did you buy them? When? Etc." I emailed the invoice to them and waited. "Oh you bought at Bike Bandit. They're a third party. Did you ask them?" I said, "No the rebate was Bridgestone."

Purchased Bridgestone Ecopia tires less than one year ago for my Audi Q5. Went to have tires rotated and with less than 15K miles, had major treadwear and had to be replaced. Keep them rotated, balanced, and all 4 were worn the same. NEVER purchase Bridgestone! Never do you get only 15K out of a set of tires rated for 70K. Worst product ever!

Bridgestone Dueler tires came as original equipment on my 2019 Subaru Outback. Tread wear is OK at 22,000 miles but tires are noisy, out-of-round and rough riding. Stay away from these tires. I had one develop a sidewall blister. I’m going to replace soon with Continental or Michelin.

My brand new 2018 Lexus RX350 is equipped with Bridgestone Tires, model TX8A EC1. The car is 2 years old with about 14000 miles and the two rear types are down to zero thread and the two front ones are good for another few months (per tire store inspection). This is the first car I ever owned with tires that do not last the lease terms (3 yr, 36k miles). Talking to Bridgestone, my impression is that they do not stand behind their product, and don't care. You can bet my next lease car (11 months to go) will not have Bridgestone tires.

When you buy a new car DO NOT let them put Bridgestone tires on it. One of the Bridgestone tires on my new Toyota Highlander came completely apart and I told them I wanted 4 Michelin tires put on it. Luckily I was not on a highway and was able to get to the side of the road. At this point the dealership will only replace the one. I am still trying to deal with the dealership, but will probably have to go to Toyota. Cannot trust the other 3 Bridgestone tires, and NEVER will! Wish there was a place to post pictures, you wouldn't believe it. The tires only had 3145 miles on them.

Scratched my wife's brand new wheels. Do go elsewhere. Sorry service. Would they scratch my 2019 better wheels if I brought it in? Not giving them the chance!!!! Go somewhere else. This place is no good and corporate sucks too-taking no respo.

Stay away from Bridgestone. I bought a new 2019 Honda CRV-EX in May 2019 With Bridgestone tires. One of the tires failed to pass mandatory state inspection with only 20,000 miles on the vehicle. The other three tires are showing excess wear. Tires were properly rotated per recommended Honda maintenance. Bridgestone warranty does not provide warranty coverage! I was stunned. $800 for four replacement tires (AWD vehicle). I am trying to get some help from Honda dealer but am not optimistic. Don’t purchase Bridgestone tires. Other reviews suggest they are of consistently poor quality. I will advise Honda (probably to no avail) that they should not install these tires on new vehicles.

I got a new car from Honda, got Bridgestone tires in it. Piece of rubber came out and honda service guy told not to drive it may blowout. I called Bridgestone warranty and was told since I have the original tires on the car when we purchased it brand new from Honda dealer.. they said it is not covered. Horrible customer service and not willing to back up their tires. Do not trust the tires Honda puts on their new vehicles.

We had a blowout on the freeway with a Bridgestone tire. Whole tire shredded with hanging rubber. I called Bridgestone warranty and was told since I have the original tires on the car when we purchased it brand new from Arrowhead Honda it is not covered. The tires I see are from Japan. Horrible customer service and not willing to back up their tires. Do not trust the tires Honda puts on their new vehicles.

Our 2019 Honda Cr-V came with Bridgestone Tires. Never will accept them again on a new vehicle that we purchase in the future. They are very hard and super noisy. The more we drive it, the noisier it gets. Ride is terrible.

The tires came on our 2018 Camry. At 8k miles A bearing sounded out and now at 30k you turn the audio up Toyota the poor quality cupping, & flat spots =new tires so anything but Bridgestones for us. We put over 200k on our cars each time and this is the first and last business we do with this company. One tire has a flat spot the other three have feathering that defies explanation and one has cupped spots on half of the tire.

Bought these Turanza EL 400-02 for my Lexus ES350. Let me tell you this, if I could return them - I would without hesitation. Not only won't the dealer take them back, Firestone won't either so save yourself the trouble of trying them out. The tires are started losing grip during braking, cornering and acceleration. They make so much noise, I have to turn up the radio to keep from hearing the road noise. Save your money, and your time.

I bought my GMC Denali new. At the onset, I didn't want Bridgestone tires, but the GMC dealer informed me that I could not swap them out for another brand. Around 9000 miles I began having balance issues (shaking). I went to a GMC dealer in Florida and was informed that one of my tires was definitely defective (10,250 miles), but GM would only pay for roughly 1/2 of the cost. I was assuming my problems were over, but they were not. The high speed vibration returned, and I returned to the GMC dealer in FL who again did a road force balance at my expense. At this point I returned home to Michigan with this yet unresolved issue, and went twice to a Chevrolet dealership in Grand Rapids. As a last resort I consulted with Discount Tire who are typically very adept at resolving balance issues, but they also were unable to fix it.

I have 20k miles on my 2018 Camry and they need to be replaced! What a joke! I do mostly highway miles. Toyota made a huge mistake going with Bridgestone tires and because of this I will never purchase a Toyota again! This was my first time with Toyota and I regret it! Bridgestone should be ashamed to put out such a crap product! And Toyota should be ashamed putting junk on their cars! I would NEVER use Bridgestone for anything!

I leased a new 2019 Mazda 3 Preferred with 18” rims. I have had two blowouts from potholes with the Turanza EL440 tires. Other cars hit the potholes without blowing out the sidewalls. Very weak tires.

I leased a Nissan Leaf that comes with these tires. The tires are completely bald just after driving for 20K miles. The roads in my area are excellent. I can't believe a popular brand like Bridgestone makes such a poor quality tires. Now I know which tire brand to avoid in my next purchase.

I purchased a brand new Dodge Durango in May 2017. It had 50 miles on it and that's because they drove it to my house from the dealership. The truck came with Bridgestone tires. About 2 weeks ago I took the truck to my local Firestone for a oil change and was told I need new tires and soon. I was shocked since I have only had the truck a short time. I called Bridgestone and the warranty rep informed me the tires were made specifically for my truck to save gas. Not so much for treading and that is why they have no warranty. I was shocked because I only have about 24k miles on my truck. He then said that he wanted me to have a positive experience with the company and that if I take my truck back to Firestone, have them measure the tread Bridgestone would offer me at least a discount or just take care of all 4 new tires for my truck. So I did what he asked.

2018 EQUINOX, purchased 06/2017. After 30,000 miles of mostly easy highway travel. The manufacture tires were down to the wear bars. These tires are rated as 70,000 mile tires. The dealership cost to us at this point was 479.00 dollars. When contacting several companies (Bridgestone, Discount Tire, dealerships). We were told basically tough luck. Our cost for OEM replacement was 80% of total tire cost. So now we have paid $479 for same tires to wear at same rate. Which will need to be replaced again in 30,000 miles. Anyone interested in class action? Please reply.

Warning: To all those who have special ordered or purchased their Jeep with the "Sport Package 24C" option on the 2016, 2017 & 2018 JK Wranglers. We special ordered the 2017 Jeep wrangler unlimited April which came with stylized 16 wheels and these tires. I've always complain about this tires since day one. They are very bouncy and hard to maintain the correct PSI. After about 15K miles the tires sidewalls started flexing really bad (side to side). One morning watched the wife drive off to work and noticed when she hit a dip/bump in the road. The rear tires moved from side to side very pronounced, so much so I was in fear that the tires would blow out or pop off the rims.

I purchased a new Honda CRV 2017 in October 2018. Always got tires rotated and inspected. Just last week one of my tires shredded apart and looks to be dry rotted. Had vehicle towed to dealer and they could not tell me cause of tire problem. Although one serviceman at dealer stated tire looked dry rotted. Another tire specialist stated same thing and that the tire was a bad tire. Going to Bridgestone to see what the have to say. I had to purchase a new tire from dealer.

I purchased a new Lexus RX 450h in August 2016. It came equipped with Bridgestone Ecopia tires that are wear-rated for 65,000 miles. Although these tires have been meticulously maintained, they are quickly approaching replacement status at only 12,000 miles. They clearly will require replacement in 3,000 miles or less, and will definitely NOT be replaced with another set of Bridgestones!

We purchased our 2017 CRV less than two years ago. In that amount of time we put just over 30k on it. Average driving. But the car has failed its very first inspection because the Bridgestone times were near bald. Bridgestone claims "Tires used in commercial service and original equipment tires on new vehicles have no mileage warranty." Are you kidding me? We're so annoyed and Honda can't do anything for us even though the bumper to bumper warranty is still in effect.

New 2017 Toyota Camry came with Bridgestone Turanza tires. All 4 tires are worn out at just 26K miles. Called Bridgestone and was told that OEMs don't have any mileage warranty. Wonder why? Poor choice by Toyota to put these tires on a new car.

I purchased 4 new Bridgestone Potenza tires for my Mercedes Benz sl550. The car sits 5 days a week. Called Bridgestone and told them when I first start driving the car vibrates. After 10-12 miles it is normal. The tires have flat spots. They told me to move the car every day or lift it off of the floor. Are they crazy. I never had a problem with other tire companies. I have owned Mercedes Benz cars for 30 years and purchased a lot of tires. I guess the $1000 i that I paid is down the drain. Beware of this company.

I have owned many new cars since I started driving. I have put new tires on all of them. My latest car is a brand new Honda CRV. I have only driven 30,000 miles. I have had them rotated and balanced and guess what? I already need new tires. The back tires have absolutely no tread. Steer clear!

Bought a new Subaru Outback in 2016 which came with the Dueler tires as stock. 32,556 miles and several rotations later, I need to replace all four. I live in NW Iowa, so snowy, icy roads are the rule in the winter and great road conditions in the summer. The low tire pressure warning kept coming up every few days around 31,000 miles so I checked out the tires and concluded all needed to be replaced, which was confirmed by my regular repair shop. I wasn't expecting that since I've never gotten such bad use out of tires in my 27 years of owning a car. I'll never buy these junk tires again and if I purchase another Outback with them on it, they'll be changed out asap. Cannot recommend in good faith.

I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado that had Bridgestone Dueler tires 255/70/17. The dealership rotated the tires every time they were suppose to be rotated and did alignment checks and its air pressure monitoring system makes sure proper amount of air is in every tire. This truck was treated very gentle. Did not haul or tow anything. These tires were in need of replacing with only 27000 miles on them. The wear bars are even with the tread and failed the penny test. These tires are junk and after only 27000 miles had to be replaced!!!

Turanza EL440 BW 2235/40R19 92V - I have a 2018 Toyota Camry with 29,983 miles on it. The tread depth is already 2/32" on all 4 tires. These tires are way too expensive to wear out this quickly. Additionally, most tire stores do not have them in stock, so customers have to order the tires. Toyota did a great job redesigning the body style of the Camry for 2018, but this was a very poor tire choice. I plan to purchase Goodyear tires. Bridgestone should offer some compensation to customers who experience premature tire wear.

I usually do not take my time to write review. However, in my 30 years of driving. These are by far, the worst tires I have ever owned. When I purchased my Toyota Sienna new, it came with run flat tires which look as though they had little tread on them. They looked very low quality. In no time I ran over a nail and instead of paying $10 to plug it, I ended up having to tow it to the dealer and pay for a new tire. Much to my dismay, I was told I needed all new tires because they were already worn out. Keep in mind, there was less than 20K mileage. I was extremely unhappy paying under $900 for the tires (because one tire was free).
