Initially I did not know what to expect. I have worked with many that have tried to work but did not know what they were doing. I want someone that is able to fix it so I can get away from the computer chair. I am extremely pleased. I found Tech to Us by searching on Google, that is kind of my main search engine. I would recommend customers to sign up for Tech to Us and do what you can afford, they offer Monthly and Yearly pricing. I am already thinking of changing because I have a feeling it is going to keep acting up on me.

Overall, I had a good experience with Tech to Us. The team was responsive and tried to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. The process was fairly smooth, though it did take a little time to get everything sorted out. In the end, the support was helpful and I appreciated their effort to make sure things were working properly.

I called into Tech to Us for a simple camera repair. I got much more. I felt dread due to the technical challenges that I was experiencing, and instead it turned into a delightful experience. It made my fear based, technology experience much more streamlined, user friendly and uncluttered. The outcome was much more efficiency for my future uses. The camera was fixed instantly. The technician was a genius and sooo very helpful. I am a technologically challenged senior citizen and I was very, very stressed and didn't know what to do. It was a complicated process but the technician stuck with me and was very patient and kind, I'd say like a saint. He should get a huge raise! I feel very lucky that I got him for my helper!

Tom did a very thorough job of tuning up my Dell desktop. He cleaned some security and registry issues that will make my computing more secure and efficient. Everyone at Tech to Us is highly trained. They come into my computer and fix even the smallest of issues, to even bigger issues like my computer crashed. If you don't have this service, don't blame me. Wonderful staff. It is well worth paying for this service. We have it on two computers.
