I'd lost access to my browser when I disconnected a second monitor -- Windows shoved it all the way to the left (I guess it had been between screens when I pulled the cord?). Anyway, there was no way to grab the top without closing the window... It was just dumb design. AND Tech to Us Fixed it in minutes. Less than, probably like one minute. I call upon them quite frequently when Microsoft has built something to screw itself and does so.

I had an alert about virus which told me not to turn off the computer. Tech to Us discovered a scam and made the fix. Great work by tech that resolved this. Very satisfied. I am always wonderful when Tech to Us takes care of issues. Each time I have issues, Tech to us always come through for me. Very much appreciated and I am glad I have their service.

The Technicians working for Tech to Us are always courteous and helpful to my troubles. Every technician has diagnosed and resolved all of my issues every time. Tech to US is a wonderful support for my laptops. I have been pleased every step of the way. I would highly recommend this service. I exhausted troubleshooting on my own and my technician was able to reconnect my laptop to the internet. My technician was also able to set up Malwarebytes on my new laptop; fix an issue with Google Chrome; set up Microsoft Office; and get my new laptop up and running.

I was duly impressed with the help I received today and in the past. I would not want to do away with the service. It is like a built-in help desk for the computer illiterate. Today I worked with Carlos to find a PDF that I saved on my mobile phone but I didn't know where it ended up. Looked around on the phone and no luck and Carlos suggested I look in my e-mails on my laptop. He checked a couple places and It was in the "Updated" e-mails. It was a confirmation for a hotel room for Christmas night. I have been a customer for three years and this company has successfully helped me every time. I highly recommend this company and have to my friends.

This is by far the best tech help service I have used in my many years of pc workings. They are top notch in every way and always make sure the job is finished. I rated them five stars but wish I could rate them 10 stars because they always go above what is expected. Well worth the monthly fee and more.

Tech to Us a is good company. They really helped me when I had issues with my computer. I recommend it to anyone who has issues with their computers. Every time I called, they responded and are always willing to help me with anything I need. They even recommended me to add a program to be able to do my assignment and helped me with Zoom. The Tech to Us techs are great - we've called them a few times over the years and they solve our problems quickly and easily! They've helped us with everything from software questions to maximizing our game play to solving our hardware issues. Today's issue resolved video game graphics resolution and involved adjusting in-game settings as well as purchasing and installing a new graphics card. Tech to Us is a great investment.

Have been using TTU for about 6 years. I have the next-in-line add-on. That has been crucial. The waiting otherwise can take many minutes. Once connected I have found the advice to be readily available and on point. Frankly, I would not be able to do the work that is necessary without TTU looking over my shoulder and ready to jump in and help PRN.

As part of my yearly contract with TechtoUs I can request cleanings/checkups,etc.. at least every 3 months...(as well as any emergency call for help when needed). Steve was apropos, diligent and intelligent in his quick help to an illiterate computer dude of 88 years. He was the one to suggest the removal and adding a piece to my computer. I will know where to turn in the future when it comes to having something done by someone like Steve on my computer.

Tech to Us has always been responsive. I appreciate the fact that Tech to Us is based in Connecticut. I always have a sense of security because I have a really good protection and my backups on the computer are being completed completely.

One of the things that I love about Tech to Us, is that I can speak to someone about technical issues where there is no language barrier. If I am dealing with a technical problem, language can become a barrier. The agents are easy to understand. In the past, I have dealt with other IT Techs that are clearly not People friendly people. My experience with Tech to Us is the opposite. Every technician is patient, walked me through things step by step and that is not my past experience from other companies.

The first word is Excellent! The Tech to Us agent worked on my desktop computer for almost 1 month (will not go into specifics on here). Excellent results with my desktop computer. Now, I called Tech to Us for work on my laptop which is an older model (In the meantime I needed to use while he worked on my desktop machine). Again, My results were Excellent. I am 77 years old and have been in the technology industry for well over 30 years. I feel that when I have a problem, I want to be able to call someone to fix it. We have used Tech to Us a lot this first month. I had used an ** support firm and they were good but were always trying to sell me something (renew Windows Work for $600). I did it for free with the license key from my Word CD. My wife is an Apple fan and bought her a Book Pro. She spent over an hour trying to figure out why she could not connect to my Internet. One of the best things about TECH is the quarterly maintenance performed for free. They send a postcard to remind you then you turn your computer over to an American who speaks English and in no time it is done. TOTALLY AWESOME!! Wish I had found them years ago.

Mainly, Tech to Us helps when things go wrong with my computer. Recently, I had a problem with my Facebook and the Tech to Us technicians were able to fix. They always straighten out the issues that seem to stump me. The techs are always successful and I'm very pleased. The Tech to Us services are especially good for someone that isn't too tech savvy and doesn't have the time to do the training their selves.

Email scammed. Problem fixed by Camron. Couple days later discovered my new emails were not coming through. Connected with Chris. He fixed the problem. They were all going to trash. On the 25th I got locked out of my emails and multiple attempts at logging in were unsuccessful. On 26th I called and spoke with Camron again. He finally fixed the problem. Ryan felt that because of the repeated attempts I would need to wait 12hrs before trying again.

I am very pleased with Tech to Us and their Agents ease of translation and understanding. Everything is explained at very understandable levels. After spending over 45 minutes trying to get the internet provider to help me connect I was told it was a computer problem. I called TechtoUs who, in fact, found that it was an issue connected to the modem. This was after patiently directing me via the telephone to do what he was not able to do, as there was no internet connection. To be sure it was the modem he also did a virus scan and all showed up clean.

Tech to Us is TERRIFIC!!!! After dealing with Microsoft "Technical Support" for days at a time trying to get a fix for a problem they created, I gave up and went onto Consumer Affairs and saw the reviews for Tech to Us. I had encountered an unusual problem two days ago, where the computer "yelped" and went dark on me. It appears to have died. I was feeling pretty helpless as I couldn't turn it off or do anything. He located the problem, fixed it, and tuned up the computer, updated the software and otherwise brought up to snuff.
